Dear Madam./Sir, Without prejudice to filing a complaint with Banking Ombudsman/ RTI with Reserve Bank regarding aforesaid Bonds. THE SAID BONDS WERE PURCHASED IN THE SAME BANK 12 YRS BACK . I have been filing form 15G with the said bank every year. This time the bank refused to accept the completed & signed forms stating that 3i infotech Ltd was not associated with the bank and the said forms may be submitted directly to them. The height of arrogance of the staff was well evidenced when the forms were kept with them since 09 April 2015 without giving any notice to me that they had not processed the forms. On approaching them on 13 April I was told that bank is not responsible for this bonds and I as a customer should approach the Aforesaid company. On having met the manager Mr Manish Suncha he refused to entertain me and was high handed and arrogant. I requested him that the bank was via media for this documents and they sent them to vashi every year. He informed that the bank had nothing to do with the forms. On pointing out the letter with the Bonds "WE value your relationship with the ICICI Bank" and was it not his duty to facilitate the process. He informed that the branch is not responsible and I can approach any one including the top management. Hence the complaint in addition to the Ombudsman & RTI application to Reserve Bank regarding obligations of Bank with respect to the Bonds.     Hi, I am a non resident Indian holding an ICICI account in India (ending 3939). I use the online fund transfer facility to pay my Indian load and credit card until recently. ICICI issued a new debit card and sent it to my old Indian address and cancelled my existing debit card.. All this without my consent!. Now I am left with no option to do my usual transactions including credit card payments.. I have been in touch with ICICI through mail and call and is shocked at their ignorance in getting such matters resolved. I have been sending detail mails to them explaining the situation just to receive some call center guy sending me a list of items to do which I cannot do. (copy pasted from some standard response). I raise the following complaints with ICICI 1) How can you cancel my card without MY consent? 2) Why am I not getting sensible responses to my mails? It is your responsibility to make sure that my account is accessible to me at all times I am waiting to see how this ends, , I dont want to leave my money locked up with such irresponsible .       Hi, I'm Mayilvaganan and holding an ICICI A/C no[protected] in Thanjavur Branch. I'm a Senior Citizen and holding this A/C for the past 15 years. Currently when I check my A/C online, found that there is a charge "SMSChgsjan15-mar15+Stax1.65" deducted from my A/C without my knowledge. I don’t know from when it is started and how many time they deducted like this. I feel very bad about this. Please help me how to proceed further to get the money back.         DEAR SIR/MADAM, I am writing this mail regarding complaint against unfare charges of ICICI bank. As I left a job in 1 months duration with official formalities. From that employer have ope salary a/c to ICICI bank as it is mendatory to join that company. Now ICICI bank executive phoned me and ask me either Pay Rs 500 or keep balance 10, 000. I have already saving a/c in HDFC, AXIS and SBI so y should i keep a/c in ICICI. Now my question is y should i pay this charges like this if I join different companies & they open salary a/c to bank. then I have to pay everytime Rs. 500 or keep balance 10000. Is it fare rule? I am requesting you please look in to this matter & give me positive reply on it. Regards JVALIN

          I had received mail from ICICI Bank for 13percentage interest rate of Personal loan i further applied the same only after conforming through phone for 13percentage interest rate but after i received the loan i came to know that they have charged 17percentage of interest immediately i have enquirer about that and also i have marked a number of mails to the senior management but there were no proper response from the management they replied after my 20 mails that they have only approved for 17percentage interest rate after my continuous interruption they had replied that they will be giving solution after the discussion with higher level management till now i have send 75 mails there were no response from the management i have been suffering from the mental pressure already 6 months had been over i have paid the EMI with high interest since i had trust the management the have been resolving this issue but till now there is no correct response from them this type activity is making me to understand that they have manipulated the document and cheated me Now No one responding me, Very bad customer support & particularly local team, oh my god i never seen such type of very worst behavior>>>>>> even local milk booth person given a better response to the customer>>>> even though he may a beggar>>>!!! But a high educated & high paid people treated the customer like a _______ paper. ICICI bank very worst >>>>>>> I had been written 1oo mails to Ho, but very very poor no response...

            I am Avinash Ashok Kharnar ex employee of ICICI Bank. My employee code was 231646. I resigned and completed 90 days notice period of my services at ICICI on 16th August 2013. Still now I haven't received any experience or releiving letter from ICICI Bank. They are promising me to send asap but its been 1 year and 6 months, I haven't received anything from them. Its been very traumatising because i am unable to apply else where because of this unavailability of experience letter. Please Do The Needful. Kindly help me out

                I made a recharge of Rs.110 for AIRCEL simcard online for two times on 07/04/2015 because first transaction of Rs. 110 was failed so did second. But Rs.220 was deducted from my account but till now Rs.110 is not deposited in my account back.

