In spite of contacting almost all authorities including MD of ICICI Bank Ltd. my issue has not been resolved yet. Finally I am contacting you to get my issues resolved. I have not been paid interest against the following FD in FY 2014-15: FD No.[protected] Kindly take up the matter with ICICI Bank Ltd. for release of interest against above FD for FY 2014-15.     On 11 May 2015 I transferred the 15000 Rs from my SBI account to ICICI account. From SBI they deducted the 15000 Rs however in ICICI account it is not yet credited. I checked with SBI, the call center agent told me that from SBI side the transaction was successful and he asked me to check with ICICI. When I contacted the ICICI customer care (via on line Chat) I came to know that because of system upgrade activity, the said amount didn’t get deposited. When I contacted the ICICI customer care (via Phone) they (Mr Shaikh & Miss Nitu) said they are not able to find the credit entry of 15000 Rs from SBI and requested me to share the SBI transaction details and statement. I shared the SBI statement as requested by ICICI customer care agent through mail. But they are not responding over mail. Thanks, Gaurav (M) +91 [protected]

          this is to make a complaint and to get an instant action against icici bank collection agents. my loan no. is LPDEL[protected]. IT WAS TAKEN IN 2008 FOR MY DAUGHTERS MARRIAGE. amouunt was 4, 86000. from this i paid back 3, 50000. due to very bad circumstances and one by one unavoidable circumstances i was unable to pay back the rest amount. icici bank was in my touch and coordinate me too. after some time they stopped calling me and i was also get indulged with all my other responsibilities, even day by day due to one by one losses i came under huge huge debts. my son who started his own business by lending money from private financers with huge rate of interest, his business gone through a very bad loss and we are finished from every where now. i work for a prrivate company but my salary goes completely to outsiders for interests, even i am not able to pay up the rent regularly. my son is also working in private company and only because of his salary we are able to eat and survive. in 2014 icici bank came to visist my place, they said that i am not in touch with them, i am absconding etc.. they presurried me to agree for the settlement of the loan for 1, 40, 000 in 3 installments. i agreed as they told me that police will come to arrest me and my photograph will be published. my family is already going through lots of troubles from last more than 5 years now, so due to that pressure i agreed. but as i dont have any source of extra income beside my salary so i was not able to pay them. i asked for time, some good people from icici visited me and again they believed my situation. 10days back i shifted from my present rented acoomodation as people were harassing my family there for money even threatened to beat and kill. i shifted even due to that threats i am not going to my office also, mean time the icici bank colllection agents has gone to my previous house and as they thought i am absconding so they traced mine and my sons call details and called up on all those numbers and told them that me and my son is fraud and cheated the bank. they starts up calling me my family from the morning and ends up in the evening. they went to my office and told my colleagues that ia am a fraud. as i said earlier also due to threating i am not going to office also. i am not the local person of gurgaon, and people from Gurgaon is threatning me, i am not able to go to the police also, cos some how i feel that no body will help us. what should i do now? we are fininshed from all sides. we have no moto to live life now, things are not manageble for us any more. the only thing we have is mine and my son's job, and the thing which icici bank collection agents has done it will cause for loss of job for both o[censored]s. the contact no. from which every body is gettingcalls is[protected], [protected] and [protected]. please help me, my wife is a major heart patient, she is detoriating day by day due to fear. we are not absconding, we are very much underfear. we dont have money to pay. talking to bank agents will only bring us under pressure, and nothing else as i know arranging money is moer more difficult, leaving this life is more easy for us. please help us. my family needs support and help. please. contact me on [protected]@gmail.com. i am not receiving any phone calls due to fear. please help me out.

