Myself m phanindra reddy. I have applied for a personal loan through icici bank website and submitted all my documents to the guy who came to my office. 2 days later, at the middle of the day, a guy came to my residence address for the verification when i was in the office. One of my room mate mr. Raja sekhar met him at my residence and answered his questions. Later the verification guy asked him for money for food. He gave 100 rupees for him.

After he left from my room, i got a verification call from icici bank. They asked me who is sanjay. I answered them, there is no one with name sanjay in my room. Then they disconnected the call without any more questions.

My doubt is, when raja sekhar met the verification guy, why the hell did he tell the bank that he met sanjay. Why the hell did they disconnect the call without informing the same to me.

The phone number of the guy who came for verification is : +91 [protected].
I wish you will take action against his irresponsible behaviour and neglagence.

The Verification guy took a Photograph of my Roommate and I can prove that his name is Raja Sekhar but not Sanjay. The verification guy now says that, he heard it like that. How can he inform the bank when he is not sure of the information received. Does the people like him deserve this kind of job which affects the hope of customers.? I had much expectations on the loan. That bloody guy have spoiled all my thoughts.
This kind of employs should immediately terminated since they spoil the customers.

      My application form no. Is n[protected] for credit card
      Date of application 02/08/2017
      Till date no status i have received. As per the promised been made by the sales exicutive mr. Pravin sachan
      And also written on the acknowledgement slip that card
      Will be ready in 21 days but now a whole month is gone.
      Even if we check the status online with application no. But i don't get any status.

      I would request for the needful action as if something goes wrong and is been miss used by some one then i wont' be responsible for this.

        I am praveena sindhura chippada using icici back for sometime now. Recently on 28th august, 2017, an amount of inr 826.00 has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul-17).
        I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

        Sir, i had made a online payment of Rs. 118.90 on 24.08.2017 for online payment to NSDL and amount is being debited by bank and it is not being received by NSDL and there it is showing amount not received. So sir kindly reimburse the amount. Transection no. VIN/NSDLPAN/[protected]/0.

        On 27.08.2017 around 6pm when i did transaction of 300 rupees withdraw from an icici atm in srikalahasti at icici bank.the money was deducted but the machine was not came out of atm, i did check the account balance it has been deducted.. my account no. is [protected] ifsc code is SBIN0000851.

            Hi team,

            Why i have been charged for my demat account, while opening account - executive mentioned only transaction charges will be levied during any buying/selling of shares/securities. As such i have never used demat account for any transactions.

            When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jul-17 — 481.83 inr.

            This is serious breach of trust as i have been loyal customer to icici. Not at all acceptable. Need to know why icici is charging without informing customers?

            Also, would expect my money back at the earliest.
            Expecting a call from a concerned person - who can take my case forward and has authority to fix what is wrong otherwise i am filing a case against this.

            Also, to add to this, within 2 mins of logging complaint on 03/09/17 (Sunday 8.40 p.m.) i got a fake call from a person who was trying to convince me that he is a ICICI employee ánd asking me my Debit card number and to refund money back while we are talking. He called from mobile number [protected], employee code he gave(must be fake): amdf913587m.
            When i asked him about his branch details, Sol ID he responded by saying dont remember. People please be aware of such fake calls and be alert if anyone asks for any bank related details.

            That stupid guy didnt even had brain to ask me account number instead asked my debit card number. ##### must have no knowledge that banks dont work on sundays.

            one more fake call from mobile number [protected]. asking me debit card number and date on debit card pretending to be manager from Comsumer complaints. When i crossed questioned him he started abusing.
            Will file now a complaint in cyber crime cell. These A$$&*%#@ need to be taught a lesson.

                I have been going through mental instability due to block of my credited salary.
                There is no prior intimation of this activity via any call, e-mail and sms.
                Only the usual statement is sent.
                Was not aware of this activity, do not have a single penny for the entire month.
                Have been paying minimum amount for almost 2 years and not been informed about it and was under image that have been paying my EMI for loan and later when realised that i have paid the minimum amount and interest is getting added on principle and it gets higher and higher.
                Asked the representative to stop deduction of minimum amount and also asked for final settlement, i have provided with so many numbers and contact, it was not possible for me to keep on trying as i work in a private company and cell phone is not allowed in my ODC.
                I am literally never come across such a depressing experience, this was my first credit card experience and post experiencing it i am damn low.
                Please sort this issue as still the entire month is left and i do not have money to live.
                Hope you would understand the pain and would come back with a feasible outcome, would be appreciated.

                The above are details of their activities, which were taken place post deduction of my entire salary.
                If i would have been understanding of such minor details then probably i would have been working in their place. One's work and product understanding has an individual and it should be conveyed properly with pros and cons to customers.
                The kind of services and responses i have received very disappointed and the last but not least instead of helping me in final settlement they have blocked my entire salary, if i would have savings or have my dad'a money then why would i have been working in so low package.
                For me it's my all that i have and it also been blocked, i am really not able to think properly.
                Please action ASAP and provide me with a proper, feasible and acceptable solutions.
                After this worst experience for sure i am so scared will never go for this bank and credit card.

