Debit card unable to perform online transaction, due to 3d secure password not generated. When performing 3d secure password generation steps, somehow it gives error with wrong details, while its 100% correct details, card blocked for more than 10 times for 3d secure password generation. almost 10 times called customer care and also email my problem to customer care, but till now they are even not trying to solve my complaint. My complain is short out, but yes due to this posting I received lots of fake/fraud call to get my account details. So please be aware when you posting to this forum.
My issue is resolved now, thanks to ICICI Infocity branch, Gandhinagar staff member. One more thing, due to posting issue in this forum, i get lots many fraud/fake calls, so users please be aware and never share your bank details to anybody.

        I have been maintaining an SB account with the Koramangala, Bangalore branch of ICICI for over a year now. Over the last 3 weeks, ICICI repeatedly made UNAUTHORIZED AND FRAUDULENT debit transactions from my account amounting to over Rs. 27000. I have been constantly requesting their "phone banking officers" and their "supervisors" to reverse these FRAUDULENT transactions. However, i have no positive response. They issue tickets (SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected] and do nothing to resolve problems. Banking Fraud in India is still a punishable offense. I hope RBI withdraws the banking license of ICICI for the multiple FRAUDULENT AND UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT TRANSACTIONS THAT THEIR HOPELESS BANKING SOFTWARE HAS caused. Their "phone banking officers" are abusive of customers and can barely speak English. It is no wonder that they are of no use, when they have a boss like Mr. Saurabh Singh, Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service, who is just as incompetent.

          Hi, I am customer since 8 years and now, I applied for personal loan 1 week before but no body responded back to me for status. I called them many times but they are not responding, even they are disconnecting my calls. Such a bad experience, I am having with icici bank. I am writing this email to your help desk only because still, i am having some trust. If i'll not get any reply immediately or on urgent basis. You'll not leave any option for me but to go to consumer court. What a terrible experience, we are having living in this country. All companies or services are turning into night mares for common people who are just looting the people money and torturing them. At least, what I can do that i can tell my relatives and friends and colleagues and public forums like facebook that please do not go to icici bank for personal loan and i'll do that. Even, my friends already made me aware that please do not take loan from icici bank, they'll torture you like any thing and I was like, i m their customer since 8 years, they'll not do this to me but now, i understood like they were right and i was fool. please cancel my personal loan application. i am approaching another bank. you please be happy with your great team who torture the customers. I'll be closing my account as well. I do not want my single paisa/contact with icici bank now. Thanks, Raman

            I took personal loan of Rs 20 Lakhs from ICICI bank in June 2014. After going through the loan statement last month I observed that an amount of Rs 22472 was deducted illegally and paid to ICICI Lombard to issue an policy for which I never authorized ICICI bank. After receiving the statement I filed online complaint and I was told to write to ICICI lombard to get the refund. I then send an mail to ICICI Lombard and it refunded me only Rs 15000 on 4/6/15 without any justification. Bank failed to explain why it transferred the money to ICICI Lombard without my request/ authorization. I want refund of Rs 22472 along with penakl interest @ 18 % wef June 2014. This is gross negligence on part of bank.

              I m having an account with icici bank sector 11 panchkula, Haryana vide A/C no[protected]. my complaint is against the disgracefull working of the staff of the icici bank branch who misguided me and harrased me a lot. i have been at the sector 11 branch couples of days back for depositing a cheque for 15000/- rupess. i also ask the bank staff about the FD (fixed deposite) and ask them to guide me for investing my money in a fixed deposite, inspite of guiding me the manager n the staff members started pressurising me to invest my in icici elite life pru, when i refused to invest my hard earned money, the bank staff start showing me very rude and wierd kind of behaviour which is a redicilious thing i had ever faced in my life. even the bank staff had not processed my cheque just to show me there angerness n just to make me harras. i m very upset with the behaviour of the manager n sales staff and would close my bank account from icici immediately please take a strict action against the manager n staff of the branch . thank you

