    I received a fake Rs 500 note from ICICI atm on Tuesday 4th November 2014 .
    The ATM machine is located in Whitefield, Immadihalli road in Bangalore. landmark near Vinayaka Layout.

    Atm machine id is 8468.

      From my ICICI Credit Card, had bought an object costing Rs 8400/-and I got to know the same from the monthly statement of the bank. I reported the same at the Lake Town Branch (Kolkata). They blocked my card & suggested to report to Police Station regarding this fraud case. I didi the same & lodged a G.D. Still I am getting the monthly Statement with enhanced amount of interest. Recently I called up Customer Care & they told they won't be able to help me without a FIR. Now the Lake Town Police Station is not taking the FIR.

          Dear Sir, 1. Refer to Service Request no.[protected] regarding discrepancy in dispensing of amount through ICICI ATM on 04 Nov 14. 2. This is to bring to your kind notice that while withdrawing money from ICICI ATM at Gopinath Branch, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi - 110010 on 04 Nov 14 at approx 1130h, INR 40, 000.00 (Rupees forty thousand only) was shown as debited from my account in mini statement but the amount was not physically dispensed from the ATM. 3. I had initially entered INR 20, 000.00 for withdrawal, but the ATM machine indicated on screen that "Unable to process amount as the limit has exceeded". Then I pressed 'CANCEL' button and the initial page of the screen appeared but no slip of cancelled transaction was generated. I re-entered the password and entered INR 20, 000.00. This time again the same message appeared and I pressed the 'CANCEL' button again. Next, I tried with INR 10, 000.00 which was successful. Post all these transaction I generated mini statement where it indicated two transactions i.e. one 40, 000.00 and another 10, 000.00. 4. I lodged the complaint at ICICI customer care, ICICI website and at ICICI branch, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cantt for video footage on 04 Nov and 07 Nov 14 respectively. Till now I have not got any satisfactory reply neither my amount. 5. It is requested that kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. I will be very grateful to you.             I am having ICICI Bank Saving Account since 2007 and due to my job work, I travelled to US. When ever I am tyring to make a transaction, it is requesting OTP and called customer service.I had called customer service in USA and they said they can't able to generate and contact resident customer service. I had contacted them and they told, they are unable to do through online/phone as I have to visit one of the branch in India. How it is really feasible to visit branch in India to update my contact details. I am wondering, where are we living and how these banks exists with out basic customer needs.

              Dear Team, I am an ex- employee of ICICI BANK LTD, joined in nov 2011 po batch from ICICI MANIPAL ACADEMY. My EMP ID:236221. The management have asked me to resign from the job as was Rated 4 for FY 2013-14. I have paid my loan amount of Rs150000, as i was having a bond period of 5 yrs. I have resigned and got releived on[protected]. But till today, I have not recieved my releiving cum experience certificate from the organisation. Upon enquiry with the settlement team amd my hr manager miss.Vinethra sivaraman, it was found that My reporting authority has not approved my final sign off and Charge Taking Certificate was on pending status, which should be approved by the reporting authority cum Branch Manager Mr. Prasad Ramakrishnan EMP ID:259103 from Devakottai branch sol 6054. This is purely his irresponsibility in not performing the tasks at work station. Due to his Irresponsible behaviour and deeds I havent got a job till today ie,[protected] because I havent recieved my Releiving cum experience certificate. this loss is due to my reporting authority Emp:259103 Prasad Ramakrishnan. Kindly take necessary actions and plz help me in getting my relieving certificate otherwise I am going to file a case against the Bank.                     Hi, I would like to inform you that i had raised an pre-arbitration for the cash withdrawal done on July 5, 2014 of Rs. 500.00 vide the transaction id 476 at Union Bank of India, disputed by me. However, it has been rejected, confirming the transaction successful. but the transaction was not successful, i didn't get any cash in ma hand. i was asking for CCTV footage as well but they denied they they don't have. i was following with them since July & now its Nov. i hope you can understand ma situation. i hope ill get some help from this site.                       i opened a current account in icici bank nanganalore branch...when we met a person name MUTH KARTHIK he forced us to open account here and kept on calling 200 to 300 calls each n every day...for courtesy we opened account 1 and half month before and till now we haven't received any kit like cheque book debit card or anything... We opened this account for EDC machine benefit but none turned back and none is responding till now we are calling MUTHU KARTHIK he is not receiving my call and we been to branch there also they are telling manager went out manager is in rounds or some reason...The staffs are keen in safe guarding Muthu karthik or manager... we are totally fed up opening a current account in ICICI BANK... current account name : LOOK AT ME contact no. :[protected] / [protected]

