Sir, I have been having terrible financial problems for the past few years and haven't been able to pay some of my on-going loans. To the extent that we sold off our house also. At that time we settled many bank loans and when ICICI was called for the settlement they did not settle it at that time saying that we were not yet eligible for a settlement. I want to complain against an agency which has been calling our neighbours and my son's college - head of the department and threatening them and telling them all lies. They have done this inspite of me speaking to them in the morning. This person threatened me saying that he would take care of me. Sir please look into this matter with utmost urgency. ICICI bank collection agents have caused a lot of problems in our lives even earlier and ruined all our relations, telling people that we have told them to collect the money from them. Calling my son's college and trying to ruin his career is not acceptable, especially when I have already spoken to them in the morning. The person Aditya Number [protected] / [protected] has been creating a nuisance since today morning. First he tells me that his collection executive met me in the morning at 9.30 am in my office. This is a blatant lie as I was nowhere near my office. To set the record straight, the lady in office called me and I spoke to her and in turn this collection executive spoke to me saying that he is from ICICI bank. He gave me Aditya's number and I called Aditya and told him that I need time to repay as I have too many financial problems. Aditya then called up a 72 year old senior citizen at noon and harrassed her with unwanted talks. He them called up my friend Annabel and told her that I had told him to call her as she will pay back my loan. This has been confirmed by my friend. When I am speaking to the bank, what makes the bank to take such unwanted steps/ I have told him repeatedly and asked for time, but he kept cutting the call and asking me by calling back as to why I was cutting the line. I have all the recordings of todays calls. I even spoke to some Nafisa and she agreed to apologise to my friend whom Aditya called. I assured that if they would first apologise on conference, I will start the talks of repayments. She said yes and later cut the line. The last call made by Aditya at 18.19 hrs, where he stated that he will call the entire society and harass them Looking forward to your help in the matter and as I said before, I need time to repay, but Aditya when he realised that I was recording suddenly started polite talk.       PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE... I have called ICICI customer care service yesterday & waited for almost 30 mins to get a response from them. I made call day before yesterday also to esquire about my credit card application status, customer care representative attended the call & informed me that " Sir, This is not a high priority request, please call us tomorrow morning, we will provide you the requests". My question is, how can a customer care representative can prioritize the calls into urgent & non-urgent categories?. I am fed up with these people & I am planning to cancel my salary account...

        I had raised a service request SR[protected] for premature closure of my Iwish account on June 1st, 2015 at around 10:20 am. I got a message saying "It will be processed within one working day". The amount has not been credited into my savings account till now. When I call customer service, they keep putting my call on hold or say it will be credited by EOD without providing any reason for delay. This is the worst service and would thing twice before doing any transaction with ICICI again.

          I have ordered a Provogue watch under ICICI offer witt Provogue. However, I have received a defective watch with back of watch missing. I have emailed them twice regarding this with watch images I received. But they did not seem to be bothered even after 12 days after I emailed them. These are order details: Shipping Provider: Javas Tracking No: MUMPVGP428744 Shipment #PROV274989 for Order #[protected]. I do not want this watch anymore. There are doing fraudulent activity by offering such cheap watches to customers.

Here is the e-mail: ================================================================== ​ From: Simranjeet Singh Date: Wed, May 27, 2015 at 7:38 PM Subject: Call from a fraudster claiming to be a bank manager To: [protected]@icicibank.com Cc: [protected]@icicibank.com Hello ICICI, Today I got a call from [protected] at 18:08 from a person who claimed himself to be bank manager and told me that your account has been closed and you need to verify to re-open it.He told that you would receive a message from bank and while on the call I received a message from AM-ICICIB at 18:13 which had an OTP. Fraudster told that I would get 5-6 verification messages. I enquired about his name and location. He said that he is Manish Gupta, Manager and is calling from Mumbai. I argued that how can my account be closed without intimating me. He said that Bank sended verification message which you didn't replied. I told that I didn't received any such message. However after talking so long, I told that OTP. Next he told to tell the corresponding numbers to the alphabet( written on back of ATM card). But I kept him on hold and meanwhile I checked my account online which was active. I got astonished and felt something fishy.On asking his employee id and boss name, he got nervous and told different IDs and cut the phone. I tried to call again but he didn't picked the call. Please take the appropriate action on this so that he doesn't try to deceive others. Kindly acknowledge. Thanking you.                 i have applied for icici bank credit cards, then approximately after 15 days of application i got call from blue dart services to confirm address for dispatching credit card. And i confirmed my address then a person from blue dart told within 2 days i 'll bring your card at given office address. many days has benn passed and i didn't get credit card from any courier services. Now i am checking the status in blue dart it saying, your icici bank credit card has been delivered to GANESH/ICICI CARD RTO. After getting this message, i called to customer care many times but till now i didn't get any appropriate response from anyone. so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.                       Hi there, My sister applied for a coral credit card 12 days ago on 20.05.2015 at ICICI Bank but since then we haven't recieved any update from the bank. whenever we try to track the application status online, it shows no records. The executive who came from the bank said that it will take around 15 days to get the application processed and in this mean time you will get call from bank for verification then call at your office and then final address verification but nothing has hapenned till date. So please look out at this matter asap.

