    Hi All,

    I want to bring one incidence in your notice that there was a Fraud Transaction of 10, 000 /- happened with ATM on 22nd Sept 2015 through ICICI bank ATM located at TOT Mall Noida(UP) having ATM ID - (SICW-2645).

    On 22nd i visited this ATM to withdraw Rs 500/- from my AXIS bank Debit Card ([protected] ), but the ATM machine was hanging intermittently and the screen is also not showing the desired outputs as per the input provided, there was also another ICICI bank ATM beside same ATM in same building where i successfully withdrawn Rs 500/-.on 15:23 pm and got assured by checking the remaining balance of my account that was OK till that time.

    After 10 -11 minutes i got message that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited from my A/C at 15:34 pm through ATM located at TOT MALL NOIDA UP (SICW-2645), Immediately i reported this incident to my Home branch of AXIS Bank and ICICI BANK branch at Steller IT park sec -62 Noida who is maintianing this ATM, they insisted me to register a FIR for this incidence which i have registered(Enclosing the FIR copy).

    As i am keep on following on this case since more than one month, but i am not observing a single progress on this issue as ICICI bank is letting Keep on closing again and again by saying "Customer has withdrawn money”.
    Below are the Request and complain number which i have registered to Customer Care and my HOME branch of AXIS bank.

    I am pretty much sure that some malpractices have been made with this ATM machine and this ATM machine is faulty, as i am attaching the ledger for that day for this ATM of date 22/09/2015.(EJ_4.jpg)
    Please have a look here that all the transactions were not having a session more than 60 seconds, but in case of my Transaction the session was started on 15:20:08 and money have been withdrawn at 15:33:58 which is approx 14 minutes.

    Date - 22/09/2015
    Start time of Transaction- 15:20:08.
    PIN entered - 15:33:32 ( during that time i was having my ATM card and i was not present on that ATM machine)
    Cash Taken- 15:33:58
    End time of Transaction- 15:34:08.

    Total Duration of Transactions - 14 Minutes ( which is not expected to carry as much long session with any ATM machine).

    I want to highlight below points which will help in the Investigation of this issue-

    1)There were no Security Guard available on this ATM on 22nd Sept 2015.

    2)There was no any Point of contact Number provided on this ATM which is generally available on all ATMs so that Customer is unable to report these cases.

    3) The footage provided by the ICICI Bank as per FIR request is not all all clear, so unable to identify the Culprit.( Camera Used in ATM machine is useless).

    4) Is it possible to have a 14 minutes session in the ATM machine?. which is practically not possible to have such a long sessions for a single transaction.


    Request you to Kindly Investigate this issue on your Level as i am not getting any a single positive response from Bank and from last 1 and half month i keep on following up with ICICI bank and my home Branch of AXIS bank

    Its my appeal to take this case on priority as Rs 10, 000 /- is very heavy amount for me and i am being very much troubled with this loss, therefore request you to please ask ICICI bank to return my money back as all this has happened due to their technical faults and improper maintenance and security on their ATM.

      I booked the tatkal ticket from chennai to surat on 5th nov, 2015 via irctc. com ; It shows payment was successful and Rs.2162 was debited from my account. But when payment process redirects me to IRCTC website, it shows that "we are unable to process your request; please try later". Hence, Ticket did not get booked though the payment was successful. Since the ticket could not be booked, i am supposed to get my money back from ICICI.

        I am Swadesranjan Taral from Kolkata. In the year 2003, I obtained a Credit Card no.[protected] which was valid up to 06/13, by creating a lien of my fixed deposit.

        The Limit of the credit was only Rs. 18000/- upon consideration of the amount of fixed Deposit. The said fixed deposit certificates are not supplied to me on regular yearly renewal, and the amount stands at present more than Rs. 50, 000.

        In spite of my several requests, the credit limit of my Credit Card is increased according to my Fixed Deposit nor I have been supplied with the Renewed Certificate.

        So, please resolve the dispute by enhancement of the credit limit of my card and send me the present Fixed Deposit Certificate at least within 15 days henceforth.

        I am disgusted about your Customer Care

              1. If the new atm card is requested, then there is no way to reach customer care associate at ICICI bank. Because it asks for the pin to go ahead and with the new atm card pin too is delivered. So, in short one is unable to reach customer care over the phone, which is a very painful thing. Because of this, had to visit branch office.
              2. Needed the atm card on which every thing was dependent. atm card was not delivered at the requested location. And because of above point # 1, when visited the branch, the lady at branch was rude and did not deal with situation properly.

