ICICI Bank is sending bill for a Credit Card No 4443 xxxx xxxx 0003 which is never being used by us.

It is very pain full to pay for which we have never used moreover it effects reputation & Cibil Status ,

Despite several reminders / requests to Bank nothing has been done so far.

Pl. suggest how to get rid of this.

I m holding ICICI bank credit card no. xxxx1004. The bank charged me Rs.8096.31 for purchase outside India. I never use my card for purchase outside India, also I did not lend my card to anybody even for a minute. The Bank without discussing the matter with me unilaterally decided in favour of the merchant. If a fraud is committed by somebody it is responsibility of bank to provide secure transaction facility.

Request you to take strong action against the bank and ask them to refund the money.

    I had opened a RD account in ICICI bank on 31st oct 2011 for an year.
    6000 had to be deposited for 12 months and maturity amount was supposed to be 75000.

    The amount 6000 used to be debited from my account automatically on every 2 nd of the month.

    In first week of october 2012 I called up ICICI executive asking that why my account has not been debited for this month and i was told that i have already been debited of my account the required number of installments and that the amount would mature and be available on 31st of Oct.

    Now today I got the maturity amount on callin the bank which was 68,773 only. On inquiring that why instead of the maturity amount of 75000 i have got only this much, I was told that an installement in the Nov month of 2011 was missed to which I asked who is responsible as it has to be debited automatically and i was having balance which the executive also confirmed.
    So why did i got less amount if it was not my fault, and why a penalty was charged for that missing installment.
    Pls. advice how to proceed with my case.

        Hi,

        I deposited a cheque (HDFC Bank cheque no. 415988 dated[protected] on 05th November 2012 at ICICI bank - Begumpet branch. I called to customer care[protected] on 08th November 2012 for finding the status of cheque. To my surprise I got the revert saying that cheque is been bounced back. There is no SMS or intimation to me till I called the customer service. Service representative confirmed me that the message been sent. I told him that I have not received so he checked in the records and he reconfirmed that message not been sent. (Telephonic conversation on 8th November 2012 may be checked). They told me they will find the cheque dispatch status and call back. It was not done.
        My name is Subose Chandra Bose Kunta where as cheque is mentioned as Subose chandra Kunta. I would have given the proof if required and wanted.
        On 09th November again I called to customer service on same number and executive could not assist me, hence call been transferred to supervisor. I explained him that the cheque deposit I am doing for a credit card payment. If not done, I need to pay approx. Rs. 3000/- as interest charges. Requested him to find out the status and he confirmed that he will call back after taking the status from back end team. But there was no call back.
        On 15th November I received a message by 10:51 AM that cheque been couriered through first flight airway bill no. A15887096. When I was checking online status showing is returned to HUB because of wrong / insufficient address. There was no call received on finding out the address. The address updated in the records is very much correct. Courier agency was not given the call if they have the confusion. When the cheque delivered on 10th November, bank failed to send any intimation through phone or SMS. If initiation would have been given, I would have followed for delivery. But bank team failed to this also.
        Again to find out the status I called to customer service again. They don’t have any clear picture on where is the cheque. As per the discussion with Mr. Girish – Supervisor, he will check with backend team and revert back. He arranged call back and told me that cheque can be delivered to base branch immediately, if to be delivered to communication address will be delayed.
        On 16th November 2012 evening, I received a call from bank representative that the cheque been delivered to my base branch i.e. ICICI bank – Jubilee hills branch.
        I visited the branch on 17th November 2012 and re-deposited the same by showing my PAN Card copy. While updating the PAN card in my account, I submitted a copy of the same. Before rejecting the same, Bank failed to check the records properly. Because of the same I was forced to pay Rs. 2041/- + Rs. 252/- (service tax) to the bank and wasted lot of time communicating for your poor service.
        As the problem is from bank end, please help to get the above amount + travelling expenses + telephone expenses and time waste expenses from the bank.