                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction "38660658 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 561.80.When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                            I was not in India, I was in flight of AI143 air India flight from Milan to delhi.I reached delhi airport on 29.5.2015 at 10.00 a.m. I purchased a purfume fromof Rs3325.94 Delhi duty free shop..after a while I got two messages from BW ICICIB one of which showed "You have made a Debit card purchase of INR 66.51 on 29May.Info.VIN*FOREVER LIV. . I saw the message details-date 29/5/2015.Time 7.09 am. When I inser my sim card in my phone after returning to Delhi from Milan after 10.00 am i received that message.I have not use my Debit card for such purchase., I was at flight at that time, so how can it be true.I rang to ICICI bank Beliaghata . they could not give any satisfactory answer.                                 when i use the debit card for the purchasing, i found that two time deduction from the debit card but payable amount added to vendor one time only. observation :- 1st time card payment was declaimed, 2 nd time approved the payment please refund my money.

                                    Dear Madam and Sirs, I am one of your privilege customer holding account from past 20 years. (SB account XXXXX0877). I would like to share my sufferings and mental agony caused by your representatives inaction and apethy towards my issue. Branch - ICICI Bank, Hanumanthanagar. Bangalore (Brnach code-2325) Visit -1 I had visited your above branch for opening of my Minor son on 2nd May 2015. Met one Lokesha E (M.No.[protected]) and completed formalities of account opening. I have been assured my account will get activated by 4th May 2015. I got the opening kit for account no.[protected]. I have clearly explained i am opneing this account for my minor son and would require ATM card on urgent basis. I had waited for a week, to my surprise i did not get any message. I called up Lokesh, he did not pickup the call. I called up customer care on 9th May 2015, customer care confirmed my account is not activated and i need to contact branch only. Visit-2 I visited branch on 11th May 2015 @ around 8.30am. Your reps at branch not entertained me stating migration is happening. Finally after lot of persuations they send one gentlemen called Sharavan V (m.no.[protected]). He said he will give me a call by 10.30am. As expected, he did not call me at all. I had called him twice, he said the person who has opened my account Lokesh will call me back. I called Lokesh, again he did not pickup call and did not give me call back. After repeated compalints to Shravan, Lokesh called me back evening and asked me to visit branch again. I have told him I am unable to come during working hours. hence, he had visited my home on 12th May 2015 and did the formalities afresh. stating first time he had some problem with tab, etc.or photos not captured properly etc and also ICICI bank cheque is not accepted for opening account ? Visit-3 Again there was no respone from him, called several times, but no response. I got a call on 13th May 15 from no lady executive (M.No.[protected]), stating that if I want the account to open, I need to visit the branch again and do the formalities again. I had visited the branch on 15h Morning. All the formalities of taking photograph and scanning aadhar card has been completed in front of the Bank in open Public place. ( is this i deserved for being loyal customer for 20 years ?) I was following it up with same lady for ATM card, but I was only getting assurance but nothing was moving. In the mean time I have called upMr.Harish, branch manager of the branch on27th May 2015 and narrated the complete event of things. he said he will look into that and I did not get any response nor the problem solved. To Surprise, even he did not get back to me nor he ensured solution to the problem. Visit-4 Once again I visited branch on 30th May 2015 and met branch manager. Mr.Harish come to know the real problem and understoor the pain I have gone through for 30 days. He has assured he will get back soon. a) I have lost all my trust with the bank of any nearby solution. b) Being a loyal customer I have to visit the bank 4 times and also i must have done nearly 50-60 calls. c) I am wondering how come you will not accept ICICI bank cheque of mine for opening my son's account. d) Customer care is non-sensense, I have left my number 3 times to call back. to my surprise I have received the call back after 2-3 days. Each time, when they called, they were asking for account no. since I was in meeting and requested them to call me back after 15-20 minutes of times. so that I will be able to give details and get solution to the problem.But your representatives never called me back. e) I tried to ask a query through SB account interaction, query was asking about service request no generated by branch. Which I have never got from the branch. f) Please note, I had all the liberty to go to press or the social media. I think you must be well aware of negative publicity you will get out of this. I have undergone lot of pain and mental agony for last 30 days and still my problem is not resolved. Is this the treatment you are giving to me for being loyal customer of your bank for last 20 years ??? Even though the branch manager assured of solving the problem, i do not have any confidence left with your Hanumanthanagar branch and I would request look into my problem and resolve the issue immediately. thanking you, K. But i have been very shocked for debited to day Rs.505.62 from my account as SMAB Chgs APR15+Stax55.62 without any information by call or sms or mail. What is the SMAB Charge of Banking Rule ?
