I had taken a loan of Rs. 36, 000/- from ICICI Bank in the year June 2007. I paid emi’s through the ICICI Bank agent for 8 to 9 months. However I lost the job in between and hence wasn’t able to continue. I also got the information that ICICI Bank has waived of personal loans of less than 50, 000/-, my emi was around 2, 000, but I kept getting calls from agents to pay the money atleast of amount 1000/- so I got doubt on them and stopped paying completely as I also lost the job. Now ICICI bank tells that I have to pay more than 1, 50, 000 with interest. I want to make a settlement. How to do?

    Dear Sir/Madam, This is S.Ansar Working in Hyderabad, 2 months before i received a call from ICICI customer care representative her Name: Swetha([protected]), purpose of applying credit card, I accepted her request, she was sent a representative his Name : Sampath Kumar ([protected]), he collected all proof documents and an application and he given an acknowledgement No: S[protected], but still i am not tracking "my credit card status" I many times asked for 2 representatives but they are not responding, now they are not lifting my Cal also, "I am Just asking my status of Credit Card " they are very irresponsible, I am waiting another 10 days. If i am not received a status, I am going to lodge a Complaint against ICICI credit card Thanks & Regards, S.Ansar [protected]

      i have contacted icici customers service three to four times regarding the money i have withdrawn money from atm which was 3000, when the amount was about to come out suddenly lights went off and money did not came out but the amount was deducted from my account... this is the worst customer service i have ever seen... it has been a month my matter has not been resolved... every agent is giving different answers still not received money... i am fed up of contacting you guyz again n again... my no. is [protected] plz contact me n solve this problem... i have withdrawn this money from icici atm on 23rd may 2014 at 9:00 pm but money stuck inside did not came out due to power cut n the amount was deducted frm my account... then i went to other atm which was axis and again withdrawn 3000 n that time money did came out... plz resolve this issue i am fed of calling u guyz again n again everyone is giving different answers... i thought icici bank was good.. the agents over the phone making it bad they submit the complain and say that i have successfully submitted the request, their own agent told me thatsir ur complain was not submitted by our agent let me submit it fr u... that agent also submitted the wrong request i got to knw that whn i called them again after few dayz... plz helllllpppppp... plz contact me at [protected]...

          I regret to inform you that ICICI Coral credit card was forcefully handed saying that it was a corporate compliment and I had also clarified that i am not interested. Yet i was informed that there will be no processing charges or what so ever for usage. But i was shocked to receive a credit card statement in the month of May 2014 stating that your previous balance is 561.80 Rs and Purchases/Charges are 609.78 adding up to 1171.58. So when i called back the ICICI employee to verify the charges they informed me at that time that we charge an annual fee of 600 Rs on Coral credit card for corporates which wasnt clarified at the outset. I didnt even receive any hard copy of the initial annual charges which are levied. Again in the month of June ICICI bank sent another statement of 1784.1 Rs which is splitted as :Previous Balance 1171.58 and Purchases/Charges 613.13 adding up to 1784.71. I was forcefully given the card in the month of March 2014 stating that ICICI Bank also gives a gift voucher of 1500 Rs which i havent received yet. Even after zero purchases on my card ICICI Bank has sent me a bill of 1784.71 which i am not ready to pay. Is the bank trying new methods to cheat the customers? Is 600 Rs charged as Late Payment Fee each month? (2 months adding to 1200 Rs till now). Waive off these charges or be ready to face the consequences. More than money it is breach of trust.             After one month painful harassment final disbursement cheque has been prepared in favour of my name but ICICI bank home loan officials - Ahmedabad - Gujarat are not handing over the cheque to me. Even I have handed over sale deed copy and informed them that Cheque issued to Builder is debited from my account but they are refusing to give me cheque of 6 lacs of final disbursement. Please do the needful.

            Please also arrange to give me contact no.of home loan chief grievance officer to express serious issue of my problem.

