Dear Sir, 1) Please correct the above credit card bill (credit card no. [protected] on the name R.R.Dalmia) which mentions late payment fees and interest charges, with immediate effect so that i deposit the payment within time. 2) I have already paid the payment of return cheque which was passed on 10/04/2015. So please return my return cheque immediately. I did contact at your customer care centre and other contact office by telephone, but no satisfied response was given by you and your department. I am not liable to deposit your wrong payment and its your responsibility. Please correct the bill with immediate effect and return my cheque so that i deposit you the correct payment immediately. Note- Urgent for this complain personally, i visited at your panchvati branch, sharanpur road branch, last at credit card dept to Mr.Rahul Dive and they have not replied satisfactorily and have not taken this matter seriously an this is totally against customer relation. I ahve also lodged a complaint on phone no.[protected] on 27/04/2015 having complaint number SR[protected], attendent Miss Shiba madam.     I had submitted by request for ECS for my home loan to ICICI Vibhuti Khand, to the Deputy Branch Manager, Mr. Prateek Mishra in August-2014. It has been nearly one year, they have still not activated ECS on my account and I have lost nearly 1500 rupees because my everytime the ECS was denied, I was forced to pay a fine and also lost out on my CIBIL score. Every time the branch manager has said that the issue would be resolved, but till day, it has not been resolved. Additionally, the branch manager did not respond properly when contacted about this issue and said that it was not his problem and that I should take care of my own problems when the problem has actually been at his end. Please respond on how I can file a complaint against ICICI as these people do not seem to know how to run a bank.

    This is a very common problem observed in banks.They never take ownership of such kind of transaction and neither they guide you because they know problem is at their end.

    They are happy as they are getting money for every time the ECS is getting denied,
    Shameful for such a large bank
    These private banks make mockery of customer . Every person gives excuse at there level with limitation without resolving your complaint .Particular ICICI have very callous attitude to resolving these type of issues
    Even I had faced the same problem with ICICI bank. Their untoward and irresponsible attitude towards their customers is disappointing. They promise to deliver their best and provide the best customer service experience, but when it comes to actually practising it they are a total failure.

    I wish some serious action be taken against them.

      My name is Tanu Shree Dhiran and I'm holding a salary in ICICI bank for the past 2 years. I just saw today when I checked my account online, that twice I have been charged POSDEC CHG of Rs. 28.09 each on April 27th 2015 . infact i have sufficient balance in my account.and DETAILS ARE: POSDEC CHG/27-03-15/5761/25ST3 28.09 8, 973.41 POSDEC CHG/27-03-15/5761/25ST3 28.09 8, 945.32 I need a valid reason and I want my money back. I need an explanation as to what this charge means and why (if at all is valid) charged after 1 month. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.return it as soon as possible.

        I would like to bring your kind attention towards the fraud happened to my ICICI account[protected]. On April 10, 2015, 9:00pm I got an alert on my mobile stating withdrawal of amount Rs. 67, 660.80 & Rs. 6892.48 (Total Rs. 74, 552) through my debit card. After this incident, I contacted ICICI customer care to blocked my debit card and an incident was raised in this regard. I was told by customer care that money was withdrawn from an ATM in London, UK. Next day, I reported this incident to my ICICI branch and lodged a formal complaint followed by Police FIR in cybercrime cell. The major concern is that the incident took place in my hard earned salaried account and debit card with privileged and embedded chip facility. This incident giving me sleepless nights for what has happened and what could more happen.

          Hi, An amount of 561.80 INR on 27 Apr, 2015 has been deducted from my account as DP Chrgs. But I never opened this account nor i was informed by any bank official regarding this & also not informed about all theses deductions. Bank has cheated. I want my money back. And I don't want all these unnecessary accounts.

                  Hi, Following is the detail of my dispute and I am complaining from the past 6 months yet no proper action has been taken by ICICI bank. The refund amount for the below transaction has not been credited into my account yet. I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to NZM on 26/04/2014 (Rs 2675.44 -/) and cancelled the same on 29/05/2014. Date of Journey June 6th 2014 Date of booking 26/04/2014 Train no 22693 From SBC to NZM PNR no [protected] Transaction id 74766514116416307651016 Date of Cancellation 29/05/2014 But the refund amount is not yet received. IRCTC shows that they have refunded the amount but it has not yet credited into my account. The refund amount is Rs 2495 -/ Transaction id for cancellation is [protected] I am also attaching IRCTC screenshot sent regarding the transaction.They have given the proof of my return ticket from NZM to SBC for the journey date of 20th JUNE 2014 with PNR no [protected] Details from proof by IRCTC:- Train no 22692 From NZM to SBC Date of Journey 20th JUNE 2014 Transaction id [protected] PNR [protected] This train I boarded and came back from NZM to SBC so there is no point in cancellation. My complain and the details provide by IRCTC are of two different booking so there is no point in comparison. I have attached confirmation mail from IRCTC for cancellation Screen shots of refund from IRCTC website IRCTC response to the complain as told by ICICI bank. Every time ICICI bank request my co-operation and patience but now the limit is crossed I am really sorry but I cannot be patient any more I want some results. Its not only about the money but the hospitality of ICICI towards their customers.

