My Name is Jyothi Naidu i am from Bangalore Region, and Here i am not getting any response from the People in Bangalore so only i am escalating the Issue,

Here You can see that i have submitted my documents for personal Loan for 1 Lakh on[protected]
and i got approval at the earliest then 1 Guy Called me for the aggreement and Cheque of my salary account and i have given that on[protected]

and he said the Loan amount will be credited to my account in 1 Day and it has been almost 12 Days Still there is no response and when i call to the customer care there is no response and when i am trying to contact
the peoplw will not pick my phone and i am requesting you now by escalating this issue Regarding the Loan Disbursment

    I am a customer of India Bank(S/B A/c[protected] at Chrompet Branch in Chennai.
    On 14/10/2015 around 08.45 Am I had used ICICI Bank ATM in Chennai at Nelson Manikan Road branch for money withdrawal but the transaction failed with a system error.
    I didn't get any money but I got a message that my Indian Bank account is debited INR 10000.
    Please investigate and get it credited back to my Indian S/B account ASAP.
    please trace for recovery of my money.

      I have a icici bank account from 2012.At the time of opening it was said that the demat account attached with it is totally free.but yesterday(Oct 2015) 584 rupees has been deducted from my account without any alert message on my mobile.when I tried yesterday in ATM unknowingly...the balance was showing 0.unknowingly I tried two more time and ATM got blocked.This deduction is totally unacceptable.         I want to report two fraud ATM withdrawal of rs 19584 from my Account number today which was not done by me. The complaint number for the same is sr[protected]. Please look into the matter as the withdrawal has been done without using ATM card which i have right now. Please take this as high priority matter because all the cash is withdrawal and my family is dependent on me.

          There have been like really lot of complaints here about ICICI OTP feature for international users but seriously, they're not even bothered to help. I am in USA currently and stuck with a stupid transaction problem because of ICICI's useless restrictions under the name of security. Last 15 days I have been struggling with trying to get them to change my contact number to my international contact number as my registered India number is no more active, which is a common sense that going to happen with any international user. Finally, I managed to send my HANDWRITTEN request to change mobile number to international number as per guided by the ICICI officials after 15 days of calls and complains and emails... I had to send my poor mother in India all the way from my hometown to Pune travelling just to tell them to change my number... by God's grace, they did it.. but now I do not get any OTPs on my US number.. and I use AT&T.. one of the leading networks.. and I am sure now they're gonna blame it on my network.. So frustrated..

            Hi Team, I recently noticed that ICICI bank is charging me a sum of 28.50 Rs for some charges which I was not clear of and on enquiring with them further they say that these ATM decline charges are levied if someone tries to withdraw an amount more than his current balance in the Bank. I was surprised to hear that any such charge also exist and on further enquiry the representative has just one statement to give me that "These charges are levied as per RBI guidelines" i don't think so RBI has this kind of guidelines. It is a possibility that a customer can mistakenly press a wrong amount to withdraw more money and also can be unaware of his current balance so may try to over withdraw. But I think levying a charge for this by the bank is not fair. Can someone please advise if he has also been through this. And if someone is aware of the rules can you please suggest if it is fair? I think this practice in unfair and if this is wrong I would like to know a way through which I can raise my voice against this. ICIC bank a/c[protected] Rs 28.50 Charges were levied Two times in[protected] date stated for[protected] Other than this we will have Transaction limit charges as well then how can we check available balance every time.               It'a a earnest request to resolve the issue, as this is the first time I am facing the issue or let me know that it was a mistake of mine to opt for the credit card from your bank.
              I got a call from one of your executive and requested for the details, now it appears that it was a fake call and tried to do the transaction of 5000 Rs.