              I am facing this problem for long time around more than 1 year almost that the MM charges @ 28.09 INR P.M. Have been deducted while the MM service is already deactivated in my Account no: "[protected]", Name: "Manpreet Singh", Bank: "ICICI Bank", Branch: "Alambagh, Lucknow". In the beginning it was activated by default in my account I don't know how. But after that I have requested so many times by calling ICICI Customer Care, visiting at my local ICICI branch but nothing happened. They (ICICI Executives) ensures me only that the MM charges will not be deducted further from next month but it happened each and very month. I request to pay back all the MM charges deducted till yet. **Screen Shots Attached 1). For Account detail showing MM charges (28.09) deducted. 2).               One more problem I have faced after the one mentioned above is not solved yet...

              I have got deducted Rs. 393 for not maintaining the minimum balance (i.e.. Rs. 10, 000) .

              I aware of this rule to maintain the minimum charges but i have not break the rul the balance was I think between Rs. 10, 000 to Rs. 10, 100 but when the MM charges deducted it has gone below the 10, 000.

              So this is not due to my mistake all due to the MM Charges.

              I request ICICI to revert back all the money they have deducted due to their fault other wise now I will CLAIM additional harassing amount also.

                I am an account holder of Doha Bank and work in Doha, Qatar. I had gone to New Delhi in December, 2013 for the medical treatment of my son at Apollo Hospital, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.
                As I needed money to pay the hospital bills, I used my silver colored VISA debit card at the ICICI Bank ATM to withdraw some money. I tried but there was an error and did not get the cash. Then, on the same day, I tried to withdraw money from the Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM at the same hospital and was able to withdraw IR 30, 000/- and later in January, 2014, I returned to Qatar and checked my statement of account and found that ICICI bank had debited IR 10, 000 against the failed transaction.
                I communicated with ICICI Bank via email and requested for the CCTV clippings if the transaction had been successful but they could not provide.
                Even the senior management desk wrote to me, saying the transaction was successful, which is not right.
                Please let me know if anyone can assist me in pressurizing ICICI Bank to credit IR 10, 000 to my account with Doha Bank.

                  Yesterday, i.e.[protected] I received a call from a person naming himself as Rahul Gupta, ICICI ATM Head Office, Mumbai. He said that my ATM pin has been locked. So I have to renew my PIN for which he asked me to tell my Debit Card details following which I started receiving messages from ICICI Bank on my registered mobile that various amounts have been debited from your account from various sources. I tried to ask him the reason for this, so he kept saying the processing is being done that is why you are receiving such messages, but actually your amount is intact. He was not allowing me cut the phone and kept me on the phone for 40 minutes and in the mean time around INR 25000 had already been deducted. He said that the ICICI server is down and you may check you balance in the morning. After this, I tried calling the Customer Care of ICICI Bank but I couldn't connect the call. When I woke up today, a total amount of INR 25000 was already deducted in the morning itself at around 5.00 am. Then I reached my nearest branch at 9.00 am and got my card block until when a sum of INR 50, 000 had already been deducted. The phone from which I got the call is +91-[protected].                   Today I also received a call from the same no and guy told me that he is calling from PNB Mumbai office and he informed me that my a/c pin code is going to change as per new company rule. He was asking for my ATM card last 3 digit no but I inform that I do not carry the card. So was try to confirming that how he can get my card no. Then I asked him that send the all details to my mail id but he said me that he will record my voice for future purpose.
                  In last he told me that he will call back me by tomorrow morning.

                    After my repeated emails and follow ups and reminders, i couldn't able to get the justified reply from your team, As this is a complete fraudulent case from the bank side, below are the email conversation with the ICICI BANK, i have received only email reply from the bank which can also be seen below..

