I have salary saving account no.[protected] with ICICI Bank. I have found that the bank have deducted the SMAB charges for my account without any intimation.It was really pity to know that such thing are happening with the customers.It is totally unlawful action from such a reputed bank.     Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday I got a call from someone claiming that they are calling from ICICI Credit Card Rewards division and they have chosen me as one of their selected privileged customer and they would be sending me gifts worth of INR 6999.00. Worst part is that they were having all my personal details such as credit card 16 digit number, date of birth, card expiry date, valid from date and I was made to believe that they are ICICI Bank representatives and made me share the 6 digit IVR number. Best part is that the person who spoke with me gave me his personal number and his name and was making attempts to convince that if they were fraud people that he wouldn't be sharing his personal number and his name. Later I suspected that this could be a fraudulent one and immediately called the ICICI customer care service and checked with them if this is a valid offer from ICICI bank and they denied it. Have lodged a complaint and have blocked the card. But not sure whether I would be getting back the money or not, but nice lesson learnt. Though it was stupid of me to share the IVR 6 digit pin, one question that makes me to think to terminate my relationship with ICICI Bank is, how come my personal data got leaked to fraudsters? What control measures that Bank has put in place to prevent data breach?

      Dear Sir,

      My self Devender Singh using ICICI credit card more then 10
      years. I pay my all bill payments on time. But this time I pay Manipal
      University fee in march of Rs.60157/= with choosing the 12 EMI option. It was
      paid without showing any problem. Before this payment I had also paid for
      mobile purchase with the same EMI option and it was converted without any
      problems. But in this 60157/= payment it was not converted in to EMI.

      I talk many times to customer care to resolve the issue by
      converting it in 12 EMI and take the interest and service charges back. It
      passed one month and now one customer care executive told that it cannot be
      resolved and I have to pay it at once.

      I request you to please resolve the issue. You please check
      my previous payment records. Also please check my calls related to resolving
      this issue. It passed almost one and half month I'm talking your customer care
      for the same issue.

      I request again you to please check and resolve the issue.

      I will be very thankful to you.

        Re : Long delay in clearing local cheque.

        I have dropped a SBI Bank cheque no. 473439, Amt Rs. 145780/- on 12th May 2014 which was to be deposited on account no.[protected]ICICI bank account named-Vikas Dharwal)
        but it is not transferred till now.

        I called to ICICI customer care several time, raised service request but not getting any proper response, I wrote mail too but no response from ICICI bank.

        Therefore I request you to please look into the matter in which I would be always thankful to you.

          I have been billed for an unsuccessful transaction while attempting to recharge my STRAIGHT TALK phone from America on the 24th of May using my ICICI Debit card.               Hi, Demerit Account - IN[protected]
              I am using above mentioned Demerit account in 2007. In 2008 I am
              visited ashok nagar - chennai Branch and requested to close my demerit
              account and the savings account which one is linked to this demerit
              account. After that I didnt receive any notification related to this
              accounts(Saving account and Demerit account). I have balance in my savings account[protected]. Last week I am tried to pay my credit card bill using this account, but I am not able to transfer full amount (Still Rs.1517 is showing balance in my account). and I can't
              withdrway this amount, regarding this issue I am visited my nearest
              branch. They are told us the balance amount is linked to Service charge
              for (IN[protected] mentioned demerit account, and last December 20/12/2013 also
              Rs.
              1, 498.32 is debited from my account. If it's a demerit account service charge, 1. Why not giving any notification about this account to me? 2. Service charges need to take every Year. But it's not happen for last six years.
              If any one is happen in last six years, then I need to know the
              status about my account, Otherwise how do I know the status?.
              regarding this issue I am not able to pay my ICIC credit card bill on
              time, and I sent a mail to [protected]@icicidirect.com, I didnt get any
              feedback till now. Kindly give me a clarification regarding this issue
              and refund my ammount to my account as soon as
              earlier.

