Last few days, I've been getting frequent calls from a particular no.of series which is "9156" saying that a credit card has been approved on the basis of your current company. Every time a new person is making calls. It is really harrasing. Please tell me whether ICICI bank has appointed such persons to make calls & what should i do to get rid of these calls.

    I have an account with ICICI Bank Bathinda since 2002. I am using its Net banking and debit card in my name that is Sanjay Bhatnagar. Now due to KYC I am not able made transactions online. I have gone to ICICI Civil Lines branch in Bathinda. They have not attended me at all. They not only refused to help me in this regards but also refrain them selves from providing their names even. They flatly told me that the KYC is to be submitted in the branch where your account is. I asked that on the site it is mentioned that it can be submitted any where. to which they handed over me the papers to me and asked me to do what ever I like, I asked their manager but he aslo treated me on the same lines I am an associate professor at State Govt Engg college and does not expected such a bad experience. I am a holder of Previlage customer International Debit Card. But after this I wish to just close my account with ICICI. This is a letter just before the harsh step. It is worth mentioning here that I stood by the bank when it came to closure and every one else had withdrawn the amount. Even then the bank recognised the act and benefited such customers. Now I felt very bad at the bank premises and submitting the facts.

      My friend had deposited cash of Rs.21, 000 to my account through ICICI bank counter. However, Instead of money getting deposited in my account, the same amount of Rs.21, 000 had taken out from my account. When I got SMS on Money debit, I had called customer service for the inquiry. After the big struggle, I had managed to talk to branch manager. No proper replay from Branch Manager, he simply ask me to wait until end of day. I am not satisfied with the response from the branch manager for this kind of huge mistake taken place on thier bank side. Next day the amount had been deposited to my account (both actual amount Rs.21, 000 and amount taken by ICICI bank Rs.21, 000) There is no proper explanation on how the money had been taken out from my account. To whom that amount been given? Its ridiculous act. I never expect such a blunder mistake on a basic transaction. Almost one day I had puzzled my head about my money. Not even known, any thing about deposited amount Rs.21, 000 and also amount Rs.21, 000 taken out from account. Still now I haven't received any explanation or apology from ICICI bank.

        Hi All, I request you not to apply for ICICI credit card as they have very poor customer support service with regard to status of card delivery. On may 23rd 2014 i received a message that card will be dispatched through BLUE DART AWB [protected].On 30th May I received a message stating that card was undelivered/returned. I raised a request again to re-dispatch on 09th June, this time they messaged BLUE DART AWB [protected].Again on 19th June that card was undelivered/returned. Either BLUE DART is providing poor service to ICICI or ICICI negligence might be the reasons.

          I Ordered a Set of 2 Samurai LED Bracelet Watch in Rediff.com with the Order number : 9926663 with Online banking On the date of 25/06/2014 . 399.00 deducted from my account. But I dint received my order yet from the Rediff. and a raised a complaint in Rediff ; they replied as "We regret to inform you that your order : 9926663 has not been approved as your bank as declined the transaction. Hence the status of the same stands cancelled. Further, as we are a third party to the transaction and to ensure confidentiality, the banks do not provide us the details for non-approval. We request you to kindly get in touch with your bank for the details. For any further queries on the above order, kindly contact us on or reply [protected] back to the same mail. Assure you of prompt and courteous response on all your visits to Rediff.com Warm Regards, Netranjali Customer Support Rediff shopping [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] But my money did not refunded yet.             DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '54188057 DP CHGS TILL MAY-14'---- INR 505.62'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking...

            I have two tax savings bonds matured on 23.04.2005.The bond was sent to maratha mandir annexue mumbai for redemption but returned by the courier with the reason Rto shifted. Pl give the correct address to enable me to redeem the bonds. [protected]@gmail.com

              My business email ID was hacked into on 1.7.2014.

              The hacker copied my genuine RTGS, that was sent on 12.6.2014, and forwarded a copy of Fraud RTGS amounting to Rs4, 50, 000/-. This was sent to my Bank Saraswat Cooperative Bank, SME Vile Parle East, Mumbai 400057. My bank without checking credentials of the RTGS, transferred the amount to following ICICI Branch in Noida.

              Fraudster A/c Details: AP ENTERPRISES, A/C NO:[protected], IFSC CODE:
              ICICI0001578. NOIDA BRANCH,

              The fraudster himself immediately withdrew the cash from neighbouring branch. Our Bank is after ICICI Bank in Delhi Noida, (This information has been given to our bank by ICICI staff). But after this, there seems to NO Cooperation from ICICI Bank.

              We have filed complaint in Cyber Police station, who are investigating the case. We request you to help investigate the case and help recover the money withdrawn and culprits brought to book.

                Hello I am Deepak Jadhav. I have ICICI HPCL credit card. I got one sms on "6-7-2014" from ICICI " tranx of SAR 1, 100.00/ using credit card 5************ is made at FAHAD AL MALIK on 6july-14." When I got sms I was at my home. So I thought there is big problem. So I called ICICI customer care but long waiting. .. After 30 min when i was caller number 2. Call got disconnected automatically. I called to lose card dept. because someone doing transaction on my card with is unknown to me. When I was Connected to them they say "we can’t help you.it transaction issue”... What a stupid thing.. Some using my ICICI credit card account and ICICI bank say we can’t help you... after long time - i came to know my account is hack from Saudi and done transaction.. When i asked customer care they said "its happen lot of time...!" Its FAKE international transaction. i am worried about how to deal with such bank. Who can’t give security and not proper answer to customer.. After long time when i connected to customer care they said “they block my card. They will do investigation on this...” if it found that i done this transaction then they will put complain (case) on me, What a stupidity, if I am in India then how i can do transaction from Saudi.. For new card they asked 200/- as charges.. Very poor service and security.. - Please improve or give priority to customer who facing such problem and stop learning customer. - Help me to save my money from hacker.