                    Hello Team ICICI Bank,

                    Bank have honored cheques for the below account number dated 07.06.2014

                    Name of the account holder: Layeeq Ur Rahman

                    Transaction Date: 07.06.2014

                    Amount debited by cheques: 7857/- INR and 5500/-

                    Debited to: Bajaj Auto


                    As there is a dispute between BAJAJ AUTO and me and bajaj auto has been claimed that the signatures on the cheques has been mismatched completely due to some service issues the dispute raised, Now How comes the bank honored the cheque with mismatching signature without even calling or emailing me, I kindly request to hold the above amount and Credit it back to my account ASAP, as i will be travelling on a international business trip i will not be not available on my listed mobile number [protected], you can reach me through email ID: [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly revert me back on this issue, how can the bank honor the cheque with fully mismatching signatures or please provide me the copy of cheques to justify the transactions.

                    On the basis of Service Reference Number SR[protected]. We will update the status by June 21, 2014.

                    Amount of Rs 7, 857.00 and 5, 500.00 on June 07, 2014 was debited towards the LAN#4000CD00511971 and LAN#4000CD00521254.

                    We have enclosed the scan image of the mandate, on the basis LAN has been activated.
                    The said LAN is registered under Auto-debit mandate. As per the process, the mandate is first registered and then confirmed to BAJAJ Finance Ltd. The debit transaction is executed by BAJAJ Finance Ltd on registration confirmation received from ICICI Bank.

                    Hence, in this case, the execution of debit transactions was done by BAJAJ Finance Ltd.

                    For any further reversals or clarifications, we would request you to get in touch with BAJAJ Finance Ltd.

                    Hello Ms. Deepa,

                    I thank you for the revert, I accept that the said cheque belongs to my account, but this cheque is very old, as it is not CTS-2010( Cheque truncation system ) and i kindly request you to cross check my signature with the bank records, the signature which has been provided by BAJAJ AUTO is completely different, even in the cheque enclosed and the auto-debit form, So i want to ask how the bank has been taken the request by BAJAJ AUTO and with this mismatching signature records why the bank has been honored the cheque's without even confirming me.

                    I have taken the dispute with BAJAJ Auto also, for this and they also accepted and agreed that there is a signature mismatch and my identity has been misused by someone else, but this is secondary...

                    How the bank honored the old cheque without CTS-2010 Standard and with mismatched signature. and for bank mistake or wrong honored why should i followup BAJAJ AUTO for this as you can see the old cheque already with wrong signature on both auto debit form and cheque.

                    As i am still on a international business trip, i kindly request you to provide me the justified answer and also the further escalation metrics for this issue.


                    Even though after this i have made several reminders but all in vain. i kindly request the concern team to revert me back for which i will be obliged.

                    Dear Team ICICI Bank,

                    Here i am writing to update my complaint which has been submitted on date: 08 June 2014, related to the cheque which has been honoured to BAJAJ with mismatched signature and outdated cheque with out CTS-Standard ( as per RBI guidelines ).

                    I am getting repeated emails since 08 June 2014 from ICICI BANK that we are looking in to concerns raised by you, it has been almost 2 months now i am expecting justified and proofed answer from ICICI bank. Every time i get a email from ICICI bank asking for more and more time or else bank is asking me to get in touch with BAJAJ to claim back my funds.

                    My questions are:

                    1. Why should i get in touch or follow up with bajaj when mistake has been done by ICICI BANK by honouring a wrong cheque with mismatched signature.
                    2. Why the bank is not providing me the proper and justified answers raised by me for the following below:

                    1. Is the signature on the presented cheque and ECS mandate by bajaj auto matching my signature in bank records?

                    2. As per RBI guidelines the cheque without CTS standard will not be honoured and automatically have to cancelled, then how the bank honoured this cheque and that too without even confirming customer... so what is the answer for my this 2 concern, kindly request you to let me know.

                    The details you provided in last email, unfortunately out of my concern box, its all what i was adhered about then why am i getting the same answer after i waited for this long time..

                    I really don't understand the bank like ICICI bank is lacking in the protocols which has to be followed and coming up with false promises every time, THIS IS LEADING ME TO SUBMIT A JUDICIARY COMPLAINT.

