    I am hard earning but ICICI BANK grabbing my valuable money and stealing in the name of charges...

    Each an every month if they charge me Rs.3000 then what all account holders will do...none knows how to contact and whom to contact...

      am unable to make transactions through my mobile due to the wrong entry of my mobile at your end and continuously contacting your phone banking officials since yesterday night and it is yet to be resolved. Because of that I had very huge loss of 3 lac rupees due to your non professional approach. Therefore, you are requested to rectify my phone banking problem and compensate my loss.
      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      It is regret to mention that many of your phone banking officials namely Amritha made false commitment on 26th night that my phone banking problem of wrong entry of my mobile at your end is rectified. when I tried for my transaction on 27th morning again, I was unable to receive my OTP and caused a huge loss of 3 lac. Subsequently I happened to contact one of your phone banking officials namely Geetha and informed that it would take a minimum of 3 days to rectify the problem which seems to be ver bizarre. .All these incidences clearly show the casual and perfunctory approach of your phone banking officials and taking no interests in resolving the issues of the customer.However, the problem was rectified by the timely intervention of your another officials namely Kranthy and he definitely needs appreciation in this regard.
      Therefore, being a valuable customer, you are requested to update the action initiated against this lethargic approach of your officials that led into my financial loss of 3 lac.
      Also, you are requested to inform me how are you going to compensate my huge irrecoverable financial loss.

        I HAVE APPLIED FOR CORAL DEBIT CARD IN ICICI BANK JAYANAGARA 7TH BLK BANGALORE BRANCH, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GIVE GIFT VOUCHER COUPON OF LIFE STYLE, BUT I ASKED THEY TELLING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY ARE TELLING TO VISIT BRANCH. BOTH ARE PLAYING AND THEY WRONGLY ISSUED VISA PICUTURE CARD. BUT THEY CHARGED FOR DEBIT CARD RS.499 PLUS TAX MY A/C No.[protected]

          My online transaction has got blocked by "Verified by Visa" two weeks back. I am not able to contact a customer care executive from ICICI. I tried all numbers.             Im from bangalore. I do not hold any account in Icici bank, but still i keep getting calls asking if i need a personal loan. i myself will approach any bank if i need a personal loan. These calls are really annoying. I do not understand from where these bank people get my number. this is really a risk to my privacy and also this is a kind of data theft i feel.               Hi Team, I am writing in response for the Lean marked on my account and a letter dispatched to me regarding the same from your side. First of all the LOAN account details provided do not match with my account details: Loan Account Name: Rahul Kumar Rao Saving’s Bank account name: Rahul Rao (Document’s Verified) Date of Birth on Loan Account: 01/04/1984 Date of Birth on saving’s Bank Account: 01/04/1987 (Documents Verified) PAN Number on Loan Account: No PAN number available PAN Number on saving’s Bank Account: Valid PAN Number Updated (Documents Verified) Signature on Loan account: Different Signature On Savings Bank Account: Verified and do not match with the Loan account signatures. Address on LOAN account: Different Address on Savings Bank Account: Have been the same till now from the time of opening. I have already put up a request with the Saket Branch to look into the same (Attached) and also lodged a complaint with Mehrauli Police Station (New Delhi) to file an FIR on this request (Attached) I am a victim of identity theft, and I did not have taken this Loan.                   [protected] I want to register a complaint against ICICI Bank. I, Puja Bhandari received a free credit card with the credit Limit of Rs. 5000. I, by mistake used the card for a purchase of Rs. 896.19. Instead of the debit card, I by mistake used the new credit card (which I indented to give back) Since I was travelling, and realised my mistake only when I received the hard copy the bill, due to which the payment got delayed by 10 days. My payment due date was 21 Jan 2015 and I made the payment of Rs. 900 on 31 Jan 2015. In my next bill, I was charged Rs. 735.62 for late payment. I have called the customer care and asked to revert the charges. But they are not reverting it and going on are putting more charges on the amount. They have increased the late payment charges to Rs. 2586.90. I again requested them to decrease the late fees, but they are not complying. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.                     I am having bank account in ICICI Gurgaon branch sector 15 and My Account number is[protected] . I had a salary account which was not being credited for a few months. So it was changed to a savings account. My contact number is : [protected] My mail Address:khan.[protected]@gmail.com I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges SMAB Chgs MAY15+Stax 56.43 =513.00 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities.                                 I HAVE BEEN CHARGED INR 750 APPROXIMATELY (370 APPROX EACH MONTH) FOR THE MONTH OF MAY AND JUNE 2015 AS CHARGES FOR NOT MAINTAINING THE MINIMUM BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS WAS ALL DONE WITHOUT ANY COMMUNICATION TO ME (NO SMS OR EMAIL FOR THE TRANSACTION). HOW CAN THE BANK CARRY OUT A TRANSACTION WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING THE CUSTOMER? I AM GOING TO CLOSE MY 8 YEARS OLD ACCOUNT WITH THIS FRAUD BANK NOW.

                                  False statements and asking documents again and again for personal loan

                                  Hi ICICI, His name is Raju(as he claims) (+91 [protected]) and asked me to submit documents for personal loan 2 weeks ago. Even after 2 weeks he is asking me to submit some more docs. And I have been asking him to provide APPLICATION ID from last one week. But he is not providing. And he keeps on saying about getting the approval by EOD. Please guide me on this, I want to know the application status and please stop these kind of fraudsters....

                                  I applied credit card 1 and half month back... First time it was returned back to bank as adress is incorrect and then I called the 24hour customer care and confirmed them the adress and asked to resend it back... They have send it but still adress is wrongly typed on the courier and now blue dart is not giving me that courier, even though I went personally to blue dart office..                                       Hi, I am currently in Mexico, i have requested ICICI bank to update my mexico number for all mobile alerts. I sent them all the forms duly signed at hyderabad address as one of the customer care representative mentioned the same. They also mentioned the moment the received it will be updated in 2 working days, now it's been a week still not updated. Pathetic customer care and pathetic bank. That too i am a privileged customer who pay yearly 1500 INR for a saphiro debit card. Santrupta
