I am account holder of DCB bank and has asked my mother to withdraw cash for me, she has used ICICI bank ATM for the withdrawal for INR 5000, as was deposited in SBI machine. after 24 hours we were informed that 11000 rs note is fake !!!

note was issued from ICICI Bank ATM located at Hindutan naka, Kandivali west branch on dated 5/11/2015, time 05.28.13 evening

kindly help and advice with further solution

    Hi, last four days i'm trying to connect with credit card department regarding value manages in month.but I'm so irritate getting worst services of icici bank credit card. every time saying pressing no of buttons but not connected. where do i call directly to customer care, please resolve this issues as earliest.otherwise i'll close this a/c very soon.

      I've found several discrepancies in the bank statement with respect to the savings bank account I have in ICICI. There are several unwarranted deductions.

      The deductions are all dp charges-Demat account charges.


      Also I've seen that these are faced by several other ICICI bank customers as I have noticed in Consumer Complaints forum.


      I mailed the ICICI customer care at [protected]@icicibank.com

      But the Customer care guys says that Its deducted regardless of transactions made, but I've not even activated demat account.


      I do not hold any demat account.Also I've never logged into any demat account.Its just that one of the ICICI folks called me repeatedly and asked me to get an account and activate it.I clearly rejected the offer and never activated any such account. None of the accounts will be activated unless I login and activate such an account.I clearly have not logged in and have not activated any such demat account.


      The customer care guy says that I need to fill closure form but the debited account will not be returned, this is utter fraud on the part of ICICI bank to deduct money for an account never activated.

      We dont even receive notification on mobile when such money is deducted.Its a web of fraud weaved by ICICI bank as can be seen clearly.

      The fact that dp charges will be deducted is not conveyed to the customer at any point in time-no mail communication, no mobille communication.

      I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

      Such bad customer care-Its a shame they call themselves customer care.They ask me to close an account that I never activated.Will never use any of their services again.

      Send your complaint by email. Once you get complaint number, the bank people run behind you to solve the issue.

      RBI ombudsman can be used for any kind of complaints against banks that do not provide its service, disrespect customers, delaying services etc.,

          Hello sir, We are getting call from ICICI bank, to settle the loan which we have not taken. someone has misused our number for the loan, I have informed them many time that we have not taken any loan, and we don't have any account in ICICI bank. but they are not taking any action against this. today morning we have got call, and they used many bad words to settle the loan. due to this my mom getting mental torture.

            This is to state that I NAVIN SANGHAL am unfortunately a ICICI Coral CREDIT card HOLDER no [protected] . It is so painful to say that since past FIVE week I have been trying to enjoy /avail the offer of the 1 IS TO 1 FREE MOVIE TICKET and since past few late nights as atry to avail the offer through Book my show, I get the offer but after I fill all the details of my card for the gateway to payment it doesn't happen . The worst part is that the offer you want is always avaliable from 00.oo AM till maximum 0400am and when it doesnot happpen the customer care of book my show says that the problem is from ICICI end and during those hours ICICI Customer care says that they are helpless and I need to call in the morning IS THIS THEY WAY A CUSTOMER IS BEING FOOLED AFTER MAKING A PAYMENT AND GETTING CORAL CARD AND WASTING HIS 4/5 NIGHT DAILY TO TRY TO GET THE OFFER FOR WHICH HE BOUGHT THIS CARD HE DOESN.T GET THE OFFER THEN WHAT IS THE USE,
            since past 3 weeks have been making complains to the ICICI Customer services and EVERY time they say we shall get back to you in 48-60 hours
            BUT SINCE PAST 15 DAYS THERE IS NO CALLS / NO NEWS FROM THEM

            THIS IS HOW THE CUSTOMER IN SPITE OF GETTING IS ACCOUNT DEBITED WITH THE CHARGES AS PER THERE WISH IS UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING

                    Sir i have a salary account with icici bank account no[protected] suddenly i found they have blocked my balance 561.00 rupees. i called their customer care number and one of the executive told me i have been charged for demat account.to get proper information i visited my nearest branch and according to the branch manager i also had a different salary account and a demat account with icici which i have not closed yet. as per their concern i had not charged 1100.00 rupees for the demat account before that is why the have blocked 561.00 rupees from my running icici account . now i have few question about this. 1.can a customer open several salary account by using same documents? 2.i am using this account since may 2015 always i maintain more than 2000.00 rupees in my account they they did not charge me under these month of may jun, july, augest, september? 3.while i am running a demat account when they should charge me the amount according their terms and conditions? 4.can they charge me from one account to the differentaccount? 5.why the bank guy told me demat account is free of cost? 6.the pan car which i am using since 2009 that help every time to open any bank account then why bank manager telling my i am not using a original pan card? please help to get my balance 561.00 rupees as soon as possible

                    the problem has not resolved sir because i have been told that there will be no charge for opening dmat account when i open that by a bank guy who came to our private office kolkata shyam bazar.

                    now i have already left that company in that time few agents were there in that company who have have been told the same story.i can give you that company's number ask the manager of that company ask them who was that guy? who help us to open salary account as well as the demat account

It has almost 11years and 8months we have neither received any communication from you nor interest payment for the subject period. I understand that as I have opted for option I annual interest, which states that, interest will be paid on February 28 each year, the first interest payment will be made on February 28, 2002 for the period commencing from the deemed date of allotment and last interest payment will be made at the time of redemption of the bond on pro-rata basis. While talking to your online help yesterday I was informed that cheque sent to me during those days were returned undelivered. My correspondence address and my resident address is same and I am still staying at same place since last 23years. I appeal to you kindly for redemption of the bond with interest till final payment made as per your bond letter. In this case since you received cheque undelivered it was your responsibility to ascertain bond holder get fully justified in redemption and get full interest payment along with principal amount. I felt that since money was laying with you I could not utilised it in productive operation I should be compensated and claim on the principle should be justified.                         Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that i hold current account in ICICI bank, Kaushambi Branch, Ghaziabad. Yesterday on 4th November, 2015, I received 2 messages on my number which is registered in my account, the amount of Rs. 29627/- and Rs. 2782/- debited from my account which was not done by me. The card was with me at that time and nobody was using it. Then, I rushed to my branch to get information that how it is possible when i am not using my card and net banking option then how the amount is debited from my account. I already filled the disputed form in bank and lodge complaint in cyber crime cell. I would like to request you to please take necessary action on the above matter and solve my issue. Also, i would like to request for refund my money as earlier as possible.

                            Hi All,

                            I want to bring one incidence in your notice that there was a Fraud Transaction of 10, 000 /- happened with ATM on 22nd Sept 2015 through ICICI bank ATM located at TOT Mall Noida(UP) having ATM ID - (SICW-2645).

                            On 22nd i visited this ATM to withdraw Rs 500/- from my AXIS bank Debit Card ([protected] ), but the ATM machine was hanging intermittently and the screen is also not showing the desired outputs as per the input provided, there was also another ICICI bank ATM beside same ATM in same building where i successfully withdrawn Rs 500/-.on 15:23 pm and got assured by checking the remaining balance of my account that was OK till that time.

                            After 10 -11 minutes i got message that Rs 10, 000/- has been debited from my A/C at 15:34 pm through ATM located at TOT MALL NOIDA UP (SICW-2645), Immediately i reported this incident to my Home branch of AXIS Bank and ICICI BANK branch at Steller IT park sec -62 Noida who is maintianing this ATM, they insisted me to register a FIR for this incidence which i have registered(Enclosing the FIR copy).

                            As i am keep on following on this case since more than one month, but i am not observing a single progress on this issue as ICICI bank is letting Keep on closing again and again by saying "Customer has withdrawn money”.
                            Below are the Request and complain number which i have registered to Customer Care and my HOME branch of AXIS bank.

