    Hi, I have been getting calls everyday since past 3 weeks claiming that they are calling from "Visa Mastercard department". They have got our contact details & card details from ICICI Bank. The moment they call, they will confirm that you are using an ICICI Bank card. Once confirmed, they will say that you are eligible for gifts & free stay in India. Once you agree to their offer, they will start confirming the card details (only the card number is confirmed by them) and then they will ask you to give out all the details. I was about to give the CVV number on my card once in the beginning, but realised that its a scam. After the 1st incident, whenever they have called, I say that its a fraud call and the caller disconnects immediately. Today I got call from +91 [protected].

    Thanks for the heads up! I didn't get a call like that but I did read about it in the paper. Apparently, these callers claim to be representatives from Visa or MasterCard and are calling cardholders for different reasons: either the cardholder is entitled to receive a refund or the account has been flagged for suspicious purchase patterns. The cardholder is then asked to disclose the 3-digit security code at the back of the card. But be aware that when the fraudsters have it, they immediately use it for their personal gains.
    I looked up the phone number you shared and it appears to be not valid. It reminds me of the weird phone numbers posted at Callercenter where it was reported that those weren't real phone numbers at all. Rather, they were random codes assigned to calls made from a computer, with the use of a free call app.

    Earlier today I received a call from telephone numbers +[protected]/3026 02/3020 09/2811 02. I was advised that since I am a good customer, I had been chosen by the ICICI Bank to receive various awards provided I pay them Rs1, 800 approximately. These benefits or awards would be payable to me in case of any unforeseen expenses occurred during my travels in India or abroad and in case of any loss or damage to my personal belongings either in India or abroad. However, any benefit paid to me due to any of these mishaps would be refundable to the ICICI bank without any interest and charges within 28 years. They appear to have my bank details and my name in full, which alarmed me as to if the call was a scam. I was also advised by the caller that such schemes aren't available in any of the Branches or Online.

    I would like the ICICI Bank to investigate and ascertain the validity of such calls I am certain that numerous (in thousands perhaps) are getting such calls and that thousands, if not millions, have been victims of fraud.Since ICICI Bank does not have a clear cut link on their website to advise them of such calls taking place by the victims, I do not have an alternative but to write the incident in details here. I would love to hear from the Bank directly provided the Bank has the time and resource to read issues such as these on this site and address accordingly.

    I am now worried if the fraudster has managed to get all my bank details and consequently shall I expect some form of fraudulent loss?????
    I ALSO GOT A CALLED FOR SUCH FRAUD THINGS THAT I HAVE A CREDIT A[protected] SO ASKING FOR THE DETAILS OF CREDIT CARD AND CVV NUMBER...DONT KNOW WHY ICICI BANK AND MASTER VISA DOESNT TRACE THEM AND START INVESTIGATIONS..

      In Thaltej Branch Ahmedabad the Cashier is not completed training regarding the currency notes assurancy and she is not present at the her duty time i.e. the banking regular time. Always I Want to wainting about the one hour in the banking at the thaltej branch. My account no is[protected]. My account is in Deesa Branch but my business is in ahmedabad as well as in deesa. Executives of the bank dont pick up the phone. I heard if you have a salary account with the bank your work is easily done but iths not true. I m very fed up with the services .Its the worst bank and worst services.

            I am Chethan P Shetty. I have an SB account in ICICI Bank, Andheri West Mumbai Branch My account number[protected]. Today one of my clients deposited Rs.10000/- at ICICI Bank, Electronic City, Bangalore Branch. The Bank had deducted Rs.169.64 as ANW charges inclusive of S.Tax. I am surprised with this deduction. Why do you deducted this ANW charges for a cash deposit. Please look into the matter and revert that amount.                             on 21/06/2014 i got a call early in the moring from icici bank that i need to block my debit card coz some fraduluent transactions were made.i checked my inbox and saw seven texts seven trasactions were made and total amout debited was inr.32373.i rushed to icici bank and filled up a disputed form made a complaint at the nearest police station in bandra west mumbai.but the bank is not assuering me that the money will be credited back into my account or not. though it has happned coz of their negligence. kindly suggest what is the best way to handle the matter. thanks.

                              Hi sir,
                              THis is raghu, I dont have any icici credit card but recently i came to know that icici credit card no ([protected]) has been mapped to my name and they have been billing me since 2012 which i have not been informed. I came to know recently about this as my cibil score has been affected because of this reason. i dont have any icici credit card or used it any time i am not sure why they have mapped it to my account and why they have billed me and why they have not informed me about the bill. And i have called icici customer care for over 7 time time on jan 21st and spoken arount for 1 hour and they keep on transferring my call to other departments with out proper resolution and i ended up with empty balance in my phone. I even had experience that one of the representative cut the call intentionally. Please try to resolve this issue.

                                      ICICI Bank is the worst bank in India. They do not bother their customers. I will give them -100 number out of 100. Since last two hours I am calling on customer care number ([protected], all other numbers were told as invalid numbers). The call have been put on hold every time for long period with the remark that the executives are busy they will take your call soon. But they never picup the call. The battery of the mobile has been exhausted then I dialed by inserting charger. I have lost Rs. 128/- in calling. But all in vain. It is better to stop their working in finance sector and go to hell. I am very fed up and very soon I will close all my accounts and transactions with this ugly bank. I had problem that some one has fraudently debited Rs. 15, 965/- on 20.06.2014 from my account by cheque No.226164. Whereas, I have never issued the cheque of same amount. But I have no hope that you people can do any thing. It is better to quit the Bank. So I am not telling you the Account Number. If you people have any shame call me on my cell no.