              ? Dear Sir/Mam, I Ajay Kumar Narukula hold an account (?bearing ?No:[protected] at ICICI Bank Ltd, Manyata Tech Park Branch, Bangalore-560045 with a debit card (?bearing? No. [protected] ). I am here with you regarding a serious complaint about the fraud transactions that took place using my debit card swi?ped? on 20/05/2015 ?starting ?at 15:06 hrs.?Surprise part is that I hold my debit card physically residing at No.43, ?3rd Main, 1st Block, Sir MV Nagar, Ramamurthynagar, Bangalore-560016 during the time of fraud incident. ?Brief summary of what action I have taken immediately after noticing the transactional messages from ICICI in my mobile.? ?On 20/05/2015 from 16:00 hrs? 1.I noticed at 16:00 hrs in my mobile about 7 SMS's from various unknown merchants started from 15:06 hrs have made transactions of Rs 77, 860. 2.I called ICICI customer care support and they have raised an SR.They also told me to walk down to any nearest ICICI branch and submit CDF form along with police complaint. 3.The customer support has told me that suspisous & fraud swipe transactions have taken place with my debit card costing around Rs 77, 860.00 when i asked about the seven transactional messages. 4.I rushed to my nearest branch i.e TC Palya Road, Ramammurthynagar Branch, KA-560016 for lodging complaint. 5.The bank employee at the branch have attached the CDF form? that i filled to the SR. I was told that SR[protected] as the SR number. 6.Then I rushed to Ramamurthynagar PS for lodging a complaint.They made me to wait for 3 hrs and then SI told me to go to Hennur PS. 7.I rushed to Hennur PS and they told me to go to ?Sampigehalli PS since my home branch falls under that jurisdiction. 8.I went to ?Sampigehalli PS and met the SI. He asked me to come the next day i.e 21/05/2015 @ 10:30 hrs. On 21/05/2015 from 10:30 hrs 9.I went to Sampigehalli PS and waited for SI to arrive. After he came only they have registered the complaint. 10.I have submitted the physical copies of CDF form ramamurthy nagar branch, written complaint letter, mini statement. 11.I have taken the complaint and went to my home branch i.e Manyata Tech Park and submitted oever there. 12.At my home branch the deputy manager has attached all the submitted documents into the SR. 13.She also has taken the physical copies from me i.e written complain letter, CDF form, PS acknowledgement form, CDF form of ramamurthy nagar branch, pan card xerox. 14.She told me that SR[protected] & SR[protected] have been registered and all the submitted documents are attached to both the SR's. I was told that 30 days duration will be taken to refund my amount. I seriuosly condemn this because as a common citizen how would I survive for one month having many personnel commitments.This is not at all acceptable response from your banking side i.e ICICI.I need to pay my credit card bills & other personnel debts. Another un acceptable fact is that when such tranasctions are happening one after the other none from ICICI side has warned me by giving a call.Support guys use to call me while I used to purchase with my credit cards at various merchants at higher price.Similar security needs to be provided even to debit cards as well.I completely see this as security breach from your end. I request you to consider my complaint at a high priority and provide me the amount immediately. I am trying to send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com but its getting delivery failure frequently today.

They told me that attachment size should not be exceeding 2mb.Hence i have sent separate mails to the mail ID with all docs. As conveyed I do submitted docs at home branch as well.

                    R/sir As per discussion with MR.Sandip saraswat sir (Nagpur) & Bhanupratap Sir (Deputy manager Icici Bramhapuri Branch ) we are resending the mail very painfully to inform you once again that e-Tender No-4856, & 4858 from District Supply Officer Gadchiroli (Revenue Department) Carried By ICICI bank had been cancelled on 08/05/2015 but after 15 days we cannot received the amount of Rs.975000/- (Nine Lac seventy five thousand) refund which we deposited through RTGS to ICICI Bank as a security Deposit money (EMD) for both the tenders.This is not fare after recurrent & continoues reminders for such a problem you neither take any action nor responding our calls.We already mailed essential documents required from you such as Bankers copy, Vendors copy, Tender id, company id, tender date, but there is no response from your side from since last 15 days. If you are not answering or resolving the problem witin 7 days we assume that your are irresponsible and considering this mail a final noticeto you we will take legal action by submitting writ petition of harassment and fraud against you claiming interest and other penalties on our blocked amount.                         i called you(customer care centers) some are available, and some are not at all responding.I tried to activate my credit card before that i tried online transaction then my block has been blocked.when i was trying to generate pin it was telling that "your card has been blocked cannot generate 3d secure pin".what i have to do now.please help me in activating my credit card as it was not used from last 9 months.please respond soon.