                  Sir, There have been fraud online transactions made using my ICICI bank credit card xxxx xxxx xxxx 9004 of Rs 8750 to Grit Edu_PayTM (May 27, 2014; 17:53:40 hrs), which was not approved by me.In the mean while when I received the payment advice from bank, I called up to the bank customer care executive regarding this issue to stop the payment to the merchant immediately but they didn't help me out. Hence, I have already lodged the complain to nearest Police station and Joint commissioner of Crime against the said transaction. However, I have already informed the bank for this issue and blocked my card and said I will not pay any penny for this fraud play. Since, I have requested the bank within fraction of minute after getting the payment advice from bank to help me out, not to execute this transaction and decline it because the same was not executed by me and any online pay take two to three days’ time to get credit in merchant's a/c. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />Please look into it very strongly and help me out resolving this sensitive cyber crime.                   Be assured that ICICI bank will NOT DO ANYTHING IN THIS CASE. I am writing this since I have been victim of the same fraud. These fake callers do it coz they want to earn the wrong way and ICICI will never help you coz they do not want to take any blame on themselves. Its a simple theory that there was a fraudulent transaction of Rs. 8, 750 which was debited from a victims account. Now bank will step down giving an excuse that it was a SECURED 3D Transaction in which you / me (Victim) passed on all the details deliberately to the fake caller. BUT ICICI BANK WILL NEVER BOTHER (OR GIVE A FLYING ) THAT WHY IT HAPPENED. Did the ICICI bank tried to track down the merchant named Grit Edu_PayTM who is accepting transactions from this fraudulent shopper - no they wont - ICICI is private bank no...they don't give a . After all it was victim who passed on all the crucial information to the fake caller. Yeah Right ! I have to pay this 8750 from my bleeding COZ I PASSED ON CRITICAL INFORMATION TO THE FAKE CALLER. But for ICICI it hardly matters...its a big private banking firm ...cyber crimes are peanuts for them ...and in a country accommodating more than billion ppl how does some poor victims matter. All i can do is close my account with ICICI not coz they didnt help me but coz they DO NOT CARE OR GIVE A DAMN. PERIOD.

                      Respected Organisation, I have made the following online recharge payments on 25th April 2014 through Aircel official website (amount-149) and 30th may 2014 through paytm online recharges (amount-23) (other details are attached kindly check) Balance in my ICICI bank account has been credited, but I didn't receive any recharge till now.                         Hi, I have an ICICI account for past 8 years, account #[protected]. The account had been started previous employer as a salary account. When I left the employer after a couple of years, I was asked by ICICI to convert the account to savings account. Now the rule for savings account is to maintain 10, 000/- minimum. It is still a large number for us middle class with rising inflation and all services getting costlier. I had to empty my account totally in November 2013 due to severe family needs and now the situation is back to normal. I can maintain minimum balance now. I would request ICICI Bank to waive off any MAB penalty charges which would be automatically debited once I start maintaining minimum balance in this account. If no such promise is made then I would have no choice but to close this account, which I don't want to. I hope ICICI Bank will consider this request from a long time customer of the bank. Thanks.

                        Hi, I got call from ICICI representative saying that MAB penalty charges cannot be waived off as already once this privilege has been used by me. I at least would request ICICI to provide me the exact amount of penalty applicable for my non-maintenance of MAB. Waiting eagerly for the bank's response.

                          I recently took personal loan from ICICI bank, its ECS was on 15th May, ECS was hit on same date but amount was not deducted from my account. The reason is ECS mandate form was not received from my salaried bank. Now I am getting calls daily from ICICI bank for the payment. My account is having sufficient money but it was not deducted because of their problem not my problem. I dnt know whether its a compliant forum or just an information channel but I am planning to drag ICICI bank into court.

