Dear sir/madam, I have tried twice to recharge my airtel num with the amount of 200 &330 from icici net banking. But both the times it failed and the amount deducted from my icici a/c. Till now the recharged amount has not been credited back. Transaction ID: [protected] (Rs .330)- date 27/03/2015 Transaction ID [protected] (Rs 200)- date 29/3/2015. please do the needful.

    I am having the ICICI Bank - Platinum - DMRC credit card. I am using this card from last 2 month.. My Card is Plantinum - DMRC Card. This month i got the statement and within a 2 days gap i got charged to metro top up of Rs. 200 which is not possible. When my charging is happening of metro top up approx. in 10 days then howcome it is possible that on 1st April i got charged Rs. 200 & again on 3rd April again Rs. 200 which is not possible and your customer care is so bad that they are transferring calls from 1 executive and other executive and giving me feedback that speak to DMRC Customer care for this.. Why should i speak to DMRC when Credit Card is yours so you should solve my query.. This is false charging and i will not pay extra on this card.. Kindly help me and solve my query. Regards Ms. Jain

      Hello, I was having ICICI bank credit card in year 2005, due to my accident and medical issue, i moved to other country. recently i received call from recovery agent and he asked to settle pending amount. since i am in Afghanistan, i request him to wait till may 7th as i would be back to Dubai and settle the payment through online process. He is now harassing like anything, and calling multiple times. At any cost i won't able to pay right now since from Afghanistan online payment are restricted. Recovery Agent no +[protected] Hence i request ICICI higher official to look in the matter.

        Quarterly interest on my two Fixed Deposits No.[protected] & 20 was due on 15.04.15, but was not credited until after 1.00 pm on 17.04.15, I called the bank's Customer Service No.[protected] on 16.04.15 at about 8.45 pm. The lady who answered the call refused to register my complaint and after keeping the call on hold disconnected it probably intentionally. I called again and this time it was attended by another lady who also refused to entertain my complaint and after keeping the call on hold for a long time twice gave me Service Request Nos.[protected] & 240 although it was not a case of Service Request. After computerisation of the system, even State Bank of India has been crediting interest before the banking hours on the due date. Why can't the ICICI Bank do the same? Secondly, the deposits were made @ 9.5% pa interest with the option of quarterly interest. The bank has paid less than that without explaining it.

            Someone withdrawal Rs.140000 from my ICICI Bank account using ATM card from 15-Apr-2015 (11:50PM) to 16-Apr-2015 (12:10AM). Although my ATM card was in my possession. When I received the messages on my mobile, I contacted the customer care and get my card blocked but by the time I could get my card blocked, hacker already made 14 transactions of Rs.10000 each. I also logged a complaint to the customer care at the same time. I went to the near ICICI Branch, RDC Raj Nagar, in the morning to explain and discuss the case but didn’t get any satisfactory answer. Then we went to the police station to lodge a complaint for the same. We were said that they will contact us but no-one has contacted as till now. After that we went to the branch where I was having my Account, Udyog Vihar Phase-II, Gurgaon. I met the Deputy Manager there. He asked me to fill Card Member Dispute Form and attached the ID proof with that, which I did. After that he promised me that they will recover our monitory loss with 48 to 72 hrs. and after that they will continue their investigation but we haven’t received any response from anywhere till now. When we contacted the customer care for the same, they asked us to contact them on 21-Apr-2015. The response which we have received so far from ICICI Bank (Raj Nagar and Udyog Vihar) and ICICI customer care are not in a sync which is a matter of worry for me. Please help me so that I can get my money back. It’s the responsibility of a bank to keep our money safe with them but such cases are braking our trust on them. We have been reading a number of news in newspaper these days of such frauds. SR no: SR[protected]

                Dear Sir, This is with reference to my below mentioned mail. Till today I have not received your Bill but I understand from the helpline no. that Transaction No. 81292902 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 2, 000/-Transaction No. 812928 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 4, 000/-Transaction No. 81259 dated 7/3/15 for Rs. 2, 000/-. All these above transactions were made by mobikwik.com, New Delhi wherein the card was in my custody.. I hold ICICI Card since 2004 but I never had this problem. Secondly when I had no balance in my account all these transactions were declined and I have received message on my mobile as well as on my email id but when my Cheque was passed for Rs. 10, 000/- immediately all the above transactions were made for which I did not receive any message on my mobile nor on my email id whereas I have always received messages on 9/3/15 about upgrade, 30/3/15 do not disclose card details, 3/4/15 card incorrect pin, 3/4/15 New Card 1029 was sent, 4/4 Rs. 500/- decline.I also received message of the above 3 transactions around 3 or 4/3/15 that they were declined but when the above transactions were made no email nor message was sent on my mobile hence I request you to block my all my Cards in my name i.e. 6013, 1003, 6120 and my new card [protected]. I am ready to make payment of Rs. 35, 674 - 8, 000 = 27, 674 provided that you give me in writing that all these cards are blocked and then I will cancel all my cards because I have lost trust that if I make payment and this mobikwik.com, New Delhi removes my money from my card then who is responsible definitely not me.Please block all the cards in my name. If you see that I am using these cards only to fill petrol and diesel and that too in Pune and in few instances in Bombay or near about Hubli once that too to fill petro/diesel but I never did any transaction with New Delhi company since 2004.Please therefore give me in writing that all cards in my name are blocked and then I will make payment of Rs. 27, 674/- and then I will cancel all my credit cards.Till today you have not replied to any of my mails which is quite surprising so I will wait for your written mail or letter there after I will make payment of Rs. 27, 674/- as there is delay from your end and carelessness of not sending me message on my mobile nor on my email id about the above transactions otherwise I would have informed you not to make payment.                   To Whom it may concern I own a ICICI Bank Credit Card no. XXXXXXXXXXXX3000. I received an email on 19th April, 2015 (Sunday) informing me about cancellation of my Credit Card as per my request.I had NEVER requested for closure/cancellation of my ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit Card. My card is due to expire (as mentioned on the card) on May, 2015 (5/15). I was supposed to get a new card before expiry of this card. I had merely enquired about the expected date/time/status of my new card on customer care. I was told by a certain Mr.Bharat (Supervisor) telephonically at ICICI Bank Customer Care on 13th April that the process for issuance of a new card in my case has begun on 11th April, 2015 officially and that I will receive my new credit card within 10 working days. He also clearly told me that the new card will be microchip based card, will have an updated expiry date along with the same 16 digit credit card number (as my present card) along with my name embossed on it (as my present card has ‘Instant Credit Card’ embossed). My conversation with your customer care executive must be in your records. Please refer to it incase of any confusion. I repeat, I never asked for cancellation of my card. A relative of mine had taken a loan and not paid back back but I'm being harassed for the same. Ironically, I've never given any of my details to ICICI or opened am account with them. So how was my details obtained by your contact person? Why am I being harassed for the same?

