Dear sir, I have resigned to job at 10/04/2015, and my last working day was 13/07/2015. I done all my formalities like transferring all assigned assets to boss and handover all tab and my ID card. but till now I have not got my relieving letter. This ICICI BANK asks about business only. When the persons going out of the organization they will show this type of attitude. I will wait last 10 days of this. Although i they failed to issue my Relieving letter means I will take necessary action towards ICICI BANK. Because everything has there own limits.     During my account review, I found three unknown transactions, Two transaction from PayBack Services amounting to total of Rs. 800. And one MMT Transaction of Rs 500.00

    Above transction was reported to ICICI NRI MAnager, NRI Services and HelpDEsk email Ids. The help desk just replied by just providing transaction description. And did not explain how it was reflected in my account.

    As I have not done any Payback Redemption why I should be charged for such transaction.

    I am still awaiting thier response.

      ICICI have reduced an amount of 548 from my savings account. From statement I have found that they deduct it for demat charges. The strength thing is that I have not open any demat account so far. They have not even bother to send any message /mail while cut the amount though for other transaction they use to send atleast an email then and there. I have contact to cuatomer care several times. They told they have logged a complaint ticket for me and there bank executive will reach out to me within 2 days. But after 1 month I have not yet received any call. I have sent one mail but did not get proper response. To all ICICI customer, be aware from this Bank.

        Date of incident: 09Oct15 I got a call from [protected] trying to get details about the ICICI Credit Card. He claimed to be the employee of ICICI Bank Ltd and needs to share details about additional benefits available on the card. He claimed to have access to ICICI Bank Credit Card database and has my credit card details however I dont have a ICICI Bank Credit Card. He was trying to get my Credit Card details like logo / No. / Password etc. Please look into the matter and resolve the same

I dont regularly open my email so i prefer it as hard copy. Earlier i used to get sms to my mobile number ([protected]) regarding the due date and amount outstanding which was very helpful to me.           Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI Alaknanda New Delhi Branch and my account no. Is[protected] My contact number is : [protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges: 17/08/201 and[protected] SMAB Chgs-Jul15+Stax63.00 DR INR 513.00+INR 513.00+393INR+393INR=Approx 1800 INR, I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) I.e.           I got call. They told me that money will transferred to my A/c after 4 hour. But till now, I have not got any money in my account.
          ha ha ---- you are one among the thousands of customers who has been charged minimum balance non maintenance charges. The bank's service charges are available on the website. You are expecting the bank to visit your house and give you information personally. Excuse me -- if the bank were to do that then they must have more than 1000 times the employee strength. You are supposed to read the rules and ICICI Bank has already given prior notice. The rule you quoted does not hold good. The rule that applies in this case is - the law does not help those who sleep over their rights.

              Complaint against ICICI bank Chennai for extracting funds from my active account without my knowledge. Serious concern

              Hello Sir/Madam,

              My Savings account is used my me as an active account with due KYC provided.

              My reimbursement account as in bold above is liked to my savings account which is used in last 10 years. However ICICI bank extracted fund from my account and not willing to credit back.

              Please intervene and get my funds back as I am afraid that my savings fund also will be extracted without my notice and approval

                Subject: swipe of atm/debit card fraud happened through a foreign payment gateway outside of india despite all stringent security measures of icici bank service request no. : sr[protected] & service request no.: sr 22944617/ fir also lodged at noida sec- 41 police station for analysis by cyber wing.

                Madam,

                I am having an icici privilege bank a/c no. ***842 with connaught place branch in new delhi. I would like to report and intimate the fraud which has happened with me, with the atm cum debit card issued to me along with this savings account.

                With 4 spurious transactions they swiped my atm/debit card outside india and did purchasing of rs 62000.

                Lapses of icici bank
                1. No intimation came to me on sms or email transaction alert about the card being swiped and getting misused with the following amounts withdrawn neither on 17th september 2015 nor even till date i.E. 7th oct 2015.

                2. No transaction verification system alert went to icici bank officer’s so that they could have called me on my registered mobile nos. With the bank whether to correlate and verify whether it was the actual user of the atm/debit card owner doing a transaction outside the country.

                3. Till yesterday i.E. 6th oct 2015 i was not aware that my atm/debit card has been suspended, it came to my notice when i was doing some transaction and inputting the grid numbers on the back of atm card, it was prompting me “ authentication failure”. When i called up customer care executive at icici around 11:30pm i was intimated by the call centre executive that on 17th september 2015 we inferred some malicious transactions happening on your card and hence we kept your card in “temporary suspension”.

                4. The call centre executive when asked why the sms alerts were not sent to me or anybody called from icici to verify the transactions on 17th september 2015, he had no answer but said check with network service provider of mobile.

                5. When asked why there has been no communication to me, about the temporary suspension of the card neither over sms, call or even email communication he had no answer but mentioned this fraud department can only verify.

                6. I am totally clueless and confused how such incident can happen at icici bank like institution which keeps propagating about all the tall claims of security and step wise security at multiple levels.

