In June 2015 I haven't used my credit card, but I bills shows Rs.112.86(Rs.99 for Rewards Redemption Handling Fee + Rs.13.86 for Service Tax). When I contact ICICI Bank Customer. Mr. Prasanth, Customer care Manager, Credit Cards. Responded that this charges for Points Redeemed in April in Pay back. But He haven't clarified me Point1. Why ICICI is imposing handling changers for I redeemed point in PayBack. Point2. Why the chagers on June month instead of April. Service request number is SR[protected] Thanks Ramesh

    I have been constantly receiving calls from some female named Shruthi, claiming to be calling from ICICI bank. Today, i launched a FIR with police as she has been constantly making calls to me saying I have taken loan from ICICI . When absolutely there is no loan i have taken or my husband. All these days I was ignoring . Yesterday, ICICI crossed limit when they started calling up my collegues and my Manager saying that I have taken loan from ICICI and troubling them as much as they can. I have already contacted ICICI and confirmed I dont hold any loan against the Bank. I am going to file a harrassment case against the bank of calling my office people, asking money from my office people and rude and unethical behaviour. Police is already investigating. I hope ICICI bank does something about this or ICICI Bank will have to bear serious harassment charges. You cannot call my Office People . First, I have not taken any loan . Second its against RBI laws. ICICI has broken the regulations and will have to pay for it. I am receiving calls from this number - [protected]. They claim to be from ICICI bank, 11th Floor, Jhandewala, Delhi Received call today at 1.30 pm, yesterday at 3.36 pm . My office fellows receive call from the same number at 4 pm yesterday. I have the recording of today's call, the wrong allegations bank is putting on us. Where did they steal all my personal information, i dont understand. Bank has to pay for causing this harassment. Bank has broken RBI rules.

      Had done an IMPS transaction from my ICICI account to an SBI account on 23/07/2015 of an amount of 20000 with the transaction reference number Ref[protected] but same has not credited in the SBI account([protected]).The amount has already been debited from ICICI account.

        Jasper infotech has marked a wrong neft transfer of rs.8741 in an icici bank noida branch sector 1 account holder with account no.[protected] under wrong benificiary name neft transfer on 7th may.But it was not recover ed by icici bank and they allowed the customer to with draw the amount even after blocking the account by jasper.So i want icici noida bank sector1 branch to recover the whole amount.

          due to statement not received missed a payment and interest charges and late payment charges levied which customer service refused to reverse...asking to log a complaint on website and did not guide me properly had to spend almost one hour to find this page somhow...very unsatisfied with the customer service ...i get to knw by collection calling for missed payment which should be done earlier for reminder to the customer..but after putting the charges icici bank calls only for payment which is quite unfair

              HI, I am from chennai and i hold salary acc, savings acc, car loan and credit card in ICICI. For past 3 months I am asking for final settlement and none of the executives came up with details. I have even dropped a mail to the customer care and they have said it cannot be closed. If it cannot be closed, why did the executive promised that they will come up with final settlement amount? We have talked to some 4-5 agents and none of them have given a call back. At month of May my min due was 2900 and now it is 17000+. The total amt swiped by me is Rs.58000 and I have paid Rs.54000 till now. The outstanding amt is Rs.52000 which is all the interest the bank have charged. I cannot pay double the amount. Also last 3 months interest charges was due to false promise the bank agents made to me. I get harassing calls all the time. They have even abused my Father who was at home and he donot know any details reg this card. Even after complaining for several times we did not get proper response from ICICI. We clearly explain each executive that we have requested for final settlement. They will say we will come up with details in next 2 days or their manager will call. But nothing as such happened. Now they have blocked my Salary Acc which is with ICICI and they have made the due amount as negative balance and blocked all transactions. When we are ready for final settlement, how come they can avoid giving us the details or block other account. I have loans in ICICI and HDFC which will be left unpaid if they keep blocking my account. I request to waive off the interest charged and the amount built up during the false promise period and give me a final settlement amount. I really wanted to close off all the accounts and loans in ICICI after this kind of customer service. FALSE PROMISE is a big disappointment. We have jobs and we cannot keep following up with each of the persons who calls up from time to time. When a call back is arranged, it is the responsibility of the agent to call us back which never happened with ICICI. Please help me in coming out of this credit card issue asap. Regards, Nirosha

