Please be informed that ICICI bank has taken 20, 000 rupees from my account without my knowledge. On APRIL 1st 2014 I tried to with draw money from sholinganallur HDFC bank ATM and my withdrawal was declined and no amount was deducted from my account. After ten days ICICI bank without any confirmation from me they deducted 20, 000 from my account, As my account had no balance it went in minus. I called up to customer care and raised complaint on the same, they registered the same and messaged to my mobile saying your money will be returned in 7 days of time. That is money should have returned on 23rd APRIL 2014. It did not get re-funded they said this request is closed, so raise one more complaint and we will action it in 24 hrs and refund your money they said. The issue was not resolved and they have taken my 20000 rupees, When I went to Sholinganallur branch ICICI bank they said to wait for 17 more days. The customer care people told if you want you can raise compliant on the same. First issue – for 1st APRIL 2014 declined money how can they deducted after 10 days 10 APR 2014? Second issue – They sent message saying they will refund my money and later they did not refund. Third issue – How can savings account go in minus side, and how can they take my money without my notice.

    Hi Team,

    I am writing to you after losing all my patience. I hope while reading this you will feel yourself being at my position and the pain and trouble I faced with you.

    I am highly pissed off because the services provided by one of your branches in Delhi Videocon Tower, Jhandewalan Extention. The person named Prashant Pandey first of took hell time in processing my request. I placed a request for loan for Rs.50, 000/- only which was accepted at that point of time. But when I got the call from Mr.Pranshant pandey([protected]) he said that the loan has been approved for Rs.2lakhs which I never asked for. Then he said that it cant be less than Rs.1lakh and just wanted to know then how was my request proceeded online with the same details if it was not possible. You can understand if a person asks for loan he is in much need of it and this whole process had already taken more than 20days so I agreeded to his words and took 1lakh loan so that I can get my dues fixed with this loan amount. But Its been more than 1month I am still waiting for the amount to be transferred to my account. I have asked 100times that I want to speak to Senior but no one came back to me or gave me any details so that I can contact anyone about the same. So I had to be in the same circle moving round and round. Then my case was been handled by Mr.Dinesh( [protected]). He said after giving cheques it will be done next day. Then the statement got changed to 24hrs. Its been more than 1 week still no repsonse. Yesterday I told Mr.Dinesh that it will be of no use to me if its gets delayed by few more days because my time limit to get my dues cleared will be over so it will be of no use for me. He replied it will be done for sure by Monday(28/04/2014). I called him in the evening to check the status for the same. I ignored my call and didnt answer. I called him many times but no reply. I called him again today still no reply. I called Mr.Prashant and a lady named Zoya answered the call saying that he is not available in office. I again asked for details so that I can escalate it and talk to any senior. She denied to give any details and someone shouted to disconnect my call and my call was disconnected and since then no one is answering. I called them again and again and then they said that I will get a call back. Still waiting for that call back. So one has called back. Being a loyal customer with ICICI for now more than 2years I feel so helpless and irate that I dont know what to do. I wish I could escalate it to the highest authority and teach your employees what they are getting paid for. Even I work for an organisation and I know there are glitches in every system but this ignorance I have never seen and not can imagine. I want that money asap otherwise I will be in trouble and you have already wasted all my time that I had. I am left with no option but I will sincerely pass on my feedback to each and every customer of yours with whom I will meet.

      I had taken a home loan [Rs. 8, 49, 456/-] from M/s. ICICI Bank vide loan account No. LBHYD[protected] dt. 16.2.2007 @ 12.75% floating interest per annum. Accordingly, as per their loan agreement my monthly EMI’s for the above said loan were being paid on the 10th day of every month from my savings bank account. Subsequently, I also made a couple of part-payments and acknowledgements obtained. [75, 000 + 10, 000] Receipts Nos.[protected] &[protected] dt. 26.8.2008 & 14.9.2009 ] IN order to discourage from such part-payments ICICI bank had launched new insurance policies during this period to tap part-payments customers like me. During one such payment the bank offered me an insurance policy titled “ Jeetey Raho” – Life Time Gold] with an annual premium of Rs.25000/- I was further advised that on payment of 03 such premiums my amount would appreciate up to Rs.1, 20, 000/- and the policy can be surrendered after 03 years. Further, the bank also promised to slash interest rates by 4% on purchase of the above said policy. As the offer seemed quite attractive and anticipating reduction in interest rates I did take this policy for Rs. 25, 000/- [12558971] Subsequently, 02 other premiums were also paid in year 2010 & 2011 respectively. Having issued the above said policy the bank intimated me that, the revised interest rates on my loan account will be 8.75% [12.75-4 = 8.75%] vide their letter dt. 19.9.2009 and the same will be effective from 10.10.2009. . Further, the bank also collected Rs.14, 148/- as charges towards float switches [charges levied for change in interest rates] vide receipt No.[protected] dt. 14.9.2009. Now its nearing 5 years having taken the above said policy neither the sum assured was paid nor the interest rates were practically slashed. A majority of banks lends home loans between 10.15 – 10.25 % per annum whereas I am forced to pay 11.75% which is unfair & un-reasonable. Yet ICICI bank claims to have the lowest interest rates on Home loans. Further, in this IT era a majority of banks places all their business transactions on their website for on line viewing by their customers whereas ICICI bank deprives this facility also to their customers. Other than interest liability certificate [to avail rebate on income tax] no other details are allowed to browse about our loan account. For any further queries we are advised to visit their nearest branch which is un-practicable. I do not understand why ICICI Bank would like to conceal every business transaction & trap the innocent customers. As I am deeply hurt the way it dealt me for the past 07 years I would like to bring it to the notice of top brass for immediate settlement of my grievance.