                            I am pretty much sure that some malpractices have been made with this ATM machine and this ATM machine is faulty, as i am attaching the ledger for that day for this ATM of date 22/09/2015.(EJ_4.jpg)
                            Please have a look here that all the transactions were not having a session more than 60 seconds, but in case of my Transaction the session was started on 15:20:08 and money have been withdrawn at 15:33:58 which is approx 14 minutes.

                            Date - 22/09/2015
                            Start time of Transaction- 15:20:08.
                            PIN entered - 15:33:32 ( during that time i was having my ATM card and i was not present on that ATM machine)
                            Cash Taken- 15:33:58
                            End time of Transaction- 15:34:08.

                            Total Duration of Transactions - 14 Minutes ( which is not expected to carry as much long session with any ATM machine).

                            I want to highlight below points which will help in the Investigation of this issue-

                            1)There were no Security Guard available on this ATM on 22nd Sept 2015.

                            2)There was no any Point of contact Number provided on this ATM which is generally available on all ATMs so that Customer is unable to report these cases.

                            3) The footage provided by the ICICI Bank as per FIR request is not all all clear, so unable to identify the Culprit.( Camera Used in ATM machine is useless).

                            4) Is it possible to have a 14 minutes session in the ATM machine?. which is practically not possible to have such a long sessions for a single transaction.


                            Request you to Kindly Investigate this issue on your Level as i am not getting any a single positive response from Bank and from last 1 and half month i keep on following up with ICICI bank and my home Branch of AXIS bank

                            Its my appeal to take this case on priority as Rs 10, 000 /- is very heavy amount for me and i am being very much troubled with this loss, therefore request you to please ask ICICI bank to return my money back as all this has happened due to their technical faults and improper maintenance and security on their ATM.

                              I booked the tatkal ticket from chennai to surat on 5th nov, 2015 via irctc. com ; It shows payment was successful and Rs.2162 was debited from my account. But when payment process redirects me to IRCTC website, it shows that "we are unable to process your request; please try later". Hence, Ticket did not get booked though the payment was successful. Since the ticket could not be booked, i am supposed to get my money back from ICICI.

                                I am Swadesranjan Taral from Kolkata. In the year 2003, I obtained a Credit Card no.[protected] which was valid up to 06/13, by creating a lien of my fixed deposit.

                                The Limit of the credit was only Rs. 18000/- upon consideration of the amount of fixed Deposit. The said fixed deposit certificates are not supplied to me on regular yearly renewal, and the amount stands at present more than Rs. 50, 000.

                                In spite of my several requests, the credit limit of my Credit Card is increased according to my Fixed Deposit nor I have been supplied with the Renewed Certificate.

                                So, please resolve the dispute by enhancement of the credit limit of my card and send me the present Fixed Deposit Certificate at least within 15 days henceforth.

                                I am disgusted about your Customer Care

                                  ICICI Bank — pf withdrawal Respond To Complaint I was en employee of ICICI bank from01/09/2007-01/08/2008. I had submitted mail request to HR for processing my pf withdrawal, which has not been done till date.                                     Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI kamarajar Madurai branch.My account no. is[protected] : I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited. I don't have any mail informing about this charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. I dont know why they are deduct my account, i informed to customer, they are not response to me, without any information they are deduct my account, kindly help me sir, i am a middle class family.                                       1. If the new atm card is requested, then there is no way to reach customer care associate at ICICI bank. Because it asks for the pin to go ahead and with the new atm card pin too is delivered. So, in short one is unable to reach customer care over the phone, which is a very painful thing. Because of this, had to visit branch office.
                                      2. Needed the atm card on which every thing was dependent. atm card was not delivered at the requested location. And because of above point # 1, when visited the branch, the lady at branch was rude and did not deal with situation properly.

                                      The courier comes at any time they want, which is too inconvenient. Asked them to come before 10 am, but they plainly refused. In this case, there should have been arrangement to send the parcel at the icici branch, which I requested.
