Company is not allowing me to access my accounts. I tried all ways to unlock my account 1. When to bank - updated each and every information and they said everything is fine 2. Tried to send my password to home - They never send it 3. Tried to reset online - Getting errors saying credentials are wrong. 4. when tried to reach their phone banking - No one answers. Tried three time with a wait of an hour.

    ICICI Master card no: [protected] valid from 03.11 exp on 09.17 I was booked IXL Maths web site for one month on 29.09.14 for Rs 599 throgh ICICI Card as mentioned above. But on 30.10.14 again Rs 599 was deducted without my interest. I enquired IXL maths website regarding this, they replied that the site subscription renewed automatically. But how can it possible without my approach and with out entry one time password Rs 599 automatically deducted. please verify is it possible with out card holder approach money deduct from credit card and is it not required one time password to be entered before a transaction has to be happened. so please see in this regard

      Hi, I've applied for a credit card two weeks ago. Till date, I can't check the application status online. Neither the bank representative contacted me again however, I received many call for verification earlier. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application. This is the worst service I ever received from any private bank. If you cant help the customer Please direct say no.. don't make fun of it.       and today is 31 OCT more than 15 days.

        Few minutes before after I complaint above issue, I got call from [protected]. He introduce himself Omprakesh Shadu from ICICI bank. He told this is regarding your complaint about 128.85. He was asking my Debit card number. I gave card number, after that he told me to confirm expiry date. I suspect him so I ask him to tell my expiry date so that I can confirm it. After that I ask him directly From which brand are you calling from. Immediately he hang up the phone.

        I am RAJPAL YADAV, I never activated and used any Demat account till now, there was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I never expected this type of rubbish thing done by ICICI like reputed bank.

        ICICI Bank is really doing stupid stuff. I don't know what bank need from customer ???, They think all customers are , and we make them fool easily, nothing else. I never suggested any one to do transaction or business with this type of bank.

          My ICICI Bank account no. is[protected]. During my monthly bank statement i found that unnecessarily DP CHGS are deducted from my account. Tried to contact ICICI helpline no. But they are providing very poor service. No. Was not reachable. Also mailed at ICICI help desk but no single revert. I am feeling help less!! ICICI Bank is doing Fraud work!!               My saving account has been deducted b a sum of 674.16 for DP charges. I have never used any Demat account services from this bank, there is no Demat account linked to my saving account. Without communicating on what basis this bank has charged the amount for the services they never rendered.Kindly re -deposit my money back .

                Hello Sir I applied ICICI credit card on 26th September, they took all my original attested documents and till date I have not received credit card and I am getting mail to my personal ID to send mail my official mail id with your employee ID everyday. On the other hand I am getting call from Dehli from this number [protected] saying "you have short listed for Money Saver card and we dispatched your card to your company address and to collect this card you need to tell your 16Digit credit card number and expire date". and the department company they are calling is from GVC !!! And this card they are giving to all who are using VISA and MASTER card Please take necessary action regarding the same. Thanks & Regards Jitendra [protected]

                  I am not an ICICI customer, however I'm being contacted repeatedly for a debt for my wife's sister. I am not in anyway connected to this loan, nor were my details provided as a reference. The calls are being made to my office board line, as many as 10 calls a day. The caller is extremely rude to the receptionist. As a result I have been issued a warning letter from the management. I need to know what legal action can I take against the bank. Its a mental torture, a total embarassment for me even though I'm nowhere liable for it.

                        Hi Team, I was associated with the company with more than 5 yes and was proud and happy to be...and in my tough time I had taken the loan on my salary with the account ending 8721...and the amount I paid in to the account with all the late payment and all the charges exceded the amount I took the loan.. And at last I had a settlement done with the amount of 2500.00 in the month 17 march 2011 for the total of Rs 3456.85 and gave a request for OD account close in AS Rao Nagar Br..hyd and left the bank. But the issue started for the amt 956.85 left in the account and the account was not closed...and the outstanding payment went to Rs 25, 114.78 as on date 10.10.2014...which includes the late payment charges for 552.50 * 43 times and all other charges.. So I had not even received any call from the bank as per the issue...on my mobile [protected]...registered and how come bank do with the people who served to the company I want to have the issue sorted as I am not in a position to pay Rs 25, 114.78...                               On the 20th of this month i was booking a ticket for my brother for the Kolkata-Ahmedabad Sector on www.goindigo.in through ICICI Netbanking (A/C No.[protected]. Everything was going fine until i got an error after the payment of Rs 4, 522 was made. The ticket was not booked. Even after 9 days i haven't got my money refunded in my account. I called the Customer Care of both ICICI Bank and Indigo Airlines. They told me that money will be automatically refunded in 7 days or 5 working days. What do i do now? What is the purpose of blocking the money of a person like me? When will I get back my hard earned money?

                                  am Ravi Kant Ray using ICICI Bank Titanium credit card bearing card no. [protected]. As per my last statement the last due date was 05 October 2014. I paid the total amount on 03 October 2014 through SBI net banking. The same is being reflected in the statement also. But still a Late payment fine of Rs500/- along with service tax has been imposed on me in next statement. I have registered a complaint with customer care but they are not interested in resolving the issue. They are simply telling that as per Bank policy you have to pay the fine or otherwise your credit will spoil. I have been fade up by writing customer care. Every time some new guy is replying in the same voice without understanding the issue. Please look into the matter.

                                    Today I got a message like total payment of 561/- .ICICI bank has issued me a coral credit card saying that no payment for first one year for corporate employees. By the way I didn't receive any PIN from them and I didn't use that card also. So how that bill got generated I really don't know.

                                      yesterday 27/10/2014 at 20:02:26 i transferred a amount of rs 5000.00 to wrong account number. the wrong account number is[protected]. MY NAME: SHARATH KN BRANCH: KAKKANAD KOCHI, KERALA ACCOUNT NUMBER:[protected]. I transferred the amount through ATM in 4th stage T.K LAYOUT. TXN NO:392507... ATM ID STCHA984. I TRANSFERRED AMOUNT THROUGH MY DEBIT CARD AND THE NUMBER IS [protected]. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND DO THE NEED FULL. PLEASE REFUND MY AMOUNT.

                                        I deposited the cheque of rs. 70, 000/- on 12th of this month. I still not received the amount in my acc. On the same day i informed branch that i didn't received the amount but i got ans. that many times SMS comes late but we had deposited the amount. At end of day i again called him for the same response at that time he noticed and inform me the amount is deposited in some ones else account. he also informed me the acc no. u had provide is wrong but the slip i have has correct account no. I tired to contact at call center at various steps of complaints on website but i only get time and the words "We will refund the amount soon" and all false commitments.
