Hi, I am having Salary account in ICICI panjagutta branch from 2011 and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and my account has been debited by SMAB charges S tax 43.26+ 393.26 for the month of jan15, feb'15 even jul'14, dec'14 I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

          Respected sir, I took a home loan from ICICI bank having loan account no: LBDEL[protected] against a under construction property in resale. An amount of 25 Lacs has been sanctioned from their Green Park, Delhi branch and a disbursement of 17 Lacs has happened to Mr. Naresh Kumar & Mrs. Punita Rani, who are the initial allottee of the property on 31st December through Cheque No. "604347"(As per bank records). This disbursement has happened without collecting property papers from builder and in absence of lawyer. I raised a complaint in ICICIs customer care 3 months back but bank is constantly giving me new deadline every time. Till date, they have neither taken the responsibility of the fraud nor taking any action against bank employees or Mr. Naresh Kumar. My EMIs are regularly getting deducted and I have not yet been provided with the builder-buyer-agreement copy by ICICI bank. When, I approached the builder, he said, this property could not be transferred on your name because original allottee has not yet cleared his dues amounting 8.5 Lacs (Approx). Both ICICI officials and seller, Mr. Naresh Kumar is not taking any action to clear their dues to builder. Sir, Please take immediate action to get my EMIs stopped by ICICI bank and make them provide me complete refund with penalty of the amount deducted till date. I am getting into very deep financial and mental trouble due to it and running behind ICICI bank since last 3 months. Thanks & Regards Gaurav Dixit Ph# [protected]

            Hi, I have a home loan with ICICI bank via loan account number: LBTNE[protected]. As per written agreement with builder and bank, it was agreed that ICICI bank would debit pre-emi to the builder till the date we receive our flat posession or 24 months whichever was later. After a lot of followup we received posession via formal posession letter from builder on 1st April 15 and 24 months of agreement was valid till Aug 2015. However from March, Mr. Amit Singh from ICICI Thane branch started sending me mails that pre-emi would get debited from my account, inspite of me clearly telling him not to take such action on my bank account without my confirmation. During this process, Amit Singh not only discussed my situation(banker customer information) of getting the posession and challenges I had with the builder( since they claimed that they had given posession on oct 2014, which I have challenged to them and they have agreed that it was a mistake) he also took a decision to debit my account without my confirmation on the same. I had sent mails to headhomeloans, but they also do not intend to listen to thier own customer and take builders side. Let me know what are the next steps and whom should i discuss this, to get my money back from ICICI bank for the wrong EMI.

              10, 000/- FRAUD DEDUCTIONS DONE Hi, I'm Rajesh previously im using ICICI Bank salary account, now past 2years onwards im not using my account. But unfortunately for family urgency need my brother 20, 000 transfer through my account yesterday.                 My dad went to deposit some money in siliguri branch for delhi account. There is a machine placed to deposit the money by the M achince showed that pancard is not updated okay fine then dad went to the teller to deposit money and they said that they only deposit the money for the siliguri account. I mean really they are only paid to take the payment for the siliguri accounts. And when I called the bank then the branch manager told that they were taking school fees and in between they cannot take saving account money. Don't know what he means. Really rude bank manager.                   I am d.Rajasekaran dropped in to icici bank pammal branch(Chennai) the sent a person name shahul.

                  Shahul he came and miss guided me telling me that online ssi icici won't accept it so he told me to give money for a registered ssi and also he asked me money for service tax also...

                  Even though i told him that online ssi is enough but he insist me and forced me to give money.And at the same time he miss guided me that icici is going to close zero balance current account...

                  I was in a situation that i badly was in need of icici current account so i gave a cheque and rs.5, 500 cash to him on 15 th february 2015...After that he never called and never informed me and went to his home town...I took his no. From bank and called him he said tommorow tommorow and dragged till march...

                  Suddenly he came on 4th and disturbed my mom who is a heart patient coming and disturbing her and ringing bell 5 times when i am not at home...Even though my mom told him i am not at home but still he came and disturbed her...

                  When i reached he came and asked another cheque telling my account is ready and icici need 1 more cheque...I asked for a service tax and registered ssi..He said its ready...I asked him to show he told kept if office...This happened on 4th march...

                  After that he left and never came back...On 8th march he came...Then he gave online ssi and in that registered ssi the date was written as 6th march...

                  He is no. Fraud and asked me more money i said i gave already but he insist me and asked me rs2000 more...When i told him that i will call customer care and complaint then he said dont do and he will give money back...

                  I got proof we took a video proof of him in our cc cam... I dont know where to submit and make complaint...

                  Even after this mail if icici never fire him then its shows that icici is holding hands with those frauds...

                      Respected Sir,


                      I, Asadullah C Sayyed hold a
                      current account with your bank, account no.[protected] since Last Year 2014.

