Hello there
Two months back I got the icici debit card with my salary account from my employer.
It is icici debit card (master card).

Now it was given me at same time of opening account.So there is no name on the card.
When I used this card for online transaction first time process asked me to enter Card Number, Name on the card expiry date.
I filled it properly with my name.
On next screen it asked me for valid from date, date of birth and atm pin.
I again filled it properly. But this time it rendered a message of invalid data.
I tried it few time and after 3-4 time it blocked my debit card for online transaction and showed me below message:


"For security reasons your MasterCard® SecureCode™ purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card has been blocked for online transactions at MasterCard SecureCode merchants.

To Unblock your card/login, please contact ICICI Bank Customer Care.

To complete this purchase using another form of payment, click 'Continue' "

I called to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.
I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that it is invalid number .

I am not getting how to unblock my card for online trasnaction?
Please help me out

Please look in to this matter sympathetically and provide justice to refund my debited amount.

      Icici bank will call and say that they will issue a new corporate credit card with no joining fee and no yearly charges. Then they say that based on the salary & eligibility they will provide the card best available card. I had strikethrough fees part of all card types on the application form (S[protected] just as surety. After handing over all the documents, they confirm that i am eligible for coral card and while cross verifying on joining fee and yearly charges, they confirm the same that it’s free. However, when statement is generated, they charge rs. 500/ - +tax as a joining fee. I had requested the customer care to revert the joining fee, but they did not.Instead they asked me to cancel the card but they cannot revert fees. This is icici’s big fraud against most of the customers which really need to be addressed. I had clearly told that if it’s not free, i don’t need any card. This is not the way icici bank makes fool of customers. I have icici bank sb account since 2008 and never thought they would cheat like this.

        Dear sir,

        My loan account no is lajha[protected], i had bought a honda city in may 2014 which was financed by icici bank. The emi was debited through ecs. Recently i approached the bank for foreclosure & they said they charge a whopping 5%... Which was unbelievable. Again this was never mentioned when i approached the bank for loan. I have never defaulted on the payments & have been paying the emi on time as per the schedule & this is what we get for being a loyal customer.

        I have approached the bank for a waiver but they have refused.

        After going through the series of complaints it seems a practice being followed by the bank to dupe their customers of hard earned money.

        Kindly do not approach icici bank for car loans, other banks offer much better customer service & work towards customer retention... Unfortunately icici bank does not bother neither care for its customers...

        So beware of icici bank

I used to get quite frequently calls from your customer services to pay Fee and switch over to ICICI CORAL CREDIT CARD . I never wanted but unfortunately few weeks back I opted for the same and you debited the charges in my account and send me the ICICI Coral CREDIT card no [protected] . It is so painful to say that since past one week I have been trying to enjoy /avail the offer of the 1 IS TO 1 FREE MOVIE TICKET and since past few late nights as atry to avail the offer through Book my show, I get the offer but after I fill all the details of my card for the gateway to payment it doesn't happen .                 I was havg icici card credit in 2007 n i hav not used that from 2007 ..now bank recovery department is forcing me to pay 25k in one short n they r calling all my relatives that i hav default with icici bank .how they can do this . They r callg me also all time for money ...

                Recovery department is not also giving me credit card numbr or any proof they r using bad word also a woman staff of recovery is give bad word n all ... my request to icici bank that plz tell ur recovery department i will not pay any single rupees now as u hav hurt my igo as all my relative is askg abt this this fraud ... i will fir in wadala station again hurstment n mentaly tauchar ..
                So plz take action on them

                  I would like to inform every one that never use ICICI bank for your saving / current accounts. They are animals not humans.

                  On March 2015, I get a NEFT payment from a company S K enterprises - through PNB sasaram.

                  As this was march month, I can't leave a unwanted money into my current account, so withdrew.

                  After 2 months the owner of SK enterprises came to me for money and showed me a letter issued to ICICI bank for this incident.

                  I showed mercy and made the payment of this amount to S K enterprises with my personal account. For 6 months ICICI bank never asked any question and one they they marked my A/C LEIN in Aug 2015.

                  I visited the branch and shown all proof of the Payments made to other company. They manager agreed to give me justice but 2 months passed and they are still waiting for some thing.

                  I want to inform all public from this letter that never use ICICI bank.

                      This is ICICI new way of stealing the customers. As part o[censored]pgradation they informed that they are going to stop all the services to my old card (4375 XXXX XXXX 9003) and they will issue a new card in place of it. I received a new card and in the next statement they added Rs.1000/- as a joining fee. I had requested the customer care to revert the joining fee, but they did not. I asked her to transfer the call to her supervisor, but they did not. Instead she asked me to cancel the card(SR[protected] but she cannot revert my money back.This is ICICI’s big fraud against most of the customers which need to be addressed.

                          On 14/10/2015 around 08.45 Am I had used ICICI Bank ATM in Chennai at Nelson Manikan Road branch for money withdrawal but the transaction failed with a system error.
                          I didn't get any money but I got a message that my Indian Bank account is debited INR 10000.
                          Please investigate and get it credited back to my Indian S/B account ASAP.

