Dear sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am the customer of icici savings bank and credit card user for past 4 years. I have posted one complaint on29th june 2015 stating that credit card settlement. Daily i am calling for settlement, till now i didn’t get any calls regarding settlement. And from 27th june 2015, daily 2 to 5 recovery agents are coming to my home and asking to pay the credit card bill and saying that 6th july is last date for your case. Am calling for settlement of the credit card again why this recovery agents are asking to pay the bills.
Guys, if any body come to my home and asking to pay any credit card bill without settlement, am going to raise police complaint on icici bank

    This is to Bring To Your Urgent Notice that Iam Not Able to Proceed with TRENDIN DISCOUNT COUPONS which I had Recieved as a part of Compliment from ICICI CREDIT CARDS. I have Informed the same to Your Cuctomer care officer Mr.Ajay . During the Transaction, the session was Expired and I think the transaction disconnected in Between .. This happened Twice while using the Discount Coupon( both having the same Number) . While Trying to Proceed the Third time, the Discount column was featuring as REACHED THE MAX LIMIT, whereas I haven't done any purchase . I confirmed with your customer care officer that My Two Discount cards is Untouched. He advised me to Clear the cookies in the system and try it again, but Still the Message was same. Please do the Needful Urgently since it is valid upto 30/ 6/ 2015. But now they are telling that since I tried twice, coupon number will be inactive and can't rectify even if I don't buy .       I am(Deepak Grover) an account holder of ICICI bank for about 1 year 5 months. When I was shopping online on Flipkart and when i went on page of payment mmode it showed payment declined, i again tried twice but the error came out was same. Then i went to ATM and checked my balance on 29 June2015 and it was showing totally unexpected. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then I saw a charge of 505.62 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 55.62 dated 30 May, 2015 and 125.96 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 13.85 dated 16 June, 2015.       Just after registering the complaint I got a call from this number ([protected]) and he asked me about the complaint which is raised here but before i finished he disconnected the call. In true caller the name is showing GULAFSHA. Want QUICK RESPONSE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.
      My friend must be given justice so if he didn't get his money back, we will surely take a big action. Every time this will not work ICICI bank. So refund his money back or we will surely create a big problem by posting this on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, too.

        Dear Sir,

        I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am the customer of ICICI Savings Bank and Credit Card user for past 10 years.

        I have received credit card statement[protected] for the payment due 14957 rs. with due date[protected].

        I have made payment on[protected] Rs 2833. and remaining balance 12144 to be paid.But unfortunately I have made this payment on[protected] around 15.00 Hrs.

        After this payment, recovery agent is came to my house around 17.00 hrs and he shouted on my mother and sister regarding the payment.I have informed that payment already made through online.And he is not listening my words and he tortured my mother by shouting. How he will make payment through online .He shouting and saying that he has to pay by cash only .

        Before this he called so many times and Harassed like anything.He is demanding to pay 70, 000 rs even my outstanding is 14958 Rs. And in fact he is not showing his identity card.

        The recovery agent name is one Mr.Gopi.If anything is happened to my mother and my family that will be ICICI Bank & recovery agent Mr.Gopi is responsible.

        I request to you to look following points :

        1. After making payment through online .How come he is asking to pay. Even I requested him to check with the bank and come back .And how come I will pay cash even he is not showing his identity card etc.
        2. He is demanding more than my outstanding payment.

        He again threatened that if we will not pay by cash he will come and sit at my home even after payment made through online.Please see below mail confirming the receipt of payment from ICICI Bank.


        Hence I request you to take immediate action on the above said,

          I have an icici saving account. All of sudden i see 7 MAB(RS 393.26 each) charges on my account. I see bank applied charges for past years and month as well. I dont understand this. as per understanding these charges should not applied and reverted asap. Attaching details for charges.

            My Pocket Card payment is declined on all website why ICICI bank making fraud with customers I uses this card for 1 time in this month on hdfc pos but in website, it is not working my payment not done and bank charges me full year fee of card 113INR I am attach the screenshot of my payment not done with website and also they provide me wrong printed card on my pocket apps valid from date is different than card printed on my pocket apps its 05-2015 and they give me on card 06/2015 what kind of fraud is this?               I Mevilon Gonsalves (NRE ACC:[protected]had filed for the closure of my account from Goa(south Goa Cucolim branch). When i filed for a account clousue from cucolim branch, i was told i will recive my remaining balance by DEMAND DRAFT. On 21 May 2015, i recived my account clousure conformation email. Almost a month past after receiveing the conformatiom email, i have not recived my balance. I do a regular follow up with the cucolim branch, Goa, they also have nothing to say.                 This complaint is regarding the property papers of my residence which i given to icici as mortgage for my home loan (Lbchu[protected]).
                ​i closed my home loan on 13 june 2015.
                I requested the bank to return my original property documents​.
                ​but bank is not giving back my property papers.
                Why icici is not understanding the value of original property papers of a middle class family.​
                ​mam, i request you to please consider my problem .

                I already registered a complaint by email on 13 june 2015.

