Hello Sir/Madam, I have applied for personal loan in Icici bank in Indore Branch. And my loan has declined, they said my cibil is -1. But I have an issue when I got a call from icici bank customer support to offer me personal loan and they checked my cibil with help of pen card number and said your loan will be approve your cibil rate is good. However also recently I have finished my education loan and currently I have two wheeler loan that have been more than 3 months and regularly I am paying emi. So please let me know how can icici bank indore branch saying my cibil is -1, while their customer support is saying your cibil is good. And also no one is coming at my rent address for FI. Please take a complain against icici bank in Indore branch related to my cibil issue. And please contact me as soon possible. I have mentioned below my details.     Dear ICICI credit card Team This is with reference to the Coral Credit Card number [protected] in the name of Ankur Gupta. I would like to bring it to your kind attention that earlier i was employee of ICICI bank . My employee ID was 269204 and my mail id was (ankur.[protected]@icicibank.com). I had taken this card in the months of march 2014 and issued by panvel branch located at navi Mumbai.They had committed to me It is free card for employee and would not charges any fees for life time even in future weather you are in bank or not so that on this condition respective person has taken all the related documents like my 3 month salary slip, id card, id and address proof like that. My issue is that I had never used this card and not made any single transaction from this card whereas in the month of April 2015, bank had charged annual fees of Ra 500 for which, they had not intimated me regarding this charges so that i was not aware about the charges. over the last 6 month, bank has been charging unnecessarily penalty, service tax, audit debit return fee on this charges, On inquiring, I found that total over dues amount continuously increasing and that is ridiculous ! While i had not using this card and there is no amount overdue in my account, I didn't expect this this kind of charges from Bank employee . Kindly, discard these kind of charges CORAL Credit Card Kindly look into this issue and reply at the earliest with a Positive Note.I shall be thankful to you for this Regards Ankur Gupta [protected]

          Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I’m Amitesh singh Residig at B-53 sector 37 near pari chauk greater noida up I’m Wriitng you to complaint about withdraw 35000 Money from iICICI BANK Mayapuri branch through check which i have provide to Axis bank employee as per he said 5/9/2015 once i received debit msg of 35000 then i call to bank and went there for confirmation and found Mr.Anil has withdraw 35000 inr from my account and same has been register complain on Mayapuri thana on 6/9/2015 my complain no is DDNO-588 attached complain copy for you kind reference.
          As per poolice office of Mayapuri branch the will call me after 3 days of register complain but after 14 days i have not received any call from poolice station so kindly request you to please do something because if we cant take action now the will do the same with many people and crime will be decrease.

            Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI civil lines branch from many years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by SMAB charges 5 TIMES in 4 months. 30/05/15 smab chgs 393.00, 16/06/15 smab chgs 399.00, 17/08/15 smab chgs 399.00, 29/08/15 smab chgs 399.00, 29/09/15 smab chgs 399.00 . I tried calling the civil lines branch but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

              I got an offer for ICICI bank credit card some few months back and, while explaining me about the card benefits it was promised that if I would go for this card, then I would be eligible for gift voucher of Rs 2500. This offer attracted me a lot and I said yes, to opt the card. Later on I waited for few days for any such offer to receive via courier/email etc, but nothing went positive and no promise has been kept. I spoke to customer care of ICICI bank, but they denied on giving any offer, and according to them there was no such offer applicable to the card which I am holding. So I am now in panic state where I consider this entire scenario as a matter of fraud to customer by ICICI bank.

                  During some financial crisis in[protected] I settled my cards and loans in lesser amounts with ICICI and the CIBIL was updated as usual. In 2014 i started to pay the waived off amount as discussed with the ICICI guys to get the cibil updated to normal i.e. the settled comment to be removed. I made a payment for [protected] for 11803 Rs. last year.Today I pulled out my CIBIL report and I can see that the payment was received by the bank on 22 Dec 2014 but the status is still shown as settled. I have been following up with the bank and in April 2014 they said it has been updated. Email from bank: [protected] Dear Mr. Saxena, We understand your concern. With reference to your complaint SR[protected], we confirm you that as on April 24, 2015 necessary updation has been done at CIBIL towards your credit card account. [protected]-- however it has not been updated I still see the "Settled" status. please update it ASAP.

