Dear Sir, My name is Santosh reddy, my ICICI A/c Number[protected] branch SR Nagar. I am not using my ICICI direct account and even i am not opened the account but 153/-rupees charged on 05/08/2013 for opening and now 561.80/- rupees charged for DP Charges on 26/07/2014. I am already complained on this issue in the branch when first charged. And my request is please close the icici direct account and please credit the recent charged amount to my account. Thank You.     Sir, Despite of our corporate offers, assurance, instructions given to me, Statement bills for using total free(as per assurance from bank sales man) credit cards are coming huge amount to me for long time.Also It is increasing every month. No one from bank end helped me.I have the contact no of the sales person, Suman Mallick (+91 [protected]) who gave me false assurance of totally free credit card. I informed to discontinue the service of bill's utility pay. Due to my non compliance for some month, they are enforcing me to pay heavy penalty for non-payments of the bills now, where i have not used the card for any purchase till now.         This is Malay having salary account[protected] in your bank but previous 1-2 week I am facing lots of problem about mobile number(my number-[protected]) updation for online banking. I already given 3 times pancard xerox with form to update my mobile number & I also updated my number in ATM & again also contacted customer care for updation, they assist me it will update with in 2hr but still I am not getting any result for this. so if this thing will continue then I will not sure that any more I will continue my salary in this bank. so I need immeadiate result for this. because for account transfer & fund transfer I need most of this.             As above mentioned in the subject, i SANTHOSH KUMAR K lodging the complaint against ICICI bank with respect to taking more exchange rate and i lost nearly 4000 rupee to me. And i have sufficient documents to prove this FRAUD. Outward remittance is processed on 05-JUN-14 under reference 035SMT2804214. Savings Account number:[protected] I have done the transaction of 2000 euros on dated 05/06/2014. And the currency exchange rate was as of the following on 05/06/2014 was 1 Euro= 80.8 rupee (highest), on 04/06/2014 was 1 Euro= 80.8 rupee (highest), on 03/06/2014 was 1 Euro= 81.0 rupee (highest) on 02/06/2014 was 1 Euro= 80.8 rupee (highest) on 01/06/2014 was 1 Euro= 80.7 rupee (highest) It never ever reached to 1 Euro=82.19 rupee. But ICICI bank have done it to 1 Euro=82.19 rupee. Because of it, i lost nearly 4000 rupee. And ICICI bank have caused damage to me. So i requested the ICICI bank regarding refund. And they agreed on it on .60 paise only. But still now there is no response. Outward remittance is processed on 05-JUN-14 under reference 035SMT2804214.

            For Inward and outward remittances - ICICI is totally fraud and defraud its customer. Inward Remittances are unto Ruppes 3 lower than RBI reference rate and for outward they will charge upto Rs. 3 higher. I have proof
            Hi Ashok,

            I too share the same concerns losing as much as 24, 000 INR for my inward transaction. They offer a consolation of 10paise amounting to 8, 000 INR as a response.

            There is no transparency in the operations. If not the real time rates, I would have appreciated if they have applied even the intra-day lowest rate while on the same day other peer banks has offered the best rate for my another inward transaction.

            Hopefully your dispute will be resolved soon.

