Hi sir/Mam, This is Shyam Sundar Sahoo from Bangalore, i applied for credit card on the date of 26/07/2014, through one ICICI bank Executive named as Joy from Banhalore Circle only...she told me you will get your credit card withen 10 to 15 working days...but after that still 2 month, i didnt receive any single mesaage or information about my credit card...withen that time, i went so many times to ICICI bank to know about my Credit card..But there also, particularly, Bommanahli, bangalore Branch, there is no perfect department to solve the customer query about Credit card..i went to Ground floor, they told, got to 1st floor, again 1st floor executives told to go 3rd floor..But n 3rd floor, we can not enter to office premises..i wait for a long time, aftr that only one soft hearted people came, and asked me about my problem, then i told about all.then he taken that application from to see the status.(Aplication Number-S[protected], And told its in Pending status.then i come back...That day i got to kno, its the very worst customer service what ICICI bank providing to the Peoples...then again n again i called t that executives, everyday she used to give some execuses..it will come, it will come like that...but after one moth i got one message in Mobile, that, Your ICICI credit card undelivered because of Address proof..After that also, am trying to connect to them, but its quite impossible.. Now i want, if credit card is there, then give me, orelse close all things, i dodnt want credit card from you, i will apply somewhere else.       Dear ICICI Team, I am being charged for DP charges of Rs. 562 of which I am completely unaware & not ever told, I am surprised from such kind of direct debit which is really affecting my good relationship with ICICI. Please do the needful since such kind of transactions make customers toi loose trust in the bank. I have come to know tha these are D Mat charges however I was not told about that and was told that this is 3 in one accont wherein no d mat charges has to be paid.       I have a demat account in ICICI bank and that was linked to my savings account. ICICI bank has automatically deducted the amount of 561.8 from my account without my notice. At the Demat account opening time the ICICI executive have told me that there will be no charges at all( Untill unless u trade that may cost the service tax).I dont understand when there is no charge for the Demat account while opening then why the hell they are charging the when we use it.
      I have a ICICI Bank salary account which I had to create as it was required by the company I work with. When I created my account the representatives informed me to take a Demat account along with the bank account as it would be a benefit when I change my account to a Savings account. He told me I could have a 0 balance Savings account if I had a Demat account along with it. I was told it was free and there was no charge for this Demat account.

      Today I went to the ATM to withdraw cash and I noticed Rs 607.00 less in my account. I checked through Net Banking and noticed I had a charge with the name "00405231 DP CHGS TILL FEB-15" which withdrew Rs 607.00 from my account. No sms was sent regarding this debit from my account on my registered mobile number.

      This is totally unacceptable and I need an explanation.

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 00659752 DP CHGS TILL MAY-15'---- INR 570'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]
      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years 4 month now but i do not use demat account and that is inactive. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there two debit transaction 56192666 DP CHGS TILL MAY -16 -- INR 224.32 and 56192666 DP CHGS TILL MAY-16- INR 465. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.           I recently redumpted payment points and at the end of the month they deduct fees for the payback. First is payback is supposed to be rewards and from that rewards icici is deducting a fee. This is wrong secondly they have not mentioned anywehere in rewards section. When i raised a complaint to ICICI then they are saying it is mentioned under debit card section where it is not related and no one would go there and see. Whereas in Payback rewards, they don't mention it, These is not fair

          I frequently visit your valasarawakkamm, chennai showroom and wanted to escalate the issue that for a store owned by an established corporate the ambience was really poor.Airconditioners were switched off, ladies' restroom is pathetic beyond words. We could not shop for long though your collection was good as we felt suffocated.Please look into the matter

            Hi, My account no is[protected] I am a dmat account holder in icici bank, i thought this was supposed to be free.But when i checked out the details of this transaction 47259230 DP CHGS TILL SEP-14, it turned out the dmat account is not free and now even though i have not made any transactions my account has been debited with 561 rs below is the transaction on 29/10/2014 29/10/2014 47259230 DP CHGS TILL SEP-14 561.80 thanks, Kuruvilla.

