NEFT Amendment/Refund Request from The Federal Bank Ltd

unauthorised transactions from my account

Unjustified charge for "overlimit"

I have been a credit card customer of ICICI Bank for last 7 years or so. But was literally shocked to see the so called "overlimit charges" of rs 500/- in my current statement. As Demat account maintenance charge an amount of 590 was deducted from my account without my notice. And when i spoke to customer care they informed me regarding the amount will get reverted once the account closure request is sent. But till date this has not happened.
