    I was holding a Demat a/c no. IN[protected] with Prabhadevi branch Mumbai. Recently I transferred the a/c to Kotak securities. For further transaction, I need C M L from ICICI BANK (As per customer care I should have obtained the same before transferring the a/c) . I requested for the C ML. and now being told they can not issue the CML after closing the a/c( I was not aware of this rule.) Now, If I don't get the C M L, I will not be able to transact the shares further. I f a favor is done, to issue a C M L after closing the a/c (As per their record, ) what ICICI Bank is going to loose? I am having NRE/NRO and fixed deposit a/c with them from year 2003. I invested quite a substantial amount with ICICI Prulife thru them. This kind of behavior with a client, in my opinion is not expected from a reputed Bank.       Dear Sir/mam I Amit Kumar Sharma holding your Bank credit card n. [protected] from last 13 years. the payment due month of sep. 2015 the amount of rs. 2000/- i have drop the cheque in your bank on date of[protected] amount rs. 2000/- but by mistake i have written wrong credit card n. i.e[protected] but n. is [protected] the bank has transferred the dues to my other card of your bank, numbers [protected]. on the other hand there is continuous accrual of late fees in the account of credit card no. [protected]. I have deposited Rs 2000 in the credit card no[protected] in the month of February. The company is therefore asking me to pay unnecessary dues in either of the card. Clearly the company is at fault here as they should ave intimated me about my mistake of wrong credit card no. on the issued cheque in the month of October. Also find the attached scanned copy of the cheque with wrong account number issued originally. Apart from this the company officials are unnecessary harassing me with continuous phone calls. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my complaint as i have deposited the principle amount in the original account number. Kindly clear the late fees accrued in my credit card no. [protected].         I am an instant credit card holder bearing the no.[protected] since Dec.2008.For the last couple of months my credit card no is not getting accepted from time to time because of which i have been charged late fee and taxes etc.My cheque has been returned twice by the bank. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem.You are requested to waive off my late fee charges in my current bill statement dated 15/6/15 for an amount of Rs 15031. Thanks

          Respected Sir/Madam, Sub:- Regarding Home loan Application No: [protected] We (D. Sowjanya & S. Kishore Kumar) have applied for home loan and got pre approval on 29thApril’ 15. Our Application branch (Chandanagar, Hyderabad) code is – 0588(Application No: [protected]) and concerned represent name is RITU. The property we have applied for home loan is already approved by ICICI Home Loan and having Home Loan Wide A/c No.LBHYD[protected] applicant name is K. MALLIKARJUN, He cleared the home loan balance and got back his property documents. We have submitted all required documents and our HDFC account has been debited with Rs.9551 on 05/03/15 for processing fee. Here comes the problem the bank legal advisor rejected to give legal opinion because the property is in GRAMAKANTA area which was belong to government, now Combined High Court has issued clarifying that GRAMAKANTA land not belong to government anymore. I have enclosed the Government Order and News Clips for your reference. I have been rounding with bank for past 3 months. Give us the clarity in these issues. a. Under what circumstance the previous applicant got approval. b. Once property is approved by ICICI Bank, cannot approved again in the same manner c. Without giving complete approval why my account has been debited with processing fee. d. Is this the way you judge customers. e. When the bank issued home loan to previous applicant is there any bribe or any illegal issue We do believe that ICICI Bank has goodwill in customer’s view, if this situation happens what it reflects. I work for Media Monitor Organization (Impact Research & Measurement) and ICICI Bank is also one of my respective clients. Please escalate this issue to the right person where I can get proper judgment and do the needful action. Looking forward for your respond, Enclosed required copies for your reference.

          I am an account holder of ICICI bank for about 8 months only. When I went to pay my telephone bill. my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why I was having such deduction and I checked my mail and phone whether I received any notification. But I didn’t.             I have lodged a police complaint against ICICI collections department manager Sanjay Boga and her employee Neha[protected]. They called on my office phone number 28 times in 5 hours and talked with me very rudely for an old personal loan taken by one of my blood relative in 2006. They got a call from the police and despite that they kept calling me. I gave her the concerned person's number but I still kept getting calls from her. This has affected my work. I am a physically challenged person and it affected my health badly. I am now going to file a case in consumer court against them for mental harassment.

