Hi, My Name is Amit dubey I had applied for a credit card Before 2 Month at Borivali West Icici Bank Branch. After a month i got a mail confirmation that my Credit card request has been Declined. Then after 2 days i got a call from Icici bank chandivali branch some one by the name of ( NEHA SINGH [protected] ) She had ensured me that due to short address your approval is pending kindly provide the hard copy of documents i had done the same i had called them in my office and handoverd the documents again she told me that it will take another 10 days to process the applications i had agreed the same as iam needful of credit card after following up with her for more then 25 days i did, nt got any clarafication or any confirmation from her end. After a month i got a mail confirmation that my Credit card request has been Declined. again for the same reason then I had changed my address Dahisar East as per my salary account and handover the documents to executive and once again she has ensured me that within 10 days i will get my card. Then suddenly again i got a call from Miss. Villu Vishwa ( [protected]) stating that she is from icici bank chandivali branch her language was very harsh / and rude which was not proving that she is directly from icici bank. Your icici bank excucative sd UP wale aise hi hote hai ... i have all recording. Then lock complain in icici bank customer care But still no reply My SR No- SR[protected] Respective Icici bank senior authorities i am an old customer of your bank i did, nt expected such things from icici bank . I will closed all My family and friends account. My intention is not to complain you but atleast highlight you that how your employe behave in back of you. Someone have made five transactions MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/0 -----14, 016.58 Rs MPS/SALEHA SUPE/[protected]/0 -----6, 167.28 Rs MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/0 ------ 5, 606.62 Rs MPS/SALEHA SUPE/[protected]/0 -----8, 409.94 Rs MPS/YANKINNI DE/[protected]/[protected], 101.12 original debit card is with me only then how its possible . i gues bank dont have security system my money is not safe in icici bank . wanat my money asap . logged FIR and submitted FIR copy to bank ..Let me know when i will get my account back Regards Keerti

      ICICI bank credit cards are not secure at all...Confirmed by ICICI bank.

      Incident happened with me in February 2015. While i was on my official trip to Argentina. I lost my wallet in which ICICI credit card was there.
      Before i intimate to bank stolen card was used for Rs.44000. Surprisingly for use of ICICI bank credit card you don not required any other safety factors such as PIN, OTP etc.
      IF someone is having credit card..Its enough to make a transaction.
      For this fraud transaction bank do not asked PIN, bank didn't send OTP, there is no signature verification required.
      Even it was CHIP based, Simply it is useless.

      When i tried to contact ICICI bank they said we are not responsible for this transaction. You have to pay to ICICI bank the billed amount.
      I wrote to Chanda Khocchar MD of ICICI bank, i got the same reply.
      So what bank commits us regarding safety and security of credit card is just like making us fool.

      ICICI bank credit card is not safe/Secure at all. Anyone can use your card without any of the safety factor provided by bank.

          I've received a sms from this id AM-ICICIB stating that there is an overdue on my ICICI bank credit card 444somenumber is Rs 70893.1 and min amount due is Rs 10270. The fact is that I don't hold any ICICI bank card. (Credit or Debit) I've never had any ICICI bank account also. I've no clue where this is coming from. Around 5-6 months back I got calls on 3 consecutive days from some ICICI agent in JP Nagar asking if I'm 'Mr Chakravarthi' and that I should pay the outstanding at the earliest. I called up some ICICI number and complained about it and then it had stopped. I don't know what kind of dumb people are sitting there in ICICI credit card section. Anyone with similar experiences? Please suggest what I should be doing. Thanks, Govindan

            I am ex-employee of icici bank ranked as a junior officer, name Md. Shakir, Employee Id. 260715. I have complained and now I am complaining again because my problem didn't resolved and ignored my phone calls. A call was made to me by a person who told me that he is from icici bank and you will be charged Rs.10 from icici bank A/c only for relieving letter. Now I have no A/c with icici bank. So I gave him my friend M. No. and the person who told the he is from icici bank deducted Rs.650 not Rs.10. My friend told me about deduction with proof of sms and said that you or that person who told him from icici bank are cheating me. I told him I can not do such bad work. I am very doubtful about that person who called me and told that he is from icici bank because first of all, my colleagues who resigned from this bank didn't gave any charge for relieving letter. Why did he want 10 rupees from me? and second when I called the same no. from which the call was made to me he did not give response. The no. is [protected].when I rang on the no. [protected] I always listened line busy/out of reach/ etc. He should response and clear my doubt at least for my satisfaction if he was from icici bank. Today a lot of work are being done through online banking. So kindly resolve my problems and deliver my relieving letter as soon as possible and help to refund the extra charge. Should I complain higher authority? what to do.? I am upset.