My account was death due to not maintain.so i apply for open it from about one and half year and submitted document according to kyc and your employee`direction ·between these two year i had to go your branch office many times by journey of 40km each. There were two or three manager transferred but new manager`s behavior is acceptable .mr mithilesh said to me that your amount is reversed after closing your account but now this time new manager said that it is not possible whatever u do .that`s why l am doing complain against branch manager of korba because he is too much roudy .l have visited many time at your branch office but others behavior is so softlly.at end i want to know only my charged amount is reverse or not .                   Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: 69 NEFT inward entries dt.05.03.15 from ICICI Bank-Reg. NEFT outwards initiated from your branch A/c no.[protected] IFSC code: ICICI0SF0002 received in inward to our bank on 05.03.15 with invalid Account numbers. Hence all those entries were marked as return. Due to technical problem we are unable to return those entries on the day itself. In order to return those entries manually, mail was sent to ICICI bank neft.[protected]@icicibank.com on 09.03.15 to confirm account number and IFSC code. Reply came on 10.03.15 from NEFT query center (neft.[protected]@icicibank.com) to specify CMS reference number while returning. As we did not have any field like CMS reference number we again sent mail on 11.03.15 to elaborate about CMS reference number. No reply received from NEFT query center. So we returned those entries on 11.03.15 & 12.03.15 to ICICI bank without mentioning CMS reference numbers. But all those entries returned back to us on 13.03.15 and 14.03.15 by your end. Again mail marked on 19.03.15 to neft.[protected]@icicibank.com with regard to confirm whether inward UTR reference number would denote CMS reference number. NEFT query center informed the same as to return those transactions by mentioning CMS reference number without elaborating about CMS reference number. One entry of NEFT was again sent on 24.03.15 as trial basis to A/c no.[protected] by specifying UTR no. in sender information since we did not have CMS reference number. Again that entry was returned on 26.03.15. Mail was again sent to neft.[protected]@icicibank.com on 01.04.15 to confirm whether CMS ref no. denotes UTR no. Reply came on 02.04.15 as CMS ref no would denote UTR no. Once again one entry of NEFT was sent by specifying UTR no. in sender information to A/c no.[protected] IFSC code: ICICI0SF0002. But that entry was also returned on 10.04.15. We have enclosed ICICI bank inward UTR numbers dt.05.03.15 for your kind perusal. Kindly guide us in this regard how to return those entries. Otherwise we will not proceed further and also those entries will be kept under sundry creditors, for which we will not be held accountable. Kindly validate our customer 15 digits account number with your branch NEFT initiating party.

                  No reply for my email for more then a week. How to rectify...

                  My amount 1 Lakh on hold, I send money to my father account from SBI bank to ICICI. Due to some mismatch ICICI hold 1 lakh Rs for more then 15 days.

                  I send email to neft.[protected]@icicibank.com with all screenshot and evidence to release the money on Jan 5, 2016. This is totally unprofessional, no simple email reply at all from your side.

                  Branch manager said, send email to you. But, no reply or action at all..

                  I doubt your email is in action or just for name.

                  Very scare to send money to ICICI now. Worst experience. Better to stay away from ICICI.

                  No one to help from this.