                It is a clear representation that security flaws exist in your system which are being flouted to the magnitude that even sms alerts, phone calls and mobile network prompting system is also being hijacked so that actual users are totally unaware about such fradulent transactions.
                Through this mail of mine i would request you to alert your cyber security cell to identify how this fudge has happened and compensate my account with the sum of fradulent transactions happened.

                  Sir/Madam I am an account holder of ICICI bank of Jorhat branch. I wanted to contact my branch manager. For assistance i called Customer care Assam. But the reply given by the Customer care officer was so ridiculous, I cann't imagine. She told me that you have to visit your branch for any query. Is it possible to visit the branch once I am sitting 2000 KM away. That to be for a small Issue. The number of Jorhat branch displayed on web as well as told by Customer care is[protected]. At least 25 times I called this number but no one is attending the call. I request the action need to initiated for Rude & non cooperative behavior by Customer care officer.                     Please note icici has dispatched credit cards on my given address. i shift the house nearest by that house. i talked to delivery boy but he is not given courier to me. i went to rajendra place for complaint but that delivery boy is not give courier to me 3-4 times. he is not corporate with me.
                    My relatives were put up in that house. So Ur delivery boy not give the courier to my relatives. I was given the authority letter with id of mine. But Ur delivery boy without asking give the courier to my relative & go back and said to Ur delivery boy to give a call to me if he not given the courier to my relative.

                      From a long time i am using a ICICI Bank credit card. As per my transaction they give me a reward point. Many times i have redeem my points and as per my previous experience with them and with a word with them that redemption of points at payback.in is fully free without any charges. But this time, i have used my redeem point in May 2015 and after 3 months suddenly ICICI Bank people woke-up and added 100 Rs Point Redemption charges with service tax in the month of Sept 2015 Credit Card statement. When i raise my voice and make complaint against these charges with there call center and complaint center, they force me to pay the charges and they said i have to pay the charges but when i say this is free they said from June 2014 they are charging Point Redemption handling charges. When i say, you never let me know entire year and after 3 months suddenly you put charges in my credit card statement. They said this is not necessary for Bank. They have authorization to put the charges. Don't you think this is strange...Is this Bank or something else who is always ready to steal your money with un-necessary charges whenever, wherever, always

                      I think you did not read my complaint properly.

                      I have done that before but for your reference sending you detail below.
                      i have made the complaint with your customer support team and i have called to your call center and email the detail to your complaint center on (customer.[protected]@icicibank.com) and i have received the reply from them too.

                      As per the detail i have received from them, they are not ready to do any thing on this regard.

                      As i have already sent a complaint against the issue to Mr Krishnan too on 06 oct 15 which is ICICI Bank Step 2 in complaint section but till now we did not receive any response at yet. ( check link - http://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page?)

                        Initially i got call from ICICI bank (3-4 times) for lifetime free credit card (No Charges) saying that you are an Accenture employee and ICICI bank is offering it free of cost. After so many calls i got agreed to apply for the credit card on the terms of free for life time. When ever i have asked to customer care it was told to me that it will be a free life time card for me. Now the bill is generated and it has only 2 items 1. Service Tax 2. Joining Fees Do ICICI bank have some different meaning of free service or this is the way you convince new customers and cheat them after availing the service? And now when i have called to customer care they are saying now we can't anything. If you want you cant write to customer care. And this very nominal fees and this has lots of benefits and all.

                          Hi ICICI Bank Authorities
                          I have an ICICI credit card that expired last month. I was given a replacement from the bank, how ever had not activated it yet. I received a call from a cell phone number which stated that they are calling from the Mumbai Credit Card Verification department and that they wanted to transfer my reward point from my old card to the new card. For this they asked me my DOB, expiry dates for both cards and finally the 16 digit number for the new card.
                          When i refused, they passed the call over to 4 other people who sounded like normal customer care personnel and all of them tried convincing me to divulge my card number over the phone.
                          I asked them for an alternate method of verification and even gave the option of going to the bank and confirming. They kept on insisting for the 16 digit number in my voice.
                          I was very suspicious of the whole process and refused to share details.
                          So finally after a heated conversation i terminated the call.
                          Kindly let me know if this is a standard proceedure at your end. If so, there should be better ways of doing the same without raising suspicion and having to force a customer to give out details he doesnt want to divulge.
                          Hoping for a prompt response from you based on which I decide how to take up this matter.