        ICICI Bank — Failed in clearing the cheque on time

        While updating the PAN card in my account, I submitted a copy of the same. Before rejecting the same, why was it not been checked in your records properly? And because of the same I was forced to pay Rs. 2041/- + Rs. 252/- (service tax) to the bank and wasted lot of time communicating for your poor service.

        There are no additional / new documents submitted related to the same.

        As the problem is from bank end, requesting help to recover the same.

          Sir/mam, I hold salary account and home loan account with icici bank, due to some overdue charges the entire amount got deducted from my salary account and my account is left with zero balance that too without any prior notice to me. i had issued chqs of electricity (Reliance Energy) and my SBI credit card etc.... My concern is this can be done with easy instalments every month hence the amount of overdue is not more then 32k. But the way they deducte it like m running away or m a big blacklisted customer....Please guide me to escalate this i will also inform to RBI about the same.

          ICICI Bank — Deducting of my PF without my notice from my other which i hold

          I was employeed with ICIC Bank and was with the bank for 18 months and had to leave the organisation. I had claimed for my PF but asked the money to be transfered to my another account in ICICI. I got the PF money on 11/12/2007 and they have deducted the same day without my prior approval and that to it was not my salary account it was my personal account. They have no authority to just debit any amount from any account.

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have ad rive against this bank to demonic it as soon as possible,
          I have around 427 customers around world, and pissed the message to to all to get rid of this bank bank NRE account with them, because this bank counters has gone crazy even after request them, i have 7 (Seven ) complints against them but so far no action, 47 online complints booking no action, still this bank wats to show and cheat the customer it is not not acceptable to me at leat .
          Thrice i personally visited the near by branches but no avail Bikaner rajasthan branch visited 6 times with all required documents but they throw ed the documents on floor ( Mr.Rakesh vidawat and hid manager)) from abroad complints( SR[protected]sr[protected] DT 31/08/2008
          They think i am time wastinging element for them .so it is my drive against bank lest see hope i succeed in this, i am having lot investment with you but i an trying to get rid of your bank as well my clients.don't think i am going to have anything with this bank any more .thank you very much for harassing me as well my friends. i will do my best to detract all my known to away from your bank in future.

          icici bankltd — amount deduction without information

            I made a payment for vadodara municipal tax on 4/6/2012 but it is not success done due to server error accured on internet
            so i made a payment after few days 9/6/2012.
            i generate complait in icici bank on 6/6/2012 but till date not positive responding bank. yesterday i got email from icici senior management thet told to me money had been already credited in biller account and biller told to me money is not credited in vmc account.
            please do the needful for refund my money.

              SUBJECT: HARRASMENT FROM ICICI BANK OFFICIALS REGARDING ALLEGED DUES OF CREDIT CARD


              Dear Madam / Sir,

              This is to bring to your notice, the harassment, me and my wife have been facing from your ICICI bank officials asking us to pay an amount which as per the bank is unpaid but as a matter of fact had been paid, followed upon and the case duly settled with the bank 6-7 years ago. With respect to the subject matter we would like to put on record the following facts:



              (1) My wife, Abhilasha Bajpai, was the customer of your reputed Bank since 2003 and was using the Credit Card issued by your Bank to her somewhere between 2005-06.

              (2) In 2006 the last outstanding amount of approx Rupees 15,000/- was paid in cash by us as a regular monthly payment process at your branch situated at Samarth Vaibhav, Andheri (W). We had also asked the officials at your bank that we wanted to discontinue the card for which we were advised that we should inform the ICICI credit card department. Accordingly, we duly informed to the credit card department and also as per the instructions of your officials we had destroyed the card. After a period of 2-3 months we again received a statement from the bank containing the old due with interest aggregating approx. to Rs.33,000/- . We were shocked receive such statement after clearing all the dues. The card was in fact supposed to be deactivated but on the contrary we received a statement after three months of deactivation from our end. We complained about the issue to the credit card department. After several phone calls to the credit card department based out of your Andheri East office, we were asked to get the cash deposit confirmed form your Samarth Vaibhav Bank Branch. We visited your Samarth Vaibhav branch and enquired with your officials about it. After conducting enquiring with us about the approx date of deposit, the branch officers checked and informed us that the amount is reflecting in the suspense account of bank and the same will be adjusted against the payment shown pending in our card and will be taken care of. The officials then also coordinated with the Andheri east branch and the emails were also exchanged and thus the case was settled.