                    Sir, I have been having terrible financial problems for the past few years and haven't been able to pay some of my on-going loans. To the extent that we sold off our house also. At that time we settled many bank loans and when ICICI was called for the settlement they did not settle it at that time saying that we were not yet eligible for a settlement. I want to complain against an agency which has been calling our neighbours and my son's college - head of the department and threatening them and telling them all lies. They have done this inspite of me speaking to them in the morning. This person threatened me saying that he would take care of me. Sir please look into this matter with utmost urgency. ICICI bank collection agents have caused a lot of problems in our lives even earlier and ruined all our relations, telling people that we have told them to collect the money from them. Calling my son's college and trying to ruin his career is not acceptable, especially when I have already spoken to them in the morning. The person Aditya Number [protected] / [protected] has been creating a nuisance since today morning. First he tells me that his collection executive met me in the morning at 9.30 am in my office. This is a blatant lie as I was nowhere near my office. To set the record straight, the lady in office called me and I spoke to her and in turn this collection executive spoke to me saying that he is from ICICI bank. He gave me Aditya's number and I called Aditya and told him that I need time to repay as I have too many financial problems. Aditya then called up a 72 year old senior citizen at noon and harrassed her with unwanted talks. He them called up my friend Annabel and told her that I had told him to call her as she will pay back my loan. This has been confirmed by my friend. When I am speaking to the bank, what makes the bank to take such unwanted steps/ I have told him repeatedly and asked for time, but he kept cutting the call and asking me by calling back as to why I was cutting the line. I have all the recordings of todays calls. I even spoke to some Nafisa and she agreed to apologise to my friend whom Aditya called. I assured that if they would first apologise on conference, I will start the talks of repayments. She said yes and later cut the line. The last call made by Aditya at 18.19 hrs, where he stated that he will call the entire society and harass them Looking forward to your help in the matter and as I said before, I need time to repay, but Aditya when he realised that I was recording suddenly started polite talk.                         PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE... I have called ICICI customer care service yesterday & waited for almost 30 mins to get a response from them. I made call day before yesterday also to esquire about my credit card application status, customer care representative attended the call & informed me that " Sir, This is not a high priority request, please call us tomorrow morning, we will provide you the requests". My question is, how can a customer care representative can prioritize the calls into urgent & non-urgent categories?. I am fed up with these people & I am planning to cancel my salary account...

                          I had raised a service request SR[protected] for premature closure of my Iwish account on June 1st, 2015 at around 10:20 am. I got a message saying "It will be processed within one working day". The amount has not been credited into my savings account till now. When I call customer service, they keep putting my call on hold or say it will be credited by EOD without providing any reason for delay. This is the worst service and would thing twice before doing any transaction with ICICI again.

                            I have ordered a Provogue watch under ICICI offer witt Provogue. However, I have received a defective watch with back of watch missing. I have emailed them twice regarding this with watch images I received. But they did not seem to be bothered even after 12 days after I emailed them. These are order details: Shipping Provider: Javas Tracking No: MUMPVGP428744 Shipment #PROV274989 for Order #[protected]. I do not want this watch anymore. There are doing fraudulent activity by offering such cheap watches to customers.

Here is the e-mail: ================================================================== ​ From: Simranjeet Singh Date: Wed, May 27, 2015 at 7:38 PM Subject: Call from a fraudster claiming to be a bank manager To: [protected]@icicibank.com Cc: [protected]@icicibank.com Hello ICICI, Today I got a call from [protected] at 18:08 from a person who claimed himself to be bank manager and told me that your account has been closed and you need to verify to re-open it.He told that you would receive a message from bank and while on the call I received a message from AM-ICICIB at 18:13 which had an OTP. Fraudster told that I would get 5-6 verification messages. I enquired about his name and location. He said that he is Manish Gupta, Manager and is calling from Mumbai. I argued that how can my account be closed without intimating me. He said that Bank sended verification message which you didn't replied. I told that I didn't received any such message. However after talking so long, I told that OTP. Next he told to tell the corresponding numbers to the alphabet( written on back of ATM card). But I kept him on hold and meanwhile I checked my account online which was active. I got astonished and felt something fishy.On asking his employee id and boss name, he got nervous and told different IDs and cut the phone. I tried to call again but he didn't picked the call.                                   i have applied for icici bank credit cards, then approximately after 15 days of application i got call from blue dart services to confirm address for dispatching credit card. And i confirmed my address then a person from blue dart told within 2 days i 'll bring your card at given office address. many days has benn passed and i didn't get credit card from any courier services. Now i am checking the status in blue dart it saying, your icici bank credit card has been delivered to GANESH/ICICI CARD RTO. After getting this message, i called to customer care many times but till now i didn't get any appropriate response from anyone. so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.                                         Hi there, My sister applied for a coral credit card 12 days ago on 20.05.2015 at ICICI Bank but since then we haven't recieved any update from the bank. whenever we try to track the application status online, it shows no records. The executive who came from the bank said that it will take around 15 days to get the application processed and in this mean time you will get call from bank for verification then call at your office and then final address verification but nothing has hapenned till date. So please look out at this matter asap.
