    I had payed the counselling fees of CLAT of an amount 50, 000, twice erroneously as per the details mentioned below. So I request you to give me the procedures I have to do for getting the refund of the excess amount I have paid . We have been contacting your bank executives Kshitij Singh and Manish Mehrotra who are in charge of the process repeatedly over phone and mail for the last three weeks. We have not received any helpful information or professional treatment from them. Request you to look into the matter and give a positive feedback.

      I made a purchase on paytm and paid the amount through ICICI Net banking. On paytm I received a message 'Payment Failed' but my balance deducted from my bank account. I mailed to paytm and they mailed stating payment failed from ICICI bank and you'll get cash back from their side but no cash back till now. Transaction made on 24th June 2015 for Rs. 239 Please resolve the complaint asap.

        3 day before i received a message from icici bank that i have made a debit purchase of 900rs which is not done by me as per rbi. rules mobile otp is mandatory then how this fraud can happen it is only done by icici bank which is very wrong i will raise F.I.R against icici bank they are not refunding my amount they are asking for 52 days which i dont have.. this is such a fraud bank how they can allow any one to do a debit purchase without otp. srishti khanna [protected]

          Dear Sir, In 2003, when I started my career in a software company, based on my salary account, Bank issued a credit card. And after using this for some years, Due to some problems with the bank folks, I've pay ed(36768) all the out standing amount and closed account. I got a confirmation letter saying there are no dues pending on that card. This is happened on 2010 and the card number is 4477-xxxx-xxxx-3005. And after 5years, ICICI bank folks again coming to me by saying I need to pay 24000 more on other card. I don't know about any information bout the card, which they are mentioning [protected] and who is the owner and on whose name they have isseued the card.             [protected] I get a call from the above number claiming to be from ICICI bank and they call and check if i posses ICICI bank credit cards. I believe they aren't from ICICI bank and are harming the reputation of the bank as well as disturbing me. The call was received at 11.09am on[protected] on my number [protected]. They hang up abruptly leaving the person disturbed and talking rubbish. I have also got such calls earlier but I had ignored it and not noted down the details but as it has been a menace now, I am complaining against the number [protected]. I believe they use different numbers to make such marketing calls. Please act against these disturbing callers. -Gautam My number: [protected]

              I would like to flag a list of issues with the bank i have been facing from the last 7 months. It been 8 years since i have an account in ICICI bank and i am fed up with the trouble they are causing me. Let me give you a brief so that you have a clear picture of the issue. Last year August i was given a credit card from your bank. The card had an outstanding of Rs. 40, 000 which i defaulted in paying as i had to travel abroad for a few months. When i got back i found out that the outstanding has reached Rs.60, 000 with the fines and taxes. The bank had issued a lein on my account which i understood is because of the default in payments. I went to the bank next day and met the bank officials. They explained that it is due to the default so if you make the payment it will all be back to normal. I was given two options either to do a settlement if i cannot pay the whole amount or clear the complete outstanding and you can use your credit card as well.So i decided to pay the entire amount and settled the complete outstanding. I spoke to the bank officials they said your card will be active and the lien will also be removed. I waited for 3 months and the card never got activated when i spoke to the bank officials they said it will not be activated. In simple words they misguided me after being fair to pay up for the complete outstanding. Today again they have issued a lien as per your customer care representative saying there is an outstanding of Rs.4000 on the Credit card. I dont even a credit card anymore as the one your bank issued never got activated. Now they say there is a outstanding.Even if there is a outstanding of Rs.4000, you will block an account without notifying the customer? When i made the payment of Rs.60, 000 they could have added this amount as well and told me i would have settled it then itself. At that time they said 60, 000 is the total amount and there is no more outstanding on the card. So how did this come up? I dont have the credit card anymore nor i have used it for last 6 months and if the have the credibility to pay 60, 000 i can pay 4000 also. The bank just can't issue lien all the time. It's completely wrong and can cause alot of trouble for the customer. I don't have the card so how will i make a payment? If there is an outstanding you can debit it from the account and close it. Issuing lien is not the solution and its for the second time in last 3 months. Before issuing the lien just debit the money if their is a outstanding. I am a privilege customer of your bank and if i am going through so much trouble in banking with your bank i really don't know what to say anymore. I would request you to please look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. If it continues like this i have to withdraw my account from your bank because i have never faced such thing with any other bank. Your bank has been misguiding their customers and harassing them way beyond their limits please take an appropriate action before customers start losing faith in ICICI bank. I am really really upset with the service and such actions. If this is the way your customers are treated i am sorry to say that i thought of ICICI bank as one of the best banking partners and i am proved horribly wrong in my judgement.

