Recently i purchased gold through this card worth of and i thought of converting it into emi and later on i came to know that according to rbi new rules it is not possible. That is also acceptable

I have taken Home Loan from ICICI Bank in Aug 2006 at Floating Interest rate. Current Market rate is 10 to 11% and I am paying interest to ICICI Home Finance @ 14.5%. This is to bring to your notice that a particular agency Siddhi business solutions has been harassing me for outstanding payment on my ICICI bank credit card.

I do not like the un-courteous way that they speak. They are absolutely not upto ICICI brand image.

When I have applied for credit card I was told by your representative that the annual fee will be waived off if you do a min. transaction of Rs.25, 000. But even after doing transaction of around 40, 000 they charged me the annual fee. I had a fraud transaction of Rs 20000 on my Icici bank debit card from mukerjee nagar atm on 29th march 2014.
