I am calling from my registered mobile no. which is [protected] (i get my transaction details on this no.) but still IVR system is saying please call from your registered phone no. to proceed further. Please help me get my card unblock asap.

    My account is with ICICI GGN Sec-14 Branch.I have opened account with Quarterly Avg Balance(QAB) scheme.In between bank has changed the scheme to Monthaly Avg Balance(MAB) without notice to us and also they have started deducting amount from account.We have noticed recently that same amount is getting deducted from my account every month then I have called to customer care then they have informed that it is MAB.I have discussed with customer care executive then he told us to revert the amount but it is not done. We have written mail also to customer care they are not doing any thing and saying pls visit branch and it is upto branch to do or not. What is our fault that we believed ICICI for everything.If it was known to us that our ac is MAB then surely we could have maintained minimum balance or close account because every month around Rs. 280 were deducting from our account.       My name is Abdul Majid Mohammed and I am holding ICICI bank account since 2011. And recently I noticed 5 deductions titled POSDEC POSDEC CHG/17-10-14/1071/25ST3. This in unacceptable and unethical to deduct money if I had no balance at that time.

        Hi, While I viewed my ICICI credit card statement for current month, I saw that I have charged Rs. 100 as fees for Duplicate statement of credit card and above that there was service charge of Rs. 12.36 for this. Moreover, this was charged twice in the same month. This transaction in statement was suspicious to me, hence I dropped a mail to ICICI([protected]@icicibank.com, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com) on 15th Nov, 2014 describing that charges are irrelevant. Hence, I received a reply from ICICI on 18th Nov, 2014 saying that charges cant be reversed as they have been charged against request for physical statement. This thing went over my head since, first I never requested for statement and neither I received any and secondly how can the charges for physical statement be charged twice in a month. Hence I asked for more details on 18th Nov itself. Following this, I received a reply from ICICI on 19th Nov, 2014 saying that they acknowledge that I never requested for physical statement but still it has been charged twice and they informed that they will revert those. Hence, now my point is not about reversal of charges but how fair it is to charge someone unnecessarily? And moreover, someone from ICICI still defends that charges are valid and when we again take the matter ahead they accept their fault. So, I have these queries: 1). Why was I charged unnecessarily and how fair it is yo charge someone unnecessarily? 2). Why wasn't the ICICI records updated? Or the person who replied initially was trying to fool me? I need clear explanation for these and I would request consumer forum to step into the matter to bring some transparency in these things, as if i would not have looked deeply in my statement then probably I would have ended up paying some charges which I am not liable to pay.             Hi, I am having bank salary account zero Balance 1/08/2009 in ICICI Kanpur branch my account number is[protected] My contact number is: [protected]. Now I am living in Mumbai. My account has been debited by SMAB charges many times (393.26 each time) since jun 2014. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong. I contacted customer care & they suggested me to visit nearest branch & your money will be back in your account. So I had visited ICICI Branch (LBS Marg Mulund) where I got worst testament from Manager. he was in no mood to listen & said there is no option rather than to visit my home branch Mumbai.                 I have recently moved to Viman Nagar, Pune and my company offered me to open a Salary account with ICICI bank. The agent has visited the office thrice and I have discussed with him the documents I can provide. Everytime he has changed telling me that this document is not accepted anymore, we have changed the policy recently. I offered to provide telephone bill, Electricity bill even my 3 months bank statement with stamps on it and he wouldn't accept anything. My passport has a address which was a temporary one, I don't even live in that city anymore. How am I suppose to provide any other proof when I don't have any. I have a permanent address where my family lives and my passport mentions my parents names. I have a pan card with my photo on it and still these documents aren't enough. I am really disappointed with the behaviour of the agent, none of the other bank agents have behaved this way with me when I had to open an account with them. More than 25 people in my company has a salary account with ICICI and only I can't have one because the electricity bill is not a good enough address proof. This has put me off from ever engaging in any kind of relation with this bank. Thank you ICICI!

                    Dear Sir, I having a ICICI savings bank account and its account no is[protected] at Tamluk branch, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal. I got a house building loan from LICFL at kolkata and its account no is[protected] and want to ECS with above mentioned bank and branch for 240 month, date of effect every 10th of the month. According to the ECS LIC housing give me a form to veryfing from ICICI bank on may 2014, after completed the all necessary processing with ICICI Bank I submitted that form to LIC Housing at kolkata branch. Accordingly LIC Housing link with ICICI Bank for ECS of Rs. 12568 as well as hit on 10th June 2014 to the said bank but it was bounce due to non activated from ICICI Bank and loss of Rs. 300 as late fine fees. Then after, continuously I talk to ICICI custromer care as well as ICICI Bank branch maneger but no solution taken from their end. Now, upto date I loss the total amount of Rs. 1800 from june 2014 as late fine of LICHF as well as harassing so much regarding to this. I want to got the same amount due to negligence of the ICICI bank.

