I have got call from[protected] regarding enhancement of the credit limit on my ICICI credit card. I just gave my credit card number but asking the CVV number I realized that its some thing fishy. I did not give CVV number. I would like to know whether they can do any online transaction or use my credit card no.

    An amount of rupees 1000.00 (one thousand) is regularly deducted from my ac[protected] and is being deposited in wrong reliance mutual fund folio no.[protected] without my instruction.Till date 35000.00 (Thirty five thousand ) has already been deposited in ac.Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to stop deduction and also for refund

      Dear Team, I am Lokesh Reddy and i am using the icici bank savings account:[protected] from more than 5 years.Today an amount of 16500 got debited from my account.I had called and asked the Customer Care and they were saying you had a Lean amount with the ICICI Credit card debited because of that reason amount got blocked in amount like that he replied to me. I am not sure how come icici bank will debit my hard earned money without my knowledge and more over the credit card i had blocked 4 months back because credit card department had charged me an interest and late payment charges of 6K, so i had rejected the charges and had paid only my transaction what ever i had done with the card and i had blocked the card.After 4 months now they had accumulated the interest charges every month and blocked an amount of 16.5k from my savings account. I am not sure to whom i need to contact now, Requesting you to provide me the legal suggestion how i can respond to the bank as the bank people were saying since icici credit card is also a part of icici we have right to deduct your amount without giving any information like that customer care executive replied.

        Carol Rodrigues - On 31st May 2014 ( Saturday) I visited the ICICI ATM at Sector 17 Vashi and made a withdrawal of INR 5000, but due to system error did receive the amount, again I made the INR 5000.but, no amount received I received a message stating INR 10000 withdrawal. I then visited the ICICI branch at Sector -17 and informed them on the same. They stated this regularly happens and in the next two hour there would be a reversal.. I did not receive the amount. 2nd June 2014, Monday morning I launched a complaint at phone banking and also visited the ICICI branch at Sector -17 they said they would inquire and keep us informed. On 3rd June 2014 I called Customer Support to check on the status, they stated I had taken the amount and the complaint is closed. I again filed a complaint at phone banking and lasso visited the branch at Vashi Sector 17, the branch manage took and complaint letter and filed it against phone banking team. Later that evening the Customer Service informed that I had withdrawn the amount and no inquiry would happen. We have asked the branch for the CCTV footage they said it would take 7 working days My question is if there has been issue with the ATM and branch was aware of it why was there no action taken and why does it take so much time to resolve a financial problem? Is this how you serve your customer? I need my money on priority Contact - [protected]

          dear sir/Madam,


          This is to inform you, i have taken a 2 Wheeler Loan a/c no. LTDEL[protected] on Year 2005, & ECS was done for the all EMI/Installments...

          Now I have checked my CIBL Report & found Rs 2457/- is pending on my this Loan Account..


          & regarding this till date i have not received any information from bank side...


          & result of this it has much effected badly to my CIBL report...


          After calling ICICI bank call centre... now total overdue amount of this a/c is 7406/-


          Now i want to know who is responsible for this ? ...& why bank has not given any information/notice for the same..?? & why should i pay this amount..

          May i know when it will be finally closed... as recently i have received a mail communication from bank side but is was not satisfactory..


          Again I m reminding about my complaint ... that ICICI bank has not given any information about pending loan from past 7 Years, & O/s for this


          Pending loan is now rs 7406/- of rs 2457/-, My cibil report is also effected very badly due to this, & why should I pay... this difference amount, ??

            My name is Murali and maintaining my bank account with ICICI Bank for past 7 years and I have seen the below transactions today. They deducted 8000 Rs from my account for in March and April. I have no idea why this has been deducted with out informing/notifying me.             Hi I am Kishore Reddy . I am also having the same problem. These people deducted Rs. 10, 002.85/- from my account.

                I WAS a ICICI bank Loyalist until yesterday’s fraud by thebank. I hold multiple accounts with ICICI alongwith Credit Card as well fromthe same bank.

                Issue is that for last couple of days I was making a paymentto Credit card outstanding which should get updated automatically BUT this wasnot happening and more so when Customer care contacted they had no clue aboutthis.

                Parallely when I made payments for Credit card, I gave a goahead to a vendor to charge me on credit card which started getting declined.Finally when I escalated the matter multiple times on customer care I got toknow that Payments towards Credit card were not getting updated due to atechnical glitch and were meekly accepted by the supervisor called ‘Swati’ .Post my insistence of compensation, she confirmed that a manager will call metomorrow to speak to me in this regard.

                Meanwhile I get calls from the vendor to whom I had given goahead for charging me stating that your card is declining ma’am… Give us adifferent card etc. All this happened because of negligence of ICICI !!! On4th June that is today I get a call from Senior Supervisor calledFatima who was very cool about the matter and stated I understand your concernand a Full Stop. When I asked what’s the compensation for what I have gonethrough she says “I apologize no such policies for compensation… but can waiveof some petty interest amount. To which my reply was that Iam not looking forany monetary benefits, instead I was looking for some gestures which serviceindustry gives to compensate for the embarrassment I had to go through. Towhich she was again reluctant and post which I asked her the process of closingbank accounts and credit card and she gave the closure process very casually.

