I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction "38660658 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 561.80.When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

But i was wrongly sent to another account number[protected]. tat amunt also credited to tat acount. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.. Neft ref no is P[protected].

      I was not in India, I was in flight of AI143 air India flight from Milan to delhi.I reached delhi airport on 29.5.2015 at 10.00 a.m. I purchased a purfume fromof Rs3325.94 Delhi duty free shop..after a while I got two messages from BW ICICIB one of which showed "You have made a Debit card purchase of INR 66.51 on 29May.Info.VIN*FOREVER LIV. . I saw the message details-date 29/5/2015.Time 7.09 am. When I inser my sim card in my phone after returning to Delhi from Milan after 10.00 am i received that message.I have not use my Debit card for such purchase., I was at flight at that time, so how can it be true.I rang to ICICI bank Beliaghata . they could not give any satisfactory answer. Itried to phone to customer care of ICICI bank that time But fail to connect.Please find the fault and inform as soon as possible and not to deduct the amount from my sb a/c. ----Tapan kanti Hazra. saving bank a/c[protected]. email [protected]@yahoo.com.. mobile no [protected].

        hi im siva prasad dora p i have icici bank credit card 16/04/2015 75414455107000001221977 GREEN VIEW HOSPITAL 25, 200.00 Dr this transaction i didn't used but transaction happened in Bangalore and im in Hyderabad and the original my credit card with me that time, i called to customer care they said no worry we will take then 21/04/2015 75414455107000001221977 TEMPORARY FRAUD CREDIT 25, 200.00 Cr after some days i received call and letter from icici bank that that transaction happened from you only, you need to pay 26/05/2015 75414455107000001221977 TEMPORARY FRAUD DEBIT 25, 200.00 Dr. why i need to pay that, whatever i used, im paying on time icici bank don't have security on fake transaction please help me

          when i use the debit card for the purchasing, i found that two time deduction from the debit card but payable amount added to vendor one time only. observation :- 1st time card payment was declaimed, 2 nd time approved the payment please refund my money.

              Dear Madam and Sirs, I am one of your privilege customer holding account from past 20 years. (SB account XXXXX0877). I would like to share my sufferings and mental agony caused by your representatives inaction and apethy towards my issue. Branch - ICICI Bank, Hanumanthanagar. Bangalore (Brnach code-2325) Visit -1 I had visited your above branch for opening of my Minor son on 2nd May 2015. Met one Lokesha E (M.No.[protected]) and completed formalities of account opening. I have been assured my account will get activated by 4th May 2015. I got the opening kit for account no.[protected]. I have clearly explained i am opneing this account for my minor son and would require ATM card on urgent basis. I had waited for a week, to my surprise i did not get any message. I called up Lokesh, he did not pickup the call. I called up customer care on 9th May 2015, customer care confirmed my account is not activated and i need to contact branch only. Visit-2 I visited branch on 11th May 2015 @ around 8.30am. Your reps at branch not entertained me stating migration is happening. Finally after lot of persuations they send one gentlemen called Sharavan V (m.no.[protected]). He said he will give me a call by 10.30am. As expected, he did not call me at all. I had called him twice, he said the person who has opened my account Lokesh will call me back. I called Lokesh, again he did not pickup call and did not give me call back. After repeated compalints to Shravan, Lokesh called me back evening and asked me to visit branch again. I have told him I am unable to come during working hours. hence, he had visited my home on 12th May 2015 and did the formalities afresh. stating first time he had some problem with tab, etc.or photos not captured properly etc and also ICICI bank cheque is not accepted for opening account ? Visit-3 Again there was no respone from him, called several times, but no response. I got a call on 13th May 15 from no lady executive (M.No.[protected]), stating that if I want the account to open, I need to visit the branch again and do the formalities again. I had visited the branch on 15h Morning. All the formalities of taking photograph and scanning aadhar card has been completed in front of the Bank in open Public place. ( is this i deserved for being loyal customer for 20 years ?) I was following it up with same lady for ATM card, but I was only getting assurance but nothing was moving. In the mean time I have called upMr.Harish, branch manager of the branch on27th May 2015 and narrated the complete event of things. he said he will look into that and I did not get any response nor the problem solved. To Surprise, even he did not get back to me nor he ensured solution to the problem. Visit-4 Once again I visited branch on 30th May 2015 and met branch manager. Mr.Harish come to know the real problem and understoor the pain I have gone through for 30 days. He has assured he will get back soon. a) I have lost all my trust with the bank of any nearby solution. b) Being a loyal customer I have to visit the bank 4 times and also i must have done nearly 50-60 calls. c) I am wondering how come you will not accept ICICI bank cheque of mine for opening my son's account. d) Customer care is non-sensense, I have left my number 3 times to call back. to my surprise I have received the call back after 2-3 days. Each time, when they called, they were asking for account no. since I was in meeting and requested them to call me back after 15-20 minutes of times. so that I will be able to give details and get solution to the problem.But your representatives never called me back. e) I tried to ask a query through SB account interaction, query was asking about service request no generated by branch. Which I have never got from the branch. f) Please note, I had all the liberty to go to press or the social media. I think you must be well aware of negative publicity you will get out of this. I have undergone lot of pain and mental agony for last 30 days and still my problem is not resolved. Is this the treatment you are giving to me for being loyal customer of your bank for last 20 years ??? Even though the branch manager assured of solving the problem, i do not have any confidence left with your Hanumanthanagar branch and I would request look into my problem and resolve the issue immediately. thanking you, K. But i have been very shocked for debited to day Rs.505.62 from my account as SMAB Chgs APR15+Stax55.62 without any information by call or sms or mail. What is the SMAB Charge of Banking Rule ?                     Hi Its around 26 days and I had not received the transaction failure deducted amount from UNINOR . I had tried to recharge (Rs.253+Rs.100+Rs.20) on 3rd May 2015 but it got failed but the amount got debited .After talking to CC dep Uninor they told it will be reversed in 4 days. But still its pending below are the Transaction details.                         My Ref No is.SR[protected], SR[protected] My Compliant is related to Pockets app by ICICI bank...First of all I would like to tell you that I am really frustrated of the services provided by ICICI related to Pockets App...I been waiting to resolve my compliant from 8th Apr but till now nothing is happened...I have try every mode of compliant (Email, Chat, Phone ) but not get the proper resolution.. On 8th April I have login to my Pocket App & want to load money into my wallet so I have done the Transaction worth Rs.4000/- & pay the amount through Debit card mode & transition was unsuccessful but amount got debited my from Debit card & amount is not updated/loaded into my wallet account & from that day I am chasing everyone related to this but till now nothing is happening...every time when I connect via call or chat I was get informed that you will get your refund in 7 days But today is more than 1.5 month & I haven’t received my refund into my Debit card nor in wallet. Request you to kindly do the needful on a priority basis...As I haven’t expected such kind of service from ICICI Bank.