                Hi, I raised a service request SR[protected] with ICICI Bank to transfer my pay back points in my credit card to my bank account. It was raised on May 25, 2014 and was informed by customer care person that it would reflect in the next statement. My statement was generated on June 18, 2014 and still the points didn't get transferred. Again called the customer service, who responded that it will take 10 business days after statement generation. Even after 10 business days, the points transfer didn't happen. Called them back the 3rd time asking for answers. They started transferring the call from bank account dept to credit card dept, credit card dept to pay back points dept and finally one person said that he will check and respond back in 3 business days. It has been close to 15 business days after that and no bloody ICICI person has contacted me for this. Everytime I call them, I wont get a proper answer and they waste my time. I seriously doubt the service provided by ICICI bank and the capacity of the customer service persons. They are not even able to provide an answer. Too bad from one of the top banks in India.                   Hi, I am having bank account in ICICI Gurgaon branch my account number is[protected] My contact number is: [protected]. Now I am living in Pune. My account has been debited by SMAB charges many times (393.26 each time) since FEB 2012 months. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system, hence any deduction from account for the same is totally wrong. I contacted customer care & they suggested me to visit nearest branch & your money will be back in your account. So I had visited ICICI Branch (Kharadi Pune) where I got worst testament from lady Deputy Manager. She was in no mood to listen & said there is no option rather than to visit my home branch Gurgaon. This is horrible for me. Request you to look in to this on priority & revert my money. As ICICI have no privileges to deduct my money without any intimation.                     I was using ICICI credit card from 2006 till 2008. I had a bad credit and was going through a bad phase of my life which ruined my credit history until 2010. I have closed all credit cards (I had from other banks as well) in 2010 and I am not using any credit cards since then. I had also checked on this in 2011 just to confirm that my card is closed and they said that there is no credit card in my name. I have made all payments on my consumer loans (Bajaj finance) on time. I have a good credit history now. I purchased my credit report few days back from CIBIL and it reflects outstanding amount for ICICI credit card. (I am not sure which credit card I am using). Even the way it is shown is suspicious. It shows 0.00 till 2013 and then shows Rs. 60 for a month and then shows 0.00 for next two months (I have not paid anything neither I have a credit card since 2010), and again shows amount from there on which has reached Rs. 800 now. I am not sure what system updates does the ICICI Team does as one department says there is no card in my name (account closed) and other shows outstanding for the card which I don't own. Along with this I applied for Personal Loan one week back from ICICI bank and after collecting all docs they came back stating that I have outstanding credit card amount due with ICICI bank due to which my loan is cancelled by them. I would need an response from ICICI bank as it is their responsibility to make sure that the systems are updated properly. Also I would need my credit report to be revised for which ICICI bank has to request CIBIL on the same. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      This is a grievance regarding a Personal Loan Account Number
                      LPNOD[protected] in my name i.e VINEET KUMAR.

