I am an account holder of ICICI bank for about 8 months only. When I went to pay my telephone bill. my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t. Then I went to my personal banking website and checked for the reason. Then I saw a charge of 500 rupees in the name of MAB Chgs-Apr15. My account no is[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com

      I have received ICICI gift card as a wedding gift. The card is not working. I want to check the balance of my gift card. But ICICI don't have any facility to check balance online where as other banks do provide easy balance check online facility. For ICICI gift card balance inquiry one need to call their Customer Care. I try calling customer care Surat # [protected] but after choosing so much of options to know balance (about 5-6 min+1-2 min queue) as soon as my number come call get disconnected. I have spend almost 30 min calling ICICI customer care and end up in waste of my time and mobile balance. This is simply cheating and way to earn money by forcing people call their customer care center. Why don't they provide simple online balance checking facility online when others bank can do?
      I have received icici gift card as a wedding gift. In starting card blocked after 2, 3 transaction and we have tried to call customer service for at least 2 months but no one redirected us to a right portal. After 2 months finally we connected to customer care and our card got unblocked. After some transaction it shows your card has no balance. But according to our shopping transaction we should have some balance. Now we are again trying to call customer service to know our balance and our last 5 transactions but no body responded. Don't know what to do

              There was a cash withdrwal of INR 25000 from my ICICI accountoun in one transaction on my atm card on 13 jun2016 at 13:01hrs, it was ICICI ATM harinagar ext jaitpur badarpur Delhi. I try to withdrwa INR 3000/- which was not sucsessfull transaction time around 12:45hrs .and i left the ATM at 12:50hrs and i got the withdrawal msg at 13:01 . I have file the complaint for discripency where ICICI bank says this amount was paid to me completely.i have been asking them to show me CC tv footage but there is no revert even after 7 day Devendra singh Negi

              I have got the mail from customer care of ICICI after writing to MD, CEO of ICICI bank saying that they are investigating on the case and they will revert me by 25 jun2015. i will update the status, and received new complain no SR[protected].

              Today i went to ICICI bank to verify the CCTV images, it was withdrawn by some male which was there at the ATM .
              Now i am sure the bank person is involve in this because when i tried to withdraw INR 3000 it was not sucsessfull and how come the guys who is collected cash from my card on the Picture
              has collected the cash inr 25000/- in one transaction from the same ATM, it clearly says that there ATM machine was Tampered by the person who was there in the ATM before me and my card has been clone by these people because that ATM card was on my hand.I have received SMS at 13:01.

              its all ICICI system and security fault. Would appreciate if bank fraud comity verify all the detail and refund my many back as soon as possible.

                No direct way to talk to a customer care representative.

                I am a ICICI account holder and whenever I have trouble am unable to talk to a customer care representative. They call the numbers on their website as customer care but no option is available on call to talk to one. This is so misleading and I end up going to the branch everytime. Can they not have a straightforward option like 0 or 9 or anything to speak to a customer care on their customer care numbers? Why is it so difficult to speak to...

                every time i try to log in to my internet banking i am not able to do so the massage come contact our customer care executive and they tell i have enable your user id you can log in after 15 minute but again after 20 minute also you try same problem occur it is causing delay in bill payment and other things day by day this bank condition is becoming pathetic. my account number is[protected].

                    Called many times on Dehradun[protected] but no reply hence writing mail. As I am Scientist in ISRO even on official-tour many times i pay my complete bills timely. However this time my due date was 04.06.15 and a payment of Rs9, 500 (through Billdesk) was received on 03.06.15 but balance payment was bounced as it was cheque for which i was informed only on 05.06.2015 by my banker & hence i made another payment (through Billdesk) on 07.06.15 which could be credited in you a/c on 10.06.15 only. For the delay of 6-days an interest of Rs.1700 is levied which is exorbitant for the loyal customer. Once it happened with my Citi & AxisBank Cards but no penalty was imposed for Loyal-customers and i just made an inquiry pertaining to this case to which CCE only was capable of answering that "once in a while event is relaxed". I hope ICICI bank is not so harsh and customer unfriendly to be rude enough to not waive-off the interest for' rarest-of-the-rare' case for a loyal customer who never-ever defaulted; even after terms of card changed without informing (like no points for petrol, no receiving of card with enhanced security, not getting by post the bills even SMS says it is delivered, etc.) Hence request interest amount of ~ Rs 1800 levied on me my be waived-off immediately as a special case for a loyal government servant & retaining customer.                     A call came today morning (from [protected] at 8.45 AM in a male voice) but no confirmation so far in writing. The person was asking for the Card number hence it seems to be a fake call ...

                      I am an account holder of ICICI bank .When i checked my balance through net banking I saw a charge of rupees of Rs. 689.97 /- in the name of SMAB Chgs FEB17+Stax89.97 dated on 23/03/2017. Before Re-activating the account i went to my branch to enquire, if they are going to deduct/charge money from my account if i activate it as i had not used it for sometime.I had Re-activated my A/C at my Branch Office, Executives there told me they will be NO dedudtion at all and i can continue using this account. when i logged in to check balance, Amount of 689.79 has been deducted. I request you to please refund the same amount to my A/C with no fault from us

                      ICICI has debited rs. 7000 from my account in last 2 years without giving any notification to me, as SMAB charge & i was totally unaware of this.

