Gandhi, Am working in Chennai currently and using ICICI salary account[protected] in Chennai & another savings account
[protected] in Pollachi branch, TamilNadu, India. On[protected] I was in need to help one of
my relative with amount Rs.3, 60, 000 (Rupee Three lakhs sixty thousand) for
their surgery & hospitalization charges in Pollachi. By making all efforts
I was able to get loan sanctioned from my organization to ensure the need gets
fulfilled. After getting the money in my salary account[protected] I transferred Rs. 3, 60, 000 to my Pollachi bank account (with
Transaction ID: INF/[protected]. When my parents went to withdraw the
cash amount from[protected] Pollachi
account, they were shocked to see that the total left out balance in account is
Rs. 3, 56, 577. Total unexplained and
without intimation amount deducted from account is Rs. 3422.510.
With cash
amount required for surgery being shortage my parents were asked to pay the
remaining amount by hospital to initiate the surgery. Finally we wash pushed to
mortgage one of our gold ring to arrange the amount on immediate basis. We were
pushed to an unethical situation by such an irresponsible behavior from reputed
bank like ICICI, not only we were deducted with unexplained amount our mental
peace and the patient’s life was put to a question by ICICI bank. Later on
checking the detailed statement in ICICI online website- it was mentioned
deductions for MAB = monthly average
balance deductions for various months total summed up to Rs. 3422. This
situation is a better example how these non-government banks how they don’t
understand the customers situation and act greedily to recovery money whenever
they see a bulk cash on their account they immediately grab the situation to
take money.
We were mentally hurt and pushed to a very
bad platform in an important situation by ICICI bank, this is the last week am
going to spend my account with ICICI and going to cancel all my accounts also
will change the bank and never ever suggest anyone in my life to apt for ICICI
service.
