Dear Customer May 01, 2015 We would like to inform you that Payment on your ICICI Bank Credit Card account no 4076 XXXX XXXX 4024 is due on 05/05/2015. You may choose to pay the total bill amount of Rs. 1151.34 or the minimum amount of Rs. 160. Please ignore the communication in case if you have already made the payment through any other mode. Looking forward to your co-operation in helping us serve you better. Sincerely, ICICI Bank Credit Cards Team. This is what I replied to them, however nobody replied to me. Hi Team, I am wondering, how could a reputed bank like ICICI can do this to the customer. The above mail sent to me is like shock to me, as I have no credit card with that number. It's been close to 4+ years i closed my credit cards that I owe on me, and there is no outstanding bill on me, as I paid everything and officially it got closed. And this credit card nowhere belongs to me. It's really annoying to me that I am esteem a customer of ICICI bank since last 10 years and now I am holding NRE and NRO accounts too with the same bank. However these type of mails, really made me to think am I with the right banking firm. ICICI hold a good reputation in the market, with these baseless mails and unnecessary Credit cards charges don't let it down. I am no where bothered to take up this issue to higher official, and definitely take a action on this, as it is not expected from ICICI firm. Hope you will come up with your action plan and let me see what your grievance cell do in this. Later I ll send it to other concerned departments too. As it's impacts my CIBIL and I am customer with good track record till date. So you people better get this. Awaiting your reply. Thanks, Shekhar RAO

    Respected sir, I work in SODEXO for the last 5 months at Wipro sholinganallur, bound to open a salary account because my company is paying through ICICI. It is very disappointed that even I have my address proof of Post office ID card which is approved by the central govt. and passport Xerox (right now produced for the foreign job), Ration card, and Pan Card or if you want I can submit my income certificate, School TC, Birth certificate and recently applied for the Adhar Card. Now please tell me what else I need to submit to prove that I am an Indian and living Tamil Nadu demanding an account in your reputed public service organization. I spoke to an agent from ICICI who frequently comes to Wipro and all the time I was been refused to get what I want. I would request you to send reply manually rather than sending unwanted computerized mails. Please consider my complaint and do the needful. Thank you, Regards, Bala Subramaniyan.

      I am very much disappointing with icici iwish accounts service, it is pathatic and no one respond clearly, I am loosing lot of interest due to such delay, long time site was kept down for maintenance and now after closing of my goal- a/c no.[protected], SR[protected] for amount 66202 .             harrasement by recovery agents from icici bank

              I have made on-line transaction for Rs.2119 on 13 - may-2015 and the transaction was failed but the amount Rs.2119 was deducted from my saving account. 1.Regarding this issue i have contacted customer care support via phone call on 14 -may and i raised my issue to them. Icici customer representative told that the amount will credit with in 7 working days. 2.Again 22- May-2015 I called the customer representative and reported my issue and the person is told me to wait till 8 weeks. 3.I reported my issue to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com on Friday(22-may).So far i didn't get any proper response. Why should i wait till(8 weeks) that. Is that any wrong in my side ?.I need clear clarification for delay on this and the amount should credit to my account.if not please tell me the procedure to close my icici bank account. I am not happy with your customer service.Its totally irritating me.

                  I have deposited a cheque of Icici in my Icici account in vanasthalipuram Hyderabad branch. Branch manager said that they have a verification procedure after which it gets cleared. I was waiting till Monday afternoon, but the cheque did not clear. Leave clearing it should atleast post to my account. Bank manager is just dragging time to hold the funds within branch. Vanasthalipuram Branch Manager is being surcastic to the customer who is associated with the bank for almost 10 years now. I have all the calls recorded, I made almost 4 calls today all the 4 agents so called officers and supervisors gave me 4 different TAT'S, is ICICI BANK NO MORE CORPORATE. It will be better for the manager to concentrate on his branch phone number listed in the books of Icici rather than being surcastic to customers ( Services to Branch land line phone numbers are withdrawn and customer service officers are not authorised to connect us to the branch). You guys are definitely playing games I want the interest to be paid for the delay.

