Dear sir,
With deep sadness and helplessness im writing this letter. My acc has bee freezed since 10 june 2015. I did not use my acc for one year but in may 2015 i used my acc for some of my personal work. The proofs of which is submitted in the bank. I hv visited the bank 7 times. Neither the bank manger thr nor the privilege banker gives me adequate info. I m deeply frustated. They want details of 7500 cash deposited in my acc. I have given them all the names of the person who have deposted the money. Even then they are not acting. I have a fd of 550000 rupees which is my hard earned money. My son has already broken his fd from the bank from the bank his acc no is[protected]. He had 10 l fd in the acc. Why is such a obdurate behaviour by the bank. Pl help.

Msg:Your ICICI Bank Credit Card 4375 xxxx xxxx 4008 has been blocked from the 3-D Secure online transaction service on Jun 08, 2015, for security reasons. Please contact Customer Care for assistance.

      My First Expereinece With ICICI BANK, I had applied a Pockets Saving Account in ICICI BANK, And i also downloaded Pockets App but after downloading i read all the information according to the Pockets Accounts in that account, its zero balance account and i read other terms & condiotions so i think, that account is good for me, and there is one thing, i wasn't have an account with icici bank so, i think i'm going to applying for that account, but after applying i got a call by icici bank side they told us You Have To Pay Rs.10, 000 for this account then account will be open and after that, i called to the customer care executive they told us not it's wrong information which you got, there is no charge for this pockets saving account, if you have to open that account then you don't have to pay any amount if any bank are asking for any charges then you can call us on - [protected] For Open an account plz visit any nearest ICICI branch, if any bank people not open your account then you can call to customer care ph no. [protected] .and then when i went to the branch for open a bank account the branch manger say that, i cant open zero balance account, it's not pnb or sbi bank this is icici bank and icici bank never open zero balance Account.so, plz tell us what can i do in that case, against to the bank.i never imagine that type of service i in icici bank . i think before icici good bank but it was my dream it's not real actually.totally worst services in icici bank.after 4 days i cant get open my saving account.         SIR, IT IS STUPID IVR DESIGN. I HAVE HOME LOAN WITH ICICI, BUT NO DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD. I AM TRYING TO REACH THE ICICI WEALTH MANAGEMENT / HOME LOAN DEPARTMENTS FOR SIMPLE STATEMENTS, BUT ALL IS SEE IS THE IVR ASKING CREDIT CARD NUMBER. PLEASE GET THIS CHANGED, ALSO NON OF THE ICICI NUMBERS GIVEN IN THE CONTACT ARE ANSWERING, WHERE DO WE GO? I WENT TO ICICI BRANCHES ( KORAMANGALA & INDIARANAGAR) YESTERDAY FOR STATEMENT, BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO NHBNG STATEMENTS !!!, SHAME OF ICICI IT AND THE MANAGEMENT. i spent whole day in reaching the locations and end up with nothing !!

          Hi, I am Sunil and I received call from ICICI credit card. They did not give me information about additional services (Card Security) and once card got issued, I received another call from the ICICI customer care. I got to know that the additional services automatically attached with my credit card disbursement and the charge of Rs. 1399 will need to be deducted from my account. I said that I never received and requested the service, any information from the member from ICICI Credit Card Department. But the guy was badly responded and forced me to accept the service. . Please close the unwanted and unknown service tagged by ICICI Credit Card department to my account. If this is not possible, then close my ICICI Credit Card. Expecting your positive reply on above issue happened by wrong information provider of ICICI Credit Card department. Thanks and Regards, Sunil

So many times i raised mail to icici bank for charging me unwanted for keeping nil balance for few days...My account is a demat account and nil balance account but still charging me...Many times i raised mailed but still they are charging me for no reason..                   Hi Team, This is to inform you that today(21st June 2015) when i visited to one of ICICI Bank ATM near HBR Layout 4th Block(ATM ID SFVD9394) at 06:26 AM and withdrawn 10000 Rupees but ATM gave 18 notes of Rupees 500 and 6 notes of 100 Rupees instead of giving 19 notes of 500 Rupees and 5 Notes of 100 Rupees. I was using my HDFC ATM card ending with 8485. To verify what i mentioned above you can also check the camera recording at this time because i counted the money multiple times in front of the camera when i realized that the amount was incorrect. One of the 100 Rupee note came under the 18 notes of 500 Rupees, it seems like 100 Rupees notes was mixed with 500 Rupees notes.                     Even i am also faced same issue.. ICICI bank is worst bank.. MAB charges are calculating every monthly and deducting every month.. i never seen like this other banks.. i will close my account and open national bank.. National banks are very safe and follow RBI rules.. i will put this matter in consumer court.. with out any intimation they are doing their own way..