              (3) A few months after the settlement of the issue, when there was a cash deposit in my wife, Abhilasha Bajpai’s ICICI Bank savings account (Parent Branch - Raipur) I got to know that the bank has held back Rs.33,000/- (approx) and upon enquiry we were told that it has been held against our credit card outstanding payment. We again coordinated with your credit card department and forwarded them the mails exchanged by the Samarth Vaibhav Branch & the Andheri (E) credit card dept. branch, upon which the held back amount was released.

              (4) After all effort from our end to sort out the issue, which is in fact an accounting error at your end, 4-5 years later we again started getting calls from ICICI bank officers asking for the same payment. We once again repeated the entire past history to make them understand the fact of the matter but all in vain.

              (5) Needless to say that we have tried explaining to so many different people numerous times and then the next time there is some different person calling us again asking for the payment. The standard statements that we get form these people are that it’s not updated in our system so it does not matter if it was sorted out back then. Then they ask for proofs of the settlement, which were few emails and a slip given from the bank that we obviously did not keep for us after 5 years considering the issue sorted (which it was).

              (6) The harassment from these people (so called ICICI representatives) is extreme. They are abusive while talking to us and specially with Abhilasha, they make statements like:

              (a) ‘You are a defaulter and elusive case because you have changed your phone numbers’ – We assume it is a free country and we can change our contact number as many times as we like…


              (b) ‘We know where you work and where you live’ – what does this kind of threats mean?

              (c) ICICI representatives have shown up on Abhilasha’s reception while she was in a meeting. They had come to our residence and spoke to our neighbors while we were not at home.

              (d) A lady once called Abhilasha and said ‘I am calling from Nagpur High Court and that a case has been registered against you with respect to the ICICI Credit Card payment, you need to come here immediately for the hearing’ and mind you even this talking was done in a goon like manner.

              (e) A guy once called up saying I am a cop calling on behalf of ICICI and you better pay up the money.

              (f) Then again whenever the ICICI representatives have called up and we tried to explain the situation to them nicely…they insisted that we pay up ‘something’ a sort of settlement amount and asked us what was the amount that we would be ready to pay? To which we said nothing because we didn’t owe the bank anything.

              (g) Abhilasha has been threatened several times, your representatives have also given statements like ‘we will not leave you alone and we will come visit you, we know all your details. We need to close this case as it is the year end for us, it’s better that you settle.’

              (h) The harassment has gone to the level of your people calling 70-100 times during the day (from this number [protected]) on our cell phones, home and office landlines and talking in unacceptable manners lot of times.

              (i) On 25th November 2012, Sunday, my co-worker based at Delhi got a call from the same number and was told false fiction that Mr. Rakesh & Mrs. Abhilasha are disconnecting our calls after abusing us and then not making payments. Today again while my Delhi colleague was in a meeting he was called 16 times from the same number when he was unable to pick and then harassed again. Also the receptionist at my office got call and threatened by the person from same number and asked her to give him the number of the MD & CFO of my company. The person did call 2 more of my co-workers here at my office and told them similar things.

              (j) Similar calls went to Abhilasha’s Delhi office today and the person is telling them that Abhilasha is a fraudster and the company should take action against her and he wants to speak to their CFO and VP-HR here at Mumbai office. Some other female colleagues of her were also called up and spoken to extremely rudely and threatened that they better ask Abhilasha to pay up her loan amount that she had taken 7 years ago. (the story that is told to people is also changed quite often) Besides which the Delhi and Mumbai office is continuously getting harassing calls from the same number.


