I had availed an Auto (Car) Loan of Rs.2, 50, 000/- from ICICI BANK Ltd. in the month of January, 2013. Lately it has come to my notice that an excess amount of Rs.1, 894.00 has been charged in the Principal amount and Rs.6006.00 in the rate of interest as appeared from the Amortization Schedule. So, I request the concerned authority to please revise the Amortization Schedule and send me a correct Schedule after adjustment of the excess amount already paid to the ICICI BANK for making necessary payments.

      I wanted to generate new User ID and Password for one of my old ICICI (Bangalore) salary account. I had updated my latest mobile number and got a new user Id from Powai branch...mumbai Got an SMS asking to login now... all my submission was rejected...Horrible Bank, Horrible Customer service system...no way to communicate with customer service.. ICICI bank is a HORRIBLE BANK...Horrible customer service...I'll never reccoment ICICI bank to any one

        ICICI is currently charging me home loan interest rate of 13.75% - higher than their personal loan rate! This has gone on for years. I have not been able to switch banks due to lack of OC.         Just to update anyone reading: I have had some emails from two different sections in ICICI.

        Essentially, it is different levels which try to stop you in your tracks:

        First - a low grade chap wrote some general stuff along with the usual crap of BPLR/Margin- like you can ask for a switch. Basically at this point you have not received any personal attention. I received no reply to my question "Does that mean that unless I ask for a switch, ICICI will not give me the same considerations as a new customer?" That email chain stopped here.

        Second - a head of quality wrote. This time they went to the extent of checking my rates of interest from the computer. So apparently I have now somehow managed to up one level, but with no improvement in the quality of response.
        And of course, this was a fresh mail chain - not continued from the previous one.

          My wife who is having saving account with ICICI bank went to open PPF account. The staff at yoginagar branch said to open PPF account you have to open another account if you want to use it online.They cannot linked the already existing account. As per my nderstanding there is nothing like that. We can open ppf account and transfer money from our existing account. Please clarify and help me to open this account.

          This year March I went to open PPF account at the same Yoginagar branch and I was bombarded with 10 other investment products and the staff was not ready to provide information on the documents required to open a PPF account. I finally got tired of explaining them that I can take my own investment decisions, but they were persistent that their investment products are better option than investing in PPF.
          Thanks to them I did not make PPF investment in last financial year and I'm tired of banking with ICICI due to their attitude issues.

            Hello, I had visited an ICICI ATM at Satellite Branch today at 11:45am to withdraw cash. My account had 20, 000 rupees into it before withdrawal. I requested for Rs.11, 000/- but the amount that was retrieved from the ATM was only Rs.10, 600/-. There were 20 notes of 500 and 6 notes of 100. But when i checked the ICICI sms that came to my cell was for the withdrawal of Rs.11, 000 instead of Rs.10, 600/-. I was unable to pull out receipts for the withdrawal as there were no paper rolls in the machine. Then, I went to the ICICI Bank at Satellite (same one i.e. attached with the ATM) to ask for help. But there was nobody who could help me for that. Instead they directed me to call up to call centre for my complaint. I am really upset with the service that is provided at the bank. I have not got my 400 rupees that were not credited to me and also there were no Customer Service executive who could help me for my issue. I was not expecting such kind of service from ICICI bank and specially the branch. When I was asked to open an account from various options of banks, I had chose ICICI bank thinking it to be the best one in their services. Even I am working in a service industry but this is not the kind of response you give to customers who are troubled due to your technical issue and policies... Can you please heelp me to understand as why I need to approach to callcentre when I am already standing in the ICICI Bank branch and there are numbers of representatives in front o[censored]s?               My online account was locked as i suppose to update the KYC information. As I am in US for last 2 years, I was asked to do self attest and submit the documents like Passport, Divers Licence, etc. I did the same and it was rejected and gave 3 reasons like photo id missing, KYC form missing and Passport is not visible properly. I resent the docs to ICICI Mumbai branch. I have been communicating with them on this issue in the email from last one month and they use to reply in one day if they founf any issue from my side. But after I resend the docs, I did not hear from them. I resend the email 4 times in last 4 days(each day one), they are not replying. I have about 7L in my account and I am not sure if they want deliberately not to un-lock my account so that the amount will be there untill i come back to India. I put lot of effort from last 2 months to resolve this and each day each agent tells one new thing on the phone.                 Dear sir/Madam, I RAJESH KUMAR AINADA having the account at Dwarakanagar branch, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, My A/C No is[protected].i transfered the amount Rs1000 to other bank account through IMPS on Dt 12.05.14 but it could not be processed.It happened twice.The total amount Rs 2000 was debited from my account i.e each transaction Rs 1000 was debited for two times. On 14.05.14 i called the customer care for the same, they told me that it will be reversed back after 48hrs but it was not happened.Again i called on 17.05.14 to customer care, this time they said me that the amount debited will be credited back in 4 to 5 working days but it also not happened. Again i called on 18.05.14 to customer care, again they told me that it will be credited in 1 working day, that also over. I called on 20.5.14 & 22.05.14 they answering in same way like previous.                       Dear Sir, I am Arun Vijaybaskar, working as a Software engineer in Bangalore. I have salary account in ICICI Bank, New Bel Road branch, Bangalore and my account number is[protected]. In Dindigul Icici bank branch ATM on 25/08/2013 I tried to withdraw Rs 3900 from my account but Rs 900 has been dispatched from the ATM machine then I got a message from bank saying Rs 3900 has been deducted from my account. I went to Dindigul ICICI bank and filed compliant on 27/08/2013 The Bank executive told me that the amount will be reverted to my account in 7 working days but it didn't happened. Then I contact through ICICI mobile banking and asked the status of my complaint (Request) they replied that my request has been closed. Then I filed a new compliant on 11/09/2013 and asked the status on 13/09/2013 they replied that my request (Complaint) has been closed. Hence I am contacting you for further action and to get my money back. I am totally frustrated because of the response I received from ICICI Bank customer care and Mobile bank customer care executives. Please investigate and get it credited back to my ICICI S/B account ASAP.                         My account No is[protected] My name is Leela I went and deposited on 21/05/2014 Rs.1500 to maintain 10, 000/- in my account. the last withdrawal was showing 9365 after deducting about 520rs in day trading on 21/05/2014. it should show around 10, 300 why r u deducting 300 Rs every month last month also same thing happened i did not have any explaination now this time i am going to consumer forum if I dont get proper explaination and my bank statement

