      I had transferred R. 3500/- to federal bank -Calicut branch on 15 July 2014. The same day, I got the message of successful transfer to the beneficiary Account. But, later I could find that the amount is not credited in the account which I had transferred to. I had Frequent discussion with your customer care as well as ICICI bank located at Yelahanka. A letter was forwarded from ICICI bank yelahanka branch and even I had sent a complaint to ICICI bank NEFT. But, So far the grievance is not yet solved. Kindly do the needful.

        Same Here... I have made a transfer on[protected] of amount Rs. 25000/- through IMPS which is still not credited to Beneficiary account(my Home Loan account with SBI). Because of this my EMI gone overdue and I was charged penalty of 12.5 %. Who will be responsible for this??? I have been constantly followed up with ICICI customer care and everyday I was told that it will be resolved next 24 hours but till date it is unresolved. Also I was given Service Request no: SR[protected] and when followed up again I was told that "it is resolved and request is closed and amount is credited to beneficiary account". But it's not. Then again I was given new service request no. SR[protected] with promise that it will be resolved in next 24 hour. But still the amount is not transferred to beneficiary account. I called many times ICICI bank customer care and written mails, but got no proper reply from them. Request you to kindly help me to reverse my hard earn money back either transfer the money to beneficiary or revert it back to my account.

          Hi Sir, I am following up with the HR person in ICICI bank since last1 month over the Transfer of my Wife who is working with ICICI bank in the Churchgate branch. We are married since 1.5years and living apart since our marriage due to ICICI bank have not giving her posting to Lucknow as she has made the request while training and given Marriage certificate, Medical certificate of In Law. It has really brought worsts in my Marriage life and left my family in deep agony. Please help me to get her transfer to Lucknow and live my married life. Thanks.

              Sailaja from Icici Team called me for applying credit card.

              Once the details are provided she did no call to me.

              whenever i am calling to that no some one is telling sailaja is not here.

              after second time calling no body is lifting the phone.

              I got confirmation from bank your credit card has been dispatched.

              Next week i received one message

              Hi Sir/Madam,

              please collect your order from Wave rock, but my address is mind space hyderabad.

              next day i called to the guy, he also didnot lift the phone .

              after that i got message your card has been returned to the bank .

              please provide the correct address, since address is also provided.

              But i have not received card..

              I received one mail with the Subject: Bank Statement from[protected] to[protected] for XXXXXXXXXX14

              Please check urgently and close the credit card issued to me.

              i am very much disappointed with the service of Icici bank.

                Hi my name is pragya anand having account no[protected]. I had transfered Rs. 360/- on[protected] to merchant through his debit card machine. The amount was debited from my account whereas the slip which comes out from machine shows transaction cancelled. I called up immediately to your Helpine no. They told us that the amount will be credited into your account within 3 days. but after the gap of 5-6 days the amount was not credited into my account, therefore I called up again to Icici helpline no. This time They told us that we have to write email to Icici complaint. I then wrote a complaint to Icici complaint. there I got the complaint no.SR[protected]. but no action has been taken yet nor their Icici compalint status shows anything. take a quick action and do the needful as soon as possible.                   Amount Wrongly Transferred to another PAYEE

                  I am totally frustrated because of the new ICICI application. I transferred 8000 rs to kandasamy(payee name), i already added and transferred many times before to kandasamy. But this time amount transferred to Kuppusamy(i dont know who is that), but still i am seeing payee name as kandamay-(12 digit of kuppusamy account number). How is this possible in ICICI. I have to bank asked about the reversal and complaint but bank peoples saying this...

                  Hi, I have applied for a credit card in ICICI on 27/06/2014, but till date yet to get any confirmation from the bank side and also when i call the executive she states to go to the branch and can any one say what is the status of the application.                     myself swapnil sonawdekar.one month ago i had gone to icici fort branch to apply for credit card. i had given my all banking details what advisers had asked for . i was already cleared that i just want to get credit card, adviseres told me to open bank account in icici then only i can get credit card, so did i. after opening account after one month now advisers are telling me sir you cant get credit card because your salary is not eligible for it.. both advisers traped me to open bank account. they spoke lie to me they hide information from me just to improve their customer ranking. is is what the status of icici bank? how can person will keep trust on icici if advisers are cheating like this? i want answer...my mobile number is [protected] fort icici branch advisers name : bhanudas and sameer

                      sir money from my account is deducted for some ATMDEC CHG, that too 5 times in a row at same date i.e 06/08/14 total amount that is deducted is 140.45, and the worst part was that i was in dire need of money when this happened, no alert was sent on my phone no or on my email, this is very bad on behalf of icici bank, can some one please suggest what legal action i can take in this regard, as i faced some serious problem due to this deduction, abhisheikh parihar acc no[protected] [protected]@gmail.com ph [protected]

                        I received a marketing call today from ICICI customer care. The customer care professional was very rude and talking rudely as I dint like his health insurance plan. This is a not a professional way to talk, His name was Manish Sharma from Insurance department Mumbai. I am not happy with way he talked to me on phone.

                          After submission of all the required documents, its 1 month passed my account has not yet opened.
                          Two executives of your bank playing the game as they are from different branches, 1 has taken form with address proof and 1 has taken id proof but both are behaving as they are strangers.

                          Now i am suffering as its not done yet.

                            As bank cut my balance on regular basis, after requesting for change the plan. I submit my land proof for change the address but they refuse. But in case of new account all these proofs has been OK. So kindly help me. I am not able to receive my bank statement because of change my address and they cut Rs.500/- per month on regular basis.

                              Not yet received the KIT for newly opened Salary Account

                              I have opened a salary account on 16-17 days back in the month of JULY . I have got the account no as[protected] via SMS . ICICI bank employee had told that I will receive my KIT within 7 days but 15 days passed till now I have not received anything. They asked me to update the Account Number in my company as my salary account but without any net banking details or debit what will I do with this. I need my debit card, net banking...

                              Hello Team, I tried to transfer 30, 000 to my brother SBI account (Account Number :[protected]. When
                              i tried transfer through mobile bankings 3 times end up with error.
                              when i tried 4th time it shows no balances and then checked my mini
                              balance observed
                              that 3 times got transferd.Please refer transcation number.Also can be verified in below attachementBIL/[protected]/Payment ThroughSMS/[protected] BIL/[protected]/Payment ThroughSMS/[protected]

                              brother to transfer 60, 000 back to me. He did transfer 2 times of
                              30, 000. Please refer transcation number.Also can be verified in below

                              late and thought this as a duplicate transcation and send letter to SBI

                                  Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI Bank at Tonk Road, Jaipur branch and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice. 02/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-Apr14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 30/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-May14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 06/08/2014 SMAB Chgs-Jun14+Stax 43.26 Dr. 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no e-mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
