I am Hemant Kumar having icici credit card no. [protected] (Coral) has been fraudulent by a facebook site (hone income flow) for deduction of money from my credit card without my authorisation. They deduct around USD 157 from my credit card. You are requested to kindly cancel this transaction as have never authorise for the same. The details of credit card is given below no.       I have submitted the documents to open current account with your Erode branch. Submitted the requested documents 10days back. Till now the account not opened and there is no update on that even repeated phone calls. Also i have personnaly visited the branch and escalate the status. He accept the delay from your side and committed to complete the process before today evening. Today morning i called your sales person, Sales manager and Branch managere also. Till this second no one from branch called for update and not even know whether my documents are correct or not. This is the very worst experience from your Erode branch and wont expect this kind of poor response from an leading banker. Kindly revert back.

          Dear Branch Head. I want to complaint against my last service request SR[protected]. I have done one ATM withdrawal transaction from Union Bank ATM using ICICI debit card on 3rd Oct2014. The transaction amount was INR 2000, but the machine dispensed me only INR 1600. ( 500 – 2 note, 100- 6 notes) My account shows deduction of INR 2000. I have called number of times to customer care for INR 400 refund but still I have not received. I will lodge a FIR complaint against this fraud which has happened to me. I was not expecting such fraud thing can happen with me. I would request you please take up this issue with higher authority. This behavior is not acceptable from ICICI bank.

              I am Nikhil kumar makkar working as a cx professionals. I have a Salary account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is one debit transaction '57319742 DP CHGS TILL SEP-14---- INR 590.18'. When I created the salary account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is [protected] . This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back.please provide urgent resolution. Thanks.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I am having 3 accounts in your Bank and trying to close my two accounts and 1 demat account since 4th August, I had to open these accounts due to Employers formalities. Kindly close my below accounts (which is not in use) as I am not able to maintain MAB in my accounts. It is also inform you that the Demat charges which is not using by me has been deducted from my Account No. 2. I have visited three times to your Bank to close the below accounts but staff has told me that first you need to close the demat account then only we can close the accounts, I had clear all dues of Demat accounts and then again I applied for closing but it could not be close. I have applied to close my accounts in Pune, Magarpatta Branch and after 15 days in Gwalior Branch but no one has closed the same and it has passed approx 1 months from now.                 It is very easily to open accounts in ICICI, but it is impossible to close it. They will not close it whatever you do.

                    Hi Sir, I have received a Coral credit card Card Number[protected]***2 . The agent confirmed me that its a life time free card and there wont be any charges since I m holding a personal loan with ICICI Bank. Also informed me that my credit limit is 2 lakhs. But after receiving the card I understood that all charges are applicable for this card. When I checked this with customer care team, he put my call on hold for more than 30 mins. I dint use this card at all. I dont want this card. Please let me know what needs to be done.

                          Company is not allowing me to access my accounts. I tried all ways to unlock my account 1. When to bank - updated each and every information and they said everything is fine 2. Tried to send my password to home - They never send it 3. Tried to reset online - Getting errors saying credentials are wrong. 4. when tried to reach their phone banking - No one answers. Tried three time with a wait of an hour.

                            ICICI Master card no: [protected] valid from 03.11 exp on 09.17 I was booked IXL Maths web site for one month on 29.09.14 for Rs 599 throgh ICICI Card as mentioned above. But on 30.10.14 again Rs 599 was deducted without my interest. I enquired IXL maths website regarding this, they replied that the site subscription renewed automatically. But how can it possible without my approach and with out entry one time password Rs 599 automatically deducted. please verify is it possible with out card holder approach money deduct from credit card and is it not required one time password to be entered before a transaction has to be happened. so please see in this regard

Neither the bank representative contacted me again however, I received many call for verification earlier. Can somebody let me know about the status of my application.                                 Few minutes before after I complaint above issue, I got call from [protected]. He introduce himself Omprakesh Shadu from ICICI bank. He told this is regarding your complaint about 128.85. He was asking my Debit card number. I gave card number, after that he told me to confirm expiry date. I suspect him so I ask him to tell my expiry date so that I can confirm it. After that I ask him directly From which brand are you calling from. Immediately he hang up the phone.

                                I am RAJPAL YADAV, I never activated and used any Demat account till now, there was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I never expected this type of rubbish thing done by ICICI like reputed bank.

                                ICICI Bank is really doing stupid stuff. I don't know what bank need from customer ???, They think all customers are , and we make them fool easily, nothing else. I never suggested any one to do transaction or business with this type of bank.

Tried to contact ICICI helpline no. But they are providing very poor service. No. Was not reachable. Also mailed at ICICI help desk but no single revert. I am feeling help less!!                                       My saving account has been deducted b a sum of 674.16 for DP charges. I have never used any Demat account services from this bank, there is no Demat account linked to my saving account. Without communicating on what basis this bank has charged the amount for the services they never rendered.Kindly re -deposit my money back .

                                        Hello Sir I applied ICICI credit card on 26th September, they took all my original attested documents and till date I have not received credit card and I am getting mail to my personal ID to send mail my official mail id with your employee ID everyday. On the other hand I am getting call from Dehli from this number [protected] saying "you have short listed for Money Saver card and we dispatched your card to your company address and to collect this card you need to tell your 16Digit credit card number and expire date". and the department company they are calling is from GVC !!! And this card they are giving to all who are using VISA and MASTER card Please take necessary action regarding the same. Thanks & Regards Jitendra [protected]
