Dear sir/mam I was give the interview in 27th February 2015 for dahod icici bank as a front desk officer. I was shortlisted for this post but no any official mail nd call from the hr department, i visited on dahod branch every 3 days for a job confirmation, nd the BM and DBM every time rply i m selected nd shortly received the call later offer latter.after interview complete 3 and half month no any satisfied answer by all.i m sooooo frustrated about this behaviour, i need this job, please any thing do for me about this, i m waiting ur rply as soon possible.     I am Anshuman Mitra wants a credit card from ICICI bank, and my application no. is E[protected] on 22nd July 2016. After passing 1 month I have n't any information from Bank part, & n't received any SMS from this big company.
    Some one Miss Smriti called me and some one Mr. Bikash Barman received my documents from me.
    Please give all the status about this application E[protected] as early as soon.

        I have valuable customer last 10yrs and having lifetime free credit card of ICICI. I received wrong charge applied on my credit card bill as shown below, Credit card statement between 28th April to 28th May 2015, transaction showed... 07/05/2015 Rewards Redemption Handling Fee Rs. 99.00 07/05/2015 Service Tax Rs 12.24 I was already complaint at icici through mail and it's complaint no. SR[protected] at dated 10th June 2015. With reference to my mail/complaint bank's executive call to me [protected] at 11th June 2015 (03:45PM). And he said...my problem to be solve-out by [protected]@icicibank.com. But not responded to my mail. finally I support to your forum.

          Dear Sirs, We are very much upset due to a mistake done by us and which also misguided by the ICICI Bank's concerned person. We had a loan from ICICI Bank of 2 lac on the name of my father Mr Arjun Singh Vig. It was taken in 2007-08. We paid fully principal Amount but Additinal interest and cheque bouncing charges were waive off. We are in huge trouble because due to this waive off thing of just Rs 7000 (Approx), our CIBIL is showing it as a SETTLEMENT. Our business is also suffering because our Bank (Punjab & Sind) where our ODP limit is running has made query to rectify the CIBIL's Settlement status for that ICICI loan of 2 lac. Because we applied for enhancement of our ODP limit now. Even NOC has been received of the above said loan. Sir we beg you to please rectify our CIBIL as soon as possible. We are ready to pay you that waive off amount even double. But please help us. My father name is Arjun Singh, His PAN No is AEZPS8295L and Our ICICI Loan Account No is LAYGR[protected] and Application no is A[protected] Dear Sir, please solve our problem and if we need to pay any charges those were waive off and even with interest.             I had applied for a credit card, ICICI credit card application No: N[protected]/[protected]. There was no news about the card and when I traced the young man who took my application he said that the company received a message that the process was not completed with reason as CIBIL not found. I had taken a ICICI home loan in 2010 and recently foreclosed it this Mar 2015. I am surprised that a company of this stature does not adequately check its own records before making such remarks, all this after add verification by a second team etc. Name: Thomas Chacko Mob: [protected] CIBIL-- check my Home loan ac LBCOC[protected] Please take necessary action asap.               I visited ICICI bank on 10.6.2015 and on 11.06.2015 branch Tikamgarh, MP, for collecting the amount of my recurring account. Both time I was told that due to server problem your transactions can not be completed.This is not for the first time.I seen mis management at several time.Poor sitting arrangement at branch for customer, dirty chairs, insufficient space compelled me to make a complain against the branch Kindly look into the matter and ask the manager to compensate my time and conveyance for repeated visits at the branch.

                Dear ICICI Bank, With reference to above subject, My father recently opened new Saving Account (Account No.[protected]. He got a call from Mr Ramesh Agarwal on 8th June, 2015 claiming himself to be calling from Mumbai office. He told this call is for verification of New Saving Account. My father is a senior citizen. He was asked debit card number, cvv number, Alphates and numbers which are behind the debit card. Being new to this system of debit card, he gave all details. The guy changed password and made 3 transactions and transferred total 98505 INR to some account. Very next day My father register a police complaint with city`s Crime Branch. But there is no response from ICICI bank regarding giving details of the account to which money was transferred. Really pathetic bank. RBI should reconsider and make stringent laws for Banks and make them responsible for such frauds. when i tracked the number from which my father got call, it was from Bihar (Vodafone). Big Q is how does some one can come to know that my father has recently opened new account and has balance of One Lacs in it???? It is only possible with help of internal employees of the bank. There seems to be a big racket which is run with help of such reputed bank. Want Cyber Crime Department to bust such rackets. Hope ICICI bank will respond after reading this complaint. I have decided to public my complaint in Nationalized Newspaper, Local Newspaper.

                    Sir I want to lodge a complaint against your branch employee for unethical behavior. Sir today 11:00 am in the morning I went to bank for depositing of cash 5 lac. I stand in a Que when my turn came teller of the branch started to collect cash from others customer when i requested her to free myself 1st because it was my turn then she shouted on me and said it is huge cash i will take it in bulk. Then I approach to bank complaint desks there branch DM was on sheet she did not lodge my complaint and also she has not given mail id where i can complaint. Both of lady Disgrace me and scene did not stopped then teller told one note is less in your packet then I ask her to check the packet with hand count before me then she told there is fake not in the cash. I could not understand first she said there is 1 note short and the same time said there is fake note. When i ask her to show me note she did not care and after five minute she showed. Above all sir she had not counted cash before me and when i ask her to why you have not checked cash before me then too she did not care . When I approach to Sr Officer DM she shouted on me and my staff who was along with me. And for your kind information I am also a cashier in my branch and i have checked all notes in note detected machine and counted them. Dear sir kindly check the CC TV camera of your branch and give me proper solution.

