    I have been an ICICI Bank customer for last 6+years with Account No.[protected]

    ICICI bank deducted Rs. 826 on 27-May-2022 without any information or consent and mentioned transaction remarks as "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR-22"

    I have never authorized ICICI Bank to open a Demat or a trading account for me. However, ICICI went ahead and created an account and deducted charges of 826 rupees without informing or getting authorization from the customer. I am attaching a response received from the bank, where they say they can only refund on a pro-rata basis for a service which I never asked for and which I never even utilized.
    For anonymously opening these accounts, ICICI Bank never reached out to me for any documents. However, now representatives tell me I have to send multiple requests for closure, call customer care, visit the branch, submit documents and whatnot.

    Please close the account ICICI Demat account immediately and refund my full amount. If not I will have to reach out to RBI ombudsman and take the further legal steps that are available. I can see hundreds of such complaints about unauthorized deductions, this isn't good on the part of an elite bank like ICICI

    I hope you will refund my money at the earliest!

      Payment to icici - eazypay

      Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This Monday (Date- 25/07/2022, time- 09:25 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university
      STUDENT EXAM FEE 2022 JANUARY, of ₹710 through eazypay- icici gateway.
      In brief:-
      Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all
      credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from Paytm. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." Also, in my college dashboard it shows transaction failed but my account has already been debited with the amount.

            Am an icici bank customer. 21-07-22 ecsrtnchg charged 199.99rupees and 25-.7-22 ecsrtnchg charged 11.01 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                     Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This Sunday(Date- 24/07/2022, time- 01:31 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university STUDENT_EXAM_FEE_2022 of Sri Aurobindo College of Rs. 510 through eazypay- icici gateway.

                    In brief :-

                    Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all
                    credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from Paytm. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." Also, in my college dashboard there is an option for pay fees but i have already paid. and i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, but no information is showing.
                    I want you to please initiate the refund of the balance which is incorrectly debited from my account. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.

                      I am using shoping from Amazon from 4 years and I got Amazon ICICI Bank Credit Card in 2020 but the Limit never Increased, even my friends got card with higher limits then me even house wifes get high limits. I am old customer of ICICI Bank but no offer of increase or upgrade. I have many Relationships with Bank but NO GOOD OFFERS.

                          I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 12 years,

                          Now they have charged 942.82 under this category dcardfee0706JUL22-JUN23+GS

                          I am not aware what type of charges are these.

                          They never informed me regarding these heavy charges either by email or by letter.

                          Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.

                          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                              I am a icici saving account holder, rs. 588 got deducted from my account without any previous notification or reason, transaction remark is Picture Drcard Joinfee+gst on 22 july 2022.                               I've been using my Internet bank account for a long time, and it now says it's disabled; I called customer service, and executives even disconnected calls.

                              This is a glaring indication of the poor services provided by ICICI Bank. When I phone the customer service line, I get no support. Very bad customer service!!!

                                  I want to pre close my car loan which i took in 2019. I have been shifted to UAE and opened NRE & NRO account with ICICI only. I am requesting them for auto loan foreclosure but not getting any response. Last month I had visited India and I was told that you need to visit Bangalore branch for this pre closure.                                   I have contacted ICICI customer care since Rs. 33000 has been deducted for Ecs charges from my account.
                                  But no positive response from your team and the customer care agent refused to transfer my call to supervisor as per my request, she was very rude and hung up on me though I didn't even use any abusive language.
                                  In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. I'm no longer on that's why I have requested my pf so that I can pay my emis and medical bills. I am an old customer of your bank and having good banking with icici. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and I assure that it will not happen again.
                                  I am marking you mail. I hope you understand the situation otherwise i have to Approach RBI. Hope you would care about your customer and resolve this issue.
                                  Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Team,

                                    I have been using the mobile number xxxxxxxxx1x369 for the past 5 years, and when I try to install the Mobile app, it shows another person's name and debit card. Due to this, I cannot use the account correctly, and nowhere is my mobile number updated in the account. I made an FD+Card account and received a credit card, but the same mobile number issue is again. For the same, I need to go to the nearest branch or ATM. This is an immense pain for me either fix my problems or close my FD and Saving bank accounts. It also shows the wrong name in my online bank account for the Credit card. It shows Sneha Kamboj, and there is no mobile number updated. I tried to reach out to customer care, but it's the worst experience.. either the call goes drop, or they keep putting me on hold. I want to close my FD, Credit Card, and savings bank account from ICICI. Trust me, PNB and SBI banks have a better service than ICICI. Even I dropped messages on the ICICI email form, but no response.