                          First of all the Bank does not like feedback. For giving feedback you need to fill up a lengthy form with mandatory fields like your opening a new account. With great difficulty I filled up the form once. The site promises redressal within 48 hours, but no response even in a month. First about the ATM service: ATM at civic center, Bhilai Durg Chattisgarh: The AC never ever works, it stinks inside and is dirty. The old ATM machine cannot read the card properly and several times gives error messages in Marathi. (being multilingual is a part of their GREAT customer service, but in Chattisgarh people don't speak marathi.) Next everything is FREE FREE FREE: Gold Cards, Platinum Cards so on so forth. But if you forget bank password you have to make at least two visits to their "nearest" branch, fill up a lengthy form. But you will be offered with many new and lucrative schemes which are nothing but traps. Now every day you get e-mails about REWARD POINTS. Feels like you are dealing with some apparel chain or Big Bazar. It is ridiculous - the bank's service is so poor but their always advertising FREE this FREE that. It is such a noisy bank. And the worst part is there are hidden charges with every step. Overall it is a fearsome Bank. I never felt at home with this Bank. Probably it is a RICH man's Bank.

                            Dear sir. I had deposited a cheque a month ago later I got to know that it was NON CTS cheque and has been sent at my mailing address. It's been over a month but I have not received my cheque back yet. Every time I visited icici Bank bhopal branch where I deposited cheque executive gave me consignment number and asked me to keep tracking. Such ridiculous response has fed me up.kindly look into the issue and get it resolved quickly

                                  Hi, My Name is Amit dubey I had applied for a credit card Before 2 Month at Borivali West Icici Bank Branch. After a month i got a mail confirmation that my Credit card request has been Declined. Then after 2 days i got a call from Icici bank chandivali branch some one by the name of ( NEHA SINGH [protected] ) She had ensured me that due to short address your approval is pending kindly provide the hard copy of documents i had done the same i had called them in my office and handoverd the documents again she told me that it will take another 10 days to process the applications i had agreed the same as iam needful of credit card after following up with her for more then 25 days i did, nt got any clarafication or any confirmation from her end. After a month i got a mail confirmation that my Credit card request has been Declined. again for the same reason then I had changed my address Dahisar East as per my salary account and handover the documents to executive and once again she has ensured me that within 10 days i will get my card. Then suddenly again i got a call from Miss. Villu Vishwa ( [protected]) stating that she is from icici bank chandivali branch her language was very harsh / and rude which was not proving that she is directly from icici bank. Your icici bank excucative sd UP wale aise hi hote hai ... i have all recording. Then lock complain in icici bank customer care But still no reply My SR No- SR[protected] Respective Icici bank senior authorities i am an old customer of your bank i did, nt expected such things from icici bank .                                   This is the second time u rejected my name as per my knowledge i have
                                  updated new address which is in Dahisar East As per my salary account
                                  your icici executive visited that address and confirm. on dated of 2nd
                                  may once again your executive came and collected my from
                                  Application No- W[protected] and i still waiting for your reply.And wht u did with that guy who Misbehave with me

                                  bank not take any action agst that guys then i will closed all my
                                  account and my family account also and i will suggest my friends to do
                                  the same thing. Because As u know that if icici bank peoples can do this

                                    Fraudlant activity has been happened at my account on 15th may 2015. Someone have made five transactions MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/0 -----14, 016.58 Rs MPS/SALEHA SUPE/[protected]/0 -----6, 167.28 Rs MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/0 ------ 5, 606.62 Rs MPS/SALEHA SUPE/[protected]/0 -----8, 409.94 Rs MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/[protected], 101.12 original debit card is with me only then how its possible . i gues bank dont have security system my money is not safe in icici bank . wanat my money asap . logged FIR and submitted FIR copy to bank ..Let me know when i will get my account back Regards Keerti

                                      ICICI bank credit cards are not secure at all...Confirmed by ICICI bank.

                                      Incident happened with me in February 2015. While i was on my official trip to Argentina. I lost my wallet in which ICICI credit card was there.
                                      Before i intimate to bank stolen card was used for Rs.44000. Surprisingly for use of ICICI bank credit card you don not required any other safety factors such as PIN, OTP etc.
                                      IF someone is having credit card..Its enough to make a transaction.
                                      For this fraud transaction bank do not asked PIN, bank didn't send OTP, there is no signature verification required.
                                      Even it was CHIP based, Simply it is useless.

                                      When i tried to contact ICICI bank they said we are not responsible for this transaction. You have to pay to ICICI bank the billed amount.
                                      I wrote to Chanda Khocchar MD of ICICI bank, i got the same reply.
                                      So what bank commits us regarding safety and security of credit card is just like making us fool.

                                      ICICI bank credit card is not safe/Secure at all. Anyone can use your card without any of the safety factor provided by bank.
