Dear sir/Mam, We have been using icici service since last 5 yrs. My husband had done shopping from icici bank credit card. When we go for next time shopping the card was blocked. and then check the amount pending to be paid, it was showing Rs. 0. he didn't get any msg for the penalty value, it was in April, we followup through mail. They called us back and asked the readon and didn't followup again and no update. Today we see ICICI branch they asked that these are annual charges and now the amount became around Rs. 3000. We had only done the shopping for Rs. 800. Very poor customer service by icici this time. While providing the credit card you people follow up doning call on call. but no one a single person to handle query if the customer face any issue. atleast you should message the person for any pending amount and Why you are charging this penality. If card is blocked how we will be reliable on you to do furthr shopping

    The Nodal Officer ICICI Bank Ltd. Bandra Kurla Complex Mumbai 400051 We received an inward remittance amounting to USD 1035/- on 10/08/2006 vide your transaction Ref# 007SXR13643106 against Consultation Services given to our Customer 'Indo-Thai Synthetics Co. Ltd.' Thailand. The Payment terms were 100% advance and export of physical goods was not involved. Since then we have been repeatedly submitting our set of docs. to your Bank and still been harassed by your different teams asking docs. for the same again & again threatening us to complain/report to RBI. It seems some of your employees have malafide intentions behind this. It has crossed all extents of carelessness and bad intentions at Bank's end now and, we have left with no option other than to file a formal compliant. Hope this will receive your due attention, before we receive another letter from your Bank asking same set of docs. one more time. Please, at least look into it and stop this non-productive activity, it has been more than enough, over past nine years! Regards, Anjali Gupta