                Hello, It is me Sherif from Saudi Arabia, there is a company I working for it in India, and they informed me that they sent to me my fees through your Online banking to my Saudi Arabia Bank. And They gave to me this SR and informed me that I should wait till I receive my payment, but till now I didn't get it and I try to contact them, But they ignore me and cannot reach them anyway.                   Hi there I always use ICICI internet banking for transactions and many times i have received the Provogue watch promo code when i tried to utilise this voucher to get Provogue watch, every time it does not work. Last time i received code on 20 July, 2015 at 7:48 pm. Again same thing happened. Find the attachment to check what trouble I face actually when I order the Provogue watch. If I am eligible to receive code then why i am not able to place order for the same. Kindly assist to avail the offer.

                          I'd like to ask why the amount was cut?
                          The remarks said DCARDFEE1012Jun15-May16ST21 and DCARDFEE2562Jun15-May16ST21 respectively.

                          Where has an intimation been given that there would be a fee charged for the card?

                          I'd like to know the reason and also request for a refund of the same.

                            I have submitted my detail 28 may 2015 but till 22 July i not received credit card. initially icici person doesn't take the proper document regarding residential address, after that delivery person when come i am in my home town. I have call to icicic person but are not picking the phone or not responding well.my credit card application is[protected] totally very bad and worst experience regarding this.I have ICICI customer past 5 year but know i have to think with the account with this worst customer support BANK.

                              Open current account in ICICI BANK and become a Beggar...

                              In march Icici bank gave an offer that current account for zero balance...

                              I met pammal branch they referred me a person name Sahul and he came and cheated me Rs.5, 500 telling manager asked for ssi...

                              I gave and I came to know its a fake miss guidance... I made complaint and pammal manager mr.Subramaniam came home and asked apologize and he too miss guided me and took a letter by forcing me write according to his favor and he promised us he will take action...

                              Now with Mr.subramaniam influence he transferred him to nearby branch...

                              As soon he left bank he intentionally took revenge and did something now in 2 months ICICI BANK charged me Rs.10, 000 approximate and i been to pammal branch 8 times but what I felt is Mr.subramaniam is indirectly safe guarding Sahul and forcing us to keep Rs.12, 500 minimum balance in account...

                              And he is not responding us properly ...

                              WHAT MISTAKE WE DID RATHER THAN OPENING AN ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK...

                              WE APPLIED FOR A ZERO BALANCE CURRENT ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK...
                              NOW PAMMAL MANAGER IS TELLING US TO GIVE REQUEST LETTER TO CLOSE ACCOUNT...

                              WE WHERE READY TO KEEP Rs.50, 000 TOO AS A BALANCE...BUT WHY THE HELL ICICI PAMMAL BRANCH MISS GUIDED US???????

                              RS.10, 000 CHARGES AND STEALING OUR RS.5, 500 IS NOT AN EASY MONEY... WE TO HARD WORKING... SAHUL TOOK RS5, 500 AND ICICI BANK TO NEVER BOTHERED ANDBSTILL KEEPING HIM AS A EMPLOYEE ICICI BANK...

                                Hi,

                                I have been quite often harassed by the so called "recovery agents"of ICICI BANK since the past 2-3 days regarding my icici credit card that I had thought was closed almost 7 years back.

                                I had settled the card back then and I was told by the collection agent that I would b getting the full n final letter within a weeks time. Neither the person was reachable after one week, nor did I get the settlement letter.

                                Apparently, it seems like he never submitted my full n final amount.

                                Few months ago when I got a similar threating call I told the person to email me the detailed statement of the period when I had the card, including details like how much did I use the card for and how much did I pay and all.They never got back to me.

