        Dear Concern, This is to bring in your kind notice that I, my family and relatives are continuously harassed by ICICI Credit Card Recovery Agent from 18th April 2015. On 18th April my relatives got the call from a girl called Rubina (as per her she was calling on behalf of ICICI Bank), stating that " Wants to know my number as my account is getting freezed". Afterwards she calls my wife and when she asked why had she called my relatives it was told that is the Bank's Right to do so and when my wife argued on this point the agent abused and threatened her of calling my relatives again. Finally she got my number. I received call from her and politely I told her to call back between 5:30 PM - 6:00PM as I was busy in a meeting. She continuously called many times at 5:20 PM. I could not able to pick up the call as I was busy in my office then she called my wife and started abusing her. Today 20th April, I received her call at 10:46 PM, I inquired her that from where she has got my relative's number and to disclose her identity, she denied to give the information and when I insisted on the same she started abusing me and threatened to call my wife and all my relatives. Meanwhile my wife received call from her she was badly abused and threatened by the same agent. Kindly help us to resolve this issue on the urgent basis as I have checked with ICICI Bank site the have not got any customer complaint cell where I can send this complaint. The numbers from where we are getting calls are: [protected] & [protected]. Since last 4 days we are getting these types of harassment calls. It seems that bank has not directed them to follow the guidelines specified by the RBI or they have forgotten all the ethics. It seems they are not interested in getting payment rather they are just to harass people. Secondly they are not even disclosing their identity. I suppose if this is the case then we need to take legal action on causing mental stress to my family and kids. Note: I have got the recording of the call made to me.           Money not dispensed but balance get deducted I am a customer of State Bank of India(S/B a/c-[protected]). On 21/04/2015 around 12:30pm hrs I had used ICICI Bank ATM(ATM 6th Cross snapfitness centre Kaggadasapura C V Raman Nagara Bangalore93) in for money withdrawal I was about to take cash but the power went off even the ups didnt work so i could not get the cash but the bank account is debited. I didn't get the money but my SBI account was debited. Please investigate and get it credited back to my SBI S/B account ASAP. The feedback says that ICICI delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

            I received a call from electronic city Bangalore ICICI branch that delivery of card is getting is getting bounced and please provide the correct address . On asking about the details the call centre executive disconnected the call and not receiving since then . If a card is dispatched on my name I shoud know about the details coz this might end up as a forgery case . Please resolve the issue ASAP else provide me the the correct forum on which I can take this forward .

When I called the customer care they told me the application is rejected but they don't have any idea about the reason of rejection.

                    Dear Sir, This has been serious issue with ICICI Bank - Credit Card department . Currently I am having ICICI Coral Credit Card and there was a call from ICICI Credit Card person Mr . Sameer Khurana ([protected]) stating they are offering Signature Credit Card with waiver of fees . As required all necessary documents ID proof, Address proof, Company ID and photo was provided to the concern person and thereafter received verification call from ICICI bank verification dept. The documents were taken on 13/04/2015 through hard copy and photo through wats app as they required it urgently . Nearly 10 days has passed by but there is no response from anybody . I tried to call the Sameer but the cell is not reachable, the person who took my photo thru wats app (+91 [protected])is also not reachable . I think my documents are been misused by ICICI bank for other purposes . I called up Verification dept but they are not aware of this and told me that the concerned sales person will call me.                       This infringement letter is to inform you that persistent actions your recovery agents representing ICICI bank including but not limited to calling my ex- colleagues and friends here in United States in the middle of the night, asking them about my companies HR number so that you can talk to them, calling my friends and their relatives in India. You are ORDERED TO STOP such activities immediately as they are being done in violation of the law here in United States vis a vis as per under order of Supreme Court of India and guidelines of RBI. I have the right to remain free from these activities as they constitute harassment and mental agony and phone staking and I will pursue any legal remedies available to me against you if these activities continue. These remedies include but are not limited to contacting law enforcement to obtain criminal sanctions against you and foreign based oversee bank ICICI and suing you civilly for damages I have incurred as a result of your actions. Again, you must IMMEDIATELY STOP and send me written confirmation that you will stop such activities. You risk incurring some very severe legal consequences if you fail to comply with this demand. I have a recorded conversation escalation statement with your customer service manager named as Shekar in regards these harassment by your recovery division. He promised me a month ago that this is a serious issue and will be taken seriously and promised me that this should never happen again. I will not hesitate to produce the phone recorded conversation and this letter here to state attorney general office. This letter acts as your final warning to discontinue this unwanted conduct before I pursue legal actions against you. At this time, I am not contacting the authorities or filing civil suit against you, as I hope we can resolve this matter without authoritative involvement. This order acts as ONE FINAL CHANCE for you to cease your illegal activities before I exercise my rights.                         march month bill I got interest 1500&fine approximately 400 rs. same thing I told to customer officer.He told me that he reduced 1900rs fine from my bill and he asked me to pay 6000 over due. as he said I paid the full amount what I have to pay.so march month bill I have cleared.. But in April month bill I got 2300 rupees extra bill. I asked customer care officer he was telling that now he will reduce the fine amount of 1700 rs. remaining 600 is fine for not paying fine. I don't know how they are working I paid full amount in march month itself. That I confirmed with customer care officer also.. But now u are asking interest on interest... please solve my problem...

