am Ravi Kant Ray using ICICI Bank Titanium credit card bearing card no. [protected]. As per my last statement the last due date was 05 October 2014. I paid the total amount on 03 October 2014 through SBI net banking. The same is being reflected in the statement also. But still a Late payment fine of Rs500/- along with service tax has been imposed on me in next statement. I have registered a complaint with customer care but they are not interested in resolving the issue. They are simply telling that as per Bank policy you have to pay the fine or otherwise your credit will spoil. I have been fade up by writing customer care. Every time some new guy is replying in the same voice without understanding the issue. Please look into the matter.

    Today I got a message like total payment of 561/- .ICICI bank has issued me a coral credit card saying that no payment for first one year for corporate employees. By the way I didn't receive any PIN from them and I didn't use that card also. So how that bill got generated I really don't know.

I TRANSFERRED AMOUNT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD AND THE NUMBER IS [protected]. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND DO THE NEED FULL. PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT.

        I deposited the cheque of rs. 70, 000/- on 12th of this month. I still not received the amount in my acc. On the same day i informed branch that i didn't received the amount but i got ans. that many times SMS comes late but we had deposited the amount. At end of day i again called him for the same response at that time he noticed and inform me the amount is deposited in some ones else account. he also informed me the acc no. u had provide is wrong but the slip i have has correct account no. I tired to contact at call center at various steps of complaints on website but i only get time and the words "We will refund the amount soon" and all false commitments.           This is regarding my service request No[protected].My credit card is charged unethically for late payment fees + overdraft limit fees + service tax, Instead i told them clearly that i didn't got any message alert and mail for last date payment.I think i always pay on time and this time it happened due to lack of information from your side.One more interesting thing is, This is charged on 24/10/14 and prior to that i have made the required payment of 3854.00 on 18/10/14. and i have checked the credit limit and purchased some item online.Now the question here is they applied fine on 24/10/14 which results in overdraft limit crossing results in overdraft limit fine as well.This is a quite surprising and unethical way of doing business and harassing customer and getting money by crook. I would like you to kindly look into this issue at the earliest and revert the charge unethically applied to my credit card.

            That link wants Application ID and in your acknowledgement slip there is only application number which is not valid in this link. So kindly send some other link and your official is never contact to any one. As you can check lots of complaint regarding this. Even i have submitted my mobile number so many time in your IVR Service but till now am not getting even single call from your "OFFICIAL". So keep your official in safe lock. :p

              Hi, I am Bhuvaneswari Raman. I have ICICI account which was found with transaction "ATMDEC CHG/10-09-14/1984/25ST3" debited with Rs.28.09 from my account. This is the third time, i am facing this kind of problem. I know my account balance as i am using it very frequently. I did not try to withdraw the amount which is greater than my account balance. Kindly take necessary to refund the money back into my account and take precautionary steps to avoid these kind of complaints again and again.               ATM DEC transaction was done on 14th Oct 2014. I am not at all interested to post the complaint again and again. I wish to keep a full stop for it. Kindly suggest me the actions which I can do from my side to stop it.

                Dear Sir, My Self Akshat Rastogi. I have an personal loan from ICICI bank. Due to some financial reasons some EMI's are pending on me. I am getting regular calls from icici collection department to pay the pending ones immediately. I have already told them my financial condition and also told them, that i can pay emi every month and will clear pending one slowly every month. But after that they are behaving very rudely and pressurized me to pay all the pending amount in one go and sending legal notice at my home every month. Because of that me and my family in very high depression. If they will continually doing the same, so i will have only one way to resolve all the issues and that is suicide. I am getting regular call from below persons personal numbers.                 Am also suffering from the same issue but this guy is too much i don't know how they got my contact list and he is calling very one and he also called my aunt threaten her that he is going to visit his house and more over when i talked he said to seize my property by himself and he also torchered my mom and he called my mom office as well,

                i have already talked to bank regarding my loan payment which i will pay in emi but this guy is calling me like hell and my other contacts, now if icici bank didn't stop him from making calls i will go to police against all issues and mental torched by this person

                  Account Freeze without warning and they are not unfreezing it

                  I opened a new Saving account with ICICI bank i did around 50 to 60k or may be max 70k transaction in my account in two weeks maybe and suddenly my account got freezed. I asked bank manager, he said you have to wait like 8 months because it is under investigation and may take 8 months, i mean like what should i do ? And what the point is in freezing an account for just such small transaction, most of the transaction was done by cash deposit...

