I had made three transactions on date 03/07/2015. In which two transactions are been done whereas third transaction of amount is yet not reflected and credited to the beneficiary account while the amount is debited from my account. I don't know where the error has occurred. Pls advice on same.

    I have applied for credit card, actually it undelivered to me because the reason you given as"Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Landmark Needed" but no one called me to ask my Landmark when it reach to bangalore. even from that day i was trieng to contact you but i cant able to connect you icici bank customer care number so please take some action on that . the details below Waybill No : [protected] Reference No : [protected] Pickup Date 22 June 2015 From Mumbai To Bangalore Status Returned To Origin At Shipper'S Request New Waybill No [protected]

      This is to bring to your kind notice that on 6 July 2015, an amount of Rs.24750/_ has been deducted through ECS from my Dena bank saving ac no.[protected] to the following mentioned here. Name of account holder_DEEPAK JOSEPH DSA. ECS ITEM SEQ NO.[protected] USER NAME, TP ICICI BANK, BRANCH CODE.[protected]. this deduction is not as per my instructions, knowledge and approval. This is an error from your side which shows simple ignorance only.from yesterday dena bank trying to communicate from there side but your are not even answering the phone calls nor responding to the mails being sent to your bank by dena bank.         Hello Team, I'm currently residing in USA and I tried to update my contact number with my bank for my savings account. When I contacted after 40 mins of support the executive put me on general que and then a supervisor said they can't update mobile number over phone or by email. I've did the same a couple of years before but now they rejected those options. Almost after an hour the agent and the supervisor accepted that they provide limited support from night 9.00 p.m to morning 7.00 A.M. When I questioned why this was communicated to me as a customer the supervisor replied all changes in policy will not be communicated to customer. When I opened the account they promised me its a 24/7 support and they have my email address for communication. ICICI Bank send lot of marketing emails but not this information. Supervisor promised that a Service Manager will give me a callback at 11.00 A.M on saturaday but no one responded until I called them back on Monday 11.00 A/M EST. Another supervisor accepted the fault and based on my request they acknowleged and sent me an email which explains denial of service and information was not provided at appropriate time. I was making international call for support and they were not worried about my expense and my query. All that I'm expecting from RBI is a solution to update my mobile number and an action against the bank for two reasons. First not informing at the beginning of the call and the manager missed a callback. Second reason being no prior information was provided to me as a customer about change in support policy

          imobile app is not activating

          I have downloaded icici bank I mobile app for my banking but app does not activate, when i click on Activate now, first it show sending message and then show sent sms failed. Everytime I get a mail from icici bank to download imobile app. When app is not ready to serve its purpose then why its being advertised so much. Either fix the app technical error or remove it....

              I had credited Rs. One Lakh in FDR No.[protected] on[protected] & Second FDR No.[protected] on[protected] for One Lakh with the request the quarterly interest be creited in my SB account No.[protected]standing at the same Branch i.e. Ushaganj Jaora Coumpound Indore. The quarterly interest was being credited every quarter. But unfortunately for the quarter ending[protected] has not been credited so far. I had brought the matter to the note of Astt.Manager (Ms Manu Jai) and Branch Mnager (Sri Prasoon Gangrade) on 30/6/15 & 4/7/15 and also remined on phone on 6/7/15 and 7/7/15 but to no results so far.

                Yesterday Night 5th july 2015 9:42 PM, I received 7 back to back messages within a minute regarding the debited amount, each deduction of Rs 10000 and total 70, 000 was debited from my ICICI account, and ATM card was with me only and i was at home and i did not not make any transaction after 2nd july, I never shared my ATM pin with anyone, previously approx 1, 12, 000 was balance in my account and within a moment the amount reached to 42000. I blocked my ATM card within some minutes via Online login and i cross checked the same by trying the ATM card to nearest ATM to make sure that blockage by me has been done successfully, today morning i debited my remaining amount from my account because i cannot trust this bank anymore, It is simply a case of frodge but it is very evident that it can only occur if security software and technology icici bank is using is very much unsafe that anybody can hack that . I went to visit nearest ICICI deputy branch manger and branch manager and as per them i logged the case with police SR[protected] has been registered with ICICI bank in order to investigate on this. But logically this is highly unethical as if our money is not saved within your bank then nobody will going to have their investments within ICICI bank. It is not large amount for your bank, but you must know that it is very large amount for a person who gets it salary before 3 days and get to know now all the salary has been stolen by some frodge, and it is my salary account. Kindly let me know the solution of this issue as this is very untolerated issue. as i am corporate emplyee and i carried this account from HCL, currently i am in Dell international services and i am using the same account from last 3 years and i will make sure that i will surely communicate this unethical issue of ICICI to CEO of dell and HCL Michael Dell and shiv nadar, and they are really men of words so if they come to know about this then none of the IT company will continue their membership with ICICI bank, i will definitely keep all my team mate aware of this so that they can also be aware of this issue and close their current and savings and all their salary accounts from ICICI.                     Dear Sir, This is Ritesh Shah, Loyal Customer having ICICI Bank Credit Card from past 10 Years Having Credit Card No. [protected] and I am very Punctual for Payment not even One time I have Missed out any Payment and Not even you have Charged me Late Payment Fees (You can check from your records). But this time I am very much disappointed from your end with the issue that Firstly you have not send the Monthly Statement 06-MAY-2015 to 05-JUN-2015 (Hard Copy) to my registered address So I was not able to make the Payment then also I made the Payment for 1, 697.47 (Which is More Than Minimum Amount Due) Secondly you are Charging INTEREST CHARGES & SERVICE TAX WHICH IS 515.93 & 72.23 respectively. This is wrong for which I have not received Monthly Statement. I Have complaint for Not received the Monthly statement for which they told me that you have received the statement and will send you the Proof of Delivery within two working days request no for the POD is SR[protected] Still I Have not received the POD. Today I Talk with Mr. Vivek Surve (Manager) he told me that you have been charged with OVERLIMIT CHARGES & SERVICE TAX WHICH IS 500.00 & 70.00 respectively. Which was Shocking to me because My Credit Limit is 25500/- and I have use over Limit which was not known to me Because Last Message received from ICICI when I Used for GROUPONS was Available Credit Limit: INR 7, 265.04 so I Made Purchase on that Card for ColorPlus of Amount Rs. 6930.00. I have not received any notification via SMS or E-mail. I Have Received Call from Your END Saying that your are Valuable Customer of ICICI Bank and you can Increase your Credit Limit by Sending One SMS. But I never send the Message I don’t want to increase credit limit. IT WAS UNDERSTOOD THAT IF YOU’RE CREDIT LIMIT IS OVER THAN THAT CARD SHOULD BE STOPPED WORKING (SO WHAT IS THE USE OF CREDIT LIMIT?) So I Request you to that I will pay INTEREST CHARGES & SERVICE TAX for which you have charged if you “SHOW” me the Proof of Delivery. But I will not pay OVERLIMIT CHARGES & SERVICE TAX which is Mistake from your End (What is the Use of Credit Limit?) PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND SOLVE THE ISSUE ON URGENT BASIS.                       Dear sir / madam,