              ARE WE EVEN LIVING IN A CIVILIZED WORLD???


              (7) Funny enough this kind of persistent follow-up has been done only this year after almost 7-8 years of the incident which itself is questionable. It seems that this late follow-up on a resolved case is being done intentionally, knowing that we will not have any proof on us and we can be extorted with some kind of money by the agency representing ICICI.

              (8) The most shocking thing is that your officials are calling people known to us in our family and workplace and trying to tarnish & destroy our image & reputation by telling them that we are not paying back the money to ICICI which we don’t OWE in the first place!!! And also harassing them. This kind of harassment is a form of Psychological Harassment which aims to humiliate or weaken our morale. We are now in serious trauma and this Psychological Harassment has a demoralizing effect on our mental peace. We are shocked and surprised by the illegal, unauthorized, malafide and dishonest attitude taken by your officers and your agents. All this is very unprofessional and highly unacceptable from a reputable organization such as yours and the entire process of asking someone to revert on a matter as old as this is completely uncalled for.

              (9) The aforesaid facts were brought to the notice of your officials/employees/representatives and time and again we requested your officials/employees/representatives to look into the matter and make necessary rectification of the past accounting error that occurred at your end. However we have not yet received any positive response or reaction from the Bank in this behalf. Hence I am lead to believe that we are left with no choice but to file a criminal complain on the ground of harassment against certain officials of the Bank and also knock the doors of the consumer court for the defective services provided by your Bank. Moreover, the Bank shall also be responsible and liable to pay compensation on account of the loss caused to our mental health.

              (10) You are well aware of the R.B.I. Guidelines laid down in respect of collection/repayment of dues/loans. Further you are also aware that you are liable for the acts of your agents. Being a Banking institution of immense repute, I, further call upon you to take the strictest action against your officers and agents for their conduct towards me and my wife.

              (11) I thus call upon you to restrain your officers and agents from harassing me and my wife, for payment of alleged dues and to stop calling us and also to people known to us in our family or work place. If this conduct towards me and wife continues, I shall be left with no other alternative but to adopt appropriate proceedings against the Bank and its officers at their risks as to costs and consequences, which please note.

              ICICI Bank Credit Card — HARRASMENT FOR PAYMENT OF DISCONTINUED CARD

              I had an ICICI Bank Credit card till October 2004. I surrendered the card in October 2004 and Got the NOC From Bank on 23rd March 2005 after paying Rs. 30,000.

              After a span of 3 - 4 years i.e. on 15th October 2007 I recd a call from a lady saying that she is calling from High Court New Delhi and an Case has been filled againt me and gave me a mobile number of a Lawyer called Mr. Shailendra Mehta. I called the lawyer and asked for what a case has been filled. He replied that a credit card payment of Rs. 12000 is pending since long time and if i agree to pay the amount immediately then he would not file the case. I asked him about the card number which he gave me. I found out that this card was surrendered by me and NOC was available with me (But I was doubtful as it was long time and I did not know that the NOC was available with me or not).

              I told the lawer that the Card was surrendered in October 2004, but he did not listened and asked again again to pay the amount otherwise a summon will be issued againt me. I told him do what ever you like I am not going to pay the amount.

              In the evening I went home and found my papers that the NOC from the ICICI Bank was there and I relifed my self that there is nothing to worry.

              In the mean while I found from some known sources from the High Court that there is no Lawer in the name of Shailendra Mehta working in High Court.

              Hence it was a bogus call to get some money in panick.

              I would request the Law to grab these kind of persons and give them punishment.

                  I am Sandeep Sharma and have an account in your bank, was also using Credit Card No.[protected].

                  Some seven years back I was receiving a call from your ICICI Lombard Ahmadabad branch regularly for a mediclaim policy, I was not interested and tried to avoid but the concern person( A lady ) asked me to just listen to what she was saying as it’s her duty to give a report as to many people she calls daily, she also said listening won’t activate the policy, it will be activated only when you will send signed documents, I listened to what she said but never said YES to the policy.