                      At the time of opening the account, I had specifically
                      mentioned to your executive Mr. Sachin about the inflow and outflow of money
                      and the kind/amount of transactions that are expected daily. I wasn’t told
                      anything about transaction charges that would be levied on certain amount of
                      cash transactions. However, since 2014 to till date the transaction charges are being levied and a
                      huge amount of money has been deducted from my account without any notice. This
                      is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge
                      amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much
                      annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look
                      on some other alternative for it. Plz help to get my money back...

                      Also, my online banking facility
                      has been disabled without any intimation because of which I am facing huge
                      difficulty in my day to day business functioning. Such type of customer service isn’t expected
                      from a reputed bank like yours.

                              For the above application number, your concern team collected the documents from me saying that I am eligible for a PRE-APPROVED ICICI SIGNATURE AMEX CARD FREE OF CHARGE FOR LIFE TIME which I will surely get it. There was also a verification through telephone and also a representative from ICICI visited my office for verification. After everything is done when I called up ICICI Customer Service for the status update of the above application no., they say that the application has been declined as I hold another ICICI Bank card. Please note that I do not hold any ICICI Bank Card. If there are any previous cards reflecting in your system on my name, it stands cancelled. This is the 3rd time that I have been approached by ICICI Bank, documents are collected, verification is done and then the application has declined!!! Please instruct your team to approve my application immediately and issue me ICICI SIGNATURE AMEX CARD FREE FOR LIFE TIME AS AGREED immediately. If this does not happen, I will file a consumer mental harassment case on ICICI and take you to consumer court. Please do the needful immediately.

                              I did not expected this type of replies from your side at all!!!

                              Please note that I hold AMERICAN EXPRESS PLATINUM TRAVEL CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS CORPORATE CARD, CITIBANK REWARDS CARD AND HDFC PLATINUM CARD which are offered to me for LIFETIME FREE by all the respective banks. I do not have any other relation with these banks except credit cards and I must say that all the above banks are BIGGER and CUSTOMER SATISFYING then ICICI BANK.

                              I am proud to be a part of the above banks and lucky that I AMNOT THE PART OF ICICI BANK WHO ARE SUCH LETHARGIC IN THEIR APPROACH AND DOSENTKNOW HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMER IN SPITE OF THEIR OWN AGENCIES GIVING COMMITMENTSTO THEM ON YOUR PRODUCTS!!!

                              YOU PEOPLE SHOULD SHUT DOWN YOUR BANKING BUSINESS AND WOUCH FORSOME UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS WHERE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COMMITMENTSREQUIRED!!!

                              I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL, CEARLESS ANDREDICULOUS BANK LIKE ICICI BANK IN MY LIFE!!!

                                NOC Required for my Two Wheeler Loan

                                I had purchased my Two Wheeler motorcycle ( MH12-BJ-951) in 2002. I had taken vehicle loan from ICICI Bank Bhandarkar Road Branch, Pune . I have cleared all the EMIs. Currently I am not able to find the loan clearance & NOC letter from ICICI Bank. Also I do not have details of my loa n account.                                 Again an example of ICICI Cards issue with system came live, loopholes like this where payment received and bank putting interest and late fees. Please have the below screenshots as the example which shows the template email stating money is received on 29th March, whereas today is 28th March. Last month similar thing happened and bank charged Rs 1900 as interest I have paid my dues on time for his month for Rs 30796 by NEFT to my card .which is credited same day. Still bank system not updated. Stake holder please clarify. Bank can't fool the consumer and charge them wrongly and jeopardize the esteemed reputation.                                   Dear complain officer My name is Ankit Asthana, I have a ICICI bank Coral credit card, I have been charged Rs.500 extra as late fee for my 16 jan to 15 feb cycle bill, due date 2nd march. I did not received any bill at my address, when I spoke with the customer care executive he said that the bill had been send to my address and received by rahul but I don't know any rahul, i have'nt receiver any bill at my address also not any phone call or massage, i was out of internet so i don't know if any email has been send.                                     Hi, i am holding a creditcard [protected], i have paid my amount from otherbank credit card, but recieved to ICICIbank 7 days later, interest charges are calculated and charged 2800/- for 49000 amount . when i reached customer care spending hrs but not getting proper response from anybody. kindly resolve my query ASAP.i need detail split how my interest charges are been calculated.

                                      Sir/Madam, This is reference to my current credit card statements dated 23.03.2015 in which late payment fee of Rs. 500 plus service tax of Rs.61.80 has been added. It is to inform that in the last credit card statements generated on 23.02.2015 total amount due was Rs.808.77 for which due date was 13.03.2015.On 07.03.2015 total amount of Rs 4365.00 was credited back in my credit card account thru IRCTC after cancellation of ticket. It is further clarify that this amount has been credited before due date of payment.Therefor, there is no need for again payment of due amount of Rs.808.77. It is requested ICICI bank to kindly withdraw the late payment fee of Rs. 500 plus service tax of Rs.61.80 from the current statement as payment of Rs.4365.00 has been already made before due date.But they are not agree for the same.