                      This Loan was borrowed from Sector 61 branch, Noida for Rs 5lacs.
                      The Loan Executive Mr.Ravi Shukla made a few false commitments to
                      deceive our understanding regarding the Fore Closure Penalty Charges.
                      Mr. Ravi Shukla, told us that we cannot fore close the loan before 6
                      months and there will be zero foreclosure charges after 6 months.
                      The Loan was very smoothly disbursed and amount of 4, 95, 506/- with the
                      deduction of .8% of processing fees was credited to our account within
                      2-3 working days on 28th June'2014 without the issue of any sanction
                      letter.
                      After repeated requests on phone to Mr. Ravi Shukla for the request for
                      WELCOME KIT, we have as on date also not received any letter stating the
                      terms and conditions of the personal loan.
                      Yesterday, it was 19th July and we walked upto the bank to share, that we
                      have not received any schedule or documents related to the Personal Loan
                      to which the person on the help desk gave us the Repayment Schedule and
                      also shared that there will be 5% foreclosure charges applicable across
                      the tenure.
                      Then we followed up with Mr. Ravi Shukla, he said that it's okay we
                      don't have to worry and he will get the waiver done for preclosure
                      charges as 0% and when we asked him that shall we get it in writing
                      about this he said NO but he will ensure that we don't have to give the
                      penalty whenever we foreclose until he is with the Bank.
                      Further, we asked what do we not worry about...he said after 1 year you
                      are not required to pay the Penalty not 6 months. But even that cannot
                      be given in writing
                      He confused us to such an extent that we Discussed this with the Deputy
                      Branch Manager/Privilege Banker-Mr. Dushyant
                      Mr.Dushyant asked Mr.Ravi Shukla about the commitment to which he
                      confessed and said that he made the commitment of 0 penalty charges in
                      Anticipation of the new RBI guidelines which are awaited and might get a
                      clearance for the same and accordingly the foreclosure charges will not
                      be applicable after 6 months or after 1 year, that all these promises
                      are a part of virtual realities/conditions which are not in place in the
                      current scenario.
                      When Probed further he said if you are not happy..close the loan today
                      and you will not be required to pay any penalty.
                      He also said we should not complain as according to him, he has not made
                      any false commitment to us but to our surprise he was sitting with 2
                      more customers who were signing their loan application request. When we
                      verified the same promise for 0 prepayment penalty was conveyed to them
                      also. Mr. Ravi then told us not that we should not discuss with those
                      customers as different conditions apply to them and we are misguiding
                      them.
                      This brought us to the conclusion that Mr.Shukla has been selling
                      personal Loans on behalf of your esteemed bank with false promises and
                      misleading customers to get tempted with offers which bank cannot
                      honour.
                      We are feeling cheated as 5% penalty charges would mean Shelling a big
                      sum ...a cost that was not disclosed( will have to be borne by us any
                      given point of time)
                      As a Customer We Ask you how are we liable to bear the brunt of your
                      employees greed of fulfilling his targets and now he says..he has many
                      customers to take care and we should not bother him any further.
                      After the Whole episode Mr Dushyant guided us to Write the narrate the
                      whole story to you.
                      It is requested to please redress our grievance and honour what has been
                      communicated to us by Ravi Shukla. We are still waiting for WELCOME KIT
                      AND related DOCUMENTS with requisite fulfilment of 0% foreclosure
                      charges after 6 months.
                      Please let us know if this practice needs to be escalated to the next
                      level, if no accountability is shown on Bank's behalf. We look forward
                      to an appropriate resolution as requested above.

                          i have been to your branch at patel nagar, new delhi, for opening of my daughter accounts on depostion of cash. and during the course of interaction with your branch people, i was astonished that they cant open the account on deposition of cash.

                          on being enquired they told that they will see the residence address of the person who is going to open the account. which is really a ridiculous aspects on their part. Although, the RBI have already issue direction that the account of the person can be open at any place where he worked and his/her address proof of the native/residence place will be subsequently will be verified. To this your personnnel says that they have not received and directives from RBI, which is really astonised to any body. And by virtue of the same its appeared that your bank is superior to RBI. REALLY ITS GOOD THING THAT BY VIRTUE OF YOUR STAFF YOU HVE TAKE OVER THE RBI.

                          PL DONT POST THE PERSONNEL AT BRANCH LIKE AT PATEL NAGAR, NEW DELHI WHO BEFOOL THE CUSTOMERS.

                            I was using ICICI credit card from 2006 till 2008. I had a bad credit and was going through a bad phase of my life which ruined my credit history until 2010. I have closed all credit cards (I had from other banks as well) in 2010 and I am not using any credit cards since then. I had also checked on this in 2011 just to confirm that my card is closed and they said that there is no credit card in my name. I have made all payments on my consumer loans (Bajaj finance) on time. I have a good credit history now. I purchased my credit report few days back from CIBIL and it reflects outstanding amount for ICICI credit card. (I am not sure which credit card I am using). Even the way it is shown is suspicious. It shows 0.00 till 2013 and then shows Rs. 60 for a month and then shows 0.00 for next two months (I have not paid anything neither I have a credit card since 2010), and again shows amount from there on which has reached Rs. 800 now. I am not sure what system updates does the ICICI Team does as one department says there is no card in my name (account closed) and other shows outstanding for the card which I don't own. Along with this I applied for Personal Loan one week back from ICICI bank and after collecting all docs they came back stating that I have outstanding credit card amount due with ICICI bank due to which my loan is cancelled by them. I would need an response from ICICI bank as it is their responsibility to make sure that the systems are updated properly. Also I would need my credit report to be revised for which ICICI bank has to request CIBIL on the same. Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated Thanks Jaya

                            I got a response from ICICI bank stating that the card is zero balanced and closed on September 30 2013 and there is no outstanding due amount.