                Never thought banks like ICICI whoshould be operating on 9 sigma can make such BLUNDERSand then take them CASUALLY too!!!

                  I hold an account at Habsiguda branch in Hyderabad. It was a worst service from phone banking division when I called them up to enquire about my account. They don't even know simple accounts and are lest interested and dedicated to work. I over heard some joke being enjoyed. I had to talk to 4 people with in 10 mins still no result. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. Off late the service of ICICI bank has come down drastically. Go for nationalized banks.

                    I decided to close the home loan at ICICI bank, collected the foreclosure letter and other documents and submitted the same to the new Bank where I was shifting my loan. I confirmed the process from ICICI call center, where I was informed that I just need to carry the cheque for closure. But when I went to the branch, I was informed about a change in process, where I am supposed to apply for the foreclosure letter, which was earlier instantaneously available, but now takes 7 working days to produce and then come for the closure. Now I end up paying interest to both ICICI and the new bank for this. ICICI like always say that its their right to change th policy whenever they want without informing the customers even if we are the once who pay extra due to this. Now due to this I will have to pay approximately INR 10, 000 as interest extra. I really wish that legal system in India can take action against such banks.                       From the last two days ICICI Internet banking was not working properly. When transferring the amount to the another account money was ducted but end of the process it is showing the "error encountered message". If there is any problem with Internet banking bank need to be inform to the customer but here there is no information about this. Due to this problem customers are getting disappointed. Atleast from the next time onwards send a mail or message to customers when problems are occurred.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I got a call from someone claiming that they are calling from ICICI Credit Card Rewards division and they have chosen me as one of their selected privileged customer and they would be sending me gifts worth of INR 6999.00. Worst part is that they were having all my personal details such as credit card 16 digit number, date of birth, card expiry date, valid from date and I was made to believe that they are ICICI Bank representatives and made me share the 6 digit IVR number. Best part is that the person who spoke with me gave me his personal number and his name and was making attempts to convince that if they were fraud people that he wouldn't be sharing his personal number and his name. Later I suspected that this could be a fraudulent one and immediately called the ICICI customer care service and checked with them if this is a valid offer from ICICI bank and they denied it. Have lodged a complaint and have blocked the card. But not sure whether I would be getting back the money or not, but nice lesson learnt. Though it was stupid of me to share the IVR 6 digit pin, one question that makes me to think to terminate my relationship with ICICI Bank is, how come my personal data got leaked to fraudsters? What control measures that Bank has put in place to prevent data breach?

                            Dear Sir,

                            My self Devender Singh using ICICI credit card more then 10
                            years. I pay my all bill payments on time. But this time I pay Manipal
                            University fee in march of Rs.60157/= with choosing the 12 EMI option. It was
                            paid without showing any problem. Before this payment I had also paid for
                            mobile purchase with the same EMI option and it was converted without any
                            problems. But in this 60157/= payment it was not converted in to EMI.

                            I talk many times to customer care to resolve the issue by
                            converting it in 12 EMI and take the interest and service charges back. It
                            passed one month and now one customer care executive told that it cannot be
                            resolved and I have to pay it at once.

                            I request you to please resolve the issue. You please check
                            my previous payment records. Also please check my calls related to resolving
                            this issue. It passed almost one and half month I'm talking your customer care
                            for the same issue.

                            I request again you to please check and resolve the issue.

                              Re : Long delay in clearing local cheque.

                              I have dropped a SBI Bank cheque no. 473439, Amt Rs. 145780/- on 12th May 2014 which was to be deposited on account no.[protected]ICICI bank account named-Vikas Dharwal)
                              but it is not transferred till now.

                              I called to ICICI customer care several time, raised service request but not getting any proper response, I wrote mail too but no response from ICICI bank.

                              Therefore I request you to please look into the matter in which I would be always thankful to you.

                                I have been billed for an unsuccessful transaction while attempting to recharge my STRAIGHT TALK phone from America on the 24th of May using my ICICI Debit card. Kindly look into this ever persistent problem, and refund the unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs. 3, 002.37.                                     visited ashok nagar - chennai Branch and requested to close my demerit
                                    account and the savings account which one is linked to this demerit
                                    account. After that I didnt receive any notification related to this
                                    accounts(Saving account and Demerit account). I have balance in my savings account[protected]. Last week I am tried to pay my credit card bill using this account, but I am not able to transfer full amount (Still Rs.1517 is showing balance in my account). and I can't
                                    withdrway this amount, regarding this issue I am visited my nearest
                                    branch. They are told us the balance amount is linked to Service charge
                                    for (IN[protected] mentioned demerit account, and last December 20/12/2013 also
                                    Rs.
                                    1, 498.32 is debited from my account. If it's a demerit account service charge, 1. Why not giving any notification about this account to me? 2. Service charges need to take every Year. But it's not happen for last six years.
                                    If any one is happen in last six years, then I need to know the
                                    status about my account, Otherwise how do I know the status?.
                                    regarding this issue I am not able to pay my ICIC credit card bill on
                                    time, and I sent a mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com, I didnt get any
                                    feedback till now. Kindly give me a clarification regarding this issue
                                    and refund my ammount to my account as soon as
                                    earlier.