                      ICICI officials said that as debit amount is less (400/month) we don't send alert, this statement indicates stupidity of icici officials.

                      if you don't give notification about what's in customers interest...then why you people send useless promotions & offer SMS everyday to customers like us..

                      Today when I was checking the statement of this year I was shocked to know about the "SMAG" charge deduction without any prior deduction. My Account number is[protected], Gwalior Branch. Till now ICICI Deducted my Rs 4200. I have not received any msg/ call before deduction of this money. See this is very hard earned money. If you people will do like this, nobody will prefer this bank .As this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                      One more think I am in IT, and I can circulate this truth to everyone. This may hamper your customer list. So beware and return my money ( Rs 4200). I hope I will get your support as ICICI known for this. If not done anything within a week, I will contact higher authorities.

                          I was holding a Demat a/c no. IN[protected] with Prabhadevi branch Mumbai. Recently I transferred the a/c to Kotak securities. For further transaction, I need C M L from ICICI BANK (As per customer care I should have obtained the same before transferring the a/c) . I requested for the C ML. and now being told they can not issue the CML after closing the a/c( I was not aware of this rule.) Now, If I don't get the C M L, I will not be able to transact the shares further. I f a favor is done, to issue a C M L after closing the a/c (As per their record, ) what ICICI Bank is going to loose? I am having NRE/NRO and fixed deposit a/c with them from year 2003. I invested quite a substantial amount with ICICI Prulife thru them. This kind of behavior with a client, in my opinion is not expected from a reputed Bank.                             Dear Sir/mam I Amit Kumar Sharma holding your Bank credit card n. [protected] from last 13 years. the payment due month of sep. 2015 the amount of rs. 2000/- i have drop the cheque in your bank on date of[protected] amount rs. 2000/- but by mistake i have written wrong credit card n. i.e[protected] but n. is [protected] the bank has transferred the dues to my other card of your bank, numbers [protected]. on the other hand there is continuous accrual of late fees in the account of credit card no. [protected]. I have deposited Rs 2000 in the credit card no[protected] in the month of February. The company is therefore asking me to pay unnecessary dues in either of the card. Clearly the company is at fault here as they should ave intimated me about my mistake of wrong credit card no. on the issued cheque in the month of October. Also find the attached scanned copy of the cheque with wrong account number issued originally. Apart from this the company officials are unnecessary harassing me with continuous phone calls. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaint as i have deposited the principle amount in the original account number. Kindly clear the late fees accrued in my credit card no. [protected].                                 Respected Sir/Madam, Sub:- Regarding Home loan Application No: [protected] We (D. Sowjanya & S. Kishore Kumar) have applied for home loan and got pre approval on 29thApril’ 15. Our Application branch (Chandanagar, Hyderabad) code is – 0588(Application No: [protected]) and concerned represent name is RITU. The property we have applied for home loan is already approved by ICICI Home Loan and having Home Loan Wide A/c No.LBHYD[protected] applicant name is K. MALLIKARJUN, He cleared the home loan balance and got back his property documents. We have submitted all required documents and our HDFC account has been debited with Rs.9551 on 05/03/15 for processing fee. Here comes the problem the bank legal advisor rejected to give legal opinion because the property is in GRAMAKANTA area which was belong to government, now Combined High Court has issued clarifying that GRAMAKANTA land not belong to government anymore. I have enclosed the Government Order and News Clips for your reference. I have been rounding with bank for past 3 months. Give us the clarity in these issues. a. Under what circumstance the previous applicant got approval. b. Once property is approved by ICICI Bank, cannot approved again in the same manner c. Without giving complete approval why my account has been debited with processing fee. d. Is this the way you judge customers. e. When the bank issued home loan to previous applicant is there any bribe or any illegal issue We do believe that ICICI Bank has goodwill in customer’s view, if this situation happens what it reflects. I work for Media Monitor Organization (Impact Research & Measurement) and ICICI Bank is also one of my respective clients. Please escalate this issue to the right person where I can get proper judgment and do the needful action. Looking forward for your respond, Enclosed required copies for your reference.

                                  I have lodged a police complaint against ICICI collections department manager Sanjay Boga and her employee Neha[protected]. They called on my office phone number 28 times in 5 hours and talked with me very rudely for an old personal loan taken by one of my blood relative in 2006. They got a call from the police and despite that they kept calling me. I gave her the concerned person's number but I still kept getting calls from her. This has affected my work. I am a physically challenged person and it affected my health badly. I am now going to file a case in consumer court against them for mental harassment.

                                    Dear All, I am a platinum credit card holder of ICICI bank. During my June 2015 billing statement I was levied overamount interest breaching RBI guidelines. According to RBI interest should be charged on remianing amount if any but ICICI charged on whole amount. How can ICICI charge such under RBI circulars. Due to security reason I am not sharing full number of credit card, its ending with 5003.