              Hi, I am working in Syntel LTD Pune and i have my salaried account (Acc No[protected] in ICICI Bank. I applied for online personal loan on 6th May 2015 and i got a call from ICICI on 7th May. i provided them all the details and they told me that i am eligible for the loan. They also told that i will get verification call soon. But after that i didnt get any verification call. On 13th May i again called them and they told that due to system issues they were not able to call me. They told that i will get a call soon. on that day i got a verification call and they told me that the bank employee will come to collect the required documents on 14th May between 11am-12pm. I waited for the guy but no one came. On 18th May, ie today, i again called them but this time they told that my personal loan has been rejected. when i asked them the reason they didnt tell me anything. they were talking rudely and then without giving any reason they disconnected the call when i asked why i was not informed earlier. As a customer i feel cheated as my younger brother's admission depends on this loan. I need a clarification why this happened, what was the reason behind the loan rejection, why i was not informed the same day about the loan rejection and who is responsible for such rude behavior with the customer. The security cheques were not return by the bank, would like to know whether the cheques have been miss-used. I am getting every day a call from ICICI executive for loan amount to be paid.                       I am a wealth management account holder of ICICI Bank and on 16th May 2015, I went to ICICI branch at Rohini sector 8 in Delhi. It was just 5-10 minutes past 2 o'clock in the afternoon on a saturday. Since the closing time had just passed, the shutter was half down. However, people were being allowed to go inside.When I saw this, I requested the guard and one executive to allow me also to go inside like the others. I had to deposit money urgently or my work would get delayed till Monday. To my surprise, the executive was highly unhelpful to me. I kept requesting to him 5-6 times but he didn't allow me.During our discussion itself, 3 people were allowed to go inside while I was not. This was really frustrating and soon my discussion with the executive took a highly violent turn and we both started speaking abusively to each other. Since I was alone and there was a shutter between both o[censored]s, this executive kept on increasing the tempo of his abusive speech from behind the shutter and just wouldn't stop using the worst behavior possible.I have seen customer service executives being polite out of turn and trying to help a customer on their own. But here was an executive who was not only unhelpful but also rude and abusive to a so called privilege account holder. If this is how privilege customers are treated by ICICI, then God knows how do they treat regular customers. Ultimately, my work was delayed till Monday and I want to share this with whoever is reading this. I don't know whether anything can be done or would be done in this case but I want to share one of the worst experiences of that I have faced as a customer in my life. Soon, I will shift all my dealings from ICICI to another bank.

                        Although my password was reset by me successfully i was not able to log in when contacted service care executive they told they will not be able to reset it you have to try after three days this problem is happening frequently which is causing late payment to pending bill and causing fine even atm center at most of the places are frequently non ops especially naval base kochi again which is causing extra charges after fourth transaction when we complaint we are told that it will be rectified but till date no action is taken.

I served notice period but I did not received my relieving letter. Sometimes I need it to show. I was waiting for a long time but I am disappointed and I want my relieving letter.A mail was sent to me that your relieving letter was uploaded on https://alumni.icicibank.com/ but this site is not working since.                           An ICICI bank employee named Mr. Greesh rang me from 4041063093 no. and sorted out my problem with good manner . He sent my relieving letter on my E-Mail Id. Now I am relaxed.

                                  Sir/madam, I got a fraud call from [protected] Or [protected] this Phone Number on 16th May, 2015 where they told me that ICICI Bank is closing their reward program and the rewards will be credited in your account as cash. They already have my credit card details and they said that they've started the registering process and one OTP has been sent to you on you registered mobile number. I've told them that I will not tell them the OTP on phone so they said that we will call you back. Again they called up and said that they are transffering the call to IVR and I've entered the details on IVR only. Immediately after this I called up ICICI Bank and asked for these type of conversion happening or not and they said that nothing is happening like these and I've immediately blocked the card but till that time they've alrerdy done the transaction of Rs. 6500/- on Airtel. They've tried to do more but due to the card blocked the same is declined. The call is from delhi Or Banglore and now its switched off.                                     Hi ICICI, My Account is debited thrice within a span of 30 minutes. I tried calling ICICI multiple time but they are disconnecting the call and not taking complaints. This is really pathetic behavior. My complete account is debited and I am not at all able to file a complaint or have any assistance from ICICI Bank. I am not sure what to do in this situation. I am in a fix. Can someone from ICICI Bank can help me on this. The fraudulent transaction Remarks are this: 1)MPS/LE DANTON /[protected]/0 2)MPS/LE DANTON /[protected]/0 3)MPS/LE DANTON /[protected]/0. Nobody from ICICI is responding as they use to close all there helplines from 9 pm onwards. Please help me in getting my money back

                                    All the fraudulent cases resolving service lines are closed. i have sent the mail to [protected]@icicibank.com. Please resolve the issue asap.

                                      my name is Sri hari thota, i have an account in ICICI electronic city branch bangalore Account no is[protected] savings account on 5 / 5/ 2015 rs 25000 transaction was done from khairatabad branch, hyderabad, mistakenly went into wrong account number ARVIND KUMAR- PREETI joint account number[protected] it was done by my sister DR JYOTHI ON 5TH MAY 2015 kindly help refund my money back as early as posssible Arvind kumar & preeti were contacted by the bank people requesting them to permit them to deposit the same amount in my account it has not been done so far kindly refund my amount to my account no thankyou Sir SRIHARI THOTA [protected]

                                        I have bank account with ICICI bank for more than 6 years as per below information : Account No :[protected]. Branch Address : Glenmorgan, Veer Savarkar Marg, Panchpakhadi, Thane (West) Pin : 400 602. mobile no : [protected] My address is : Flat No. 5, Jai Natraj Soc, near Kamlesh society, Tilak Road, Kopri Colony, Thane (East) Pin : 400603. I was surprised when I received a letter at my address stating change of communication address for Mr. Abhishek Namdeo Pagare bearing account no.[protected] from his old residential address which is B22, Arihant Nagar, Aurangabad 431001 to current address as my residential address. I wish to file a complaint against this person and would also want ICICI to interrogate as to how the person has linked my address to his bank account. Also I want details and photo copies of the documents submitted by Mr. Abhishek Pagare for change of address to my address. If this is an error from the part of ICICI bank, then I need an apology letter from ICICI in this regards. I have also lodged an complaint with ICICI customer care vide complaint no.[protected] and had a talk with supervisor Madhuri on Saturday i.e. 09/05/2015 who told me that for change in address, there is no need/requirement for proof of new residential address and it can be done online.…This is quite surprising and how even if there is change in address, ICICI does not ask for any proof and just link someone’s bank account to other persons residential address. I also need a reply on this. Awaiting your reply and action on the person and an apology letter from ICICI if ICICI is at fault.
