Less amount dispence from ICICI ATM

Dear Sir/Madam, I have withdrawal an of Rs.9000 from ICICI atm at Mini market kalkaji DDA Flats ATM Id (STCH8536) on dated 12th Oct at 13.37 pm but I cash dispense only Rs. 8500 and Rs.500 less as wife is my proof with me at the time of withdrawal and even you check the camera videos also for more clarification. Cheating under the name of Credit Card Upgrade

Abusive language used by employees.

The language was so worse that it is not suitable for such a big organization.