                          Credit card verification process

                          Hello, I applied for a credit card and I get a call from a person claiming to be ICICI representative asking me to verify my personal data over phone. I tell the person that I will not do so as there is no way to verify if the person is indeed from ICICI and I ask for a call back number, so I can verify that indeed it's ICICI. The person then hung the call. I call back ICICI customer care, and they don't seem to understand this...

                              I have applied cerdit car in ICICI Bank. I have submited all the documents. But i didn't recevied any credit card from ICICI. But Every month they are sending the bill statement. One time (5 months back) i have complaint the customer care. They said that will stop the bill generation, we will send you the credit card again. Still i didn't received the credit card, but bill is coming. Now they are calling to home town and asking us to pay the bill.

                                I am Adil Premkumar form Ambattur Chennai, I have applied for a Personal Loan through Online and one of your executive came and collected all the documents from me the very next day, but it is been more that 20 days there is no response from anyone when I check online it shows 100% completed.I have called ICICI bank customer care and they say it is not our part so kindly contact the Ambattur Estate Branch and I went there today to Personal Loan department, , they said that dont have any details about the Personal Loan and they called some one through phone and Mr.Naveen spoke to me telling that my form is been rejected for no reason, and when i caked him about the details he says he cannot give and he is not willing to give the correct contact person details whom i should meet. Atlas ICICI Bank has wasted my time and made me to go to you bank to understand the Service you are extending to your customer who has account in you own bank. He wanted me to wanted me to contact the collection guy who came for collecting my documents...( Funny answer)My Application No : [protected] Most funny thing is, he is not in a position to accept that the Application number given by ICICI Bnak is correct, he says it is wrong. and I am attaching the mail copy with this mail which is sent my ICICI to me after the application is been processed.This is how ICICI Bank works and this is the support you are giving to you customer. Worst support and worst service which is never expected form a reputed bank like ICICI.Regret to be your customer.

                                  I have purchased Children growth Bond 022002-CCB in the name of my daughter .The bond holder no is[protected] and certificate number is 4075. taken in the year 2002, redemption date 27.10.2018 While interacting with my collages I came to know that the bond is now closed . I contacted ICICI customer care and they informed please visit the nearest ICIC Bank along with the bond and money will be paid. When I visited the branch at Habsiguda in hyderabad which is nearer to me, they informed we do not know about this bond and we are sending mail, please wait for a week.When I again went to the bank they informed, no response is received. please wait for some more time.Agian i visited the branch and the person who helped me was not there and another gentleman took the details and after some time came and told please send the bond in original along with id proof and request letter to MUMBAI at the following address ICICI Bank limited -Demat services, c/o 3i infotech BPO limited Akruti trade center 3 rd floor p_10, road no.7, Bim nagar Marol MIDC, Andheri(East)-400093. He also wanted to me contact customer care before sending.And customer care is again unable to help me.I request you kindly help me in this regard and inform me what procedure is to be followed for the redemption.                                   Hi, I have purchased Children Growth Bond - 022002-CGB (one) in Name of my Son -Amit Ramchandra Ghule on Dated 01/03/2002, with its redemption date of[protected]. I have tried to get in touch with the company at the email address provided on the bond ([protected]@icici.com). However the email returned with delivery failure response mentioning the email address does not exist. I need to know the correct contact details for the fund house to be able to initiate the communication. I can be reached at [protected]@yahoo.com