                  I have opened a new a/c in your bank to pay my taxes on time since the only way to pay taxes is through net banking so I opted for your bank and i was told that my a/c will be opened in maximum by evening 4 PM on[protected]not Happened) and i was told that tmrw it will be opened by 2 PM and fortunately (SAME) i approched your mathura gate Branch they some how manage to open the a/c by 6 PM but i was not allowed to use net banking facility. Next Day I tried using net banking facility but i was told that my mobile no. [protected] is not registered with this cust id and i cant make any transactions i have to go to some branch or ATM to register my mobile number. I rushed to ATM and i successfully updated my mobile number & registering would take 2 Days. After 2 Days i.e. Today I again went to your branch since the same problem was pertaining and i was unable to use net banking facility and nobody has any clue what to do in such regards. They told me to call customer care and they will assist me and nothing can be done from their end. After calling costumer care from my mobile when the IVRS SAY "PRESS 9 TO TALK TO COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE" my phone disconnects after providing all the required details correctly for nearly 25 Times. So as of now I cant pay my taxes on last date and a heavy penalty is imposed on me. I just wanted to know how many more days, months or years it would take to update a mobile number in my a/c. DISAPPOINTMENT AT IT PEAK Please provide a little effort.

                    Hi Respected Sir, Myself Rajesh, previously i am using ICICI Bank Salary account(zero balance), Now past 2-3 years onwards i am not using account.But unfortunately(by mistake) for my family purpose urgency need some money so, my brother transferred 20, 000/- in my account on 1st April.Next day morning it's credited in my account then automatically within a Second nearly 10, 000/- debited at a time from my account without any intimation.Even i am not using my ICICI account and there is no use to maintained that account because 3 years onwards i am un-employee.There is no one not done any transactions from 2-3 years also if you are Deducted that much of huge amount without intimation (message or email).If your ready to blocked my account also no problem but if you are deducted this much money its like big fraud.I tried several number of times to ICICI customer care& i requested to take my request and raise complaint for this, But no one they are not interested to help& after some time Unnecessarily i had received some fake calls from ICICI and they asked me, give me ur card, cvv, &pin number then we will transfer that Debited money to your account.I thought this is some fraud, cheated, played career with un-employee.I already loosed money and my parents asking now, if something happens in my life during next few days ur the people responsible for that.So, Could you please kindly take a complaint for this and help ASAP.A/C Details:K.RAJESWARAIAHNO:[protected] Thanks& Regards, Rajesh Mobile:[protected]

                        Dear Sir, I had applied for ICICI bank credit card about a month ago.Firstly, I received a call for the confirmation of my address for my Credit Card to be dispatched. Then On 7th March'15, I got a message from ICICI Bank saying that Dear Customer, Your ICICI Bank VISA Platinum chip Credit Card has been sent through BLUE DART Courier, AWB [protected] on your registered mailing address. And then suddenly On 16th March'15 I received a message stating that Dear Customer, Your ICICI Bank VISA Platinum chip Credit Card has been returned undelivered. Please call our 24-hour Customer Care for confirming your address. After receiving this message, I called to the Customer Care Services so many times but till now I haven't got any proper response from them. Therefore, Kindly take some serious action regarding this problem and try to solve this problem ASAP so that any kind of mishap happens with my credit card can be prevented.                           Icici bank chennai(Pammal branch) i am d.Rajasekaran dropped in to icici bank pammal branch(Chennai) the sent a person name shahul. Shahul he came and miss guided me telling me that online ssi icici won't accept it so he told me to give money for a registered ssi and also he asked me money for service tax also... Even though i told him that online ssi is enough but he insist me and forced me to give money.And at the same time he miss guided me that icici is going to close zero balance current account... I was in a situation that i badly was in need of icici current account so i gave a cheque and rs.5, 500 cash to him on 15 th february 2015...After that he never called and never informed me and went to his home town...I took his no. From bank and called him he said tommorow tommorow and dragged till march... Suddenly he came on 4th and disturbed my mom who is a heart patient coming and disturbing her and ringing bell 5 times when i am not at home...Even though my mom told him i am not at home but still he came and disturbed her... When i reached he came and asked another cheque telling my account is ready and icici need 1 more cheque...I asked for a service tax and registered ssi..He said its ready...I asked him to show he told kept if office...This happened on 4th march... After that he left and never came back...On 8th march he came...Then he gave online ssi and in that registered ssi the date was written as 6th march... He is no. Fraud and asked me more money i said i gave already but he insist me and asked me rs2000 more...When i told him that i will call customer care and complaint then he said dont do and he will give money back... I got proof we took a video proof of him in our cc cam... I dont know where to submit and make complaint... Even after this mail if icici never fire him then its shows that icici is holding hands with those frauds...                             I am holding ICICI account for more than years. My account is in ICICI electronic city branch, Bangalore. Coming to this issue, last Thursday someone did online transaction using my debit card number and other credentials. I almost lost 37k and it comprised four online transactions. everything happened within a time span of just 20 minutes. I immediately reported this to customer care and asked them to block my card. I asked them to file a complaint for this. They raised service request SR[protected] for this. They also asked me to file FIR in the nearby police station and told that they will investigate only after filing FIR complaint. I spent two days to get FIR from the police station. I sent the scanned copy to [protected]@icicibank.com. After this they closed the service request within two days and the reason they stated was "transaction was completed after giving the secure password". I wondered how they can give such junk comment as the reason at the end of their investigation and close the ticket. Also why do they need FIR copy to tell this. I mean every net banking user is very much aware that transaction cannot complete without giving secure credentials. Even I know that and my complaint is all aboutabout this. I mean someone has used my credentials to make transaction. I thought bank will solve the dispute but now they are telling me that police has to investigate this issue. For telling this, why should I complaint to you and why do you need the FIR copy. Customer service is worst. They have the template answer " we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have taken your complaint ". For telling this, why do you need a customer service center. I am struggling to make them understand my issue for the past 5 days and they are not getting how much hurting it will be if you lose such a huge amount. They are trained to give same kind of reply for these kind of issues. If you have dispute team, what kind of disputes they look into. What happened to me is not transaction dispute, then what kind of transaction will fall under this category. Today I went to the branch directly and told about this. They are not giving responsible reply to me and telling the same story "transaction was completed after giving the secure password". Are you guys not getting my issue. My complaint is all about this. Someone used my credentials illegally and did transaction. What kind of help will you provide to your customer. If bank is not helping me in tough time like this, when can I expect them to help me. I mean I am not asking your help to solve my personal issue. This issue is something which is related to the bank also. I want them to take equal responsibility for this. If fault is mine, then I wouldn't even approached you for help. Why bank is not showing the same kind of interest on this issue which they show to attract customers for using their credit card. Simply fed up with the service of ICICI customer service. I don't think that they are worried about their customers. I don't need the service of this kind of bank anymore. Tomorrow I will go to the branch and close my account. --Vijaykarthick A