                      Hai, I am having bank account in ICICI Padiyanallur branch from May 2004 and My account number is[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by (19/11/2014 )MABChgs-Oct14+STax 393.26, (28/10/2014) MABChgs-Sep14+STax 301.13 I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Almost 10 years i have used icici bank. Kindly do the needful.

                        Dear Team I had applied for the ICICI Credit card and submitted my all documents i.e. bank statement, voter id on 25th Oct ’14 with the application number N[protected] but till now I have not received the Credit card . It’s very difficult for me to call every time to call centre and explained them each and everything .I stay alone with my old Grandfather .I have to take care of all the household work and other responsibilities. Finally I gave a call to your customer care department and there again I faced problems giving all the details and finally the person informed me that it will take another Fifteen days days. So I waited again but I didn’t receive anything. I finally decided to meet the supervisor and he told me to fill in a fresh form as there had been a confusion. I had been a customer of Citibank bank from past 5 years in Delhi city and I never faced any kind of issue with them and I also called your bank executive who has collected the documents by the number [protected], she don’t have courtesy to reply . It is really disappointing that the banks take so long to give credit card .I request you to look into the matter and have Credit card issued soon.                           One of agent( Gulshan Shing) come to me and ask me for credit card and gave me offer for no joining fee on coral card as per him there is a offer is going on. So applied for the card. And now you have charged for joining fee. Why so due to that my credit card showing over limit and for that you also charged me . Please look into this.

                            on 15/11/2014 from my acc([protected]) 393.26 rs under some SMAB CHGS has been deducted. Without any reason amount has been deducted that day i needed to fill up a very important form but i couldn't able to do that, because o[censored]r pathetic service.Now my question is can i get my money back or not? of course u wont be able to compensate my loss due to failure in my work, but at least u can give my money back, OR I SHUD DO OTHER THING(go to CONSUMER COURT)

                              This is a complaint against ICICI Bank Ltd, Rajlok branch Meerut for the inefficient/poor services rendered by their official/personnel Mr. Mudit Bajpai, Mr. Ankit Aggarwal, Mr. Manish Prakash, Mr. Pranav Tiwari. The bank has levied exorbitant charges of the tune of Rs. 25000 and that too 4 times in our account for the same reason of non submittance of documents whereas we have been constantly liasoning with these officials regarding the same by emails and personal calls. What we have been given up until now is assurance to reverse the charges which has not happened till date. Rather they including the Head office, have turned a deaf ear to our complaints after repeated reminders by email and calls made to them. Not only this, they are deliberately delaying the execution of our Export Bank Realisation Certificates and other related documents. we would have gladly closed our account and would also like to Sue the bank in consumer and other Civil courts for damages and losses suffered by the company due to negligence and poor service on the part of the bank, but the issue of documentation still remains unresolved. We request you to pls look into this matter and take necessary action so that Banks like ICICI dont take consumers for a ride to the extent that our basic rights have been violated including humiliation of our staff members due to Rude/uncourteous behaviour

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction on 27/09/2014 '48637709 DP CHGS TILL AUG-14'---- INR 561.80'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                    Hai, I am having bank account in ICICI Tirunelveli branch from july 2012 and My account number is[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 393.26, SMAB Chgs-Feb14+Stax 43.26 393.26, SMAB Chgs-Mar14+Stax 43.26 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

                                      Hi Team, I placed an order online with my ICICI Credit card for Provogue on 30th Oct'14 however my order was never confirmed. Mailed the provogue Customer Care more than 2times, haven't received any acknowledgement or response from them. As per Citrus (3rd party for Provogue) the transaction is clear from their end. Pls. find below the confirmation from Citrus. "We wish to inform you that, the referred transaction CTX[protected] is successful from our end. With regards to any query regarding order status, Deliveries & refunds please contact merchant" As per ICICI customer care the transaction on id - 160104 had been sucessful. Email Address used for booking: [protected]@gmail.com Mode of Payment : ICICI Credit Card Date of Booking:[protected] Status of Booking : NO Order Confirmation received till date Request to help resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks!
