sir/ma'am, I worked as a junior officer in icici bank lok vihar branch Delhi for 6 month and then resigned. I served notice period but I did not received my relieving letter. Sometimes I need it to show. I was waiting for a long time but I am disappointed and I want my relieving letter.A mail was sent to me that your relieving letter was uploaded on https://alumni.icicibank.com/ but this site is not working since. I have tried so many times on this site. Please tell me what to do to get relieving letter as soon as possible. My Emp. ID was 260715, Md.Shakir, [protected]

An ICICI bank employee named Mr. Greesh rang me from 4041063093 no. and sorted out my problem with good manner . He sent my relieving letter on my E-Mail Id. Now I am relaxed.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was called ICICI bank and they told me 10 Rs. charge will be deducted for your relieving letter from Icici bank a/c only. But I have closed my icici bank a/c almost 3 month ago. now how can I pay this fees. I myself called that no. from which I was called by icici bank but no response/always busy line. So what is the solution?

      i am in home and one phone came that i am speaking from icici head branch and said that your card is expiried i renual it than i say that i will do in my near icici bank than he said it will done from online give your card number i given by sometime my money 32000 rupee disapired his mobile number is [protected] and it is now talking with me and saying that i will give in one hour but he not gave. you should trace his mobile number and please my homest request is give my 32000 rupee hos mobile number isruning now also if you get my mobile no is [protected] it was done on date 15-05-15

          Sir/madam, I got a fraud call from [protected] Or [protected] this Phone Number on 16th May, 2015 where they told me that ICICI Bank is closing their reward program and the rewards will be credited in your account as cash. They already have my credit card details and they said that they've started the registering process and one OTP has been sent to you on you registered mobile number. I've told them that I will not tell them the OTP on phone so they said that we will call you back. Again they called up and said that they are transffering the call to IVR and I've entered the details on IVR only. Immediately after this I called up ICICI Bank and asked for these type of conversion happening or not and they said that nothing is happening like these and I've immediately blocked the card but till that time they've alrerdy done the transaction of Rs. 6500/- on Airtel. They've tried to do more but due to the card blocked the same is declined. The call is from delhi Or Banglore and now its switched off.             Hi ICICI, My Account is debited thrice within a span of 30 minutes. I tried calling ICICI multiple time but they are disconnecting the call and not taking complaints. This is really pathetic behavior. My complete account is debited and I am not at all able to file a complaint or have any assistance from ICICI Bank. I am not sure what to do in this situation. I am in a fix. Can someone from ICICI Bank can help me on this.                 I have bank account with ICICI bank for more than 6 years as per below information : Account No :[protected]. Branch Address : Glenmorgan, Veer Savarkar Marg, Panchpakhadi, Thane (West) Pin : 400 602. mobile no : [protected] My address is : Flat No. 5, Jai Natraj Soc, near Kamlesh society, Tilak Road, Kopri Colony, Thane (East) Pin : 400603. I was surprised when I received a letter at my address stating change of communication address for Mr. Abhishek Namdeo Pagare bearing account no.[protected] from his old residential address which is B22, Arihant Nagar, Aurangabad 431001 to current address as my residential address. I wish to file a complaint against this person and would also want ICICI to interrogate as to how the person has linked my address to his bank account. Also I want details and photo copies of the documents submitted by Mr. Abhishek Pagare for change of address to my address. If this is an error from the part of ICICI bank, then I need an apology letter from ICICI in this regards. I have also lodged an complaint with ICICI customer care vide complaint no.[protected] and had a talk with supervisor Madhuri on Saturday i.e. 09/05/2015 who told me that for change in address, there is no need/requirement for proof of new residential address and it can be done online.…This is quite surprising and how even if there is change in address, ICICI does not ask for any proof and just link someone’s bank account to other persons residential address. I also need a reply on this. Awaiting your reply and action on the person and an apology letter from ICICI if ICICI is at fault.

                  My request number is SR[protected] . I closed my iwish on 12th may as I needed my money urgently and waited till 24hrs but it is 15th now still I am not getting my money. I called customer care twice or thrice but they are not giving any proper response or simply cutting my call. I have to request for getting my own money. Regretting why I chose iwish to deposit my hard earned money. I request you people please give me my money back asap.