                  This is is the 7th or 8th time where my patience is getting appreciated instead if you initiate the refund and credit the balance to my account that would benefit me more.You guys can only appreciate the patience of the customer. From the past 8 months I have been wasting a lot of time, energy and money just to get my voice reach to you but then all futile.
                  If you cannot do anything then please don't blabber about your customer service.Your tag line seems to be "hum hai na" which should be changed to "Hum nhi sudherenge" cause you don't care about the time and patience of the customer.
                  I will make all possible efforts to make sure this thing doesn't happen to any other customer.

                    Hi All, I would like to bring to your notice, if any one got any call from person named Rohit (Cell No : [protected]) for very lucrative offer of credit card from ICICI, just completely ignore and cut the call, as this is a completely cheat call. He will tell you about various benefits of card but later on you will get a completely different card for which you will have to pay the registration charges also. So, guys please completely ignore the call from this person.

                      Hi, Few days back I received a mail from Icici bank on my office email ID that I have submitted a application for a credit card and asked me to click on confirm, which I don't. I ignored that mail as i did not applied for it but suddenly after 7 or 10 day I received another email from the bank that my Credit card application has been declined as per the documents submitted my myself. THIS WAS REALLY SHOCKING FOR ME. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE HOW COME ICICI BANK HAVE APPLIED CREDIT USING MY ACCOUNT . I have never ever applied for the credit card with Icici bank nor I have provide any authorization . Though I have a person account with Icici . But I never requested for a credit card. I am very FRUSTRATED with this. Now as they declined that unwanted application which effected my Cibil credit score as well. I am planning to lodged a written complaint against ICICI bank that they had applied an application without my knowledge.                               This is in regards with I have filled the complaint in consumer forum against your branch ICICI BANK THERMAX CHOWK BRANCH, Attached is the copy of the cheque submitted in the bank on 20th APR 2015 for Rs. 90, 336.00 & got returned on 21st April 2015. I didn’t receive any confirmation from the bank about check returned. When I visited in the bank on 23rd April 2015 your executive (Ms. Neelima Ghatage- surname may be differant) told me that it will be deliver to me till evening on same day. I waste my whole day to receive the cheque and I didn’t receive yet.your executive put up the amount in your system RS.60, 336.00 instead of Rs. 90, 336.00 & my cheque got reversed. Every day I visited to branch & I got different different answer from your executive. Even hight is that your executive is ready to say that do what you want, get lost from here. Many times I requested that this is very urgent and I need my cheque on urgent basis but your executive didn’t co-operate. Is this the service you are providing to the customer when you are saying that customer is king? Please advise what kind of action you are taking against this issue? This is the second time I face the issue from same branch. Eerier issue was regarding the debit card & this is regards to cheque return. Still I am waiting to receive the checque. Because of this I unable to get cash on time & due to this I disturb totally. Kindly send your branch communication address so I can send court notice against branch.                                 Bank is giving Coral Credit Card and saying by its agent that they are giving movie ticket offer - Buy 1 get 1 free on Bookmyshow.com I purchased a ticket but there was no offer applied on my new coral credit card. I complained Bookmyshow customer care and they were saying, your coral credit card number is not provided by ICICI bank. I complained ICICI Customer Care and they were saying, your coral credit card is having 100 Rs. off...

                                Dear Sir, This has reference to Legal notice send by M/s. ICICI bank regarding Credit cards of Mr. Sunil Kumar Nair. I have asked for settlement of Card No: [protected] w.e.f 05.12.2007 & [protected] w.e.f 14.06.2005. (Limit: 24000.00 & 41600.00) The same has been pending for payments since last four months They told me that they will settle the card if I deposit Rs. 2300.00 & Rs. 5000.00 which I deposited by Receipt No: [protected] & [protected] dated 13.02.15 respectively. But after depositing the same they refused to settle the same. Regarding this I visited the bank nearby three times & no solution has given to me. I would like to let you know that Mr. Sunil Kumar Nair the card holder is not able to work properly as he is facing Psychiatric Problems hence I hereby take the opportunity to clear his outstanding if the bank provide me to pay back the same at instalments not more than 5000/- per month. But they are putting pressure on me to settle it at lump sum as he is the main earning member in my family I have other loans, expenses & other cards of Mr. Nair to settle.                                   One of my distant relative took some loan from ICICI 7-8 years back and now ICICI bank recovery agent is calling me everyday to get his phone number and address. I had already told the agent several time, that I am not in contact with him and hence I have no information regarding the same. Still they keep calling everyday.

                                  Another important thing, .. The guy who called also threatened me to come to my home to get my relative's contact number. I don't understand how did they even got my number and address at first place and somehow linked me to my distant relative whom I am not even in touch for several years.

                                    I had apply personal loan in January 2015 by bank bazaar. But incorrect my address when verifiy because I have not updated new address in Axis bank accounts. But you have already 2 time more log in my loan after rejected my 1st time application but I have follow up you always my 1st time application & without my permission you have login 2 time more & I got defalter due to CIBIL scoce. After that both more time my loan rejected by you without any reason & 3 people verification report found OK & wastage my time approx. 2 month.                                       Hi Team, I have got call today for some offer from VISA service department from number[protected] the service provider is very rude and arrogant. They are projecting their card to be very good and have to take it at any cost after denial of the same they got angry and misbehave. I hope this forum will take some action for such fraud marketing calls.
