ICICI Bank — bank account still not activated

My name is sailik sen. I have submitted forms and documents to the customer executive on 29th august 2017 for opening a salary account.

I was handed over a welcome kit which states my account number is[protected]

It has been over 8 working days but my account is still not activated.

Its a matter of salary. So kindly provide me with the status update

I have not received my credit card till now

Hi,

While booking train through IRCTC rs 2178 got deducted but due to slow connection page got expired. Kindly suggested how to get the amount credited.
