[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card customer care number - reblocking

Please note that my credit card has been blocked and i am unable to unblock the card even after calling your customer care from my registered mobile no [protected]

There seems to be some problems with the automated customer care details when we give the credit card no it informs that please call from the registered mobile no even wen we called from

Today on 28 aug 2017 amount 862 is deducted from my icici account as dp charges.At the time of account opening it was told that it is free of cost I never used that account...i want my refund otherwise i will close my account

588 rs has been deducted from my account stating as dcard fee as it was not informed prior of deduction
