I am not receive any reply or status to day I received the pin for credit card but still have not receive the card . The pin letter was received why not card they simply send SMS your card was return due to undelivered . I am not able to contact customer care without card no.
i am not able to connect customer care credit card division it take more time no clarity on phone banking sysytem.

    Sir, On Aug 24, 2014, I received a call from mobile no. [protected] stated that he is from ICICI Bank Credit card, Head office New Delhi. He said that your present card reword points is going to expire in a week and ICICI Bank has issued a new GOLD VISA credit card. She inquired initial and final three digits of my credit card number and said that your old card has 800 rewards point that is equal to Rs. 8000/=and to redeem this point ICICI Bank has tied up a company. Soon after her call over, I received a call from company fellow for confirmation of my name and address. After a minute he called me and said verification by company is done and from your reward point (Rs. 8000/=), Rs. 7750 has settled and paid to company and company will deliver items on your choice. Immediately, I received a SMS on my mobile ([protected]) that "Transaction of Rs. 7750.00 made on ICICI Bank credit card xx6001 at KamKash sale solution New Delhi IN on 24 Aug 14". Immediately I contacted to he over her mobile ([protected]) but it was not reachable at that time to till now. I am very much upset and I feel that I am cheated. Kindly look in to the matter and take action against that fraud Men who cheated me.

      I felt fraud in Personal loan approval and disbursement process in ICICI bank 1. I have been promised a ROI of 13.49% but i found in welcome letter of 15.24%which was dated 15th Sep 2014 and prior to that there was no confirmation given to me on the same. 2. Application was not filled with ROI and disbursement amount as i was said itis still under approval and will be communicated after approval, then they go tmy signatures, now it is a clear case of fraud. As it was not filled by me, and i only signed, i totally dismiss this theory by customer care a reason to find. I can prove this as application does not have my hand writing and it is a part of fraud-ants who have done it later. 3. Loan disbursement happened without my prior consent and my approval was not taken on ROI before disbursement. 4. My requirement was of only Rs.300, 000 but disbursed amount was Rs.4, 35, 000.Clearly indicates a wrong doing, even in this case there is no prior communication was given from ICICI Bank. 5. I was contacted by a lady called "MUSKAN" with an offer of 13.49%ROI offer saying my existing loan with Bajaj Fin will be taken as reference to balance transfer with 13.49% as ROI against 15.01% of Bajaj Finance. But not considered. 6. After i got disbursement, i have called up customer care which has informed me about ROI and was shocking. 7. After my complaint to customer care, i got call from the same lady called"MUSKAN", saying she would revert me after second EMI payment and get it corrected to 13.49%. I got call from 2 numbers in the name of "MUSKAN" [protected] (number busy) and [protected] (Now replying as wrong number).

        Every month i used to pay my dues on time but last month i haven't received your bill on time but still according to my usage i paid my outstanding but there was balance was 2000 and now your bank has charged me interest. I called your toll free for waiver of those charges as i am ready to pay my actual usauge but your customer care team is not at all co-operative. Starting they were ready to take my request but then theu told can't take your request, You will have to mail on given id ( customer.[protected]@icicibank.com ) but i am not getting any response after sending a mail also.           I got a call from an agent named Mr. Iqrar Khan just now. He said that my number was listed as the alternate number for someone's bank account. This person whose bank account was mentioned was my colleague 10 months ago but he quit and moved to a different job (which I am not aware of). On mentioning this to Mr. Khan, he started yelling at me for some reason. I told him that even 6 months ago they called me and I had mentioned that I'm the wrong person to contact for this employee's credit lapse. He didn't listen to me and kept yelling. I then said that I'll put a harassment charge against him to which he obliged. I also asked for his manager's name but he cut the call. I then got a call from the same number and this time it was his 'manager' Mr. Amit. Mr. Amit yelled at me for 15 minutes non-stop saying "ARE YOU AND THIS PERSON WORKING IN THE SAME OFFICE OR NOT??". I refused to give him any information. He then accused me of being a partner of this person in doing the credit default and followed it by yelling at me again. I have never felt so harassed in my entire life before. I have no idea how to bring this complaint to ICICI because their complaint form on their website needs you to give an Account Number which I don't have.             I have submitted one form of mba in IIM kolkata through the website of hughes communication. While submitting the form when ever i tried to submit the money through banks they give me error.later on i find out my money has deducted from the bank the 3 times i.e 6000 rupees, one transaction from yes bank and another two from icici bank. I have requested hughes communication to return the money of rupees 4000 .They have asked me to ask your bank for charge back option.I have asked the icici bank for charge back option .It is almost more than one month.I didn't back my money.when ever i called the customer care service they provide my different eta. Lasttime i called on 7th oct 2014 they said you will get the money in your account by 11th oct 2014. Today i called to know the status they said you will get the money with in 3weeks .