      ICICI's fraudulent deals on home loans

Now its nearing 5 years having taken the above said policy neither the sum assured was paid nor the interest rates were practically slashed. As a result an amount of 89, 148/- [75000 + 14148] remained un-accounted from 2009. Finally ICICI did achieve its objective by diverting my attention from Home loan part payments. A majority of banks lends home loans between 10.15 – 10.25 % per annum whereas ICICI charges 11.75% which is unfair & un-reasonable. Yet ICICI claims to have lowest interest rates on Home loans. Further, in this IT era a majority of banks places all their business transactions on their website for on line viewing by their customers whereas ICICI deprives this facility also. Other than interest liability certificate [to avail rebate on income tax] no other details are allowed to view about loan account. For any further queries we are advised to visit their nearest branch which is un-practicable. I do not understand why ICICI Bank would like to conceal every business transaction & trap the innocent customers. I am a victim of ICICI bank. Though my grievance has been brought to the notice of their MD nothing is heard till date and my efforts seem to have gone in vain. Therefore, the same has been referred to the banking ombudsman for doing the needful.

          This is with reference to my father's credit card - Bigbazaar ICICI cobranded.
          He had made a purchase at BB, Mulund & used this card for the payment. I dont know what had happened at the time of payment but he was charged twice for one transaction/purchase. At the time of settling credit card bill, my father paid for the actual transaction and raised a complaint for extra transaction. Till now the complaint is unresolved and we keep getting payment/recovery reminders.
          Request you to look into my concern and resolve it at the earliest.

I duly deposited the said amount Rs.12, 000, in your bank on Sep.09, 2009 by cheque No. 346591 (PNB). This was purported to be final payment (One time Settlement). Some how my loan account has not been closed and payment is being shown in you record & to be made by me. Please get the account record rectified and the loan account may kindly be closed.               On, 11th April 2014. I have received Instant Credit Card [ [protected] ] on Fixed Deposit. Branch told me it will get activated within 4 days and I will receive the pin by calling customer care. But now it has been 15days card is not activated nor I have received any pin. I have called many times the customer care, they are just extending time, I went to the branch Mandke hospital Andheri West Mumbai .                 I have not received my credit card, even though it was dispatched last month. No one from the bank bothered to inform me that the card was returned. I have received a credit card bill with charges for joining fee and service tax. (Note: I have not joined yet, as the card has not been activated and the service in this case is objectionable) The customer care center is least interested in solving the problem, they want to finish the call as soon as possible as I am guessing they are rated on the basis of how many calls they answered instead of how many people they helped. I am sick and tired of calling the customer care just to change my dispatch address and get the card, so that I can pay the bill I want to cancel this card, which of course they will not do because of pending bills. This does not make sense as I have never received the card!!!

                  I have a business & have an ICICI Bank EDC machine for accepting cards. In March 2014, I received a letter from ICICI Bank that from April onwards they will charge Rs. 100 + taxes for low output. Immediately I told them that I do not want to keep their machine & submitted a deinstallation request Case ID : 07656777. I was informed that the MID has been updated & the machine will be collected within 3 working days. 21 days later, the machine has still not been collected from the store & I receive an auto-debit saying Low output fees! I should not have been charged because I have already submitted a deinstallation request & the delay is from their end!

                    My name is jyothi pesingi, my card no ends with [protected], i have been using icici credit card from the last 17 months. I used it for many. In the process i observed no fault but

                    Recently i purchased gold through this card worth of and i thought of converting it into emi and later on i came to know that according to rbi new rules it is not possible. That is also acceptable
                    But for 25, 407/- you charged the interest 1594/- + gst 197/-.
                    I paid the amount 5000/- so i want to know based on what u charged that much amount. Nearly 1800/- means interest rate at 7.08 per month. How ridiculous it is.
                    I want to dis continue with icici due to all ththis reason so friends be aware of icicic credit card.
                    I accepted it for first two reasons, but why should i pay1800/- interest for least25407/-.