              The courier comes at any time they want, which is too inconvenient. Asked them to come before 10 am, but they plainly refused. In this case, there should have been arrangement to send the parcel at the icici branch, which I requested.

                  Date of incident - 10th sept2015 time arround 8:15pm Complaint number - SR[protected] I above mentioned date i went to icici bank of south ex part 2 new delhi, there i withdrawn rs 2000/- and went away . when i reached home then i checked the sms alert that was showing 2 transactions in which debited amount rs 2000/- and after 2 minutes Rs 20, 000/- also debited from my account. but there i was done only one transaction of rs2000/- only and i was not done the transaction of rs 20, 000/- . I never shared my Debit Card number, any pin/password, account number to anyone. I am not aware how its happened to me, i am not feeling safe and feeling cheated. I have submitted the dispute form and FIR copy to the bank branch on 12th sept.2015. When i call icici bank customer care and everytime they says that my case is under investigation, i dont think so any investigation happening . Kindly check the cctv footage of the time of incident and show the same to me also. I need my 20, 000/- rupees back, kindly investigate properly . Looking for positive response.

                    To Chanda Kochhar MD ICICI Bank 2 credit cards were issued to my client who is now 70 year old and a patient of Parkinson's diseace 10 years ago. Suddenly the Nagpur Head of ICICI Credit cards- Ashish Pandey tel no [protected] sends my ailing client a threatening Notice, which I hope is not at the behest of the ICICI Legal Dept in the Head office but a gimmick of his own to secure some NPAs. The 20, 000 and 40, 000 Credit card outstandings have now blossomed to 80, 000 and 1, 77, 000 thanks to the fertile imagination of the icici people who sit on a demand for years and then make the outstanding multiply manyfold, intimidating AND THREATENING CUSTOMERS and I quote verbatim from the Legal Notice sent to him(my father) from an Nagpur Advocate, probably an friend of Mr. Pandey: 5. " The said credit card is the absolute property of my client, in respect to which you were supposed to abide by the terms and conditions of the bank. By misusing the credit card you have illegally enriched yourself and have committed an offence of misappropriation of "Public Money". Hence you may note that you are liable to be punished for causing wrongful gain to yourself and by causing wrongful loss to my client.. Thereby you have caused harassment to my clients. In addition to this you have caused breach of trust reposed on you by my knowledge. My client represents to us that as against the promise made by you, you have become a gross defaulter and intentional default on your part ... Further it goes on to say that Criminal action will be initiated against my father and his photo will be published in the newspapers. All this is from my point of view extremely intimidating, not to mention grossly illegal. The supreme Court has banned the use of photos to be given in Newspapers. Several years ago ICICI bank and other banks were severely reprimanded for use of "dadaGiri" and goons to take back Carse on loan and use underworld elements to threaten customers who have defaulted to make payments under threat. A similar pattern is discerned by me here. You are sitting on the default for years together. Suddenly you wake up because of what the RBI says about reducing NPAs( I presume) and then you put pressure on your branches to make recoveries and they resort to fanciful tactits of converting Civil matters into criminat ones to intimidate customers and threaten them with violence of a different kind. Violence it nevertheless is. I resent strongly to all this As a educated Managing Director I hope that you will not succumb to the politics of retrival by hook and crook and let the crooks have their way The reason why the cc bills were unpaid was because my client retired. So no question of willfully not paying. And today he is unable to pay his medical bills forget your credit card dues. Had you contacted him a few years ago some way out may have been possible. S.                         My account has been debited for rupees 570 on[protected] under description " 60124925 DP CHGS TILL SEP-15". ICICI didnt send any SMS alert or email alert when they debited my account for this. I am subscribed to SMS and email alert for all transactions. This is cheating, ICICI is debiting money out of Customer's account without notifying.

                          Icici bank won't provide amortization schedule for home loan. Why?

                          Why has ICICI bank disabled the possibility for customers with home loans to view the amortization schedule online? Why is ICICI bank making it close to impossible for home loan customers to see what the amortization schedule is?

                          Earlier it was easily possible to login via home loan and personal internet banking portal (www.icicibank.com) and view the information.

                          I have tried to obtain the schedule personally...