              Sub: Closing of Credit Card

              With reference to the above credit card, I have asked to close the card after blocking in the month of Dec-2014 after clearing my all dues of Rs13500.00. But I surprised in the month April-2015 you have raised bill for due. Again in the month May you have raised the bill for Rs.1238.23. I have not used credit card after Dec-2014. In the month I noticed some reward point showing in my account I redeemed not knowing the fees to be paid. Any how I am ready to pay the redeemed fees. Because you have not closed the card in the month of Dec-2014 i.e. not my side fault. In this regard I have contacted nearest branches, customer Care and Bommanahalli Branch Credit card Section I have not get any results. Please notice my transactions whatever I done so far no defaults or late payments. Hence, I requesting you to waive off all the dues whatever in account and send NOC. I hope you will do the same. I am waiting for your reply.

                  I ordered a Provogue watch as part of an ICICI Internet banking offer. I have made the payment on Provogue.com website through Citrus gateway and when I contacted them, they replied saying that the payment was successful and my money is with Provogue.com website right now. But, for the past 5 days, my order status is showing up as pending. When I tried to contact their customer care phone numbers, no one attends the call. There is no reply for the numerous emails I sent. No reply on the posts on their FB page. No reply for the tweets. Highly pathetic customer service. ICICI should also take responsibility for partnering with such fake vendors and cheating their own customers. First bad experience with ICICI in the past 7 years. I saw similar posts on Provogue FB page and I feel that Provogue.com is cheating online buyers on a large scale. High time this scam is stopped.

                      Hello, This is Sreekanth Karnati, demat account no. [protected]. While signing the documents for my salary account the customer executive told me that I need to mandatorily sign the documents for this demat and if I dont use it, automatically it gets closed. So I had left with no other option to sign. Still you have sent me an email with the demat account statement and the charges for the next year and I contacted the bank and they told me that the charges are applicable only if I wish to continue the services. So I told them that I don't want to continue and they have taken a request to close the demat account in Jayanagar 3rd block branch, Bangalore on 20th June 2015. I told them many times that it is clearly written in the statement that the charges are for the next year i.e.[protected] and it is clearly written in the statement as AMC charges for the period May-15 to June-16. They are not supposed to debit the amount from my account. But they did. This is very unfair. I think my account is closed now. Please revert my money back. Thanks!

                      The bank person called me and told me that the demat account charges are debited as it was a batch process and not avoidable. So they arranged a manual credit of the debited amount. But the bank did not inform me that they are going to credit the amount nor respond to my emails. So I had to raise a complaint here and this issue got resolved. Thanks for this forum!

                      When will he address and at the first point why did you debit amount from my account for the coming year when I have raised a request for closure. You can not cheat customers like this and this is not the way to treat customers. I was very reluctant to open the account and your executive told that it is mandatory and no charges and this is how you cheat. Cheaters!
                      You told that you will contact me and you did not contact me till now. Why do you want to cheat customers saying all this ? I have email my concern to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com and also on your complaints forum in ICICI bank website. They never replied or called. This is ridiculous.

                          I have raised a complaint on fraud transactions happened on May 20th. Service Request(SR) No:SR[protected] Since then its been in OPEN status only. Its been more than one and half a month.On my SR a reversal request was also raised on May 28th but even then I have not received back my amount. Still customer care executives are saying that it would take more time. I pity on ICICI bank for such a poor service at its customers.I doubt on whether to continue with ICICI as there is no security at all and no fast service. I would like to know clear explanation on what is the delay in crediting the amount and would want to receive the amount ASAP. My view on ICICI : *************************************************** Never ever go for ICICI bank to save your money. ***************************************************