                  It was somewhere around Nov – Dec 2006, I was transferred to Udaipur in January 2007 and I don’t know how they started debiting installments to my credit card, I was not a frequent user of Credit Card and didn’t came to know about it BUT since the statements were delivered on my previous address 18E / 549 CHB, Jodhpur my brother unknowingly paid the debit amount for 2 months, he was not aware what was it for, he tried to clear his brother’s bill.

                  I changed my address later and came to know about it then, I went down to one of my friend working with ICICI Prudential Life insurance at Udaipur and he suggested to shoot a mail to customer care to stop the policy if you didn’t agree to it and are not interested BUT you won’t get the refund of the premiums you have already paid, immediately shot a mail from there itself to discontinue the policy.

                  The premium kept on reflecting in my Credit Card statement BUT I stopped paying, frustrated by the response I stopped using Credit Card. I kept on getting statements of Credit Card and started approaching your ICICI Lombard Udaipur branch to get to know when did I confirmed the policy since they said as per rules you verbal acknowledgement is enough for us…I started going there and they kept on saying we are waiting for some CD from Hyderabad which has your acknowledgement, I visited 5-6 times AND one fine day they said that the CD is there BUT your voice is not clear.

                  I discussed it with one of my neighbour who is working with ICICI Credit Card, he suggested me to settle some amount else it will spoil your record in “CIBIL”,I agreed and paid an amount of Rs.5500 on 18th Dec 2010 to avoid further HARRASMENT.

                  Although I have a ZERO debit statement,I AM SORRY TO SAY AFTER ALL EFFORTS MY CASE STILL APPEARS AS A DEFAULTER IN “CIBIL”,my loan applications get rejected based on that and I feel HARRASSED every time.

                  Please tell me what my fault is, I trusted a BIG name and now feel cheated.

                  Request you to please do the needful and GIVE ME A CLEAN CHIT IN YOUR “CIBIL”.

                      Sub : Housing loan (higher rate of interest)

                      Dear Sir,

                      Hereby, I would like to say that I have taken a housing loan Rs. 5,47,131.00 from ICICI bank Ltd @ 9% p.a. for 15years. But now bank is collecting @ 14.50% p.a.. Now I am paying EMI Rs. 6419.00. Bank is collecting approx 97% of EMI as interest. Bank has converted my loan from 15 years to more than 30 years and rate of interest from 9% to 14.5% without intimation, without any information. Is this as per RBI guidelines?. And present repayment schedule is totally different from previous schedule that is given by bank to me at the time of sanction. As per previous schedule approx 23 percent of EMI was going against principal but now it is only 3 percent.

                      I have taken a home loan, this is absolutely a domestic loan and this is a long term loan. I have not taken this loan for business use. I cannot gain any profit from this loan fund. So, it is very difficult to repay whereas approx 100% of EMI goes against interest. In this circumstances I would have to repay whole life, nevertheless it would not be clear. Bank is collecting from me 14.5% it is higher than other banks cash credit, book-debts, and other business loan. At present rate of interest of cash credit, book-debts and other business loan is 13 to 13.5 percent in other bank while I am paying 14.5% for a domestic loan. Bank has mortgaged original sale deed of property. Is this as per RBI guidelines?. At present market value of property is approx 15 lakhs. It is already three times excess from financed amount. That means it is 100 percent secured loan.

                      Bank has sanction loan to me as per my income tax return. And as per size of my family or no of members depend on me. As per return my annual income is approx 1,50,000.00 to 2,00,000.00. and at present four members are depend on me along with my wife. Now my children are getting higher education and others home expenses are also increased.

                      I think bank intention was not good, If bank had to set their basic rate of interest approx 4 to 5 percent higher than other bank so bank should not sanction to whose person, their income is less than Rs. 3,00,000.00. if my profile was not suitable as per their norms they could reject my profile. But after recovery approx 70% of loan amount and after given offer of 9 percent rate of interest now bank says you have to pay as per our rate otherwise we make you defaulter and will file case on you.