                                But this time around, they have crossed the line.. They came to my office with cops, that's what they claimed, not sure if they did or not.I never got to see them since they came at a diffrnt branch of my offic.

                                Plus, they Impersonated as my company's admin and threatened that if I don't settle this case then my company would fire me. Who has given these jerks these rights to say and do whatever they feel ?

                                They even called my senior manager and threatened her. She's in all the mood to file FIR against them and ICICI.

                                  I have booked ticket from Spice Jet website on 9th July 2015 from Pune to Delhi and done online payment via ICICI bank.After payment, amount deducted from my bank account but my ticket was on hold and after 1 minute it was cancelled automatically .On calling Spice Jet customer care they told we have not received payment so ticket is cancelled . I called ICICI bank immediately and asked them not to do payment to merchant as ticket is not booked .ICICI Customer care told they can't hold payment but if transaction failed, money will refund automatically within 7 days else after 7 days we will take your complain and talk to merchant .After 11 days when amount was not refunded, on calling bank they told transaction was successful and given me reference number and asked to talk to spice jet to get money back. Now ICICI customer care change the words and instead of taking complain against merchant and get the money refunded they are saying we can't take this as complain and you need to talk to SpiceJet for the same .So bank is showing no responsibility for their own registered merchants .Over that when on same day, I asked not to do payment as ticket is not booked why they have not took as complain .This kind of careless response is given by ICICI bank .No customer friendly bank. When even after 11 days amount was not refunded I called Spice Jet customer care back and they have taken complain and asking to wait till 25-30 days . So finally I need to wait for my amount to get back atleast 40 days .I didn't get ticket as well as my money . If transaction is failed then why within 7 days amount is not refunded and why they need 25 days to get this amount reverted .Such a bad service and making customer fool. Clearcut cheating of keeping customer money with them for long . Pls avoid such merchant & banks who don't care for customer .They ruin my trust .Icici bank talk to merchant and kindly get my my money reverted as soon as possible .My PNR number is W3M5FY and contact number is +91-[protected].

                                    I would like to inform you that i bought a mobile form the 9 month EMI only. But in my credit card billing statement is showing both 9 month EMI and 12 Month EMI from the last 3 months. I have applied 12 month EMI for micromax mobile which i have cancelled next day. So why getting a charge 12 month EMI ( 553 Rs.) from my account. Please close the matter ASAP. DEEPAK JAISWAL-[protected] mobile No- [protected]

                                      It is stated that I availed home loan (Loan A/C No. LBDEL [protected]) of amount Rs.14.85 lacs from ICICI Bank in September, 2008 in connection with purchasing a flat in Indrapuram(353-A, Shakti Khand-I), Ghaziabad. The original Sale Deed was submitted to bank as per the rule. Latter on in March 2012, I also availed top up loan of Rs. 2.85 lacs. 2. After one year, I came to know that ICICI Bank has lost my original Sale Deed(copy of the FIR is enclosed, Annex-IV). Because of this, now I am unable to sale my property and due to this severe negligence by ICICI Bank I have lost value of my house property. For the compensation of the same I requested ICICI Bank. 3. ICICI Bank vide their letter no. HL/DEL/05/06 dated 6th May, 2015 (copy enclosed, Annex-I) have denied for providing any compensation and waiving of the whole loan amount. 4. In view of above, I felt that ICICI Bank has lost its right for getting any loan recovery amount against the above sanctioned loan and therefore I humbly request for justice in the matter either through getting compensation or waiving of the whole loan amount.

                                        We are having a SB account no. 1475 and 1835 in Pragathi Krishna Gramina Bank, MV Nagar branch, BEML Nagar, KGF, Karnataka, and we have sent an amount of 5 lakhs from each account (i.e 10 Lakhs) through RTGS to the ICICI current account holder KRAZY STYLE A/c no.[protected], New CG branch, Chandkhda, Ahamedabad, which was later known as an freeze account and the account holder complained that he cant draw the money. So kindly return the money to our account (sender account) and stop the KRAZY STYLE account holder from withdrawing the amount.
