I am really fed-up with this deduction.

I really don't have an idea from which source this amount is getting deducted.

I need to know about the charges. Please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf"

Please revert my all charges....

UPI transactions are blocked for security reasons

I'm unable to send/receive money thru upi in phonepe, gpay, Paytm and on imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care and they say nothing wrong with upi on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked on this account. Please contact the bank.

My name is Abhiti Shrivastava, an amount of 825.40 rupees in total has been deducted from my account firstly in the name of dp chgs till June-22. 585 on July 27th and 240 on July 29 -2022
I am having Salary account in ICICI, When I created the demat account, I was not told about the dp charges, it was told by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile
which is registered with mobile banking with icici. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
I need my money back and am ready to complaint against fraud by bank in anywhere else if needed.

      I have been with icici bank since 2017. This year 2022, 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any information and alert message. I am not using Demat account at all. Just make only 1 transection and the representative didn't inform any charge for opening the account, But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 27 Jul 2022. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL JUN-22 is shown in the statement.
      So please make sure to credit the amount which has been deducted to my ICICI Bank account.

        My car loan ( loan account no. LAPUN[protected] ) is closed since 4 months..I had applied for NOC though netbanking I got to know it is blocked..When I visited Bhandarkar road branch they said it is blocked beacuse of personal loan which is also closed 4 years back..When both of my loans are closed why my NOC is blocked ? I have been doing a regular foolw up through mails, visiting branch since 1 week but still haven't received..
        My service request no is SR[protected].
        Need a concrete answer over the same..Though it is a corporate bank but the customer care Department is useless..Don't ask me to put a mail or visit the branch I have being doing the same since one week..I have provided referance no..U can easily track the thing.

          Hi, i am ICICi Bank customer, Bank allowed me 5000 on pay later account i used 1000 for the same bank charged me Rs 236/- toward s convinces and GST charges, simple Bank people telling its free credit for 30 days, when you charging of 100/- upto 3000/- it works out to 36% P.A, is not cheating the customer stating that paylater is free

                  I'm very much aggrieved how ICICI BANK are betraying their customer and manipulate them introducing extremely difficult ways to complainant. How can a bank itself allowed to deduct any money without consent of a consumer. This is the fourth time when icici bank deducted INR 1100 on 28th of every month from my account in the name of VSI*GOOGLE PLAY WHICH I DON'T KNOW ABOUT.

                        I am Sudhakar. 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/inIN[protected] dp chgs till jan-22) on 24-feb-2022. However
                        my Dmat account closed a long back.

                        I tried to call one of ICICI representative but no one picking the calls.

                        When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          I was supposed to pay my Mutual Fund SIP on July 26th, 2022 which is setup as auto-pay but auto-debit never happened. then i paid the amount manually to respective merchant app on 25th July 2022.

                          On 22nd July 2022, I got a message from ICICI stating that due to insufficient balance ECS/NACH could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required SIP amount. But i can see that inr 424.50 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchg210722_sr[protected]' on July 29nd, 2022.

                          None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.

                                    I am Anil Kumar. Amount of Rs.826 was debited by ICICI bank[protected] on 26/07/2022 without any sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN(Demat Acc no.) DP CHGS TILL JUN 2022.The Demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
                                    at the time of opening of this Demact account ICICI representative told that no charges involve this account. So, why ICICI deduct money? please refund my amount.