                      Hereby, I would like to request you please look at this matter and give your guidelines to me .I am capable to repay loan but at 14.5 percent rate of interest it is very difficult because it is not a commercial loan it is a domestic loan. I would also like to know that can I settle loan. If yes, at what percent of loan amount I can settle this.

                      I agree with Radhaben. ICICI is not even thinking of reducing the home loan interest. I suggest to transfer the loan to some other bank. I myself am thinking of moving the loan to Indian Bank which is offering floating interest rate of 9.5%.

                      ICICI Bank Home Loan — HIGHER RATE OF INTEREST

                      Dear Sirs,

                      I had taken a home loan of 50 lac @ 7.75 % (floating rate) in 2006. Subsequently it was increased to 12.75% by the end of 2008 reason stated "market condition"

                      RBI website, which clearly indicates that the cash reserve ratio and bank interest rates have fallen and is at par with the 2006 level. Still ICICI Bank has not reduced its rates.Talked to the customercare officer who explained that the rates are not going down because of " higher borrowing costs" and "NPA's" . The rates are revised only for "NEW CUSTOMERS ALIAS NEW BAKRAS"

                      • Till date I have paid all my EMIs on schedule.
                      • I have taken the reassurance on the loan which makes the risk of non payment of my EMI to zero.


                      But it seems all these do not make any difference to the bank.

                      i agree with you, i have same problem with HDFC. I think all these private banks have their own LAW over RBI rules and only people like us are always paying for it.

                      I don't understand why these banks are not reducing interest rates for existing customer and the interesting thing is that govt and RBI are also not taking any actions against these banks.

                        I have been discriminated since 2007 and instead of evolving a solution ICICI bank has till date indulging in legal maneuvering. It is I that I am suffering monetarily as well as mentally for the possession of the property since July 2007 which ICICI bank and the builder had jointly hijacked the flat unethically in spite of having regularly realizing the EMI’s and completing the payment to the builder and in spite of my pleading for the solutions, the bank turned the deaf ears and closed its eyes with a long sleep and only to be woken up on September 2009 when I suspended the EMI’s due to the satanic act of the bank officers in collusion with the builder and to say least that even ICICI bank did not consider to the reply sent under RPAD to loan recall notice on November 2009.
                        The ICICI bank is very well known as the bank that defies all laws of the land as well as does not respect our land court or tribunal which is obvious as the bank chooses to stay away from the State Consumer forum till July 2010 for the case filed during September 2008. When the conciliation process initiated by the bank failed, ICICI bank ran to file the vakalat in the state consumer forum and only to inflict more wounds on me ICICI bank along with the builder is using all the rules available in the law book to delay the process of Judgement. Your bank is a unique bank that does not care and follow the following norms and guidelines:
                         Floated all the norms and guidelines of Mortgage only to satisfy and to help the builder in USURPATION of the BLACK MONEY. Does not its proves the NEXUS?
                         Preventing Slippage of NPA as per the circular and guidelines of the RBI under ref: DBS.FID No.C-3/01.02.00/2003-04 and RBI No:2004-05/50, DBOD No.BPBC.10/21.04.048/2004-05 are being violated and also you are the first bank in India when conciliation process failed, filed vakalat in State Consumer forum , then issued notice under SARFAESI Act accepting the availability of the documents and then failed to consider the reply under sec 17 as per the act and then filed an OA in DRT and when the Honorable Judge of DRT questioned the mode of Housing loan in absent of the sale deed rushed up to the TAMILNADU STATE LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY to conduct the LOK ADALAT against the LOK ADALAT section 20(ii), which only shows that ICICI bank had scant respect to the land law and trying to hide its misdeed under the various provisions of law.
                        It is a known fact that in spite of my making a numerous complaints through letters under RPAD, emails, customer care, complaints to the ombudsman and running from pillar to post from Febraury 2007, it is a misty till date that how ICICI bank had disbursed the huge loan and made the payment to the builder in my absence without the sale deed, as per Bank’s claim, which only exposed the strong working NEXUS BETWEEN THE BANK OFFICIALS AND THE BUILDER. Hope a good sense will prevail to the bank officers and hope they will get well soon.
                        Let us hope and pray that the system of more accountability will prevail and the strict penalty clause may be introduced in India to have a check in violating the norms and guidelines of the RBI so that the public in general does not suffer and humiliate from such unethical banks.

