I am a credit card holder of ICICI bank. Card no:[protected]
Have been facing a lot of Harassment from you guys lately. I had been recieiving calls from your executives for my credit card overdue. All calls have pathetic ways at which your agents talked to me. Regarding the overdue I had been sending several mails and talked to your executives to waive off the late payment charges, etc. (All records are with me).
However, noone answered or contcted me. I finally sent a mail to "pickupelevate", mentioning the details of the amount I am eligible to pay. Hence, I got a call from Preeti stating that your full and final settlement amt is Rs 2690, and after which your credit card balance would be zero. I have a recording of the same call attached for reference. I had paid this amount by cheque the very next day, and got a mail too that payment has been recieved. Still, Your executive called me up saying your credit card amt is due...what nonsense????
Let me tell you, you cant fool and cheat your customers like this, its a mental harassment for me, and I am not going to tolerate it any more. From now onwards, if you harass me more by calling me and stating by balance payments, I will be complelled to take the matter to consumer forum.
I am sure this recorded call would be a solid proof of how you play around with your customers.
I need an immediate reply to this mail ASAP.
Also, send me the accnt statement showing me balance as zero. If I dont get any response, I will be compelled to keep "[protected]@nic.in" in loop, and to file a case against you.