                      This is to inform you that i applied for credit card on date[protected] application no-n[protected] and i submitted my all necessary documents relating to credit card application form . After few days a field officer visited at my office ( om telecom logistics pvt ltd. ) & also came a confirmation call from icici bank on my registered mobile no- [protected] but i have not received any confirmation mail from icici bank yet . When icici bank executive visited at my office then he told me that you will receive your credit card within 21 working days. Now period has been ended.
                      Yesterday, i got a sms on my registered mobile no- [protected] that sr[protected], dear customer, we are currently unable to approve your icici bank credit card application for detail, please call our customer care .
                      After that i called to customer care and they relied that your card is pending due to residential address is not verified yet .
                      I had already cleared that my residence address is correct with discuss customer care .
                      Now i am waiting positive response from icici bank end .
                      I therefore request you to please resolve my problem and provide me a credit card of icici bank at earliest possible.

                        I am a privilege banking customer and operating the account since 2004. i have a zero balance account bearing number[protected] but i am being charged every quarter since last year august SMAB charges without any prior notice whatsoever. its a CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Please refund the total amount deducted by you till date at the earliest.

                          Hi Team I had ordered a watch on Provogue under ICICI offer by paying 299 /- online on 01/7/2015 order #[protected]. I recieced my order on 06/07/2015, however on opening the packet I found the watch is not working. I have seen a numerous complaints regarding it with different issues and here I found a new one. We the customers are feeling cheated from this promotional offer. I ordered watch, only because of it was from ICICI, otherwise wouldn't had ordered it. Deeply dissappointed Please replace this watch to maintain the faith on ICICI

                            Hello, I have a bank account with ICICI Bank in Kanpur at Govind Nagar Branch. I had an amount Rs. 9, 43, 81.08 in my account on Feb 1, 2015. When I checked my balance on March 3, 2015, the balance was Rs. 158.60. The entire balance was debited from my account without my knowledge. When I reported this issue to the branch, they filed a service request SR[protected]. Bank officials told me that the amount would be fully refunded within 75 days, but there has been no update since. Please help us get the much required refund for the money. This money is very important for us as it is required for construction of our house. Thanking you, Malti Tripathi

                              I want to cancel my family first advisory plan because it is not same as explain me on phone.While they explained me about five benefits which included tie up with ICICI lombard but when I went through the details on email which was sent to me and also read online i found many cases filing complaint against them. My credit card a/c has been debited of Rs.9773/- by generating OTP via IVR. So please help me on this matter soon.

                                I had a query regarding my iwish account. My registered mobile no. is [protected]. Interest on the deposit was not accumulated in my account at the end of June quarter. I have been calling the customer care since 02/07/15. Every time the mobile banking executive puts me on hold, then says I will consult with my department, be online. Then after waiting for 10 mins, phone gets cut. This has happened 6 times. What kind of fraud customer care centre is this. Once an officer named Priya simply hung up on me after hearing my complaint, not a single word from her side. As iwish account is opened online, bank said the complaint can be resolved online only. Please stop harassing me and someone resolve my complaint.

                                    Dear sir, I took ICICI credit card long back... things going smooth but without permission they stop my statements. After written complaint to then they confirm me over phone that they stop the statement for global reason- paper saving even at time of taking card & during this incident I told many time that I need hard copy but still Now from March’2015 – may’15 I didn’t received any hard copy & soft copy of statement and after so much one statement I got is carrying huge taxes on late fee & interest. When these ppl without informing stop the statement then why and how I’m liable for to pay charges Need solution and justices by waving all unnecessary charges for smooth process and working ahead