                    Dear Sir I used my Icici atm debit card at the ICICI atm located in sec 7 branch faridabad on 18th Oct 2015. The atm was poorly guarded 4 or 5 people were allowed inside the atm. When i used my card the options on the screen of the machine froze and stopped responding . . It started working after sometime and i wanted to wthdraw 200 rupees but the atm gave message that it has only 500, so i cancelled the transaction. That same day in the evening i withdrew 500 rupees from icici atm and i was shocked to know that 20000 rupees were deducted from my account which is a fraudulent transaction without my knowledge. It is my hard earned money that i lost. I have lost trust in Icici bank atms. Kindly help me get my money back.I also shud get access to the cctv footage so that i can understand the problem. I have reported this to icici customer care and the complaint number is sr[protected]. I was not satisfied with the customer care experience.                             I am holding a credit card with the bank since 2013 without any late payments. This time i did not receive any alerts from the bank on my mobile regarding the payment due. Hence i did not realize that i was overdue for payment. Then the CSR called and informed me i was already overdue for payment, hearing which i made the payment immediately and requested them to not levy late fee charges as the fault was not mine. What they have done is reverted the charges partially saying that, that is all they can revert. When i again told them it is not correct since they are the ones levying it, they say fault is mine as i could have checked online for the statement. How should i know that they will not send me message this time, since they have been doing it in the past. Its a very bad consumer experience and secondly they are unnecessary levying charges. Even if its not my fault they are making me pay for it. N yesterday i got a message saying if i do not pay up it will impact my cibil report. (Eventhough i had paid up). Is this the way to harass customers and that too someone who is late maybe for one cycle (that too no fault of customer). Instead of a valued customer it feels the customer is a slave. Please look into this matter.

                                By mistake i had done wrong transaction from CITIBANK to ICICI Bank. After approaching ICICI Bank for resolution, their agent asked me to open a saving account so that he can help me to get my money back for the wrong transaction on 19-July-2014. For this, agent had forced me to open saving account immediately for which he had come to my house and open the account same day, and agreed to help me to recover the money due to wrong NEFT transaction from CITIBANK to ICICI Bank Over 1 year, bank is not helping me to get the money recovered and my Rs 50K is blocked in my saving account in a hope ICICI Bank will recover the money for the wrong transaction.

Rathod, had opened saving a/c No.[protected] with your ICICI BANK, Tilak Nagar, Mumbai-89 Branch, 1 1/2 yrs ago & received a Credit Card from them having No. 4375xxxxxxxxxxxx2006 ( I am currently not having full 16 digit No. because it was destroyed/torn by your staff) & I have closed saving a/c also on 3/12/2014 & also my Credit Card was torn in to 4 pcs by your staff & also paid full outstanding amount at that time only. but now I am getting new statement in 9/9/2015 which shows o/s amt of Rs.122.70/-. I have not made any transactions in last 1 1/2 yrs. you can check it through your stystem. please clarify this as ICICI BANK, TILAK NAGAR BRANCH is NOT Giving any response.                                     An unauthorized debit card transaction has been done on my ICICI savings account Amount Rs15290/- debited from my account. Debit details are as under 1)2/10/2015 9:52 am VIN/VODAFONE-BI/[protected]/0 =4, 900.00 2)2/10/2015 9:54 am VIN/www.account/[protected]/0 =2, 000.00 3)2/10/2015 9:56 am VIN/TATADOCOMO /[protected]/0 =1, 490.00 4)2/10/2015 9:57 am VIN/www.account/[protected]/0 =500 5) 2/10/201510:01am VIN/TICKETDADA /[protected]/0 =4, 000.00 6)2/10/2015 10:06 amVIN/PAYU MONEY /[protected]/0 =1, 400.00 7)2/10/2015 10:11 amVIN/Citrus Cash/[protected]/0 =1, 000.00 TOTAL 15, 290.00 10:25 customer-care blocked my debit card. I registered complaint Electronics City Police station FIR NO:0707/2015(Section 66©, 66(D), IT Act and 420), ICICi Complaint form and FIR copy submit on Dt 03/10/2015 by Electronics City Bangalore Infy Campus ICICI Bank. I Called on 7/10/2015 they gave me assurance recovery the amount from merchant, on 09/10/2015 11:27 am received SMS From ICICI (SR[protected] Dear customer Dispute for 1NR 15290 on Account XX5968 has been Declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3D secure Pin). But they have closed my complaint without investigation. My account number:[protected] Complaint number in ICICI bank: SR[protected]. ICICI customer support team is also not responding properly. Please look in to this matter sympathetically and provide justice to refund my debited amount.