                          I am receiving more number of promotional SMS from the ICICI bank. Previous user of my mobile number (i.e.,[protected]) was ICICI credit card holder. And when ICICI incidently called me thinking me as their customer, they are asking me the utilization of credit card services and beneficiaries. When I mentioned that, I am not at all having any ICICI account and asked them to inquire and remove the number for sending SMS , they didn't stopped doing so. Still sometimes I am getting promotional SMS from ICICI saying that, if your shop more they more credentials would be added to you by top ICICI spenders. Kindly concern the ICICI banking persons and remove that service from my number-K.Rajendra Babu.

                                Sub: Received Threatening Call from Recovery Agent of ICICI Bank and Kidnaping threatning of my daughter from Recovery Goonda of ICICI Bank.

                                Ref: ICICI Bank Credit Card no: I have cancelled my card after making the full payment. At present I don’t remember the Card number, I called the Bank, but they have not traced out my card number because it was cancelled last year.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to inform you that I was the Credit Card Holder of ICICI Bank. They never sent any statement till now. Suddenly one recovery agent Ms. Ruchi somebody asking for payment 40,000/-. Continuously she was threatening and torturing me and my wife daughter over mobile and office landline also. She is also using tremendous abusive and slang language. I have no dues above this card. In spite of several request, she is denying to provide the statement through mail. I doubt that they must have inflated due amount by levying unduly high interest, late fees, unnecessary service charges etc. Not only that she has threatened me and my office Boss also. She is doing tremendous misbehaving with my office Boss and Administrative manager.What is this???. Bank cannot do legally this type of mental harassment. She is disturbing my Employer also, which is affecting my mental peace. As a middle class family, at present my job is effecting due to their using the abusive language with my boss also. As per the Credit card rules of the Bank, I am asking for statement. But she is denying giving me the statement. Continuously she is telling me to make the payment at a time; otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team.
                                Not only that, she has also threaten me, if I don’t make the payment immediately, then they/ICICI Bank/ will kidnap my daughter. Please help me and my family from Goonda of ICICI bank. I think only because of raising late payment fees and service charges and to raise the higher bill, they have made this type of incident. For your information, I have been receiving these threatening calls coming from[protected],[protected],[protected]. These threatening calls comming in my Wife's number 90 times, in my number's 100 times and in my office Boss's number 50 times in 01 (one) day.Please relie[censored]s from the torturing from ICICI. Please stop this call from this number otherwise I will take legal action for human rights against the mental torture with my daughter and wife also.


                                Due to this Ruthless incident Now I am in big trouble for my job and my family security also.

                                ICICI Credit Card — no bills at time then threatening calls from icici agent

                                we didnt hav bills at time n we get threatning calls from agents not informing calss threatening calls if we didnt have any action on this complain then we r movin to court

                                ICICI Credit cards — Late payment charges in spite of not using the card and not receiving timely statements

                                Not receiving bills and getting late payment charge and interest charges inspite of not using the card or spending from it. Complained earlier but have been threatened to pay the amount or my credit rating on CIBIL will be affected adversely. Cancelling the card was denied unless all pending payments are cleared. Surprising how ICICI bank blackmails its customers. Will be sending this greivance to MIDDAY, Times of India and MUMBAI MIRROR. Early reply will be appreciated.

