Hi, I did shopping of rs113 on 12th Nov.When I paid using gift card first transaction got failed, but 113 rupee has been debited from account. I sent mail to ICICI bank also but they are not responding. Please look into this and revert back money. My card no is [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am using ICICI bank credit card since 2007 (Approx.). Last year I have made one transaction in Feb-2013 against company ABC (Name changed). One call was received in Aug-13 related to this company / transaction, said that this ABC company was fraud and we had decided to give refund on that behalf. For this refund, you have to just varify. That person have all data related to my card and said he is from ICICI bank, Nariman branch Mumbai. My transaction was done and I lost Rs.7999/-. That person name is Rohit Sharma (Mobile [protected]). Now recently Mr. Ashok Mittal ([protected]) has called up before 10~15 days. saying the same. Due to some technical reason your refund was not done last year. so, please confirm your card detail. The same incident, but now I have not give importance to him. He said I will refund your money by check just confirm detail. I have not confirmed. Just now (dated 15-11-14, time15:16) Mr. Gaurav Verma ([protected]) called from ICICI Nariman Branch, saying I will refund your money. But I have not confirmed. My question is without sharing my card detail to anyone why this details have that persons. They all have my name, card number, address, my birth date even my transaction details also. HOW IS IT AND WHY????? I want the result against this type of all fraudals... Thanks a lot.

    Thanks for your reply. I have never share my details with anyone though the persons are knowing my all details.


    Just today's incident I want to share with you.

    Date:20-Nov-2014, Time 13:43. call from ICICI nariman branch (As said).

    Calling by Ms. Sangita, she said her employee number also (emp. no. - ICICI002354), mobile number is [protected].

    Subject : She said ICICIbank has upgrade your credit card, for delivery of the same just confirm your existing card details. Even she has sent one OTP password sms to my mobile number and sender from VM-ICICIB. I have not share my CVV number and said I am not interested to upgrade my card, in spite of that she is continuously asking why you don't want?????

    After a long discussion and strict talk she has put off her phone.


    After this incident, I have raise complaint on ICICI customer care and number is SR[protected]Call executive is Ms. Bhargevi).


    I just want to know how the fraud is knowing all my personal details and saying to upgrade your card.

    Earlier from Delhi also, same calls from[protected]dated 17.11.2014) saying that your card is upgraded and will courier by next 10 days.


    Today I have checked with ICICI customer care, executive said there is no any upgradation...!!!

    Awaiting your reply...This case is a very serious...From last 20 days, this type of 4th call saying for card upgradation.

              Hi, I had dropped a cheque to my ICICI account at one of the Mumbai branches for a SUM of 4 LACS along with another one for 13 LACS on the same day (Monday 3rd November 2014) . While the cheque for 13 lacs has been credited into my account. The one for 4 lacs has been debited from Dena Bank on 6th November'2014 but has not yet been credited into my Savings Account. I am in South Africa (Durban) and would like to get a response from you about the same.                   My name is nilesh anand, I am at USA so was using the debit card from icici bank here when needed. this card was stoped working about 2 month bank.when contacted to customer care they gave reason that they assumed there was card was misused by some one else so deactivated it permanently and a new card with pin will be send on the given postal address of india. Now its 2 month and no card was send on the address and when contacted local icici bank they say card is on transit from mumbai. Can any one help me in it?

                        Dated:-10/11/2014 Sir, I RICKY PARRIS a ICICI bANK a/c holder . On Friday I received a call from Priyanshu cell no [protected] at 1.02 pm saying that they are from ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD DEPT saying that they are going to issue new cards inplace of the old cards, so they want to verify with the customer. I asked them how can I believe that they are from ICICI BANK so they said take my Emp no which also wrong & after our verification you will get message from the bank, so I believed and gave all the details like CREDIT CARD NO, DATE OF ISSUE, DATE OF EXPIRY & THE NO. BEHIND THE CARD, I got a message also which they asked me that was ONE TIME PASSWORD. After the call was over I got a message from Bank about transaction made for the bill payment of Airtel bill amount was Rs.4, 950/- I was shocked how it had happened. I blocked the card &I visited the branch & the manager told me to give complaint. And I had gone to Police station also they are not ready to take my FIR they say that they need one letter from the bank then they can take my FIR Please help to trace the Airtel no for which the transaction has been done because it will be difficult for me to pay the amount for which I have not used.                         Did ICICI resolve your issue? was the transaction reversed. ICIC didnt do anything, i presume as the number [protected] is still active and is busy in scamming people. trust ICICI would have taken this seriously as after all we are talking here about our hard earned money. But it doesnt make any difference to the banks as they only mean to play with money, doesnt matter if it gets routed through a scamster.

