Myself Sunil Dutta from Bangalore received a letter (ref No:[protected] from ICICI Bank on dated August 09, 2012 in my native address .That letter says that lien marked on your bank account towards unpaid outstanding dues. Against that I make a complain ( SR[protected]/08/2012) that I was not the person who received that card and not the person who applied it and who made those transaction too. Dear Sir,

I have recently contacted ICICI bank for a credit and a debit transaction that occured on the Salary Account without my knowledge.

Upon contacting the bank, the branch manager and the staff have not at all been helpful with getting the issue resolved.

They have made me run around in circles contacting my company finance department, back and forth.

They have no valid explanation...

My Account Number is[protected].I made an transaction in ICICI ATM (Periyar Nagar branch) on 6/10/2012 of Rupees 15,000,But the machine dispatched only 12,300. But my transaction receipt shows that 15,000 has been dispatched.

I had earlier raised complaint on 6/10/2012(SR[protected],but they have closed the complaint with out any positive response.

I have lost 2,700.please suggest me a way to get my money back....

I have the ICICI Bank account since 2005. I opened the it as zero balance due to a home loan account.

Later i have fully disbursed my home loan but decided to manage my account...

In Aug 2012, ICICI deducted 393.26 Rs. four times and again he didn't given me any information about that.

On date 19 Jan 2011, again deduct the Rs 393.26 three time. and...

Last year I approached the ICICI bank, Dwarkanagar Branch, VSKP-530016 for a credit card. Then mentioned that if I make a 20,000 FD I'll get a Instant Credit Card and also I can maintain a "zero" account balance. After sometime I was levied MAB charges for not maintaining minimum balance in the account.Now they are saying that there should be another 10,000 in the Saving account for the account to operate.