I, G.Nagendra Prasad S/o.G.Nagaraju R/o.18-8-254/64 Rakshapuram colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad humbly submits as follows: That I am the Managing partner of M/s.VENKATESHWARA AIR CONDITIONERS, Authorized service provider for All types of Air Conditioners, Refrigerators and Deep Freezers, situated at 18-8-254/64 Rakshapuram colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad. That on[protected] I sold out the machinery i.e. Blue Star 2 TON, 5 Star split A/Cs (6 Nos.) for total Rs.2, 98, 560/- to the customer namely Santillano, S/o.John, United States of America. That said customer paid the cost of said machinery through his Card to my Account vide A/c.No.[protected] of ICICI Bank, Chaitanyapuri Branch, R.R.District and swiping Machine No.MID [protected], TID No.88042910, Banking call centre No.[protected] of ICICI Bank, Merchant Department, Mumbai. That when I call the ICICI Bank, who informed me that to scan and forward the customer copy, then I scanned and forwarded the customer copy on[protected] to the mail id [protected]@ firstdata.com.au. On the same day evening they call me and informed me that the amount will be cleared as on[protected]. But the amount was not cleared on[protected]. I made a call to the said Bank and asked about his amount, they informed that there is a problem, within 2 – 3 days they will clear the same. But on the same day i.e.[protected] one Hasan, of ICICI Bank, Merchant Department through his phone No.[protected] informed me that the amount will be cleared till after[protected], but not cleared. On enquiry they said that, I have to issue complaint against my customer. As there is every thing is alright, why should I give complaint against my customer. I submit that my customer swipe his card and every thing is alright and the documents scanned and forwarded to the said ICICI Bank, on the very next day i.e.[protected], but after more than 3 days they informed me that there is a problem and did not clear my amount till date. Due to which I incurred heavy monitory loss besides mental agony. Therefore, I request your kind authority be pleased to take necessary action against ICICI Bank, Merchant Department, Mumbai, Phone No.[protected], and do justice to me as early as possible, for which act of kindness I shall be thankful to you sir.                     My saving account has been deducted b a sum of 674.16 for DP charges. I have never used any Demat account services from this bank, there is no Demat account linked to my saving account. Without communicating on what basis this bank has charged the amount for the services they never rendered. I would also like to add that there was a call from ICICI insisting me to login and avail Demat service which i declined.                       I made payment of Rs.4253/- on 04.10.2014 (1 day before due date of 05.10.2014) by click-to-pay option in ICICI Bank website, against my total amount due of Rs. 4252.68, transaction ref was AHDF[protected] and the transaction was successful. My bank account of HDFC Bank was also debited instantly on 04.10.2014 itself. Due to ICICI bank’s inefficient system, the payment was updated to my account on08.10.2014. Most unethically the bank charged me Rs. 500/- as late payment fee in the next statement dated 16.10.2014 plus service tax 61.80 totalling Rs.561.80. Taking up with all relevant details viz., my HDFC Bnk statement showing debit of Rs. 4253/- on 04.10.14, copy of message from ICICI Bank’s portal dated 04.10.14 showing the transaction no. and the transaction as ‘successful’ etc.with ICICI Bank’s customercare repeatedly, they refrained to reverse the charges. Rather vide their email reply they asked me the pay the full erroneous amount, with a threat to impose further financial charges in case I do not pay the same.                         I had submitted DDA Housing application through ICICI Bank on 30th September 2014. But if i check the application in dda housing scheme status showing "Not Found Data". How I know the bank has submitted my application or Not in DDA. If the bank has submitted application in DDA then bank has shown the proof to users.