ICIC didnt do anything, i presume as the number [protected] is still active and is busy in scamming people. trust ICICI would have taken this seriously as after all we are talking here about our hard earned money.                             Ref: ICICI Home loan account # 2095288; Loan # LBDEL[protected]. In August 2014, I paid off my ICICI loan (taken in[protected] and now when I am asking for the original papers, the bank officials are saying that they never took it from me and cant find it. The bank is asking me to furnish an acknowledgement letter of bank having received the papers. This is absolutely unfair. A bank keeps the original papers as security when issuing a loan.                               I applied for ICICI Bank Credit card, after getting an offer from ICICI BANK itself. Documents were collected on dt. 24.10.2014, and physical verification done within next three four days. Thereafter I am trying to get the status of my application by sending sms to the specified number as mentioned in my application acknowledgement. However I am just getting this sms- thanks for applying... No mention of acceptance or rejection. It's quite a surprise that me being a ICICI bank salary account holder for last three years without any trouble, I am complaining against ICICI. Another thing, same time around I applied for HDFC credit card too, for which documents were collected on dt. 25.10.14, and not ONLY MY APPLICATION WAS ACCEPTED I RECEIVED MY CARD TOO ON dt. 6.11.14. I don't know the reason for such poor service from ICICI, but if they are looking for any reason for rejecting my application to tell you my cibil score last checked by me on dt. 18.10.14 is way above 750+..                               I am certainly going to end my relationship with ICICI. friends in place of ICICI credit card go for HDFC, at least on same terms they have better customer service. my personal experience their customer care responds very promptly to even emails.

                              Thanks ICICI you have already rejected my application which by your customer care call was pre-approved. Luckily I applied for two more banks and they both approved my application. So officially closing my complaint here with ADVICE NEVER APPLY FOR ICICI CREDIT CARD GO FOR HDFC THEY APPROVED AND SENT ME IN 13 DAYS AND SBI TOOK 23 DAYS EXACT.

                                Hi, My name is Koteswar and i've been receiving bank account status details on my mobile phone number on an again from ICICI bank. I have never engaged with ICICI bank in my life and would like to stop this nuicance SMS alerts for ever. I've been receiving the SMS alerts for the past 1 year. I took my number as post paid number [protected]. Now i changed it to Prepaid.. Please stop alert of balance details of ICICI bank to mobile..

                                  I write this letter in state of shock and anger when I saw that my DDA application (ref: DDA0100099, DDA ref: 6250099) is still not showing in spite of Loan approval and payment of Interest amount online. It’s showing an error of “No Data Found”. The data of the applicant has not been supplied by ICICI Bank to the DDA. Now when the draw date is tomorrow, what am I supposed to do as a customer? Kindly update me the status asap and I want to know that who is responsible for this lapse? This is surely not the way ICICI is known to treat its customers. We had pinned up hopes on this DDA draw. Now this has become useless as my name itself has not come up for the draw despite completing the process last month.When you have not send the application to DDA then there is no question of taking interest amount for which they have not provided the loan, since application was not send to DDA !!!

                                    this is to inform you that i have a corporate salary account number[protected] which i
                                    have been using for past 2years .and as per my previous mail regarding icici
                                    credit card dues i have requested for a settlement of this account in the month of june but from that day till september nobody called me and my dues goes fromRs28000 to 35 000 and after giving a mail request
                                    for the stopage of credit card and settleing the account, they have only blocked the card but they are not settleing the account On dated 31st october i got a call from the agent named sachin and he told that my setlement procedure has already started as per telephonic conversation with Mr Sachin and the letter has been dispatch from the bank.

                                    On 31st october morning Mr Sachin called me am he told me to pay Rs 5000 as a first installment

                                    and i have agreed to pay that amount so that bank can go forward with with my
                                    settlement procedure.and the settlement amount wasRs 26100 with a breakup of Rs
                                    5000 in 5 months.and the letter of my settlement will come at my house as it is already despatched from bank.


                                    But on 31st october
                                    2.30 pm my salary amount of Rs 30, 000 was credited in my account, but i received an sms of -Rs -11.000 still to be credited in my account and my account is temporarily blocked by the bank .


                                    Sir i just want to know that if my settlement procedure has already started as per Mr sachin then
                                    why my account is blocked ?.


                                    On today morning i went to icici branch and talked to Mr Dev Srivastava the collection officer, and he told that bank has declined my settlement proposal as i have a salary account and more than Rs30000 rupees gets credited every month.


                                    I just want to know that i am liable to pay my dues to bank, but because i have a salary account
                                    which gets credited regularly by my organisation i am not liable to pay all those wrongly charged dues which the bank will think good for them.

                                    Sir on june 2014 in have told to close the card and take the payment in full with interest to bank
                                    but till date it is not settled and because of my salary account they will not
                                    settle .so because of bank lack of follow up i will not pay more Rs 15000 extra, and i want to settle my account .so kindly provide me the suggestion .Hoping

                                      Hi, I am holding a credit card of ICICI BANK which I got before 3 months back. In addition I have not received any of the pin to use it without which it not of my use. I have tried to call customer care but there was no response on the same. Then I have made a request of call back. It's been 2 months but I have not received even a single call for the same. Its really pathetic response from ICICI Bank which was unexpected. I I am holding cards from other banks as well but never faced such kind of problem. I want to use this card tomorrow early in the morning but not Having any pin for the same. Kindly arrange for the call back so that i can get pin to use it otherwise I will have to close this card by tomorrow due to no response by the bank with the non satisfactory reason.
