Dear Sir / Madam, I had submitted online ICICI Bank Credit Card application through icicibank.com before 10-Feb-2014, they send sales executive person for collect my document and provide me acknowledgement slip (ICICI Bank Acknowledgement Slip No.N[protected], ICICI Bank Sales Executive Name & No. Subhash Gautam - [protected]) but they are not process my document or not inform me related any uncompleted document / other issue, I would like to want know where is my document and why have not process my credit card application to till date without any reason. i have doubt regarding my document not being misuse through ICICI bank sales executive or bank please provide me application's status through ICICI bank or return my document from ICICI bank.     I am having bank account in ICICI delhi branch from last 1 years and my account no. is[protected] My contact number is : [protected] I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by MAB charges S tax 43.26+ 393.26 I don't have any mail informing about this MAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. Now that I understand that ICICI bank has not informed me about change of balance system and if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. "levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer" of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.       Hi, I have been following bank and customer gigs the approved card and they are responding well so please have a initiative in this matter and assist the process to accomplish. Okay thanks, I think icici bank cant solve this problem, because you have don't have any transparent process to go with . On one hand you are asking the time and all on the other hand your icci people said me that my application was loggedin this Monday and even I asked them three times I asked that everything is okay and nothing is required, they said that my application has been logged in successfully and nothing is required and I would get a credit card after 21 days. Now today the reputed icci bank persons waked up and said they require some more documents contradicting the last statement. Now Again the whole process will take place. Thanks for your linger process and support. I just think to tell my relatives and acquainted persons about your service. Thanks Again, I see to some new government bank who just delays but don't lie. Dear Mr Ismael.I am not able to continue with the iccibank and would like to discontinue with yours ignominious services . Let me know that how can I close the account online if possible and transfer all funds to other banks after closing the account . Or if I need to go to the branch then, shall I get it done from any branch or native branch only . I have been decieved by icici bank, they took all the documents and didnt reply, what the hell they want the documents,

        i applied for Instant credit card against Fixed deposit in Icici Bank. i applied on 4 Feb 2014. they told me that it will be activated within 7 days of application. on 16 feb 2014 i got call from bank to provide Identity Proof they forget to collect that earlier and i provided that same day. i contact customer care several times but no solution from bank on my complaint no. SR[protected] they not informed me any reason about this delay. today on 8 march 2014 when contacted customer care they said your old identity proof was misplaced by Bank. submit that again. Even they not informed me themself about this misplaced documents which belongs to me. so i request you all please close all your accounts and loans with icici bank. they can also misplace your property paper which you provide them for loan. me and my friends also closing there accounts with ICICI Bank.

            This is to bring to your notice and lodging a complaint regarding frequent daily calling by icici bank representative from phone numbers: [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protect... I have been kept on called by the above phone numbers and it has been a mental pain and agony for me and the way the caller disturbing has kindled my blood pressure to higher levels and suffering chest pain and leading to medical treatment over the reaction of requesting not to call and saying i am not interested in credit cards.                   My complaint number with ICICI Bank is SR[protected]

                  When i started my new salaried account i was offered free demat account with out any annual charges and was informed it will be free for life as corporate offer.

                  After a year i have received a letter from icici bank that there are 500 rupees for maintaining this account. This is not what i was told. There are other colleague who have also the same issue.

                              Hi, With utter disappoint, I am launching a complaint against ICICI bank yet again. On 1/3/14(U.S Time), I had attempted to recharge my STRAIGHT TALK network from the U.S, a transaction of 50$ in total. The First and the Second attempts were both a failure, but the final attempt was successful. To my dismay, I have been billed(or my account has been debited) for the unsuccessful transactions. I have been charged an additional of Rs.6377.22. Just to clarify, i had talked to the customer service of Straight Talk, and they said that I had only been charged for the final transaction.                                   Last two months i am paying some of amount as interest. As i didnt purchased according to my knowledge, without that they mentioned some charges as interest in the last two months. I made one payment as mentioned, but the same thing happend this month statement also. When i called to customer care, they didnt giving me proper response to me, one of the customer care staff spoke very irresponsible, when i said give me a valuable reply or else i will raise a complaint againt you. He simply said, do whatever you want we are not responsible for this problem. I made so many calls but no use of that simply transfer the call to some person and that person put me in hold for 45minutes, at last call got disconnected. This incident made me too much stress and impatient. I need to know the truth behind this confusion made by this icici credit card department
                                  When i not purchased anything why should i have to pay that interest charges ?
                                  Second thing why this people not helping to solve the problem in customer cares.!

                                    I have been forced to write this email because of the issues I am facing with the services of ICICI bank. I am a Customer of ICICI bank. I had taken a home loan. I have cleared all my dues in the last week of Nov 2013 and received a letter from ICICI Bank stating the status of my loan as "CLOSED" as of 05-DEC-2013. Same is being shown online. It has been more than 2 months since then and I have not received my property documents. I have been made to run behind ICICI Bank continuously. I am calling Customer care and the branch. Each time they seek a week's time to sort out the issue and doesn't even bother to call. Since December they are saying its on the way. The documents have been couriered. The customer care and even the branch is not giving any answer. I am afraid they have lost my documents. I have sent a mail to Chanda Kochhar as well. But I think she is at asleep all the time. Kindly help me to resolve my issue.

                                      hi I have an ICICI Bank credit card, my last month dues were about 47600, due to over sight I paid only 47000. To my horror I am seeing an interest charges of about 1800. The difference was only 600 but the interest charged on it is 1800. This is very unfail charging policy

                                        hello, im trying to open my internet banking account. But they are saying that my User ID has been disabled. I have submitted request on your site as well but I still haven't got any reply or message from your team regarding to this. Fix this as soon as you can.