                    Still Kindly request to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                    I am still waiting for your official to get in touch with me, I have not received any email till now, Bank like ICICI is this careless in resolving so sensitive complaints related with wrong transaction which have to be priority by the bank, I never expected this.                       i have an balance of amount 49000 above yesterday. today i have checked that mab charges and check bouncea charges in my account. please make reversal to this amount of charges, i am very harrassed to see all this and i went to my branch in morning where branch manager says... that we will see what we can do... but notsure. so that ihave to go to consumer court also for such fraud.if i was known to this then i will never credited my this account.

I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.

No call, no mail and no msg.                         there was no response from icici bank even after mailing to branch office with all necessary details..

                        I have account with ICICI BANK.My saving a/c Number:[protected] . they have deducte 505 as smab charge. i have been maintaining for last 5 years . This is the first time and no information .i have to close such account .How much you would keep earning with such practices from common man. I would advise others the same, open account with government bank as they do have providing better services now.

                            Hi, I have been getting calls everyday since past 3 weeks claiming that they are calling from "Visa Mastercard department". They have got our contact details & card details from ICICI Bank. The moment they call, they will confirm that you are using an ICICI Bank card. Once confirmed, they will say that you are eligible for gifts & free stay in India. Once you agree to their offer, they will start confirming the card details (only the card number is confirmed by them) and then they will ask you to give out all the details. I was about to give the CVV number on my card once in the beginning, but realised that its a scam. After the 1st incident, whenever they have called, I say that its a fraud call and the caller disconnects immediately. Today I got call from +91 [protected].

                            Thanks for the heads up! I didn't get a call like that but I did read about it in the paper. Apparently, these callers claim to be representatives from Visa or MasterCard and are calling cardholders for different reasons: either the cardholder is entitled to receive a refund or the account has been flagged for suspicious purchase patterns. The cardholder is then asked to disclose the 3-digit security code at the back of the card. But be aware that when the fraudsters have it, they immediately use it for their personal gains.
                            I looked up the phone number you shared and it appears to be not valid. It reminds me of the weird phone numbers posted at Callercenter where it was reported that those weren't real phone numbers at all. Rather, they were random codes assigned to calls made from a computer, with the use of a free call app.

                            Earlier today I received a call from telephone numbers +[protected]/3026 02/3020 09/2811 02. I was advised that since I am a good customer, I had been chosen by the ICICI Bank to receive various awards provided I pay them Rs1, 800 approximately. These benefits or awards would be payable to me in case of any unforeseen expenses occurred during my travels in India or abroad and in case of any loss or damage to my personal belongings either in India or abroad. However, any benefit paid to me due to any of these mishaps would be refundable to the ICICI bank without any interest and charges within 28 years. They appear to have my bank details and my name in full, which alarmed me as to if the call was a scam. I was also advised by the caller that such schemes aren't available in any of the Branches or Online.

                            I would like the ICICI Bank to investigate and ascertain the validity of such calls I am certain that numerous (in thousands perhaps) are getting such calls and that thousands, if not millions, have been victims of fraud.Since ICICI Bank does not have a clear cut link on their website to advise them of such calls taking place by the victims, I do not have an alternative but to write the incident in details here. I would love to hear from the Bank directly provided the Bank has the time and resource to read issues such as these on this site and address accordingly.

                            I am now worried if the fraudster has managed to get all my bank details and consequently shall I expect some form of fraudulent loss?????
                            I ALSO GOT A CALLED FOR SUCH FRAUD THINGS THAT I HAVE A CREDIT A[protected] SO ASKING FOR THE DETAILS OF CREDIT CARD AND CVV NUMBER...DONT KNOW WHY ICICI BANK AND MASTER VISA DOESNT TRACE THEM AND START INVESTIGATIONS..

Today one of my clients deposited Rs.10000/- at ICICI Bank, Electronic City, Bangalore Branch. The Bank had deducted Rs.169.64 as ANW charges inclusive of S.Tax. I am surprised with this deduction. Why do you deducted this ANW charges for a cash deposit. Please look into the matter and revert that amount.