                      On 20/Jun/2015 9:06 AM I Got a message stating A/C has been debited for 9080.90 INR For VPS-TEXACO. When i checked my account balance the money has been deducted from my account!! If we check about this merchat ITS From Netherlands! Which makes it clearly visible that this is a Fraud Transaction as I am in India and card is with me!! I am not sure how bank did not check About foreign txn n warned me!! Moreover they are not assuring me that My money will be refunded!! I tried to Launch FIR but police just gave me an Acknowledgement.. Please help me getting my money back!

                        I have created pocket card with ICICI bank and for applying pocket physical card ICICI bank offering a brand new tanz headphone with shipping and handling charges INR399 but we need promotional code to redeem tanz headphone. So I have applied pocket physical card on 30 may 2015 and accoding to terms and conditions promo code should deliver me within 15 days but today is 20 june 2015 but no promo code received form ICICI bank and I am contacting to icici bank regularly but they not giving me sufficient answer and saying me you should receive pomo code as soon as possible I have registered my compalint with icici bank after reqesting many times and my compalint no. is SR[protected] and I am attaching my pocket physical card photo proof and physical card no.                           Hi I have salary account with ICICI bank Delhi. I didn't use my ATM from last 20 days but they charged me two times 28.09rs as ATMDEC charges just two days before. How could they charge for ATM decline even when I didn't use my card . Totally chor bank.

                            In 2013, when I was an under-training officer at Dehradun, one agent/employee from the ICICI bank(Dehradun branch) came to our training academy and offered a special account to officer trainees at the academy. The main benefits of the offer were lifetime AMC(Annual Maintenance Charges) free demat account along with privileged saving account and that also without need of maintaining AQB(Average Quarterly Balance). After a year, I was shocked when the charges of AMC for demat services deducted and I made immediate complain and now the real story begins which might be impossible to tell in details but in short they changed their stands like a black ticket agent at local cinema halls. I first contacted Mr Jaswant the main employee at the base branch who offered me such account. He first accepted the mistake and told that he will write to demat service branch to rectify the mistake. Few days later demat account branch contacted me and talked in a very unprofessional way like a fish-market seller. They told me that such offer is not existed and the AMC was free for first year. Two days later, on my further complain to head customer office, demat branch contacted me and offer me a out of bank settlement by refunding my money on their own and changing my account to basic services to avoid further AMC. I was disagreed because I was offered the AMC free account with a full service demat account and not with a basic service account. Later the head of their customer grievance cell also made several baseless excuses. I was totally frustrated by their unprofessional and cheating behaviour which never expected from a bank. Now I can say that compare to them public sector bank is good which might not talked with you such politeness but I strongly felt that the ICICI bank talked and showed its customer friendly behaviour on in cunning and sweat poison way. They just see profit and for that they can go to any extend of cheating and their so called customer friendly behaviour is just an eyewash. I am taking the matter in other legal ways upto that I strongly recommended and warn the present and future prospective customers of the ICICI bank to keep a distance with this bank

                              I received 7-8 calls from mobile number [protected] AND [protected] today asking for ATM card information of ICICI and Sbi Bank. The Caller said that he is calling from ICICI ATM SERVICE CENTRE and if the information is not provided then my ICICI and SBI Bank accounts will be blocked. Finally i got a massage at 7:16 pm from [protected] which reads as " Your accoundt has been temparory blocked by SBI and ICICI Bank and now your current acct. bal is 0.00." i told him that i haven't received any information about blocking my account from bank. Then he said i have to provide my ATM information to unblock the account. I knew this is not real coz i hav heard abt these kind of fraud calls. I disclosed some of my card info. Beware of these kind of calls. please take necessary action and intimate me on my mail id --- [protected]@gmail.com---

                                My father went in ICICI bank for change of mobile number for OTP as registered mobile number is of 9 digit which is not possible, the person in bank told that the number is changed. But when doing payment again the number was not changed. After waiting for 2 days again when contacted in bank (Preet Vihar Branch) they told that this time it will change but still its not change. Please make this request faster as the online bill payment will get late which take extra charges. Photo is attached which prove that the mobile number is not changed.

I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. But ICICI don't have any facility to check balance online where as other banks do provide easy balance check online facility. For ICICI gift card balance inquiry one need to call their Customer Care. I try calling customer care Surat # [protected] but after choosing so much of options to know balance (about 5-6 min+1-2 min queue) as soon as my number come call get disconnected. I have spend almost 30 min calling ICICI customer care and end up in waste of my time and mobile balance. This is simply cheating and way to earn money by forcing people call their customer care center. Why don't they provide simple online balance checking facility online when others bank can do?
                                      I have received icici gift card as a wedding gift. In starting card blocked after 2, 3 transaction and we have tried to call customer service for at least 2 months but no one redirected us to a right portal. After 2 months finally we connected to customer care and our card got unblocked. After some transaction it shows your card has no balance. But according to our shopping transaction we should have some balance. Now we are again trying to call customer service to know our balance and our last 5 transactions but no body responded. Don't know what to do