                    To The Incharge, ICICI Credit Card Division. My ICICI Bank Credit Card has been returned on April 29 due to my transfer to another branch. After that I tried to contact 33667777 several times but could not talk with your Customer Care Executive for the system of seeking ATM Pin which I don't have as I don't withdraw money through Card. The previous system was much better when we were able to login by Date of Birth. Then every time I requested for pin it directed me to do it through your website. I searched a lot for long period but could not find the system for login through my Card No. & lodge request for pin or changing my mailing address. At last I got a page where returned credit card re-dispatch request can be lodged and I have done the same and recorded there the address where it may be sent now. I have also given my mobile number & e-mail address but no intimation has yet been come though I lodged it before 3(three) days. Please send the Card immediately because the previous one will expire on 31 st.May. There is also a chance for my transfer within 31 st. May. So Please send it before that to the address as under and you may handover it to my wife if it is within my office hour.                       Dear Sir/Madam, In spite of my several letters/emails/phone calls since last 5 months to MD, Senior Management, Customer service of ICICI bank, I have not been paid a single paise interest in FY 2014-15 against my following deposit of Rs.66, 379/- as on 01/04/2014 from ICICI Bank Ltd.: FD a/c number:[protected] In support of my claim, I am attaching interest payment certificate issued form ICICI bank Ltd. for FY 2014-15 which clearly shows ZERO interest has been paid against above FD in FY 2014-15 against a deposit of Rs.66, 379/-.                         This is in reference to my credit card no. [protected]. Kindly note that twice we have registered complaint to customer care informing that credit card statements are never received on time on the given address : Usha Kamal, 574, Chembur Naka, 3rd floor, Flat no. 301, Behind Telephone exchange, Chembur, Mumbai – 400 071………I have also requested your department to kindly mail us e-statement at : vinayak.[protected]@capacite.in to avoid late payment but all in vain. Still the issue remains unsolved & the statements are still received after the due date only for which I am levied to pay heavy late payment fee every time which is not at all acceptable. Kindly note that recently I have made the full payment of INR 587.15 before the due date ( details attached ) itself as per the credit card statement. Now you are requested to kindly reverse the late payment amount of INR 500/- back in my account OR else adjust / credit it for future bills & ensure to kindly register my mail id for sending the e-statement prior to the due date OR else kindly discard my credit card with immediate effect as I wouldn’t like to continue with such services.                           As I have received the credit card Transaction alert mail which has been received by me 21.02.2015 in which it has been reflected that transaction of Rs. 6336/- has been done on 21.02.2015 At 12.50.47 Hrs . I would like to inform you that i had not done this tranaction and at the time of transaction i was in my office at Pithampur and card is in my pocket hence how it is possible to do this this transaction at Indore . I have made a complaint to ICICI Bank Customer care but they have taken 45 days time period after that they are not giving any satisfactory reply even they have not paid the amount of Rs. 6336/- to Pakiza towards the transaction of 21.05.2015 . Please help to resolve the issue

                              I was doing online shopping through paytm.com. I had done one purchase trans id[protected] for which the website directed towards icicibank 3d secure website, but on my next transaction which was a failed transaction no:235746 and 131979 the amount of Rs 899 and 350 had been deducted. The worst part was it did not either redirect towards the 3d secure page, neither were the products purchase. on calling icici bank i ve launched a request number SRS[protected]. i got a feedback that purchase has been done from my side, which was a failure. they need 7 days for refunding the amount which i accepted.. i am concern about the security they have provided for the credit card, which on using online is not at all safe. The worst part is calling customer care and waiting for atleast 5 to 6 minutes.Kindly look into the matter an d suggest me whatever possible from your side. damage tansaction id : 235746 loss Rs 899 tansaction id : 131979 loss Rs 350 tansaction id : 816115 loss Rs 200 + call to customer care approximately around Rs 75. insecure transactions online

                                Amount not credited after my iwish account closure

                                Unexpected debited amount rs. 36626 debited from unknown transaction from my saving account and transaction dated as on 25th may 2015 as today is 24th may 2015. Some one hack my account and did this transaction of the future date and used my money from my ICICI bank account. Customercare number not having option to talk with customer relation executive to launch complaint. kindly take quick action as possible and block the transaction of the respective payment.                                   Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Vinoth Kannan, having a savings account in your bank at samayanalur branch, Madurai. My account no. is[protected]. My Brother deposited 49, 900rs on 13th April 2015 from Bangalore. You have deducted 249.50rs as ANW charges + service charge as 30.84rs. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.