                            I have a icici bank account from 2012.At the time of opening it was said that the demat account attached with it is totally free.but yesterday(Oct 2015) 584 rupees has been deducted from my account without any alert message on my mobile.when I tried yesterday in ATM unknowingly...the balance was showing 0.unknowingly I tried two more time and ATM got blocked.This deduction is totally unacceptable.                                 There have been like really lot of complaints here about ICICI OTP feature for international users but seriously, they're not even bothered to help. I am in USA currently and stuck with a stupid transaction problem because of ICICI's useless restrictions under the name of security. Last 15 days I have been struggling with trying to get them to change my contact number to my international contact number as my registered India number is no more active, which is a common sense that going to happen with any international user. Finally, I managed to send my HANDWRITTEN request to change mobile number to international number as per guided by the ICICI officials after 15 days of calls and complains and emails... I had to send my poor mother in India all the way from my hometown to Pune travelling just to tell them to change my number... by God's grace, they did it.. but now I do not get any OTPs on my US number.. and I use AT&T.. one of the leading networks.. and I am sure now they're gonna blame it on my network.. So frustrated..

                                And I already have written to [protected]@icici or whatever is customer care email.. as suggested by ICICI in other forum posts.. it's not going to help.

                                So when exactly this is going to happen my dear ICICI bank?? Like you said some official will get in touch with you and stuff like that? After I die out of frustration?

                                  Hi Team, I recently noticed that ICICI bank is charging me a sum of 28.50 Rs for some charges which I was not clear of and on enquiring with them further they say that these ATM decline charges are levied if someone tries to withdraw an amount more than his current balance in the Bank. I was surprised to hear that any such charge also exist and on further enquiry the representative has just one statement to give me that "These charges are levied as per RBI guidelines" i don't think so RBI has this kind of guidelines. It is a possibility that a customer can mistakenly press a wrong amount to withdraw more money and also can be unaware of his current balance so may try to over withdraw. But I think levying a charge for this by the bank is not fair. Can someone please advise if he has also been through this. And if someone is aware of the rules can you please suggest if it is fair? I think this practice in unfair and if this is wrong I would like to know a way through which I can raise my voice against this. ICIC bank a/c[protected] Rs 28.50 Charges were levied Two times in[protected] date stated for[protected] Other than this we will have Transaction limit charges as well then how can we check available balance every time.                                     I was provided with the ICICI credit card 5239XXXXXXXX9004 and the pin was not delivered / provided to me. I was not able to use the card right from the start itself. Not even once I have used the card but I am getting the mails regarding the outstanding amount I need to pay is 3416 Rs.

                                    I would request you to kindly check the issue I am facing and provide a proper solution for it.

                                    It'a a earnest request to resolve the issue, as this is the first time I am facing the issue or let me know that it was a mistake of mine to opt for the credit card from your bank.
                                    I got a call from one of your executive and requested for the details, now it appears that it was a fake call and tried to do the transaction of 5000 Rs.

                                      My Name is Jagabandhu Sabat, I have NRE account with ICICI Bank. I would like to bring to your notice a unauthorized transaction taken in my account by ICICI bank. I transferred Rs.1000.00 on 3rd Sept 2015 from my ICICI bank account to MY SBI NRE bank account. The funds were returned on 3r Sept 2015. On the same day ICICI Bank 2nd time debit the account without my authority and credit the funds again in my account. Further, on 4th Sept 2015 the funds were debited 3rd time without my authority and transferred the funds to SBI bank account. After 5 days I sent mail to SBI bank to check regarding credit of funds they informed me funds not credited. I called ICICI Bank and told them regarding funds not credited. ICICI bank gave me a reference Number RBI Ref No.[protected] and told to give to bank they will be able to trace the funds. I sent mail to SBI bank with the reference Number and they informed me that the account is Dormant due to no transaction and funds cannot be credited, only debit transaction can active the account. I sent mail to ICICI bank and told to credit the funds back to my account on 6th Oct 2015 but till date they are asking me a time and telling please bare with us. Today they were suppose to call me before 12 PM India time regarding money update but did not received any call. The service provided by ICICI bank is pathetic. I have below question 1) Can banks have authority to debit the funds from customer account except Bank charges. 2) The transaction done on 3rd Sept 2015 was a MMT transaction, but as per ICICI bank MMT transaction not possible in NRE account as this option is disabled for us, then how its a MMT transaction. 3) I did only 1 transaction the first one why they debited the funds 2nd and 3rd time. 4) Did they informed me or called be before doing the transaction. 5) I did NEFT transaction and not MMT transaction. 6) I was been informed by SBI bank on telephone that the funds will be with RBI in suspicious account. As per ICICI bank they need 5 days to credit back the funds, why they took 52 days and still no update. 7) As per ICICI bank the transaction took place on 4th Sept 2015 is a ICICI bank transaction or bill payment. 8) They did not revert to customer as per their service time frame. 9) If a unauthorized transaction took place with out informing to customer, what is the security of customer funds which we keep in the account. Debit details are as 2/10/2015 10:01 am VIN/TICKETDADA /[protected]/0 =4, 000.00. I registered complaint Electronics City Police station FIR NO:0707/2015(Section 66©, 66(D), IT Act and 420. Please look in to this matter sympathetically and provide justice to refund my debited amount.