                          I have received message from another bank that my name
                          Naresh Kumar Grover S/O shri prabhu Dayal is showing
                          Pending Loan vide Perslonal Loan No. LPDEL[protected]

                            I made payment for the installment of property purchased from Bhopal development Authority on 21/05/2014 and till date neither amount is credited to beneficiary account nor it has reversed to my ICICI bank account. I every day call customer care of ICICI bank and bill desk but not getting any fruitful response. ICICI says payment is successful from their end Bill desk say they have not received payment from the bank.                                 Sir/madamI have taken home loan on 07/10/2005 that time interest rate was 8% floating after 6 to 7 month they started increase my interest rate .5% to 2% every 3 month this continue every 3 to 4month increase in interest rate in 2009 I have paid 13%[protected]% i have paid. after i went to bank and asked for transfer of my home loan to another bank then only they told me to pay processing fee of Rs.1000-00 to convert same this loan to lesser interest rate 10.25% I have done but what about I have paid interest since 2005 I want rebate in interest what I have paid please do need full in this regards

Sir, I would like to draw your kind attention that I had taken a Loan against property amounting Rs. 6, 26, 238/- on 25/02/2008. Now I have applied to Axis Bank to transfer the loan which has already been sanctioned (PDF file enclosed). In this connection, I had also applied for a List of documents in your possession which has been received by me (PDF file enclosed) on 14.3.2014. I am very much surprised to find that you did not care to collect the original Deed from the Registered office for the last seven years. Please note that Axis Bank has refused to disburse the above loan amount in absence of the certificate of LOD from you wherein the original Deed should be clearly stated in your possession.                                     Hi, Myself and my wife has initiated remittances from our Singapore account through ICICI money2india services. Reference numbers for the transactions are: M2N14099800, M2N14099270, M2N14099798, M2N14099501. Total amount involved is 80, 000 SGD. Transfers are done on 17th and 18th May. Amount is remitted on 19th May with the conversion rate of 46.19 for all the four transactions. I have checked the exchange rates from 17th to 19th May and the intra-day lower rates on any given day hasnt even touched the rate that is applied by the bank. May I know whether there is any transparency in the operations? What is the basis of applying 46.19? I am tired of writing to [protected]@icicibank.com as they are not in the position to give any details and are hiding the truth. Do you want to loose customers like us?                                     Appreciate your response however still don't find the reason on why the rates you have applied is not even the intra-day lowest?

                                    You mention that Different websites and banks has different rates depending on their trading. However I am surprised that's the national leading bank is not competitive in this trade compared to the peers for offering the best rate to their customers.

                                    Another thing which may help you to investigate the root cause. When money2india publish an tentative rate, your treasury department sees that the customer gets less or equal to the same but not more than that. Do this mean that they presume the customer is happy enough with the tentative rate?

                                    When I booked my transaction just after the national election results day, they seems to have lowered the rate expecting a steep increase of ₹ valuation over $. Accordingly they have lowered the tentative rate on the website. However it didn't happened so resulting with the intra day lowest also even came near by to that rate.

                                    These are the observations which is quite explanatory in the way your treasury operations are done. Yes I do agree of the market fluctuations but not that ICICI only has some issues with the market.

                                    Nevertheless I felt that it's worth while sharing with you guys so that you can increase transparency in your operations and cut down such false practices.

                                    It's a big money for customers like me when 40paisa * 80, 000 = 32, 000 ₹ loss has to be borne due to your operational inefficiencies.

                                    I shall wait for your positive candid response atleast this time.

                                    We would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we offer very competitive rates to our service users with the motive to pass on higher benefits to our service users. Please note that it is possible that all banks participating on a particular day for a particular currency may not have received the same rate as it is completely market driven and hence there are intra day rate movements.

                                    Please note that it might be possible that on a particular day some other service providers may offer a higher rate on the transactions. However we would like to assure you that overall our rates are competitive and we try to pass on higher benefits to our service users.

                                    Also the rate which gets applied to the transaction is basis the rate prevalent at the time of conversion of the transaction.

                                    The rates that you see on the website are indicative rates and the actual rate would depend upon the prevailing market rate at the time of conversion of the transaction amount.