                                  I am raising a complaint against ICICI bank due to their shortfall of services.The bank's irresponsibility has incurred me losses of rupees amounting to seventeen thousand and one .Some fake transactions has been done using my old debit card on 05th Nov 2012 which should have been blocked automatically as soon as I start using my new debit card.It has been more than seven months since I started using my new debit card.So,I threw my old card which was useless.But, due to the bank's improper services("Due to some technical issue"-As carelessly told by the branch manager,Infosys hebbal,mysore),the card was active.ICICI bank people failed to deactivate my card and when I asked for the amount that I lost, they are giving careless replies and they are delaying a lot to investigate and refund my money ,even after I have given the details about the fraudulent transactions. I have raised two fraud reports in ICICI bank for my issue on 05th Nov 2012.They asked me to file a Police case and send the copy to the customer care.I have attached the police complaint,which I have sent to them.But still no action has been taken against the issue.Please follow the requests number for your reference(SR[protected] & SR[protected].Moreover,EVerytime I call customer care I was kept on hold for a very long time and they respond me saying that I would get a call back.But till now, I swear I never got even a single call from them.

                                  Please look into this issue and help me by providing the proper solution and corresponding compensation for the losses I have incurred(direct and indirect),the stress I have undergone,the time and money I wasted in Police station to give complaints.I humbly request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Hello Sir,
                                    I had a personal loan of ICICI bank (Loan# LPDEL[protected]) for 2lac 6-7 yrs back. I paid around 50k and my job changed. I was having financial crunch and could not pay it! I did not receive any form of communications from the bank all these years until 3 days ago. A person named R K Sharma (Cell#[protected] and his associates are calling my family members and in-laws and threatening us. They are also saying that they have court order for arrest warrant. Also threatened that will take away my passport and visa. My mother is a single parent and we have been in bad financial shape. Whatever I earned I supported my siblings tuition fees and my mother works in a private school. She spent her savings in getting me married and now does not have a dime. Even I do not work after marriage and they are threatening all o[censored]s. Somehow we managed to arrange 50k by borrowing from others and my mother sold her jewellery which she wore.

                                    Yesterday they (RK sharma and his associates)came to Aligarh ICICI bank fro Delhi to talk and collect the money. My mother and brother were there and we told them our situation, yet they insisted us on paying 3lac right away. After a while they said they need 1.5lac to settle and will give closure letter but remaining amount will be showing in my name forever and cant take any loan further. We requested them and explained our situation but they did not pay heed and said rudely and threatened my family, that they will show what power they have and will take the money at all costs.

                                    They contacted my mother today Nov 21st again and demanded money else they will go to embassy and file charges for deportation and cancellation of visa.My family members NEVER were their when i took loan.They never knew about it till the extortion/threatening calls started coming in past 3 days. They want the money to be submitted by tomorrow. I initially paid them 50,000/- via ECS /PDC during initial months of my loan. Since I became broke, I couldn't do it.They have sent a document mentioning that cheque bouncing charges: Rs.4000/- I don't understand at all what to do.My mother has been rushed to doctor and has fallen ill due to their harassment. I really don't know what to do. My mother is so scared.We somehow arranged 50k and have no assets. These people are constantly calling and embarrassing my mother and now are threatening to harass my in-laws if we do not give them the amount.

                                    can someone pls help us and stop this harassment. All I have 50k please take and close this case forever. I do not need any more loans from any one. Please spare my family members.

                                    I am getting a call from[protected]. She claims to be with ICICI bank and has been calling me up nearly everyday. She is asking me about the whereabouts of a college aquaintance and is claiming that he has given my number as reference.I have not allowed anyone to give my name or details as reference. I do not know where this person is and havenet seen him since 5 years. Why am I getting calls why doesnt ICICI go after him and get the money, call his family I do not care. I do not see any reason in them calling me up and harassing me for no reason. I will surely file a FIR if another call comes up. This lady is really rude and threatens me that she will call me unless I give her his contact details. Please help.