                    I paid all the amount u deactivete my card

                      I have taken Home Loan from ICICI Bank in Aug 2006 at Floating Interest rate. Current Market rate is 10 to 11% and I am paying interest to ICICI Home Finance @ 14.5%. So I decided to shift the home loan to other bank. I requested Foreclosure Letter by submitting an online request. Request number SR[protected] dated 14-Apr-2014. I provided my mobile number as well as email address for communication. Worth nothing the I have my salary account with ICICI and both the accounts are linked. Hence, ICICI is having my contact details already. After couple of days I checked the service request. It was painful that I was unable to find any Open or Close service request. Luckily I saved the service request number and I searched with the same and could get the clue that the request status is closed. The reason for closing the service request was: Bank is unable to contact me at the phone number provided. And they asked me to cot act the Bank. Since, I was bit busy with office assignments; I missed couple of calls on my mobile which were from unknown number. Considering a valid reason, I submitted another request. But, this time I did not took the service request number. And bank again closed the same. However, this time I am not able to trace the Service request. For the third time I requested again and this time I noted the service request number as well as I am forced to post on the Consumer Court forum as well. Since I have excellent experience in the past as well; I know I will get correct service. I should be specific that when I approached couple of other banks, all of them are of the opinion that ICICI Will make my life miserable for providing the Foreclosure letter and list of documents. While applying for Home loan as well I had a very bitter experience with ICICI. However, I do not have any evidence of the same now. Lets see how do ICICI Treat their consumers. Application submitted on 25 Feb 2014, but till the date i had not heard any thing from your bank. I request you to make payment of the bond as above as I am in urgent need of money for treatment of my wife.

                          Dear sir / madam,

                          This is to bring to your notice that a particular agency Siddhi business solutions has been harassing me for outstanding payment on my ICICI bank credit card.

                          I do not like the un-courteous way that they speak. They are absolutely not upto ICICI brand image.

                          They call on Sunday afternoon also which is not correct.

                          They have made it a one point agenda to harass people.

                          There are sometimes when timely payments are not made.

                          Their details are as under:

                          Sandeep Sharma is 1 person I could get the name of. Others don’t tell their names and also do not tell which agency they are calling from.

                            Hi, I am currently holding an ICICI bank credit card 4375********0006. When I have applied for credit card I was told by your representative that the annual fee will be waived off if you do a min. transaction of Rs.25, 000. But even after doing transaction of around 40, 000 they charged me the annual fee. When contacted their customer care they told me that the min. transaction required is Rs.50, 000 and not Rs.25, 000 as informed to me. I tried to explain them what I was told by their representative but they are not even bothered to listen. I even asked them to take a request for cancellation if you can't stick your words as I don't have faith in this bank any more. Today they only charged for annual fee, tomorrow they might starting charging for some other things. But they are not even ready to take request for that as well. Kindly help me in getting my money back and if required I am ready to give up this useless bank's card. Thanks Sailesh +[protected]

                              This is regarding-Service Reference Numbers SR[protected] and SR[protected]. I did not receive any update/progress from ICICI bank except asking for my cooperation. I do not know what kind of cooperation you are expecting from me after loss all my 6 and half years savings!!! I have already filed the FIR. I have the following points to highlight to you as well as to our Corporate Finance team as there is fault in ICICI BANK work process I believe. 1. The Fraud has been done from ICICI Bank to ICICI bank fraud accounts only! 2. It was the Bank's responsibility to reconfirm with me before the transaction and not informing after the Transaction. 3. When the account balance is going toward a negative (-2.5*****) balance, how come Bank can allow that transaction? 4. I blocked my accounts on 12th Morning, whereas the Linked FDs got auto-sweep on 12th later on and went to the Fraud account!???? 5. 4.52000 has been withdrawn from three accounts on a single day and Some has been withdrawn from the Branch itself and some ATM transaction of ICICI bank. Now if there is more than 50K transaction, PAN card and proper authorization I believe needed. There is ATM withdrawal Limit as well as Cash withdrawals policy. All the branches have CCTV also. I want to know when I would get back my hard earned money in my Account.

                                I have done a transaction in my ICICI Bank A/c no[protected]Saligramam Branch) to SBH Account number [protected](JawaharNagar Branch) dated 08/04/2014 through NEFT with following manners. Beneficiary Name: Sridhar N Beneficiary's account number: [protected] IFSC Code : SBIN0007582 Transaction Value Date: 08/04/2014 RBI Reference number:[protected] ICICI Bank RESPONSE IS We find your fund transfer through NEFT is successful.And they gave me RBI transaction reference. SBH BANK RESPONSE IS We have not yet received the fund. And we have no idea to track the transaction using the RBI reference number. How can i contact RBI using this reference. Any one can help me to track the transaction using this reference number. since transaction to till today the beneficiary did not receive amount I am not understanding that it is passed around 7 days and how more time banks will take to sort out this problem. I am very sad this type of banking. I request you to please help me on this issue

                                Nobody call me but i volunteer to call ICICI and log the complaint Number: sr[protected].
                                Again they close the ticket by replying to reach the SBI bank..
                                Very much tiered in following with both of them and i found either bank taking the responsibility even after taking concall.
                                Anyone pls help to resolve these.