                      Please be kind enough to reply my queries regarding loan account number LBRNI[protected] (NRI home loan). My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. The queries are no response from customer care in spite of various repeated mails regarding the following: 1. Deposit of cheques, can it be done in your Singapore branch, 2. Onilne logging in problems sent via mails along with the screen shots. 3. Interest are being charged much before the issue of cheques, due to which I am incurring losses, need reversal. 4. Clear instruction regarding reduction of TDS amount not being followed by bank. Due to which I have to pay additional interest.

                        Hi, I am a credit card holder of ICICI bank. Card no:[protected] Have been facing a lot of Harassment from you guys lately. I had been recieiving calls from your executives for my credit card overdue. All calls have pathetic ways at which your agents talked to me. Regarding the overdue I had been sending several mails and talked to your executives to waive off the late payment charges, etc. (All records are with me). However, noone answered or contcted me. I finally sent a mail to "pickupelevate", mentioning the details of the amount I am eligible to pay. Hence, I got a call from Preeti stating that your full and final settlement amt is Rs 2690, and after which your credit card balance would be zero. I have a recording of the same call attached for reference. I had paid this amount by cheque the very next day, and got a mail too that payment has been recieved. Still, Your executive called me up saying your credit card amt is due...what nonsense???? Let me tell you, you cant fool and cheat your customers like this, its a mental harassment for me, and I am not going to tolerate it any more. From now onwards, if you harass me more by calling me and stating by balance payments, I will be complelled to take the matter to consumer forum. I am sure this recorded call would be a solid proof of how you play around with your customers. I need an immediate reply to this mail ASAP. Also, send me the accnt statement showing me balance as zero. If I dont get any response, I will be compelled to keep "[protected]@nic.in" in loop, and to file a case against you.                           Recently, I did a transfer on 13, 000 US dollars to my India ICICI bank account. I simply chose ICICI because it has been my primary bank account for ten years and I trusted the indicative exchange rate that was put up on their website. The transaction was initiated on May 12th and after a lot of email exchange with ICICI (they needed some clarifications regarding purpose of remittance and were totally dragging it), it was credited on May 29th 2015. During this period the actual exchange rate was consistently above 63.5 and topped upto 64.12. The indicative exchange rate shown in ICICI website has also been greater than 63 during this period, and infact it is stated in the ICICI page that the exchange rate is confirmed for USA. But the exchange rate that has been provided on my transaction is 62.33, which is much lesser. This has resulted in a loss of more than Rs. 10, 000 to my transaction. I sent them a mail regarding my concern and received a standard reply. "We would want to clarify that the transactions are processed in batches (depending upon the country- currency combinations) through application driven timely procedures and therefore we do not speculate on the FX rate and time of conversion of funds. We wish to inform you that for every transaction submitted through our wire transfer channel, ICICI Bank carries out the conversion of foreign currency to Indian Rupees on receipt of clear funds in our foreign currency account, and applies the foreign exchange conversion rates prevailing at the time of conversion of funds." Only after the transaction did I do a google search and found that ICICI was doing this kind of cheating with all customers.

                          This is the same issue I am facing with ICICI Bank. Every month I am getting some thousand dollars from US but ICICI bank gives me lesser exchange rate and cut almost Rupee 1.5 on per dollar. I am getting the foreign currency in India and ICICI Bank is enjoying on it, by taking commission of 1.5 Rupee per Dollar.

                          They replying same text on every mail I had sent.

                          This has reference to your query regarding the rates offered on your wire transfer transaction credited to your receiver account.

Due to some problem in my married life my wife and her family members are not allowing me to enter my own home. Our dispute is in court. Because of this family matter i am completely financially disturbed and i was not able to make a credit card payment which i want to do after sometime. Now the bad part of the story is your recovery department is helping my Wife as well as with the help of my Wife unnecessary they are calling to all my family and friends at least 15 times a day and using abusing language. I request you please ask them to not call all over the world on my wife's order because i am going to meet ICICI recivery manager in Pune.                                   Hello, I got a call on 9th June 2015 for regarding KYC information.That person told me that he is calling from ICICI and asking my ICICI bank account number.He told me that ICICI send a message regaring KYC on my mobile. But i did not get as such message from ICICI.When i did not share my account number. He abused me and said that he will lodge the FIR against me and deactivate my account number and will withdraw all money from my account. I am sharing the mobile no of that person .Please confirm he is from ICICI or its fake call. It’s urgent because i am going to take legal action against him. Please confirm on the same ASAP. As your good self is well aware that without debit card we can't operate net banking due to which a lot of fund transfers remained pending from our end.                                       I have sent mail to settlement.[protected]@icicibank.com as suggested from icare toll free number [protected] who told me to send a mail on the following to get my work experience certificate. I have sent numerous mail regarding this and somehow i got one reply from them after long who said that i have outstanding dues to pay and only after that i would get the same. However, i had already settled the dues before and i even provided them the screenshot of the payment. And now they are not replying to any of my query neither they are providing my work experience letter. I am frustrated and disappointed by their attitude and puzzled what i need to do as i am in urgent need of it for my admission to executive MBA courses. Regards, Sekhar Chetry Emp 196338

                                        Respected Sir Today in morning, a person called from the number [protected] to my father and said that he is calling from ICICI bank, Mumbai and he wants information for updating our ATM card. My father gave him the information thinking that he is from ICICI, Later we came to know that he was not from ICICI and our balance from our account was getting deducted. He took out 12000 rupees from our account. Then we blocked our Account and changed the PIN no of ATM card. We have complaint regarding in nearby Police Station. Kindly do the needful, and get the money refunded. Hoping for your cooperation.