                          Hi, I am having a saving bank account in ICICI Marathali branch.My account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice in last 3 months. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                            Dear, Sir/ Madam I, Shamina Sharma, a primary account holder of ICICI Bank account#[protected] at Nehru Place Branch, New Delhi - 110019, reported the fraudulent transaction (s) to ICICI bank that had been occurred on my account fr August 19th 2015 through October 13th 2015. The matter has been reported to bank customer care cell also vide SRs (#[protected] & #[protected] against the fraudulent transactions. I have been United States of America since March 2012. was holding a Airtel Mobile Phone No : +91-[protected] which I entered in my bank record at the opening of account. Since I was away & my mobile was not in use the service provider Airtel issued this number to some one else without my permission . The service provider could not imagine that the issue of this mobile no will result in serious fraudulent transactions from my bank account by some one else through mobile -banking & receiving lot of information from the bank. My online account#[protected] has been locked since June/ July 2015 and all the disputed transaction occurred through tele-banking from the month of August.2015. It is painful to report here that while reconciling the bank statements, I have come to know the following fraudulent transaction amounts:- From August 1st, 2015 to August 31st, 2015 : Rs 131, 174.40 From September 1st, 2015 to October 13th, 2015 : Rs 438, 189.64 Total Damage: Rs 575, 361.04 It is evident that I am a victim of weak mobile banking security system, as a result the fraudulent was able to access my account without knowing my other details and performed fraudulent transaction through mobile banking. As suggested by bank Customer case department, I had reported about this incident of fraudulent transactions to bank Investigation department ([protected]@icicibank.com) on October 14th, 2015, and asked Customer care to freeze all aspects of my account. In spite of confirmation from the customer care representative, the fraudulent was able to perform another transaction for Rs 15, 00 on October 15th, 2015. This gives me zero confidence on ICICI Bank security system. Additionally, the ICICI Bank has disappointed me by not responding to my reported incident. NO acknowledgement from the bank on my email that I sent on October 14th, 2015 I request you to look into the matter in depth and help me to get my hard earned savings back from the ICICI Bank, who is responsible for the security of my money.                               Dp charges - 57325610 dp chgs till sep-15

                              I am RAVINDRA VISHWAKARMA. 570.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-15) DP charges on

                              29/10/2015. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction

                              Sir, I would like to state that on 28.10.2015 by 08.30 PM transaction has been failed during transfer of Rs. 2500 to my ICICI wallet No. [protected] from ICICI Pockets saving Account No.[protected] with transaction reference number INF/[protected]/[protected]/3327010 00026/2/0 but the same amount has been dedicated from my saving account and til date amount has not been refunded.                                 Now the victim is me? Hi, This is Kishore Moni Bora from Assam. My acc number is[protected], contact number is [protected]. Bank should send a notice for any deduction or any monetary issue. My acc has beeen charged with Rs 513 as MAB charge. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. As a customer I need proper explaination as well as my money within a limited time or else the complaint will be raised to Banking Ombudsman. Thanks

                                  Hello Sir/Madam,

                                  My name is Siddhesh Sameer Acharekar, and i am writing in regards of the SMAB charges of Rupees 513 SMAB Chgs SEP15+Stax63.00 being taken out of my account on 31/10/2015. ICICI didn't warn me about the charges, they didn't send me any correspondence whatsoever ; they just took the money out of my account without my authorisation, which is totally not acceptable.
                                  when i opened the account; i was told its a zero balance account and don't need to maintain any balance.So taking the money out without my authorisation is an act of forgery.I am more than disappointed with ICICI and know there are many others who are facing the same issue.I didn't expect such uncivilized banking from a bank of this calibre.So now i want a correspondence from you guys why the amount was deducted just after i transferred huge amount in the account? why wasn't i charged when the my balance kept hovering between 200 and 500? and just after i transferred and my balance went above 1000, you guys took out the money?...unbelievable
                                  this is so not acceptable ICICI team. i know now you guys must be having some hidden conditions or policies but we guys were unaware about it.So you guys need to educate people about such deductions or you should create a system about informing the customer before deducting even a penny from the customers account which will result in effective banking and maintaining relations.Because i know for sure because of this con, you guys are going to lose many customers.But this won't affect your revenue which is 103 billion USD, will it? but sure it will affect your goodwill and faith of your customers.
                                  I want to stay with ICICI unless you guys provide me with a suitable resolution for getting the money back because i am an common man with common money.
                                  I don't feel secure about sharing my account details on the internet so i am giving you my mobile no. and email to contact.

                                    Visited about discussion security said after 5 pm ..no one is responding ...at the time of discussion 2 staff is ready to out office ..i ask him the customer care no. They are ready to fight on all level...is it the proper behaviour of a branch with customer?...please