                        The bank would be clever and they will show your application and many reason they can show your application not submitted in DDA. They have made money Rs. 4050 per application.

                        Yeah if they have played and make money then every applicant ask to bank the proof of application.

                            At 12:30 pm on[protected] from ICICI ATM in valayapathi salai road,[protected] tried to withdraw 5000 Rupees, transaction was successful but currency was not delivered from the ATM, but I had received the SMS and mail for the 5000 Rupees debit from my savings account #[protected] .

                                  Hi, My Name is Murli, I am here to inform that the most fraudest bank of India is ICICI, in 2005 I have taken Home loan of 6 Lacs of rupees for 20 years of tenor at 7.5% interest rate, and paid much more than the principal till date, but my outstanding remains at Rs. 5.8 Lacs and am paying EMI at the interest rate of 15.7 %, can somebody from could ICICI explain to me why just why I will do that, I have visited their so called branches more than 30 times, but those cheats and crooks simply asking to pay some more money to revise the interest rates. I have been paying higher interest rates for last 9 years and my principal never get reduced. I approached icici customer care so many times and they told me that nothing can be done to reduce interest rates as it depends on RBI. They has mislead and charged excess money from me. They are the biggest cheat in the country. Their so called chief KV Kamath is a thief, and is number one crook. Their cheap strategy is to give loan at low rates to new customers and increase thereafter immediately after some months. They are openly cheating the customers of India. This is really pathetic that both RBI and Govt does not take action against there crook activities. I dont understand, why the cost of funds are not coming down for these private banks despite huge Repo Rate and CRR cuts by the RBI. They are just fooling everyone and earning huge interest income by not reducing the interest rates. Since 2005 I have taken 2 Home loans more than a crore worth of money, but I never ever can take myself or suggest any of my friends and folks to do any transactions with ICICI bank. They are losing customers like this continuously and I wish one day they must declared bankrupt, so people beware and take care of your hard earned money by keeping away from these crooks. Last but not the least ICICI stands for Instant Cheaters In Crooks of India. Regards, A frustrated Indian customer

To my great shock extra 3 ticket amount was debited from my card (Rs. 1122.47 x3 ), then that same day night I recieved a message that two of the amount (Rs. 1122.47 x2 ) was reversed back, but still one extra ticket amount is not yet reversed, I checked in my booked history also there were only 2 tickets booked, so kindly do the needful without any delay before generating the statement. Iam using your ICICI credit card from 1994 but till today I have no complaints or such wrong debit from my card, so kindly reverse the amount Rs. 1122.47 which is not used by me as early as possible.                                       Respected Sir, Given below is the mail conversation with Mr.Koshik Roy of ICICI CreditCard Division Official Placed at Andheri Office. Hop[e this will suffice. In fact I tried to open the attached statement but unable to open the same due to software problem in the machine for opening this statement. Anyway I will come to the point sir, Yesterday almost for more than one hour I had a talk with your recovery agent Mr. Milind. He had told me that a sum of Rs. 22, 930 has been fixed towards settlement of the credit card. But sir I had also told him that it is not possible for us to clear the said amount. In fact we are ready to settle the issue by paying a sum of Rs. 10, 000/- (rupees ten thousand only) towards full and final settlement. But Mr. Milind has said that it is not possible for anybody to bring the amt to 10, 000/- Rs. Sir we know that we had utilized the money of credit card limit of 15000/- and we had made payments also over the period. and we had faced lot of hardship and mental haressment from your other recovery agencies and we had filed FIR also in the powai police station of the rude behaviour and abusive languages used by your agency personals. Sir yesterdqay during my talk with Mr. Milind i had specifically told him that it is not possible for me to pay more than 10, 000/- Rs. and kindly fix up an appointment with you and your seniors on this issue on saturday, 20th Septemeber, 2014 at any suitable given time by you people. Irrespective of the same today he has started calling my wife Mrs. L. K. Iyer on her landline and insisting us to pay Rs. 22, 930/- and causing undue hardship for her in her working premises and causing tension to her mentally which is affecting her health.