My account is in dormant state as I didn't operate it for almost 5.5 years. I had a balance of Rs. 2202.55. Now ICICI bank has debited Rs.1573.04 for SMAB Chgs Jan14-Apr14+Stax 173 leaving a balance of Rs. 669.51. I did not receive any notification before.                       ICICI bank is cheating the common man by deducting MAB charges from the a/c without informing their customers that too on several occasions. RBI has given clear instructions to all the banks operating in India not to penalise customers for not maintaining minimum balance in their accounts. This is absolute clear violation of the rules. ICICI bank and many such private banks should come under the purview of RBI and RBI should take action against such banks operating in India who are just here to make money and not for doing any service. These banks are doing business by removing money from their customers accounts by showing MAB charges.

                        MAB charges are being deducted from customers account without any consent from the customer. Even though RBI has clearly instructed the banks not to charge the customer for not maintaining minimum balance, these private banks are robbing the common man of their hard earned money.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,


                              Am Vinith
                              Gandhi, Am working in Chennai currently and using ICICI salary account[protected] in Chennai & another savings account
                              [protected] in Pollachi branch, TamilNadu, India. On[protected] I was in need to help one of
                              my relative with amount Rs.3, 60, 000 (Rupee Three lakhs sixty thousand) for
                              their surgery & hospitalization charges in Pollachi. By making all efforts
                              I was able to get loan sanctioned from my organization to ensure the need gets
                              fulfilled. After getting the money in my salary account[protected] I transferred Rs. 3, 60, 000 to my Pollachi bank account (with
                              Transaction ID: INF/[protected]. When my parents went to withdraw the
                              cash amount from[protected] Pollachi
                              account, they were shocked to see that the total left out balance in account is
                              Rs. 3, 56, 577. Total unexplained and
                              without intimation amount deducted from account is Rs. 3422.510.


                              With cash
                              amount required for surgery being shortage my parents were asked to pay the
                              remaining amount by hospital to initiate the surgery. Finally we wash pushed to
                              mortgage one of our gold ring to arrange the amount on immediate basis. We were
                              pushed to an unethical situation by such an irresponsible behavior from reputed
                              bank like ICICI, not only we were deducted with unexplained amount our mental
                              peace and the patient’s life was put to a question by ICICI bank. Later on
                              checking the detailed statement in ICICI online website- it was mentioned
                              deductions for MAB = monthly average
                              balance deductions for various months total summed up to Rs. 3422. This
                              situation is a better example how these non-government banks how they don’t
                              understand the customers situation and act greedily to recovery money whenever
                              they see a bulk cash on their account they immediately grab the situation to
                              take money.


                              We were mentally hurt and pushed to a very
                              bad platform in an important situation by ICICI bank, this is the last week am
                              going to spend my account with ICICI and going to cancel all my accounts also
                              will change the bank and never ever suggest anyone in my life to apt for ICICI
                              service.

                                I am holding ICICI credit card bearing no [protected]. I have made the payment for last month before pay by date (that is 7th of every month.) But in this moth bill I was levied late payment fee surchage and interest amounting to Rs 722/- Previously I was making the payment directly to ICICI bank but to to the introduction of fee for that I started remitting cheque. But even after correct payment the late payment fee is imposed on me, From the date on which this bill was received I was trying to call the customer care[protected] and all other numbers pinted on back of the credit card, But I am continuously getting the reply all routes are busy.Hence I am filing this written complaint. Please do the needful to reverse the late payment fee and other charges since I have made the payment on 5th of last month. Regards Rakhee.J

My name is siraj khan and my number is [protected].This is regards to Threaten call recd from Vashvani associate, saying that we are calling from ICICI bank.And would like to speak Mr.Jitendra singh.I understand jitendra sing was our employee and now a days he is hospitalise in his native place.I got a call from Miss Sunita and she said if you dont provide jitendra number we will see you.She also said " Tu us ka number de nai to main kya karungi tu dekh lena" I think She forgot to whome she is speaking. We are Also working in service industry and we know very well how to speak our client.I am ICICI bank account holder from last 6 years ans if i will get this kind of call in my office landline and saying we are calling from ICICI bank, then what would i will thing for bank.And even this case is not belong to me.Its some other person case. Why you given authorise to other stupid people Who dont know how to speak our clients. We are not expecting this kind of service such a highly reputed bank like you.                                     I received a call 2 days ago about a icici credit card offer, I clearly mentioned I will confirm if I need it by next day. The next day the call came when I was in the middle of my work so did not attend. Today I received the call from the same person (I have the name and number) and she started saying what needs to be done to get the card. I then confirmed I did not need the card. Now she said that I should not be giving 'false commitments' and that she is not calling because she doesn't have a job. Also she hung up the call immediately and I could not ask her directly if she understood the 1st conversation in the first place. I am not sure if your customer care officials are trained but the way the official talked was not only immature but rude and intrusive. Please educate your personnel on how to talk and listen to a customer which is the basically expected from a customer care official. I am a salaried IT professional. Also I expect your officials know making calls might be their primary job but always attending it isn't for the customer. I have never once had this issue till date with other officials though.                                       Hi, I am having a salary bank account in ICICI manyata tech park(bangalore) from last one and half years and my account no. is[protected] my contact number is :[protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock of my life. My account has been debited by MAB charges thrice in last month.30/06/2014 SMAB Chgs-Nov13+Stax 43.26 393.26 I tried calling the manyata tech park branch at but there was no response. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