                I have opened two Service requests for closure of FD accounts on 10 Oct and it was told to me that they will get closed in one business day. These FD's should have been closed automatically on there maturity date(5 Aug, 2014 and 4 Oct, 2014) but didn't. Reason told to me was due to conversion of resident a/c to NRO a/c. It was not told to me when i get his a/c converted to NRO. 6 Business days have been passed and the service requests are not closed yet. I am calling everyday to customer care and everytime i am being told that they will be closed in 1 more day but didn't. Now they are saying it is pending at branch and they can't do anything. My FD shows the balance as 0 and the amount was not credited back to my a/c yet. I didn't expect this kind of service from ICICI bank and its customer care. Customer care is the only contact that we people have and they should own the responsibility to solve every kind of issue. They can't simply say that as its pending on branch they can't do anything.

                        Dear Sir, I got a call from you (ICICI BANK [protected]) today 16.10.14 from at 4.10 PM .Your representative has told me about a security system scheme for (credit/debit) card and told me to purchase for 1299/- .But I denied at all and told him clearly that I do not want to buy your scheme.Your representative had replied that it would be deducted from my credit card and I have to pay it in next bill . It is very painful for me and I want to inform you that your representative had misbehaved with me. Please let me know about all this mess. Please contact me as soon as on [protected]. Sub: - Cancelation my personal loan ID No[protected] And loan amount 100000/- Sir, The above noted personal loan was taken by me through your agent Sh. Pooja (Sale Development Manager) Mob No- [protected], New Delhi. At the time of agents visit to me he has assured the following terms for the loan. 1. Personal loan can be availed @ 13%. 2. Processing fees is 0.25% and no another charge 3. Disbursement of Loan amount after[protected]. On dated 08-Oct-2014 the loan amount (Rs- 100000/-) transferred to my account. When I asked for the details of loan from customer care they provide the detail as follow:- 1. Loan amount sanctioned Rs.960000. 2. Processing fees 0.50% Rs. 5000 3. Interest for day Rs.2000. The details shared by ICICI bank to fraudulent and without my permission they take this amount from my account .Who is given the details to fraudsters. Fraudsters hacked my account no. Credit card no. and mobile no. how they know my all details without bank help.They debited money from my account credit card. So kindly take complaint against this and please take immediate action. And they used my credit card purchased and send the useless stupid parcel as reward points gift through first flight courier without from address.                                   I ordered a Provogue watches going by the Advertisement i received from my ICICI bank. Now the Provogue Tracking numbers- #13860495 and #[protected]is still showing processing where its been more than a week. All my emails to [protected]@provogue.com goes unresponded, No official helpline number of provogue works. I just don't get it. I did not order thinking of provogue. I ordered for the brand value of my bank. I don't get it why does a reputed bank like ICICI has to deal with a scam website shopping provogue. Please help me out of this situation. I have paid through my net banking for this transaction. I am very frustrated with this ...I don't think in future i will believe any offer through ICICI bank.

                                    My brother made a transfer of amount INR 30000/- on[protected] from his ICICI account[protected] to my Kotak bank account through IMPS transfer and which is still not credited to Beneficiary account (my account with Kodak). We have called ICICI customer care and they are asking to wait for maximum 9 days for refund and also we checked with Kotak bank, they are saying that they could not locate the details. Now no one is taking responsibility for customer money.. I need file complaint against to ICICI and Kotak bank regarding IMPS - failure process and system. MY IMPS Transaction reference[protected].

                                        Dear sir/mam, It is bring in your notice that I am using a credit card of ICICI bank Card no.[protected], which is issued on my name i.e. Anuj Shrivastava. From very first day I report the problem for non-receiving of details of bills. After regular follow SMS service has been started having information regarding bill payment & its amount & last date of payment & minimum amount payable. But the problem starts again from last 3 month, in September I paid late due to same problem. As the recovery department called me & ensure that the problem will resolve urgently but still not resolved. During last month bills I don’t have any information & which later on told by ICICI Bank Calling executive that total amount pending is Rs 5907. I told him problem which was persisting from long & he ensure that I will pay as soon as I got my bill details. But now I am getting phone calls again & again from ICICI BANK executive but still no one is available to resolve my problem & also they don’t bother about problem of mine ( Not getting any details ) all executives told me from this month that i will pay my dues after resolving issue & waving off the late charges which bank is imposing day by day. Kindly look into this matter & provide me details of last month, I am ready to pay from month starting my actual amount.
