My Account no is[protected] Drive in Branch, Ahmedabad. The Debit Card is expired in March 2015, , But still I have not received new Debit Card. There is no option in there site to register the same, , even there is no option on phones They ask for ATM card number, , as soon I enter the number is shows not valid.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Complaint solved, As they insist to register a service request as Lost ATM/ Debit Card, Which will charge 200 rs.
While my case is not of LOST Debit Card. Any how it will be resolved..in this way..

    I have recieved SMS on 26th June 2015 stating that Lien of Rs.45523.97 has been marked on ICICI Bank Account 0202XXXX4843 towards unpaid dues against ICICI Bank Credit Card 43XXXXXXXXXX2005. Please make payment within 7 days, failing which we will be constrained to debit the outstanding dues. For any clarifications, please call our Customer Care o The i have called to Customer care for Card settlement, they please visit nearest branch and collect contact details. I have collected detauils and called up for card settlement on same day. They said we will come tommarrow. And next day (i.e. 27th June 2015), my account balance went in to nagative balance.     After posting this complaint i have got the call from [protected], and asking very roudly that you have posted complaint, tell me what is the issue and what you want to do...and he is asking my debit card no and CVV no.. i have denied to give the details and he disconnected the call.

        Hi, I am having a savings bank account ICICI account no. is[protected] . I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock My account has been debited by MAB charges twice within a gap of 10 days. 09/02/2015 MABChgs-Dec14+STax 43.26 393.26 12/02/2015 MABChgs-Jan15+STax 43.26 393.26 My issue - I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I only knew about QAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.             I'm literally shocked at how OTPs which are meant to authenticate your online transactions are treated by the ICICI Bank with so much of callousness. I found my OTP going to some random number. I called the Customer Care and they informed that there has been a "system upgrade" at their end because of which this problem is occurring. My questions are as follows: 1. How can ICICI Bank deal with OTP so lightly? Specially when they themselves mention that OTP should not be shared with anyone their system themselves is sharing the OTPs to random numbers!!! 2. If ICICI Bank already know that there is a problem with their system why did they not fix it? 3. Why do they have to wait till the Customers face issues and register individual complaints? 4. After registering complaint I get this information that this will be resolved in 4 working days!!! Isn't there anything named "PRIORITY" and "URGENCY" in the Customer Complaint Categories?? This is a serious security flaw and ICICI Bank is treating it with lowest priority. Amazing!!!

                Dear ICICI bank Top management. Good Evening. My name is vishvarajsinh jadeja. I have account in ICICI bank from 2008. I have taken ICICI bank Credit card for personal use in 2013. I am regularly getting Statement at my home from October 2014. after that it's automatically stop to receive. I have complain so Many time to customer care regarding "Not Received Statement". But No solution given, I have personally visited to Ahmedabad Credit card department and raise my complain regarding Statement. they have committed to resolve this issue in next month and taken payment of my outstanding amount. March month came now again same Problem "NO STATEMENT RECEIVED". Again I have send mail to Customer care regarding same but no reply and also I have stop my payment. I have inform local level Employee of ICICI bank to resolve my problem than I will pay my outstanding amount. but it's not resolved. They have started me to charge Interest charges. late payment charges. Auto debit charges. Now It's June month. I have received first time statement at my home after 6 month of my follow up. Now I am requesting local level employee and also ICICI bank High authority to deduct my Charges. So I can pay my actual due amount. Hope for Positive reply from ICICI bank.                       Hi, This is with respect to the reference number: SR[protected]. I have raised a complain about one dispute transaction happened on 26th December 2014. But it is getting declined by the merchant again again. So I went to the Hypercity, Bangalore Merchant store personally and Merchant told me that they have received the amount only once and gave me the hard copy of declaration statement of the same. Please see the attached scan copy of declaration form which given by the merchant and grievance form. The very worst thing is that when I am explaining this issue to the customer care they are placing my call on hold and disconnecting it after 10 minutes. This happened multiple times with me. If i conclude all the above statement, ICICI is saying that dispute transaction request declined by the Merchant and Merchant is saying that We have not received the amount twice from ICICI. Now I am really helpless and hope that somebody will understand and look into the issue properly.                             am unable to make transactions through my mobile due to the wrong entry of my mobile at your end and continuously contacting your phone banking officials since yesterday night and it is yet to be resolved. Because of that I had very huge loss of 3 lac rupees due to your non professional approach. Therefore, you are requested to rectify my phone banking problem and compensate my loss.
                            ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            It is regret to mention that many of your phone banking officials namely Amritha made false commitment on 26th night that my phone banking problem of wrong entry of my mobile at your end is rectified. when I tried for my transaction on 27th morning again, I was unable to receive my OTP and caused a huge loss of 3 lac. Subsequently I happened to contact one of your phone banking officials namely Geetha and informed that it would take a minimum of 3 days to rectify the problem which seems to be ver bizarre. .All these incidences clearly show the casual and perfunctory approach of your phone banking officials and taking no interests in resolving the issues of the customer.However, the problem was rectified by the timely intervention of your another officials namely Kranthy and he definitely needs appreciation in this regard.
                            Therefore, being a valuable customer, you are requested to update the action initiated against this lethargic approach of your officials that led into my financial loss of 3 lac.
                            Also, you are requested to inform me how are you going to compensate my huge irrecoverable financial loss.

                                  Im from bangalore. I do not hold any account in Icici bank, but still i keep getting calls asking if i need a personal loan. i myself will approach any bank if i need a personal loan. These calls are really annoying. I do not understand from where these bank people get my number. this is really a risk to my privacy and also this is a kind of data theft i feel. I got call from [protected]. First of all the LOAN account details provided do not match with my account details: Loan Account Name: Rahul Kumar Rao Saving’s Bank account name: Rahul Rao (Document’s Verified) Date of Birth on Loan Account: 01/04/1984 Date of Birth on saving’s Bank Account: 01/04/1987 (Documents Verified) PAN Number on Loan Account: No PAN number available PAN Number on saving’s Bank Account: Valid PAN Number Updated (Documents Verified) Signature on Loan account: Different Signature On Savings Bank Account: Verified and do not match with the Loan account signatures. Address on LOAN account: Different Address on Savings Bank Account: Have been the same till now from the time of opening. I have already put up a request with the Saket Branch to look into the same (Attached) and also lodged a complaint with Mehrauli Police Station (New Delhi) to file an FIR on this request (Attached) I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not have taken this Loan.                                         [protected] I want to register a complaint against ICICI Bank. I, Puja Bhandari received a free credit card with the credit Limit of Rs. 5000. I, by mistake used the card for a purchase of Rs. 896.19. Instead of the debit card, I by mistake used the new credit card (which I indented to give back) Since I was travelling, and realised my mistake only when I received the hard copy the bill, due to which the payment got delayed by 10 days. My payment due date was 21 Jan 2015 and I made the payment of Rs. 900 on 31 Jan 2015. In my next bill, I was charged Rs. 735.62 for late payment. I have called the customer care and asked to revert the charges. But they are not reverting it and going on are putting more charges on the amount. They have increased the late payment charges to Rs. 2586.90. I again requested them to decrease the late fees, but they are not complying. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.