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 8 years now. When I checked my bank transactions yesterday I found that there is one debit transaction "53692420 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 4, 571.41.When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.         Dear Sir / Madam, I am Nirajkumar S. Naik having disputed cases for my ICICI credit card Nos. 1. [protected] And 2. [protected] In the year 2006, I paid an amount to one of the person came from your bank/Agency. He gave me a receipt for the same. But, he had neither deposited money nor updated such things in your bank. This way he made a financial fraud with me. I had launched complaints twice regarding that fraud done with me by him in your concern department too. But, there was no response regarding the same from your bank. But after that incidence... i never got any call from your bank or collection agency. Now all of a sudden... After 9 years... In the year of 2015... Somebody started calling me since last 6 months for my outstanding amount with very harsh and indecent language. I have started deposit small instalments towards my outstanding to prove my good intentions not to grab any money of your bank even though i have not got any solution from the bank regarding a financial fraud done by your employee/agency. I also opted for the settlement last month. but due to some unexpected financial crises i was unable to pay. But, I have updated about each and every situation of mine to your employee/agency. I have received every phone calls made by your employee/agency. But now a very serious issue has been raised... One lady from different phone numbers +[protected] /[protected] /[protected] and many other numbers is calling continuously on my wife's cell number and forcing her to settle this issue immediately... That person had called my wife's boss, her colleagues and my other relatives too. I have lost my credit... They all are government servants or business men... That person from your bank / agency has destroyed my relation with my wife and all other relatives by harassing them on phone for my settlement with your bank. This incidence has changed my life in to hell... My wife left my home... My all valuable relationships are destroyed due to phone calls done by your employees/agencies. In fact neither my wife nor any of my relatives and colleagues is involved or responsible in the deal/contract between me and your bank... then, why your employee/agencies are calling and harassing them...? I request you to do the needful to help me to recover my destroyed relationships with my wife and relatives by taking necessary action against the concerned employees/agencies of your bank. Life time free of cost 2. 4% cash back on every transaction 3. one get one movie ticket free Etc... Above thing sales person commited to me but from condtion not fulfill. below mentioned wrong thing happen with me, which is unexpetable from ICICI Bank. 1.             Sir, This is to request you that I Anubhav Dixit s/o Mrs Manju Dixit have saving a/c as well as my mother also. On 30th june my mother debit cum atm card has been issued from your end but I have'nt received yet new debit atm card.. The problem persisting till today.Even though banking executive and customer care officer verified a/c holder details several times disabled to sort my grievances. On 29june till today Made 16 call.You can check my call details on your pinacle Old card has been blocked not get the new debit atm card. . Due to existing problem disable to use banking services. Therefore, it is requested to please take necessary action and assist us so can get the Debit Card as soon as possible.               ear Sir/Mam, I am one of your customer since 2005( Almost for last 10 years) My saving account with the bank where my salary is always transferred. I am very happy with the services that render to us. Since I was unaware about the credit card facility and one of your branch/credit card executive convinced me in such a way with all positive benefits that inspired me but never turned up with the impact of negative hidden policy. With the belief of getting benefitted, I had availed coral credit card, during the year I utilized the card mainly in ticketing and with few shopping's. I used to pay the amount in time although due to some constraint in the family I was not able to pay the whole amount in time and I was unaware about the 3% hidden charges against the total outlay and other charges. For last more than 2 years I have been paying the minimum amount i.e. more than 2500/ per month against the existing bill. Sometime more than the minimum amount too. With this payment every month for last 2 years my bill didn't reduce. Since I have a family and maintaining the family becomes very hard to me with other inevitable circumstances. Due to all these circumstances, I used to pay the minimum amount and some time 2-3 thousand more than the minimum amount until I am able to pay the total bill . Despite of paying the minimum amount and more than the minimum amount my monthly bill generated every 8th of the month remained constant. Its never come down (Reduced) In such a condition for almost last 2 & more years I am unable to pay off the whole amount due to many constraints & responsibilities in the family. It becomes a severe problem for me. Putting these issues I discussed several time with the representatives of the credit card customer care but they never gave me any kind of solution. I asked/requested to convert the amount into EMI (Loan facility) that's also not accepted. I asked that I am unable to pay off all the total bill although I have been paying the minimum amount and more than that for last 2 & more years but my monthly bill never reduced. It standstills. In such a situation and with my unavoidable circumstances in the family I will not be able to pay all the total amount i.e. 51800/ The amount still remained as it is for last several months despite of paying minimum amount and some time 2-3 thousand more than the minimum amount. I have submitted today to one of the customer care lady representative that this kind of situation will never solved my problem I will not be able to pay off all the existing bill why because bill never come down (-reduced) despite of paying more than 2500/ every month which is continuous payment but bill never come down. In such circumstance how can my bill comes down and paid off. Please help me immediately as my amount of Rs. 2600 goes every month as the minimum payment without fail never helped me to reduced/come down my bill amount. Bill amount generated every month stands as it is. Now the situation becomes critical, I am surrendered myself that I could submit only the minimum amount i.e. 2600 or up-to 3000. Which will never solved to pay off all the total bill. Please guide me what to do. I have always been concerned and respect the bank strategy although the hidden agenda of the credit card facility will definitely kill someone middle class man/family.                 Hi, Yesterday, 13th July 2015, I did a transaction of 500 rupees at 1:43PM. After two minutes, 1:45PM, I received a text on my cellphone that mentioned that a sum of 10, 000 has been debited from my account. I never did a transaction of 10000 but still the amount was deducted from my account. On complaining the bank has registered my complaint. The service request number being SR[protected]. The ATM Details :: ============================ ATM :: AXIS BANK SERIAL NUMBER :: APCN36108 (METRO) AREA OF TRANSACTION :: CHALERA VILLAGE, GALI NO. 3 (STREET NO. 3), SECTOR 44, NOIDA.                       never received otp on time, it delays by 45 min. so i can't make any online purchases. I written a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com but still no response. dont know what to do. i have isafe app to generate otp on mobile but can't be used on purchase, then what is use having that app. really stuck with icici bank OTP service.

                      I got a call from icici representative as i mailed them. The person says, There may be a problem with phone carrier, because he says OTP is generated after few seconds initiating the transaction.