              Dear All, I am a platinum credit card holder of ICICI bank. During my June 2015 billing statement I was levied overamount interest breaching RBI guidelines. According to RBI interest should be charged on remianing amount if any but ICICI charged on whole amount. How can ICICI charge such under RBI circulars. Due to security reason I am not sharing full number of credit card, its ending with 5003. I have already marked ICICI to have a look and let me have a clarity .If satisfactory resolution will not be provided then I will take this up with RBI. Purnendu [protected]

                            I had applied for opening of ERS ( 3 in 1 ) account through representative of ICICI Direct.com on 25th April. The account was opened on 20th May i.e after 26 days. I receicved the cheque book on 4th June and Inter Net Banking password on 10 th June 2015. Despite having received Inter Net Banking password I am unable to login. The complaint was given to customer care and also to the branch . I have yet to receiuve my ATM card. This is the efficiency of your Bank. I m a senior citizen and I have to run here and their for this work despite the fact Thay i deposited one lakh Rupees intially. I would expect you to advise me the names of persons responsible for givinf such lousy and poor service. My account No. is[protected]. Hopimg to receive quick reply from you.

                              my mother had a account with icici bank naka hindola lucknow.i was nominee in the account .a FD was created from the account and i was assured that since i am the nominee there wont be any nominee issue here .the amount will be credited to the sb account .this has not been done now when we have approached after my mother s death .icici branch at BKC kept on assuring me on this that nominee name is appearing and we can approach any branch for this.but this has not been done .i tried to approach naka branch, md of icici bank but their telephone nos, email id etc available on site or on internet are not good . mukta awasthi

                                  I had ordered a Provogue watch from the link offered by ICICI Bank. I made the payment online but 04/06/2015 till date the Order is shown as under dispatch but not delivered. i tries to contact Provogue several times but no response is there from their end. I am customer of ICICI Bank from last 3 Year. this is the worst experience i had faced. After reading all the comment on the website i think ICICI and Provogue are cheating their customer. kindly look in the matter. either give me my refund or deliver the watch.                                     I am using icici bank ac from last 3 years when it was opened the icici representative told me that acc. is free and no charges will apply in future as i was not interested to hold it but the representative force me to keep that acc so i fill form for Demat acc. but every year am paying for that acc i want to remove that acc but icici bank have some branches from where it can be disconnect its totally fraud.well i am not using that acc personally as it is my salary acc but i will never recommend to anybody to go for icici bank that is my experience with that BANK.I want to resolve that issue and want to return my money in my acc. and want online facility to disconnect that account.Somebody from icici bank want to talk to me then please call me on this number-[protected]

                                      Dear All, Please note i do have an saving account with ICICI bank since last 10 yrs with account no[protected] and also holding the CORAL credit card. There was an dispute for small transaction held and i have written to icici bank and launched the complaint . No one replied to me and after 3 months they have debited my saving account with all of interest cured as 16885.00 as the matter was not settles by both parties. I am very much worried about all my ICICI produnctial /demat holdings as they can pull all my saving s by pressure. any time No body has intimated me to debit without my knowledge and agree.                                       I am in Dubai now and please do the written communication only, as I did verbal communications with your recovery agent and he assured me to get matter resolve asap.

                                      It took time and I came to knew after 3 month, my card got blocked and I was no where.

                                      Please don't pull my money by doing all these its a harden earned money. Please discuss the matter before you debit or pull any amount.You have the access to pull any amount of any of your account holder without any imitation.
                                      Its too risky to have account with such bank.
                                      I was and even now also to ready pay all my correct transactions.
                                      Also need to help the contact details for consumer court if not will get resolve.

                                        Application ID: S[protected] Hi Sir, w r t above credit card application number. In the month of May around 24th of May i got call from Chaitra ([protected]) from ICICI MG ROAD Branch for offering a credit card. I clearly told her that my Cibil Score is 743. Still she told me that your online applicaion is approved and I am eligible to get a card based on my cibil score. next day for address proof I literally fought with my HR to get address proof letter for credit card application. I submitted all the valid documents whatever she asked me to submit. After submission of the forms, I got verification calls and also a person has visited my home for address verification and he informed that No issues with my documents. I have not got any response from bank till now. What if my documets are misused? On top of that I have seen local people have received ICICI credit card even if they have lower cibil score than me. and their earning also less than mine. I have no idea why ICICI bank is playing these tricks on outsiders who come from different states to bangalore to do job. I guess to achieve the number of forms target, your bank personnel calls to people and get their job done by telling all lies. Please provide my credit card as promised by your bank's employee. Else i can tell people in my office and each and every new joinee to not to use any products from ICICI. I dont want to know whether it is rejected or approved. I need the card at any cost because before applying for the card, i had clarified everything with your bank personnel. So please help me out. Below are my details : name: Ambarish Kar