                My Name is Jagabandhu Sabat, I have NRE account with ICICI Bank. I would like to bring to your notice a unauthorized transaction taken in my account by ICICI bank. I transferred Rs.1000.00 on 3rd Sept 2015 from my ICICI bank account to MY SBI NRE bank account. The funds were returned on 3r Sept 2015. On the same day ICICI Bank 2nd time debit the account without my authority and credit the funds again in my account. Further, on 4th Sept 2015 the funds were debited 3rd time without my authority and transferred the funds to SBI bank account. After 5 days I sent mail to SBI bank to check regarding credit of funds they informed me funds not credited. I called ICICI Bank and told them regarding funds not credited. ICICI bank gave me a reference Number RBI Ref No.[protected] and told to give to bank they will be able to trace the funds. I sent mail to SBI bank with the reference Number and they informed me that the account is Dormant due to no transaction and funds cannot be credited, only debit transaction can active the account. I sent mail to ICICI bank and told to credit the funds back to my account on 6th Oct 2015 but till date they are asking me a time and telling please bare with us. Today they were suppose to call me before 12 PM India time regarding money update but did not received any call. The service provided by ICICI bank is pathetic. I have below question 1) Can banks have authority to debit the funds from customer account except Bank charges. 2) The transaction done on 3rd Sept 2015 was a MMT transaction, but as per ICICI bank MMT transaction not possible in NRE account as this option is disabled for us, then how its a MMT transaction. 3) I did only 1 transaction the first one why they debited the funds 2nd and 3rd time. 4) Did they informed me or called be before doing the transaction. 5) I did NEFT transaction and not MMT transaction. 6) I was been informed by SBI bank on telephone that the funds will be with RBI in suspicious account. As per ICICI bank they need 5 days to credit back the funds, why they took 52 days and still no update. 7) As per ICICI bank the transaction took place on 4th Sept 2015 is a ICICI bank transaction or bill payment. 8) They did not revert to customer as per their service time frame. 9) If a unauthorized transaction took place with out informing to customer, what is the security of customer funds which we keep in the account. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.                           I'm holding account with the ICICI bank from 2001: A/c:[protected] There's a spell mistake done in my surname by the bank authoring while opening the account. Since then I was submitting the requests to correct it - with one or the other reason they didn't do it. Recently I provided my passport, Pan, Driving license, Aadhaar card and SSC certificate copy to correct the name along with a lawyer's affidavit - they are not ready to accept...

                            I have been dealing with icici bank from 2012...i have salary account and Rs. 3000 were debited from my account. My account is showing NFS/cash withdrawal on 20th Oct-15 instead i have not withdrawn money form my account. The time when the withdrawal took place i was in Gujrat and the customer care person told that it was done from Maharashtra. It was surprising that though the card was with me ..how could be the transaction done. When enquired...

                            ICICI credit card has taken joining fees of Rs.1000/- plus tax for Coral card no [protected]. This is an new curd provided by ICICI as an upgrade service to my old card no: [protected]. While customer care made me go for the up gradation of my old card with more features, they confirmed the same without any additional charges. But when the statement was received the joining fee was added to the statement. I had requested the customer care to relive me the joining fees, but they did not. Where else they converted my payback amount and got their payment. But without authorization they have cancelled the Coral card. This is a fraud and needs to be addressed.

                                  I am having a personal loan with ICICI bank from few day had some financial problem so can't be able to make the payment, a recovery agent named as dinesh Rawat mobile no as [protected] called to my wife and told her "hi darling kya kr rhi ho loan ki payment ni ki to dek kya krta hu " and used lot of abuse words, who give them authority to talk like this. Kindly do the need full, my ICICI bank user ID is[protected] name Sandeep pathak [protected]

                                    Various fraudulent transactions has been made from my saving bank account between 4:11 Pm to 5:31 Pm on dated 05-10-15, amount of such transactions is Rs. 43, 030/- . While I have not transacted such type of transactions. Please let me know, without my consent, how the RD had broken? while I was not initiated any request from my registered mobile no and mail ID for broken of such RD. No prior confirmation taken from my side for such broken from ICICI, while before this you always ask for broken of RD/FD. I feel that all the act has been done from your negligence and security problem so ICICI is fully responsible for such loss. I have already lodged complaint through mobile banking vide complaint no. SR[protected] and SR[protected] Dated[protected]. Further, Please let me know first, request for generating 3D Security pin from which no? Is it initiated from my registered Mobile number and registered mail id? And further, all these details also lying with your system may be it can be leak out from your system or from your employee. So why should I wear this loss? And further on that day i.e. on 5th Oct I did not use my mobile and internet for banking I hope it is also in your record. And why you did not match the voice from your record??if third person call from another number than you should match the voice sample. If you have no voice record than you will be responsible for such loss. Please provide me all the call details if I was send request for any banking transection for such matter. Further, if any other person told you through phone banking for breaking RD in that case your responsibility is that you send a request no for such braking of RD over the registered mobile no and mail id before breaking of RD. So all the acts had done due to ICICI Security problem so ICICI will be fully responsible for such fraud.