                        I took a home loan with ICICI bank in 2006 @ 9.75%. This loan is linked to PLR. I just checked my rate of interest and tenure. The bank is now charging a rate of interest of 14.5% and the tenure has increased to 16 years from an original tenure of 10 years. How can a bank charge a whopping ROI of 14.5% on a home loan. This rate is 5% above the current home loan rate offered by the bank. This is exactly robbing the customer by charging a rate which is totally unjustified. I demand an immediate amendment to my loan structure retrospectively.

                          Hello, On 18/11/2009 and 19/11/2009 few transactions happened on my credit card and when I noticed it I called up ICICI customer care and lodged complaint and blocked my card and raised dispute. These were transactions which I didn’t do on ezeego website nor anyone knows my credit card details to make a transaction. ICICI on that date confirmed that they will investigate and get back with a resolution. On 23/11/2009 and 04/12/2009 there were few reversals done and I was told that investigation is on and they would give me complete solution within 45 days. Since communication address was my old office address ( Perungudi office, Maersk Global service center) I requested change to my next office address ( Maersk line, Prince towers, Nungambakkom) so that I could get the report which ICICI would sent ( SR[protected] is the service request number for change in address) But ICICI didn’t send across the report to my correct address and post 45 days asked me to pay up rest of the amount. My stance has been clear, INR 6487 on 19/11/2009 is my only due amount and I have been ready to pay that but ICICI insists that I pay entire due amount and pay for transactions I have not done. INR 6487 is the transaction which belongs to me and i have been telling the bank collection team that i will pay that but not the entire amount. Everytime collection team calls me i have been telling this and have spoken to customer care desk also plenty of time. I need a closure of this dispute. I have been raising online request but no response yet. Please assist in resolving dispute . Hope atleast this would be seen and responded to. Giving my contact details with signature.                                   I am residing in Delhi and working in Wipro InfoTech. On 7/4/2015 Rs. 29, 022.47 has been given by bank to someone without my consent. When my debit card and checkbook is with me only then how the amount has been debited from my account. I am very disappointed with the fraudulent act played upon me by bank and feel cheated that I deposited my earning money in their bank to keep it safe. They are not giving me proper information whom they gave money. Please take legal action on my complaint against bank. I have already made a complain but no action had been taken .

                                    Dear sir i Applied for credit card at Ambernath branch, After 3 rd day of application phone of your executive continues switch off till today having applied 0n 8th april, i complent to bank on the given no.[protected] caller on the Phone are helpless they reply we cant do any thing try from another bank also, i m calling from 4 days banK staff dont reply, every time they aSk for name no. Daily im giving name and number why theY dont remind my name and no. its banks private no. Not Helpline, if tey have so many complents Then why they Dont solve it and proCeed for my given complent, After some time being i called to ambernat branch security offIcer replied madam iS bUsY baad mey call karo, , ever day happenED, , Good service thank you Nice service

                                      I am ICICI bank customer from last 8 years and I got all sort of facilities and information required always on time. But this time I tried all I can to change my mobile number but its not worth at all. I am in US for few months and my registered mobile number is not working. So I wanted to change my mobile number. Before reaching here, I tried sending the Stay Connected form and my ID to Mumbai branch but they said they didn't received anything on my behalf. I also sent someone else on my behalf with an application, Stay Connected form and with my ID to ICICI Bank branch but still the number is not changed even after one week. I tried contacting with Customer Care but they said if you have sent the details it will change but NO luck. Please let me know if my contact details can be changed through you, I can send you the account details and my phone number. Its really urgent that's why I am trying with so many options to change my contact details. I hope this time I'll get something positive.

                                        Sir, I have open one saving & demat account in ICICI bank.Kishanpole bazar Jaipur At the time of open account bank executive tell that demat account is free by open amount 25000/-.