                    Iam a Industrial Business Man holding a Current Account in ICICI Bank of Neyveli Township / Cuddalore District of Tamilnadu Branch from the ICICI Bank starting onwards and my Current A/c No is[protected]. Eventhough my transactions are well and fair iam not able to get a Credit card or Personal Loan from this Branch. This Branch is working for Government Salaried base only. Than i dont know why they accept my current account openings, Why not i have to shift my Account to some other bank.

                          I refer to my outward remittance of GBP 1775 to London School Of Economics initiated on 12/05/2015 by crediting your pool account by equivalent amount in Rupee. I have tendered other relevant documents with your Rohini Sector 9 D C Chowk Delhi 110085. I was expecting remittance to LSE on 12/05/2015 according to your market reputation.But I am shocked to find that remittance is still not effected though your local branch staff tried to pursue the matter with your back office.This inordinate delay may attract extra payment to the university. I humbly request you to take up matter with your back office to mail confirmation of outward remittance to enable me to forward the same to LSE to avoid any extra payment

                              Complaint Details Ticket No : AT[protected] Transaction Date : 14 Mar 2015 A/C No : [protected] ATM Card No :[protected] Home Branch : SBI Manesar (3370) Customer Details :Village & PO – Kalwari, Teh-Taoru, Distt- Mewat Haryana-122105 Mob-[protected], E-mail- [protected]@gmail.com Complaint : On 14 Mar 15, I went to ICICI ATM Moti Bag New Delhi for drawing money through my ATM Card. But cash not received from the ATM and a sms received for the said transaction and Rs.9500/- debited from my account. A complaint to this effect was made with customer care. My complaint No is AT[protected]. After one week I again call to customer care to know my complaint status. They have told me that your complained has been closed and you can approach with your home branch for the same. Than I approach my home branch, i.e. SBI Manesar for the same. Than they have again registered a complaint to this effect. After 18 days a sms again received by me stating that the transaction was successful and your complained has been closed. Thereafter, I again went to home branch and ask other solution for this issue. The told me for CCTV footage for the said transaction. But they are unable for the same as they told me to lodge this complain with ICICI Ban for cctv footage. Now, may I request you to guide me for the said issue as two months have already passed.                                 I am an ICICI customer for the last 10 years and I moved to USA last year. I am not able to update my USA mobile number and because of which I am not able to do any transactions. I spoke with customer care and filled the form they mentioned and signed and sent it to the address they mentioned. After all this pain I get an email saying my signature doesn't match and my request is rejected. I have done this 3 times and all 3 times I got the same response.

                                  I had opened a 3 in 1 account (Account number[protected] in ICICI Bank (Behala Branch) in the year 2007, in which i got 3 accounts in 1 account namely savings account, demat account & trading account. At the time of opening the account I was informed by the bank executive that the saving account included in the above account will be a zero balance account and i will not be required to maintain any kind of balance in this account. But after couple of years the bank without notifying me started deducting QAB charges from my account and now it has started deducting MAB charges. There are 2 issues with this account as of date and i have tried talking to branch executive as well as the customer care executives as well as the floor manager of the customer care, but i have not been provided with any details. When i call the customer care executives they ask me to visit the home branch and when i visit there they ask me to contact the customer care. Approximately Rs.10000 has already been deducted from my account in the previous years. the two questions which are still unanswered are as follows: 1) without notifying the customer how can a zero balance account got converted into Rs.10000 balance maintainable account & 2) without any intimation or notification from the bank or any kind of request from my end how a 3 in 1 account got converted into three different different accounts. I have tried everything in my hands to get the reply for the same from the branch but failed to get any kind of support. Hence I would like to request the bank to convert my 3 different accounts into 3 in 1 account and revert back the MAB & QAB charges deducted over the past years.                                     I got mail statement form ICICI bank for my cancelled credit card after 6 month I have cancelled the card in last month . This is the thing which can only be done by ICICI bank they can ask money any time without any reason . If someone have their head of credit card number or mail id please provide me so that they will be able to learn the consequence about their fraudulent work. Adv. Aditya

I was withdrawal amt rs 2000 in yesterday night from ICICI ATM Machine from Sitaram Complex, Thakkar Bapanagar Road, Ahmedabad. My transaction was declined but my amount is deduct from my saving account. ICICI ATM gives me a transaction code 055 but i am not getting fund from ATM but amount is deduct from my saving account. So Please check your further details for that and give me a revert back to me. Form last 12 hours but i am not getting back my amount in my saving account.