                              I am writing this mail to seek your help/advice on the fraudulent transaction happened on my ICICI Bank credit card.
                              In Dec’14, Some stranger lady stated that she is from ICICI bank server dept and she has to update my details on the system as per new RBI guidelines and they will be sending me a new card and henceforth my old credit card will not work. The lady had already possess my credit card no and was so convincing that ididnt realised that I am becoming a victim of fraud and gave her my credentials. After 2 hours I got an sms that a transaction of Rs.5020/- has happened on my card against a Airtel mobile bill payment. I immediately called up ICICI customer care and blocked my card and reported this incident in police station. Also, submitted the FIR copy and the SRS No to ICICI Bank.
                              I followed up about this case with the policeman and he told me the there is an enquiry going on and till that time, I need not pay the money and he has already spoken to the bank about my case.
                              After 3-4 months of followup, the policeman finally stated that he could not trace the fraudster and I have to pay the amount. Since this was going to affect me in future, I agreed to pay the money.
                              One of ICICI Bank Executive name visited my house stating that he is from ICICI MIDC branch, I explained him the matter and told him that I agree to make the payment provided he give me a settlement letter. He informed me that I will get a call from ICICI bank Hyderabad branch and they can only provide me settlement letter. Few days later, I got a call from a lady Executive from ICICI bank, Hyderabad branch asking me to make a payment of Rs. 5020/-, I told her I will make the payment in the bank provide she sent me a settlement letter, the lady officer informed me that she will get back to me on the same but there were no return call.
                              Please note that -
                              - At first, my personal information has been compromised as the fraudster already had my credit card no.

                              - If I would have got the settlement letter on time and some waiver, I would have immediately made the payment to the bank branch. But from what I have realised, there were just one or two calls in a month and no immediate response. All this have delayed the matter .

                              - Some person from banks associated agency had visited my house asking me to make the payment, but when I asked for settlement letter, he had no answer. Please understand, once I have already become a victim of credit card fraud, how could you expect me to make the payment to any stranger coming to my house with no settlement letter.

                              - Banks Executive always asked me to make the payment of original amount of Rs.5600/- only and not with any interest amount. In the month of Aug’15, Mr Nilesh Narvekar from Bank Agency informed me that he will try to settle in Rs. 4800/- and I agreed to make the payment also. But suddenly after a week, I got a call from him and collection manager Mr Alok Sharma asking me to pay Rs.12, 500/-.

                              - I was really shocked with sudden change in amount and visited banks JB Nagar branch and MIDC branch, asking for a waiver of interest charges and I will make the payment of Rs.5600/- but I was informed by the ladies sitting in banks credit card dept, JB Nagar branch that I cannot get a waiver of interest charges since I have a salary account with ICICI bank. This is a again a shock for me as I felt having a salary account and maintain a good balance with the bank is become a crime now. This means that I wud have got waiver if I didn’t had any salary or savings account with the bank.


                              - The banks agency person has been harassing me by day in and day out . The agency guys conversation is also more of threatening and all this has disturbed me and affected my work. Just for mere, Rs.5000, they have threathen to spoil my CIBIL record as well as VISA if I have to travel abroad.

                              Finally, I called up ICICI customer care and narrated the whole incident to them. They agree to provide waiver of Rs.1500 only and asked me to pay Rs10, 500. Infact, they have already blocked Rs.8147 from my account. Even if I will not pay, they will spoil my CIBIL record.

                              - I am one of ICICI very old customer and also a privilege member of the bank. I have never gone against the banks rules and always made all my payments on time. Prior to the Dec’14, I was maintaining a good balance account, but when this incident happen, I had to transfer the funds to other bank. Even after this incident, I am still getting calls from fraudsters.

                              - I am very much disturbed with this entire issue as inspite of my repeated request and discussion, the bank officials are asking me to pay more than double amount. This has made me take a decision not to have any relation with the bank, because they didn’t even care that I am their old customer.

                              - Its my humble request you to please help me get back my money that they have charged extra.

                                  Hi All, There was an unauthorized amount withdrawal of 20000 from ATM after i had performed my transaction of 6000 and it was done in the ATM that was present next to the ATM in which I had withdrawn the amount my transaction completed at 30-Sep-2015 7:16 pm and the other transaction of 20000 was done at 30-Sep-2015 7:22 pm. Its my salary account and i had raised the ticket with ICICI Customer Care with ref #:- SR[protected]. And no response or resolution yet whenever i call the customer care they say they are working on it but i don't see if that is really being worked. I had done withdrawal from ICICI ATM only and the fraud withdrawal had happened on ICICI ATM Only. Not sure why is that they are taking so long to investigate. And there are 5 ATM's in same place in 2 Shop's in the 1st shop there are 3 ATM's which has no security guard at all. I have done a bigger mistake banking with these people. Kindly get the issue resolved.

                                  Amount was refunded to me. Thanks to sincere attempt in getting issue addressed. The trust on the bank increased after their response on the matter.

                                    I've been an ICICI bank customer for more than 10 years now. I had maintained some balance in the account and for the past couple of months have not been using the savings account effectively. Now when I see, they had taken nearly Rs.2029 as SMAB charges every month for the past one year. This is ridiculous. I would like to raise the issue with the concerned so that the bank is not robbing the customers in terms of charges and fees. Atlast, they are doing business with customers money and ripping them in the name of charges for using it. This SHOULD be stopped. Please take necessary action against this corporate robbers