                  ICICI bank charged me pocket card for rs. 113INR but not giving me with valid details here is misprint on card valid from date on my pocket apps it is showing 05-2015 but they give me pocket physical card with wrong print valid from date 06-2015. I traced this fraud when I go to create 3d secure pin they not accept my details. I call to customer care and they said your details are not matching with us and then I open my pocket apps and here is different valid up to date how irresponsible ICICI bank they are not care for customer and after that I checked my card for making transastions on Airtel.com for recharge my mobile, Mobikwik.com, flipkart.com and many more they declined my card what a fraud it is they are charged me full fee of card and give me wrong card printed and also I am not able to use my card on any indian website making transations. My card no. [protected] valid from 06-2015 that is wrong printed right on my pokcet apps 05-2015

                    hello this is punit mob no. [protected] i have applied for credit card in icici bank. they call the customer to apply for credit card. they collect the documents and never give any feedback about the application even after the customer calls him. they never give the correct information about the credit card criteria. they just say that, you are eligible for this card. then they collect document every time and nothing happens afterwords. they might be misusing the document.

                    Thanks for your reply. I am really happy that your are working on this. But never offer any thing that a is not eligible for a customer. Just inform him well before, so that his time and money is not wasted. I have lost much money calling the customer care about the reasons for decline of credit card application. Please do not waste money and time of public as it is very precious to you all as well.

                      Dear Sir, I, Dr .Sudeshna Mallik had opened two accounts at your phoolbagan branch, Kolkata (via service manager Monalisa) on 11.06.2015 one with my name jointly with my husband Dr.Salil Mallik( Ac.no. 000787 as documented in sms) and another with my minor son Shaunak Mallik(Ac.no.000801 as on sms) with Rs.20000 each( the same has already been withdrawn long back) and another Fixed deposit of Rs 100000(cheque dated 13.06.2015 vide cheque no.603051 drawn on SBBJ, Salt lake, Kolkata).But I am yet to receive any documents till date.The local bank is clueless about the issue.Inspite of informing my service manager regarding this issue there is no correspondence from her side.                           My Account no is[protected] Drive in Branch, Ahmedabad. The Debit Card is expired in March 2015, , But still I have not received new Debit Card. There is no option in there site to register the same, , even there is no option on phones They ask for ATM card number, , as soon I enter the number is shows not valid.
                          ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          Complaint solved, As they insist to register a service request as Lost ATM/ Debit Card, Which will charge 200 rs.
                          While my case is not of LOST Debit Card. Any how it will be resolved..in this way..

                            I have recieved SMS on 26th June 2015 stating that Lien of Rs.45523.97 has been marked on ICICI Bank Account 0202XXXX4843 towards unpaid dues against ICICI Bank Credit Card 43XXXXXXXXXX2005. Please make payment within 7 days, failing which we will be constrained to debit the outstanding dues. For any clarifications, please call our Customer Care o The i have called to Customer care for Card settlement, they please visit nearest branch and collect contact details. I have collected detauils and called up for card settlement on same day. They said we will come tommarrow. And next day (i.e. 27th June 2015), my account balance went in to nagative balance.                                 Hi, I am having a savings bank account ICICI account no. is[protected] . I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock My account has been debited by MAB charges twice within a gap of 10 days. 09/02/2015 MABChgs-Dec14+STax 43.26 393.26 12/02/2015 MABChgs-Jan15+STax 43.26 393.26 My issue - I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I only knew about QAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.                                     I'm literally shocked at how OTPs which are meant to authenticate your online transactions are treated by the ICICI Bank with so much of callousness. I found my OTP going to some random number. I called the Customer Care and they informed that there has been a "system upgrade" at their end because of which this problem is occurring. My questions are as follows: 1. How can ICICI Bank deal with OTP so lightly? Specially when they themselves mention that OTP should not be shared with anyone their system themselves is sharing the OTPs to random numbers!!! 2. If ICICI Bank already know that there is a problem with their system why did they not fix it? 3. Why do they have to wait till the Customers face issues and register individual complaints? 4. After registering complaint I get this information that this will be resolved in 4 working days!!! Isn't there anything named "PRIORITY" and "URGENCY" in the Customer Complaint Categories?? This is a serious security flaw and ICICI Bank is treating it with lowest priority. Amazing!!!

My contact number is : [protected] My mail ID: punit.[protected]@gmail.com I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges: [protected]. SMAB chgsMay15+Stax56.43 Total DR-513.00INR I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) I.e. "Levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Thanks & Regards Punit kumar

                                        Dear ICICI bank Top management. Good Evening. My name is vishvarajsinh jadeja. I have account in ICICI bank from 2008. I have taken ICICI bank Credit card for personal use in 2013. I am regularly getting Statement at my home from October 2014. after that it's automatically stop to receive. I have complain so Many time to customer care regarding "Not Received Statement". But No solution given, I have personally visited to Ahmedabad Credit card department and raise my complain regarding Statement. they have committed to resolve this issue in next month and taken payment of my outstanding amount. March month came now again same Problem "NO STATEMENT RECEIVED". Again I have send mail to Customer care regarding same but no reply and also I have stop my payment. I have inform local level Employee of ICICI bank to resolve my problem than I will pay my outstanding amount. but it's not resolved. They have started me to charge Interest charges. late payment charges. Auto debit charges. Now It's June month. I have received first time statement at my home after 6 month of my follow up. Now I am requesting local level employee and also ICICI bank High authority to deduct my Charges. So I can pay my actual due amount. Hope for Positive reply from ICICI bank.