                            I am having the ICICI Bank - Platinum - DMRC credit card. I am using this card from last 2 month.. My Card is Plantinum - DMRC Card. This month i got the statement and within a 2 days gap i got charged to metro top up of Rs. 200 which is not possible. When my charging is happening of metro top up approx. in 10 days then howcome it is possible that on 1st April i got charged Rs. 200 & again on 3rd April again Rs. 200 which is not possible and your customer care is so bad that they are transferring calls from 1 executive and other executive and giving me feedback that speak to DMRC Customer care for this.. Why should i speak to DMRC when Credit Card is yours so you should solve my query.. This is false charging and i will not pay extra on this card.. Kindly help me and solve my query. Regards Ms. Jain

                              Hello, I was having ICICI bank credit card in year 2005, due to my accident and medical issue, i moved to other country. recently i received call from recovery agent and he asked to settle pending amount. since i am in Afghanistan, i request him to wait till may 7th as i would be back to Dubai and settle the payment through online process. He is now harassing like anything, and calling multiple times. At any cost i won't able to pay right now since from Afghanistan online payment are restricted. Recovery Agent no +[protected] Hence i request ICICI higher official to look in the matter.

                                Quarterly interest on my two Fixed Deposits No.[protected] & 20 was due on 15.04.15, but was not credited until after 1.00 pm on 17.04.15, I called the bank's Customer Service No.[protected] on 16.04.15 at about 8.45 pm. The lady who answered the call refused to register my complaint and after keeping the call on hold disconnected it probably intentionally. I called again and this time it was attended by another lady who also refused to entertain my complaint and after keeping the call on hold for a long time twice gave me Service Request Nos.[protected] & 240 although it was not a case of Service Request. After computerisation of the system, even State Bank of India has been crediting interest before the banking hours on the due date. Why can't the ICICI Bank do the same? Secondly, the deposits were made @ 9.5% pa interest with the option of quarterly interest. The bank has paid less than that without explaining it.

                                    Someone withdrawal Rs.140000 from my ICICI Bank account using ATM card from 15-Apr-2015 (11:50PM) to 16-Apr-2015 (12:10AM). Although my ATM card was in my possession. When I received the messages on my mobile, I contacted the customer care and get my card blocked but by the time I could get my card blocked, hacker already made 14 transactions of Rs.10000 each. I also logged a complaint to the customer care at the same time. I went to the near ICICI Branch, RDC Raj Nagar, in the morning to explain and discuss the case but didn’t get any satisfactory answer. Then we went to the police station to lodge a complaint for the same. We were said that they will contact us but no-one has contacted as till now. After that we went to the branch where I was having my Account, Udyog Vihar Phase-II, Gurgaon. I met the Deputy Manager there. He asked me to fill Card Member Dispute Form and attached the ID proof with that, which I did. After that he promised me that they will recover our monitory loss with 48 to 72 hrs. and after that they will continue their investigation but we haven’t received any response from anywhere till now. When we contacted the customer care for the same, they asked us to contact them on 21-Apr-2015. The response which we have received so far from ICICI Bank (Raj Nagar and Udyog Vihar) and ICICI customer care are not in a sync which is a matter of worry for me. Please help me so that I can get my money back. It’s the responsibility of a bank to keep our money safe with them but such cases are braking our trust on them. We have been reading a number of news in newspaper these days of such frauds. SR no: SR[protected]

                                        Dear Sir, This is with reference to my below mentioned mail. Till today I have not received your Bill but I understand from the helpline no. that Transaction No. 81292902 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 2, 000/-Transaction No. 812928 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 4, 000/-Transaction No. 81259 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 2, 000/-. All these above transactions were made by mobikwik.com, New Delhi wherein the card was in my custody.. I hold ICICI Card since 2004 but I never had this problem. Secondly when I had no balance in my account all these transactions were declined and I have received message on my mobile as well as on my email id but when my Cheque was passed for Rs. 10, 000/- immediately all the above transactions were made for which I did not receive any message on my mobile nor on my email id whereas I have always received messages on 9/3/15 about upgrade, 30/3/15 do not disclose card details, 3/4/15 card incorrect pin, 3/4/15 New Card 1029 was sent, 4/4 Rs. 500/- decline.I also received message of the above 3 transactions around 3 or 4/3/15 that they were declined but when the above transactions were made no email nor message was sent on my mobile hence I request you to block my all my Cards in my name i.e. 6013, 1003, 6120 and my new card [protected]. I am ready to make payment of Rs. 35, 674 - 8, 000 = 27, 674 provided that you give me in writing that all these cards are blocked and then I will cancel all my cards because I have lost trust that if I make payment and this mobikwik.com, New Delhi removes my money from my card then who is responsible definitely not me.Please block all the cards in my name. If you see that I am using these cards only to fill petrol and diesel and that too in Pune and in few instances in Bombay or near about Hubli once that too to fill petro/diesel but I never did any transaction with New Delhi company since 2004.Please therefore give me in writing that all cards in my name are blocked and then I will make payment of Rs. 27, 674/- and then I will cancel all my credit cards.Till today you have not replied to any of my mails which is quite surprising so I will wait for your written mail or letter there after I will make payment of Rs. 27, 674/- as there is delay from your end and carelessness of not sending me message on my mobile nor on my email id about the above transactions otherwise I would have informed you not to make payment. Please lodge a complaint against mobikwik.com if you want to recover your Rs. 8, 000/-. Please look into the matter or else you will start loosing customers like me who is associated with your Company since 2004 but till date I have had no problems. After blocking my cards if your company is making payment for which I am not responsible. Rodricks which we have cancelled due to misuse by outsiders and the new cards were supposed to be given to me.Out of the above 3 mentioned Cards I have received Master Card No. [protected]and I have received a PIN CODE also but this card is also not working..Please revert as I have a balance of Rs. 10, 000/- but still the card is not working. Now I was able to talk on toll free no. and understood that somebody called mobikwik.com have removed Rs. 8, 000/- from my Card whereas we have blocked all our above Cards on 09/03/2015.