I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This seems to be big fraud.I need justice and my money back immediately. It is a big amount for us.               I (madan lal) have account in your icici bank manimajra chandigarh branch. on 04.11.2014 at 5:08pm from my account there was three transactions happen but i havn't done these transactions. first transaction was of Rs.25000 .00, 2nd was of Rs. 50000.00 and 3rd one was of Rs.7500.00 . I havn't know how these transactions happen. At noon 1:39pm a person was calling me, then i attend call and they told me that I m calling from icici debit card customer care center, wants to query regarding your debit card no. that we have allotted you last month on your request when i have lost my debit card and sent you a request for issuing me new debit card . But i have refused to share any information with him related to my account.Then he and another person were calling me again and again, they told me that they wants to close my previous complaint that i have done because i havn't receive my debit card at that time, so i have complaint after suggesting customer care person. then i receive my Debit card from bank after delaying few days. Bank regret to me this kind of delay. They told me all these informations, that was between me, bank and customer care centre. Then person told me they want to sure that i have received my debit card.Then i told only my debit card no., after few minutes my balance was deduct as i written above.they have my full address and bank detail so i was sure.Now my Rs.82500.00 has been deducted. calling person no.was[protected]...please Resolve my problem as soon as possible.                   Hi. I placed an order of Brown Watch using ICICI Netbanking on 9-Oct-14. Rs. 299/- has been deducted from my account. The status of my order is still 'Processing'.                         I had made a request to ICICI Bank customer care to reverse the late payment charges wrongfully charged by them on account of payment of my above credit card. The due payment was made on time but because of a spate of long holidays starting from 1st October till 8th October the cheque could not be encashed by the bank. It is surprising to note that the customer care department is not at all caring to understand this practical problem and they have blatantly refused to reverse the late payment charges of Rs. 561.80, levied as per their statement dated 17th October 2014. There upon I have made a special request to the next senior officer to do the needful but I'm sorry to say that till date I have not received any response from them. I'm still looking for a resolution to this problem and hope i will be solved through your esteemed forum. Thanking You, DIPAK NAZ

                              I have submitted the documents to open current account with your Erode branch. Submitted the requested documents 10days back. Till now the account not opened and there is no update on that even repeated phone calls. Also i have personnaly visited the branch and escalate the status. He accept the delay from your side and committed to complete the process before today evening. Today morning i called your sales person, Sales manager and Branch managere also. Till this second no one from branch called for update and not even know whether my documents are correct or not. This is the very worst experience from your Erode branch and wont expect this kind of poor response from an leading banker. Kindly revert back.

                                  Dear Branch Head. I want to complaint against my last service request SR[protected]. I have done one ATM withdrawal transaction from Union Bank ATM using ICICI debit card on 3rd Oct2014. The transaction amount was INR 2000, but the machine dispensed me only INR 1600. ( 500 – 2 note, 100- 6 notes) My account shows deduction of INR 2000. I have called number of times to customer care for INR 400 refund but still I have not received. I will lodge a FIR complaint against this fraud which has happened to me. I was not expecting such fraud thing can happen with me. I would request you please take up this issue with higher authority. This behavior is not acceptable from ICICI bank.

                                      I am Nikhil kumar makkar working as a cx professionals. I have a Salary account in ICICI bank. Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is one debit transaction '57319742 DP CHGS TILL SEP-14---- INR 590.18'. When I created the salary account, I was not told about the DP charges and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is [protected] . This is completely unacceptable and I want my money back.please provide urgent resolution. Thanks.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am having 3 accounts in your Bank and trying to close my two accounts and 1 demat account since 4th August, I had to open these accounts due to Employers formalities. Kindly close my below accounts (which is not in use) as I am not able to maintain MAB in my accounts. It is also inform you that the Demat charges which is not using by me has been deducted from my Account No. 2. I have visited three times to your Bank to close the below accounts but staff has told me that first you need to close the demat account then only we can close the accounts, I had clear all dues of Demat accounts and then again I applied for closing but it could not be close. I have applied to close my accounts in Pune, Magarpatta Branch and after 15 days in Gwalior Branch but no one has closed the same and it has passed approx 1 months from now. Sir/Madam there is no dues pending from my side on below accounts.                                         It is very easily to open accounts in ICICI, but it is impossible to close it. They will not close it whatever you do.