                              Dear Sir 4 Years Back i used to have ICICI Credit card. When the card was issued to me and within in one month without my notice it was wrongly used in Banglore. When i gave a complaint to you the money was reversed. Immediately i requested you to Block the card. and you Blocked it. That means i am no more having ICICI Credit card. But 4 days back i got a message from you that i need to pay 7, 158.80/- towards my credit card which is no more. I Just ignored it since i am not having any credit card of ICICI Bank. But today at around 5PM i got a message that amount was withdrawn from my account. I request you to please go through it and reverse my amount with immediate effect. After meeting Pratap he told me that i used Centurion Bank in 2009 or so... this amount is due there in that year. So they have with drawn without any notice.
                              It is fact that I used Centurion Bank credit card. Subsequently they merged it with ICIC Bank. Without sending any account statement to me they called me once and asked me to pay some amount which i do not remember exactly.I felt that they have put lot of late payment charges to me ignoring their late of informing me. I requested them to remove all the late payment charges, immediately they send a person to my house for settlement. I paid Rs 2500/- on that day once and final settlement charges for that i took receipt also which is with me.
                              Now officer Pratap is telling me to show the settlement letter not receipt, which they did not give at that time. This is very injustice to me. Please solve this problem and reverse my amount.I would like to get that statement for 7, 158.80/- at least now. I do not mind in putting the problem before Higher Authorities.
                              If the problem is not solved i will close my account along with demat on line trading account, along with my wife's society account and FCRA account in coming days.

                                TAX SAVING BOND 0199 TSB

                                My father had purchased TWO no:s of ICICI Tax Saving Bond 0199 TSB on 03.03.1999 whose redemption date was 03.03.2002. However, he passed away in 2003 after a bout of prolonged illness. Though we had checked all his financial papers at that point of time, this particular Bond somehow slipped from the lot and we got it from his papers recently. View your demat account (with ICICI BANK LIMITED) online on IDeAS - internet based facility of NSDL. i got one mail like this so.. i didn't understand as it says i opened a Demat account in ICICi Bank Dear PRADEEP MISHRA, This is with reference to your demat account ( Client ID : xxxxxx90 ) with ICICI BANK LIMITED ( DP ID IN303028 ), a Depository Participant of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). NSDL is the first and largest depository in India promoted by institutions of national stature. More than 1.35 crore demat accountholders maintain their demat accounts with NSDL. NSDL provides a facility called IDeAS (Internet-based Demat Account Statement) which facilitates you to view your latest holdings & transactions and download monthly transaction statement of your demat account through internet.