                              I have single account in ICICI BANK AS SAVING ACCOUNT, NEVER APPLY OR USE DEMAT SERVICES IN ICICI bank. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 56420591 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 684.00'. Last 4 years I am using ICICI bank services along with complete net banking but Demat account services never apply nor use, and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. So this is fraud from bank side I will not tolerate, this is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                Hello! This draft is in reference to my ICICI Credit Card No: [protected]. The card was issued by the said bank in 2007, with a Credit Limit of 27, 000. I have been receiving a several calls from a collection agency and the Caller has identified his name as Vijay Yadav. The calls are received from the following numbers[protected]XX) series &[protected]XX series) I was genuinely wanting to settle the dues towards my credit card and was working towards it. However the collection agency that has been calling has shown unethical behaviour towards my family members during several conversations with my family members. Below are some of the transcripts from the conversation that he has had with my Mother. 1) It seems he will kidnapped my wife for ransom and will only return her once the dues are paid back. 2) He will create a nuisance at her work place and make sure that she looses her job, if we do not pay 3) He had been calling my wife several times during the day using illicit language. Having said, i have now lost my interest in talking to this 3rd parties and I have blocked all incoming calls from these numbers. I would like to be contacted directly by the bank if any settlement has to happen on the above account. I am writing this draft as I was not sure that "ICICI BANK" is aware of the situation here and actions taken by these so called collection agents, who have the audacity to tell us that they are working directly for the bank and their actions are justified and approved by the bank. I'd like a representative from the bank to look into this and get back to me with possible solutions, which can be resolved amicably. Me or my family do not wish to be contacted by the collection agents ever. We have already filed a NC with the local police station against the goons indicating that any physical injury to me or my family 'ICICI Bank" and its collection agency is responsible for it.                                   Dear Sir I was holding your bank Platinum credit card No. [protected] Card expired on 02 / 2015 Last transction done Of Rs.1330/- on 06/10/2013 Total out standing was Rs. 3982/- Cheque payment done of Rs. 3950/- on 11/12/2013 with outstanding of Rs. 31.64 At present I am not holding any of credit card of your bank All of sudden your call center person called me said that Rs.7890/- for the transction done on 22/12/2014. self informed them that at present I do not hold any credit card of your bank and not done amy transction of such further requested to provide the details, but this was not done. After some time they have send one of your person with eough statment which showing all the details of above said transctions, but about the transction done on 22/12/2014 as mentioned above. It was only mentioned that "payU MUMBA" which was not understandable. Coutinous follow up is being done by your person but not giving the clarity this is very much painfull to me and creating bad image of your bank. Kindly investigate the matter at your end.                                     Dear sir,
                                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am the customer of icici savings bank and credit card user for past 4 years. I have posted one complaint on29th june 2015 stating that credit card settlement. Daily i am calling for settlement, till now i didn’t get any calls regarding settlement. And from 27th june 2015, daily 2 to 5 recovery agents are coming to my home and asking to pay the credit card bill and saying that 6th july is last date for your case. Am calling for settlement of the credit card again why this recovery agents are asking to pay the bills.
                                    Guys, if any body come to my home and asking to pay any credit card bill without settlement, am going to raise police complaint on icici bank

                                      This is to Bring To Your Urgent Notice that Iam Not Able to Proceed with TRENDIN DISCOUNT COUPONS which I had Recieved as a part of Compliment from ICICI CREDIT CARDS. I have Informed the same to Your Cuctomer care officer Mr.Ajay . During the Transaction, the session was Expired and I think the transaction disconnected in Between .. This happened Twice while using the Discount Coupon( both having the same Number) . While Trying to Proceed the Third time, the Discount column was featuring as REACHED THE MAX LIMIT, whereas I haven't done any purchase . I confirmed with your customer care officer that My Two Discount cards is Untouched. He advised me to Clear the cookies in the system and try it again, but Still the Message was same. Please do the Needful Urgently since it is valid upto 30/ 6/ 2015. But now they are telling that since I tried twice, coupon number will be inactive and can't rectify even if I don't buy .                                         I am(Deepak Grover) an account holder of ICICI bank for about 1 year 5 months. When I was shopping online on Flipkart and when i went on page of payment mmode it showed payment declined, i again tried twice but the error came out was same. Then i went to ATM and checked my balance on 29 June2015 and it was showing totally unexpected. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then I saw a charge of 505.62 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 55.62 dated 30 May, 2015 and 125.96 rupees in the name of SMAB Chgs-May15+Stax 13.85 dated 16 June, 2015.                                         Just after registering the complaint I got a call from this number ([protected]) and he asked me about the complaint which is raised here but before i finished he disconnected the call. In true caller the name is showing GULAFSHA. Want QUICK RESPONSE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

                                        My friend must be given justice so if he didn't get his money back, we will surely take a big action. Every time this will not work ICICI bank. So refund his money back or we will surely create a big problem by posting this on Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, too.
