Hi Sir, I am PRAFULLA KUMAR DASH, visited your branch BKC Branch Lakshmi Tower C Mumbai (IFSC Code: ICIC0000555, MUMBAI - BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX, ICICI BANK LTD ), to give my account close request I had three accounts. The Bank Officer handled my request Satbir Singh(Punjabi Guy) was so rude, even he is not having manner how to handle the customers like talk. He was speaking like anything and some jargons local language as well. Finnally He said he doesn't know anything about these process because he is new joinee. I dont know How the brand like ICICI is appointing anyone without training, or how a bank officer can say that I am new, I cant do this. I beard everything why because he is a ICICI bank employee. Then After discussed with Amit Khot, Who is ops manager of the branch, he took my closure request to close my all these three accounts, give TAT till Monday Everything will close. As result I am checking all my three accounts are still active not even single one is closed. I gave three different request from and ID proof for closure. I request you please investigate the matter and provide me the resolution asap as I am in trouble to open another account with ICICI bank. Kindly find below the existing account numbers.     Hi, I am done FD with icici bank through the online and there was an option for insta credit card, and i have applied, i got this card still i was not aware it would be chargeable or not, but i got monthly statement there was they had charge 500 +14% s.tax. regarding this i do not want to this card, i mailed, called to them still i didn't get nothing balveer singh [protected] balveer.[protected]@gmail.com card no.         I took the personal loan from the ICICI bank on 20th may 2015, History of the complaint maintioned below... i recieved the call rom ICICI bank excutive ( DSP third Party which disclosed after complaint to ICICI bank ) regarding the Personal Loan & She comitted the ROI 13.99 & processing Fee 1.5%. Behalf of all i handover all the document to their excutive & agreement copy ( In agreement copy ROI not Mentioned at the time of Sign, becuase they told me that they can awail maximum waiver in ROI if you kept it blank & also told after confirmation call amount will be disbursed ). Nex Day i recieved call from ICICi excutive & she told be that they are going to Disbursement the amout at ROI 15% & PF 2%. then i refused that on this ROI i am not taking any loan because you are committed at lower rate, But after refusal they Disbursement the loan amount at 15 ROI & 2% PF then i called for the same but they all not picked my phone & provide me the solution (DSP Agency) after this two times i complaint this to ICICI bank that on behalf of you some agency making wrong commitment to customer for loan disbursement. In two months they just giving me date that they are doing something. then we received call from icici bank executive & conference call to DSP agency ( Which took the document ). they directly said to me you will take 7000 rs & close the complaint other you will not get anything. ICICI executive told me : Sir hum kuch nahi krenge jo apko mil raha hai wo aap le jo nehi to vo bhi nahi milega. they are just showing us that they keep doing some thing to the customer no one can take action against them after that they sent me mail that they close the complaint & can't do anything on that. So i requested you please stop that kind of activity which support the wrong activity & which leads to customer suffers My contact Number : [protected]

            Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI pondichery my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shocked. My account has been debited by SMAB charges thrice in last 3 months.I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg.               I do not have any account in ICICI Bank, but I am getting transaction notification to my emailid mohana.[protected]@gmail.com . I guess it is someone else's account. The account number ends with xxxxxxxx2691. I complained about the same to the local branch office in ooty only to recieve a lethargic reply from the so called associate manager. I have already send a complaint to ICICI customer service, but no reply. Please take immediate action. I don't want to receive someone else's transaction details.

                  I have booked through internet booking of ICICI two tickets to Chennai from Bangalore by Double decker Scheduled to leave on 30 th of July. Money has been deducted from my Sb Account of ICICI bank. The money has been paid to IRCTC toward the cost of ticket fare. There was no response from ICICI authorities. .

                      On 15-Jul-2015, an unauthorized autodebit transaction has been made for amount 1573.04 from my icici account When I have contacted icici helpline, they first said that it is related to demat account. I have said that i do not have any demat account and for that matter i have not authorized autodebit for anything except for credit card on my icici account. Icici helpline person have said that he have contacted the demat department and they are also clueless to the origin of this transaction as this txn is from bank other than icici and there are no details in backend. so I request a refund and could you please let me know that is my money safe in ICICI back or not as i do not recall any authorization for autodebit except for my icici credit card. Please provide the list of autodebits you are maintaining against my account. My phone number is [protected], [protected]

                          Hi Team,

                          I have applied ICICI Credit card .

                          Given 'passport' as ID proof and 'ICICI saving account number' as address proof.

                          Clearly I told to executive perosn do not consider passport as address proof because that is my old address.

                          But still executive person has taken old address for verification instead of current address.

                          Finally they rejected my credit card application because of absence.

                          Again I called 2 times to customer care and then request to consider current address for credit card verification process.

                          Till now they didn't respond on this, they won't collect proper information and fill the form.

                          This is second time happening for me with ICICI.

                          That too third party will call to us to take credit card and finally they will collect worng information to be process fastly and reach their target.

                          For the above complaint, mistake did by ICICI bank but punishment will be to me.

                          For your information:

                          Given 'passport' as ID proof and 'ICICI saving account number' as address proof to apply credit card.

                          Mistake has been done by ICICI but punishment will for us.

                          Finally they mention negative mark in CBIL and now other banks they are rejecting personal loan because of negative mark.

                          Problem has not been solved but they mentioned as problem has been solved. In this also they are cheating customers.
                          ICICI executive called and he told me to apply again and finally they mention negative mark in CBIL.
                          Lot of problems created by stupid ICICI bank...Not only this problem, lot of problems I faced with ICICI like loan and some other credit card application. Even by friends and colleagues also telling same thing...Worst bank in the world.

                          I suggest do not choose ICICI bank in anything, later we will suffer...

                                I have taken cash in loan using my Credit card, My loan amount has been approved jun 5 itself but there are lot of discrepancies for delivering dd to my hand . i have spoken to customer care services regarding this, but my problem not resolved finally i got dd in my hand as on 23 Jun the same day My first month EMI also started . My concerns here i am getting DD in my hand 23rd Jun 11.30 AM IST . How can i pay the same day first month EMI, The dd cleareance also took 2 days of time period . I want to regenerate my statement for this july - month, i will start my first month EMI july onwards, could please look into the priority and provide the solution asap.

                                  I never applied for any loan until last month. recently i applied for a Personnel loan with ICICI BNAK and HDFC BANK and after submitting the all required documents, Bank people were saying i applied for 2 Wheeler loan in 2010, i never ever applied for any loan until last month.                                       Request for addition of joint holder name pending for 59 days

                                      i am very frustrated with the calls i am getting from your ICICI agents for credit card. I have no interest in buying anything from your bank, even if your bank is giving 0% interest loan, credit card... i just dont want it Its the worst bank i have ever delt with. If i get a single call from your bank or agents i will put a harresment case on you people.. i get these calls every day... And today i got a call from [protected] and when i said i dont want any icici bank card. The agent started abusing me and giving marathi galis... I called on the number they are not ready to give the agency name. If you guys are so interested in selling your cads, stand on the signals and sell your credit cards Rahul Bhandari [protected]
