Hello,
I had visited an ICICI ATM at Satellite Branch today at 11:45am to withdraw cash. My account had 20, 000 rupees into it before withdrawal. I requested for Rs.11, 000/- but the amount that was retrieved from the ATM was only Rs.10, 600/-. There were 20 notes of 500 and 6 notes of 100. But when i checked the ICICI sms that came to my cell was for the withdrawal of Rs.11, 000 instead of Rs.10, 600/-. I was unable to pull out receipts for the withdrawal as there were no paper rolls in the machine. Then, I went to the ICICI Bank at Satellite (same one i.e. attached with the ATM) to ask for help. But there was nobody who could help me for that. Instead they directed me to call up to call centre for my complaint. I am really upset with the service that is provided at the bank. I have not got my 400 rupees that were not credited to me and also there were no Customer Service executive who could help me for my issue. I was not expecting such kind of service from ICICI bank and specially the branch. When I was asked to open an account from various options of banks, I had chose ICICI bank thinking it to be the best one in their services. Even I am working in a service industry but this is not the kind of response you give to customers who are troubled due to your technical issue and policies... Can you please heelp me to understand as why I need to approach to callcentre when I am already standing in the ICICI Bank branch and there are numbers of representatives in front o[censored]s?