                            My questions is:


                            1. When I have closed the ICICI credit card account in 2010, why was the card still active until 2013? This is affecting my financial status and credit score, Who is responsible for this?


                            2. Because of ICICI bank credit card section not updating my credit card account and closing it on time, I have faced issues. I had applied for personal loan with ICICI bank and it was rejected stating that credit card has outstanding due amount.


                            3. When I checked with another bank they also said the same and rejected my application. Will the ICICI bank take the responsibility of correcting my credit history in CIBIL? Are they going to approve the loan as it was they who were responsible for the rejection of the loan?


                            I need the answers for these questions

                              Dear Sir, Icici credit card deparment Sub :- complain against verification person This is inform to you my self A. k barnwal from delhi my credit card no- ([protected]) this is complain against verification person Mr.eg: xyz, he came at my residence & misbehave & threat, by orally for due payment, today date 22/07/2014 timing is 3:20 pm. My due date is 27th july 2014. Before the due date he came without any information and threat me for the payment and did misbehave also, so I am unwillingly to be part of ICICI CREDIT CARD HOLDER So take needful action against him and this process as you cannot threat anybody by orally without any prior information.                                 Hi Sir, This is regarding the foreclosure of my home loan LBHYD[protected] with ICICI Bank. My EMI date was 10th July 2014. I gave the request for closure on 12th July 2014. Request no is SR[protected]. I was ready to make the payment on the requested date itself but the bank people told me that I cannot make the payment until one week. When I asked the reason, they have told that it takes a week for the statement to get generared. It hardly takes seconds of time to calculate the outstanding amount. I went to the bank on 18th July 2014 to find out the O/S amount. The statement was already generated on 17th July 2014. They have not even given any intimation to me either through Email or SMS. They asked me to pay the interest for including 18th July. First of all, it is the very very bad thing to keep the customer waiting for 7 days to make the payment even when the customer has funds to make the payment on the requested date itself. In making the customer wait for atleast 7 days, bank is doing nothing but looting the customer in the name of interest. This is nothing but compensating for the pre-payment penalty which was existed earlier and not now. They have charged me about 415/- per day from the loan closing request date (12th July 2014) till 18th July 2014. I need to get the refund for this perio. Please help me with this query.

                                  I am having saving account in icici bank since April 2010.and my registered no is [protected].On 18th July my parent received a cal( on my home i.e not registered number with icici bank ) from no[protected] and the person named himself Mr.Ahuja that he is calling from icici bank and stated this A person named shurvir singh has taken a personal loan and hes not payning EMIs and that person has mentioned me(Tanuja Srivastava) as refrence . How is this possible when I dont know this person and suddenly I became the refernce point for him and why did the bank didnot verify the detials at the time when he was taking personal loan. Its highly disappointing from icici bank side.It took me a lot of mental pressure. After getting this call I visited my branch where I am having my account i.e in BK-11&12, Sector-1 Noida and asking the b ranch manager for seeking the information about the details in whosoever account I am linked as refernce or anything, but he failed to give me the details and said he cannot provide details. Now, look into this issue as high priority as its a serious matter of concern .Its about the security and trust that bank has not maintaining at its end. I need the reply from ur end asap seeking detail about my name being used in reference or any other thing in any person accpount.

                                    Dear sir, since 2013 I have icici bank account in cit nagar, chennai. when I was open the account they said this is nil balance account and this account connected to your trading account in kotak securities, unfortunately i went Qatar never care about this account now i planned to use this account so I have transfer some amount, but all the amount was deducted & balance showing Rs.154. I need to know two things.1.what type of account this. & 2.how much is account minimum balance, it’s my mistake I did not clarify with bank executives about my scheme, is it possible to refund the deducted amount.