                                  [protected] is hacking some unknown Person fraudulent online transaction
                                  done on 08.01.2014 in my credit card account. I have received an sms at 08:04
                                  PM stating that there is a transaction of Flip Kart worth of Rs, 31, 500%.when I
                                  was immediately call to customer care officer & informed to them & am
                                  Not done this transaction & kindly block my credit card & stop the
                                  transaction immediately like that i inform to customer care officer .Finally
                                  they said don’t worry about this money within 7 working days Refund your money
                                  & we issue a New credit card also like that they said & they
                                  immediately issued a New credit card in 3 working days .But I wait for 7 days
                                  they do not solve the in money problem . After 7 days Money issue they do not
                                  solve. So that am Finally decided to complain a Cyber Crime Police Inspector of
                                  Mr. K.Sudarshan Reddy File the FIR [FIR:11/2014[23.01.2014] A.P.P.M.Orders
                                  470, 500 ] in Cyberabad near Gachibowli & Cyber crime police was find
                                  out this fraudulent transactions is done in New Delhi some unknown person
                                  his details Crime Branch Police only having. Kindly if the bank give a timeline,
                                  cooperation & some of solution mean I will be a very happy in my life so
                                  that my side also Crime branch police will investigating and full hope with
                                  Cyber crime police will catch that fraudulent person soon and money also
                                  recover soon back
                                  kindly give a some of valuable solution for me & waiting for your replay..

                                  Cyber crime
                                  police investigation is going on but the bank not supporting me they are putting
                                  late fee, service tax all this things, this transaction am not done & why
                                  should i pay.

                                      I am having Salary account in ICICI from last 6.5 years and my account no. is[protected]. I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited as SMAB Chgs-Jan14+Stax 43.26 i.e INR 393.26 and SMAB Chgs-Feb14+Stax 43.26 i.e INR 393.26. I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no Information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no message. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e."levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. This is really ridiculous as my money is deducted with out my notice. Thanks, Ambika Prasad Mahalik

                                        Dear Sirs:
                                        I feel sad in sharing with you that the esteemed organization like yours shows no sign of maturity when it comes to dealing with one of your regular customers.
                                        I had been using ICICI Credit Card and if you go by my records you will see that I have been paying installments timely. It is not that I am refusing to pay the outstanding; all I need is some more time. I have passed through very rough time. It was almost like hell broke on me. I met with an accident and injured both my legs. I was admitted in Gangaram hospital of Delhi for almost 1.5 months, which resulted in loss of job. I had suffered physically, financially and mentally.
                                        My luck landed me in Dubai, where I am trying to meet my ends. I am trying to lighten the burden of debts on my shoulders. There are several debts which I need to pay on priority basis or else I will have to repent big time. Hope you understand what I mean.
                                        Sir, all I request you to show some kind of mercy on me. I need time till September to clear the amount I owe to you or else if you can and if there are possibilities, I am ready to pay the same amount in installments.
                                        Also, I request you to please instruct your collection team to behave sanely for they have made my life miserable by giving me calls even at odd times. The agony does not end here, they have moved to that extent that they have called up at my present HR department and have placed my complained. This was something that I do not expect from organization like yours. I am not a fraud. All I have asked from your collection team is either time till September or permission to pay the outstanding amount in installments. Calling up to HR will result in tarnishing of my image and the consequences you can imagine. If I lose my job, and if I am render jobless how do you expect me to pay the debt then?
                                        I did not want to name any one, but the trauma that I am facing everyday has become so unbearable that now even though I am not willing to but still I have to take the name of Mr. Ankur Singh, for he seems to very indifferent. He does not know how to talk. He has been using abusive language and has been terrifying me of dire outcomes. No organization trains their employees to behave rudely to their customers. He dare not use such language with any of your customers again as it might result in you losing your hold on customer base and that will present ugly face of ICICI Bank. I know it is his job that demands regular follow ups, but then there has to be tinge of humanity and sympathy; and way of dealing with your customer. What if any of you falls in the place and see the same time that I had seen? Just think. After all we all are human beings and there are thick and thin days in our lives.
                                        To conclude I just want you to consider my plea of either providing me time till the month of September 2014 or permit me to pay the amount in installments.
                                        Hoping for some empathy.