                            i wish account close request ref. no: SR[protected] i have closed the i wish account on 27/05/2015 through online and i got message like "you account close process will complete within 1 working day" but still now i did not get my amout into my Saving account. iWish is the worst deposit Scheme with ICICI . we could not get our amount for any emergency. -Jeyavel N [protected]

                              Team, In your bank I have Saving (Salary) Account No.[protected], in this regards yesterday credited salary Rs.37, 259.00 in my account, when today I pay my ICICI credit card bill message shown is negative balance. When I talk with my ICICI Bank Vasna Road branch, Vadodara, representative officer told me there is certain lien in your account. I can't understand without informing me How can you stuck / lien in my account.                                 In the statement dated 28 March, 2015 a sum of Rs.1756/49 was wrongly debited towards Late fee, Interest charges and service tax thereon in respect of card No.4477xxxxxxxx0007 which i am not using at all. I am using credit card no. 4375xxxxxxxx4002. This amount of Rs.1756/49 has subsequently become Rs. 3991.06 in the statement dated 29th April, 2015. I have to request you to rectify the mistake and give credit for Rs.3991.06 in the next statement to sort out the difference once for all. For your information i have already paid Balance Rs.7820/ which is the amount payable by me after adjusting Rs. 3991.06. Earlier also i had lodged the complaint on your site on 28th April, 2015, which it seems has remained unattended. Pl. help me resolve this issue once for all.

                                  I had demat account 2 years back, & the account login is also been disabled long back. But these ICICI people deducting Rs. 561.80 saying they are doing this to maintain your Demat Account. Since the access to the D-Account is been disabled from 2 years, How can they say this is for maintenance. On inquiry, they are telling cannot refund full amount and I have to close this account (which is already closed) by personally visiting their branch with proof, This is absolutely ridiculous. Please register this complaint. This is open fraud Do the needful. There are many people facing the same problem with this Bank. You may choose to pay the total bill amount of Rs. 1151.34 or the minimum amount of Rs. 160. Please ignore the communication in case if you have already made the payment through any other mode. Looking forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better. Sincerely, ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. This is what I replied to them, however nobody replied to me. Hi Team, I am wondering, how could a reputed bank like ICICI can do this to the customer. The above mail sent to me is like shock to me, as I have no credit card with that number. It's been close to 4+ years i closed my credit cards that I owe on me, and there is no outstanding bill on me, as I paid everything and officially it got closed. And this credit card nowhere belongs to me. It's really annoying to me that I am esteem a customer of ICICI bank since last 10 years and now I am holding NRE and NRO accounts too with the same bank. However these type of mails, really made me to think am I with the right banking firm. ICICI hold a good reputation in the market, with these baseless mails and unnecessary Credit cards charges don't let it down. I am no where bothered to take up this issue to higher official, and definitely take a action on this, as it is not expected from ICICI firm. Hope you will come up with your action plan and let me see what your grievance cell do in this. Later I ll send it to other concerned departments too. As it's impacts my CIBIL and I am customer with good track record till date. So you people better get this. Awaiting your reply. Thanks, Shekhar RAO

                                      Respected sir, I work in SODEXO for the last 5 months at Wipro sholinganallur, bound to open a salary account because my company is paying through ICICI. It is very disappointed that even I have my address proof of Post office ID card which is approved by the central govt. and passport Xerox (right now produced for the foreign job), Ration card, and Pan Card or if you want I can submit my income certificate, School TC, Birth certificate and recently applied for the Adhar Card. Now please tell me what else I need to submit to prove that I am an Indian and living Tamil Nadu demanding an account in your reputed public service organization. I spoke to an agent from ICICI who frequently comes to Wipro and all the time I was been refused to get what I want. I would request you to send reply manually rather than sending unwanted computerized mails. Please consider my complaint and do the needful. Thank you, Regards, Bala Subramaniyan.

                                        I am very much disappointing with icici iwish accounts service, it is pathatic and no one respond clearly, I am loosing lot of interest due to such delay, long time site was kept down for maintenance and now after closing of my goal- a/c no.[protected], SR[protected] for amount 66202 . Amount is still pending to credit back to Saving account. Kindly process and credit it by tomorrow . Thanks Amit Agarwal Ph[protected]