                      I am using aircel network, but when i SMS IBOTP to 5676766 to get generated OTP immediately. for that sms i got the reply as "sorry we are unable to process your request this time, try later..". If carrier is the problem then this message should have been delayed, but i got this very quickly.

                      I have created 3d pin but still i am taken to OTP page when i purchase online. I tried to purchase from flipkart through credit card.
                      They asked to send sms IBOTP to 5676766 to get OTP immediately, I sent it . But for that message i got a reply after 30 minutes like this " Dear Customer, validity of the OTP requested by you has expired. Please login again to access your internet banking account. Can someone from icici customer care help me on this issue?

                        I dropped a cheque for my credit card payment before two days considering the due date i.e. is 8th every month. However, later on I was informed from your concerned call centre that the chaque should have been encashed by due date and thereafter, I was assured that such late payment Fee will be redeemed considering my request. But, till date that redemption was not allowed to me. Under such circumstances I earnestly request you to look into the matter and take whatever steps you deem fit to WAVE OFF the issue as early as possible. I had lodged a complain to the bank officer 72 hrs before, but they didn't respond. Credit Card no : [protected]

                          Hi ICICI team, I have an ICICI account bearing A/C no.[protected]. Today i learnt that 5 unauthorized deductions has been made under the code ATMDEC CHG and 1 under POSDEC CHG of 28.50 each that makes 171 Rs. which is fully unacceptable and illegal. (Altogether 6 deductions). I don't want to know why and how of these deductions. I pretty much know about the silly statement. It doesn't really matter if it's in terms of crores or a paise because they are still an anauthorised deductions. Please do kindly address to this issue at the earliest convenience. I'd be grareful.                                   Dear sir,
                                  As my home loan with icici since 4 & 1/2 years & i regular pay emi also.
                                  So i applied for top up loan on my home loan & given all documents to bank person also some one visited my home 2-3 time for some information & for photos of home after that on 26th june'15 i got sms on my mobile which mention dear customer thank you for choosing icici bank mortgage loan .Your appn no is 64325177 but after 15 days i am not getting any phone call from bank & when i tried to contact through your authorised representative he said your loan is rejected.
                                  So kindly provide me detail status for my loan process & if rejected then give valid reason as i am regular users of icici bank without any history of cheque bounce.
                                  Kindly do needful.

                                    Dear sir, I made bus ticket booked on 3-7-15 but transaction failed and money deducted from my ICICI account, and bus ticket was not booked. And massage from PayTM that your bank not authorized translation but my money deducted from my bank. Msg received for that transaction. Now ICICI and PayTM not responding for this. So from where I collect my money? Please help...

                                      Amount of 28.5 Rs has been deducted from my bank account in the name of Decline of transaction at other bank ATMs or point of sale (POS) due to insufficient balance in the account. I called customer care on Maharashtra: [protected] on 10 Jun-2015 regarding the issue. The customer care representative couldn't give me the explanation why I am being charged after 11 days, instead told me that this is system generated deduction. He told me that he would transfer a call to his senior but he cut the call. Why the amount had not been deducted after so long when the customer wouldn't even remember whether he had made a wrong transaction or not. When I tried to call the customer care again, my call was declined as I had crossed my maximum attempts for a day which was only one. This is a loot from ICICI. following are my account and transaction details.                                         Dear Sir, Last month, last week I went to your Prabhadevi Branch, Mumbai-400028 regarding issuing of Bank Pass Book and your Prabhadevi Branch has informed me that insufficient stock of pass book and asked me to give Aadhaar Photocopy and informed will send by courier. I regret to inform you that so far I have not received any Bank Pass Book after 15 years my S/B account with you. All other ICICI Bank in Mumbai having passbook except Prabhadevi Branch. I met one lady that day she was Branch Manager but she has also not taken any action so far. I do not know out of stock means what as informed by Prabhadevi Branch Manager.