                          Hi, I have applied for the ICICI credit card in month of July 2014. After which I never got any reverts from the bank. Then again I got a call from one of the Sales Representative in the month of August who said that there was some issue with the server so the July application got cancelled and you would have to reply and I did the same. After this there was no communication from the bank till September end and meanwhile I was trying to reach the bank representative through customer care online number. And in the month of September when I was able to contact the representative, she said that the second application was rejected because your initial application has been approved and told that they had dispatched it to the mailing address in Madanandapuram; I agreed to them and gave them my official address to re - dispatch it which again got extended till I contacted them through their online complaints section. After that I got a call saying they will dispatch the card to my office address after re confirming but still no result... This only shows the bank is least bother of any request from the customer... I'm the customer of the bank since last 6 years where I have my both Salaried and Loan account with the bank and the experiences with these department were really awesome. I would ask bank to have some control on their credit card department who is making the experiences and relation bad with the bank.

                            Dear sir

                            I camplaind about reliving later than after some time i got call form complain section and they told me rs 20 charg for reliving later because of my ATM online transaction problem I give my friend ATM detail but he deduct rs.988 form my friend account then officer told me this ATM problem in transduction give another ATM detail than i give my another friend ATM detail but that ATM also deduct rs.400. Please give me the details of why amount deduct my friends account and plase refund this amount.

                                  Hi sir/Mam, This is Shyam Sundar Sahoo from Bangalore, i applied for credit card on the date of 26/07/2014, through one ICICI bank Executive named as Joy from Banhalore Circle only...she told me you will get your credit card withen 10 to 15 working days...but after that still 2 month, i didnt receive any single mesaage or information about my credit card...withen that time, i went so many times to ICICI bank to know about my Credit card..But there also, particularly, Bommanahli, bangalore Branch, there is no perfect department to solve the customer query about Credit card..i went to Ground floor, they told, got to 1st floor, again 1st floor executives told to go 3rd floor..But n 3rd floor, we can not enter to office premises..i wait for a long time, aftr that only one soft hearted people came, and asked me about my problem, then i told about all.then he taken that application from to see the status.(Aplication Number-S[protected], And told its in Pending status.then i come back...That day i got to kno, its the very worst customer service what ICICI bank providing to the Peoples...then again n again i called t that executives, everyday she used to give some execuses..it will come, it will come like that...but after one moth i got one message in Mobile, that, Your ICICI credit card undelivered because of Address proof..After that also, am trying to connect to them, but its quite impossible.. Now i want, if credit card is there, then give me, orelse close all things, i dodnt want credit card from you, i will apply somewhere else.                                       Dear ICICI Team, I am being charged for DP charges of Rs. 562 of which I am completely unaware & not ever told, I am surprised from such kind of direct debit which is really affecting my good relationship with ICICI. Please do the needful since such kind of transactions make customers toi loose trust in the bank. I have come to know tha these are D Mat charges however I was not told about that and was told that this is 3 in one accont wherein no d mat charges has to be paid.                                       I have a demat account in ICICI bank and that was linked to my savings account. ICICI bank has automatically deducted the amount of 561.8 from my account without my notice. At the Demat account opening time the ICICI executive have told me that there will be no charges at all( Untill unless u trade that may cost the service tax).I dont understand when there is no charge for the Demat account while opening then why the hell they are charging the when we use it.
                                      I have a ICICI Bank salary account which I had to create as it was required by the company I work with. When I created my account the representatives informed me to take a Demat account along with the bank account as it would be a benefit when I change my account to a Savings account. He told me I could have a 0 balance Savings account if I had a Demat account along with it. I was told it was free and there was no charge for this Demat account.

                                      Today I went to the ATM to withdraw cash and I noticed Rs 607.00 less in my account. I checked through Net Banking and noticed I had a charge with the name "00405231 DP CHGS TILL FEB-15" which withdrew Rs 607.00 from my account. No sms was sent regarding this debit from my account on my registered mobile number.

                                      This is totally unacceptable and I need an explanation.

                                      As i was not aware why ICICI has been deducted 549.41 INR as DP charges..with out any official information.

                                      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 00659752 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 570'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there two debit transaction 56192666 DP CHGS TILL MAY -16 -- INR 224.32 and 56192666 DP CHGS TILL MAY-16- INR 465. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.
