I am writing in response for the Lean marked on my account and a letter dispatched to me regarding the same from your side. First of all the LOAN account details provided do not match with my account details:
Loan Account Name: Rahul Kumar Rao
Saving’s Bank account name: Rahul Rao (Document’s Verified)
Date of Birth on Loan Account: 01/04/1984
Date of Birth on saving’s Bank Account: 01/04/1987 (Documents Verified)
PAN Number on Loan Account: No PAN number available
PAN Number on saving’s Bank Account: Valid PAN Number Updated (Documents Verified)
Signature on Loan account: Different
Signature On Savings Bank Account: Verified and do not match with the Loan account signatures.
Address on LOAN account: Different
Address on Savings Bank Account: Have been the same till now from the time of opening.
I have already put up a request with the Saket Branch to look into the same (Attached) and also lodged a complaint with Mehrauli Police Station (New Delhi) to file an FIR on this request (Attached)
I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not have taken this Loan. My name is Rahul Kumar Rao s/o late. Sh. Virendra Rao, resident of D-23, Top Floor, Paryavaran Complex, IGNOU Road, Neb Sarai, Saket, New Delhi – 110030. I started working with Aricent Technologies Ltd. As a Network Engineer in July 2008 after completing my studies, they had open a Salaried Corporate Bank Account with ICICI Bank and my salary was being transferred to the same account. The Account number for the account is[protected] and branch is Sec-54 Suncity, Gurgaon.
I have not signed any terms and conditions to make you authorized to put up a Lean on my account and nor I have signed any terms and conditions during opening of the account to authorize this.
Let me know if I need to send you some documentations to remove this Lean or Should I send a Legal Notice or go to RBI Ombudsmen?
Please investigate this matter and correct the fraudulent charge as soon as possible. I would appreciate a response from you in writing.

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Therefore, being a valuable customer, you are requested to update the action initiated against this lethargic approach of your officials that led into my financial loss of 3 lac.
Also, you are requested to inform me how are you going to compensate my huge irrecoverable financial loss.