                I am also surprised while selling this card they picturise this in such an attractive manner that we customer gets impressed with this fake image without knowing the cons.

                Moreover i have taken the credit card for purchasing of mobile phone for amount of Rupee 10, 000 and i had already paid more that double of it, i would rather could able to buy iphone.

                      I have been charged rs. 750+135 for late payment of bill due on 03.08.2017 for my credit card. I have paid the amount of rs.13652 of bill on 06.08.2017.
                      It is requested that i was out of station and my internet was not working due to which the payment is late by three days. It is submitted that the charges of late fee are on higher side for three days and it is harsh action by icici bank. Such penal action for meager fault is forcing me to consider the closer of credit card account as i have other banks credit cards but no such penalty ever made by any bank.
                      So kindly you are requested to waive the harsh penalty debited in my bill statement dated 15.08.2017.

                        I have been using icici credit card number [protected].
                        Maintaining a good service with bank, but one hour back i received two fraud transaction on my card.
                        I called customer care, first they put me on hold for 15 min then they block the card and ask me to wait to transfer the call to fraud department and then putting the call on hold for 10 min and finally disconnected.

                        Lost trust on it !!!
                        Two fraudulent transactions were made from.my card ..
                        However the bank upon multiple mails and follow up and visit to bank has been ignorant about this matter and are not responsive .
                        I am in a thought that ICICI bank is no more safe.
                        Neither are they taking any measures regarding fraud not are responsive to customers .

                            11th may, 2017 a transaction on my credit card happened which was not done by me. I raised a complaint.

                            This was international transaction in jpy currency.

                            3 months after the dispute icici told me that i need to pay up, as the merchant in this case air india claimed the money.

                            Wrote an email to chanda kochhar (Md & ceo), nothing but waste of time.

                            There were many transactions which were tried on my card after that.

                            I have no option but to raise fir in cyber police station

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this in connection to harassment by your agent named rupali (Contact no[protected]. She continuously calls on my office reception in order to get in touch with me. She already has my mobile number but she refuses to call on that number. She calls me regarding a loan taken by my father 10 years ago which i am not even aware of. I have repetitively told her that i am not in touch with my father and i cannot help her. She still keeps on calling on the office reception and even speaks very rudely to the receptionist. I have already filed a police complaint against this harassment.in case she still continues my office will take this matter to consumer court and launch a suit against harassment faced by the office receptionist. Requset you to look into the matter at the earliest

                                Even i dont know why icici bank cut the charges from my account. Even i did not open any debit account from icici bank. How they can cut the money from my account automatically. I cant accept it please revert my money back to my account otherwise i can complain to my company regarding it and close all the salaried account from the icici bank. How can you open debit account without asking me or even i dint get any message on my mobile. Today i have just check they have cut rs 731 from my account. Please revert it on my account otherwise i will take legal action and meet you guys on social sites.

                                  Sir i have applied for saving account in icici lakhisarai on 21/08/2017 but til a days it not activated by icici bank. So i did a complain against icici lakhisarai. My complaint id -1681646 so please inform me what is the status of my complaint om my email id - kmsingh.[protected]@gmail.com, mob no-[protected]. If my account is activated today then i will complaint against icici bank in consumer court so it is my last warning to icici bank give me all information about my account status. A/c no[protected]

                                  I transit rs 6000 fund to open online new ICICI Bank Account but after passing more than one month money is blocked by bank. However bank site was showing message that within 2 days yours fund will be return back if account could not be opened

                                    Hi,

                                    My name is anal singh and i have been charged 507 rs as dp charges on 1st september 2017 for my demat account. I did not get any prior notice on it and it is completely unacceptable that even when your relationship manager (Amrit singh in my case) activated the account she never told me about the dp charges. Even when i was setting this up 3 months ago i was told that this would be completely free of charge. Then why the charges now? I want a refund of these charges asap.

                                      Sir my amount has been deducted for d card fee what's that all and my visa card service has also been stopped, i am the customer of icici bank for last 16 months, there was a good service from the bank but in the month of august 2017 the bank service has gone down and without intimation bank has deducted 426 rupees for d card fees, i don't understand why all these things go on i want my money back and my visa card service was also block in this month then i unblocked the card after that also my visa card service is not activated what the hell is this... Please i request the bank manager to look at my problems and resolve it says soon as possible...

                                        In my bank account my name is darshan dhanjay hande actual my name is darshan dhananjay hande. This happened because while opening account my aadhar card was having dhanjay in my father's name instead of dhananjay. Now i have made correction in my spelling mistake in aadhar card and the aadhar card number is also same then also bank is not changing my name they are saying bring gazette of the name change. I'm having both old and new aadhar card and in both the aadhar card the number is same. The bank had taken aadhar card as my id and address proof as now my aadhar card is updated bank should also update their details. I'm not able to convert my bank account to salary account due to the name mismatch. Bank people are saying make a new account but why should i make a new account if i have given this account number to my company.
                                        Icici bank is the worst bank i have ever seen. My freind's account was in kotak bank their he was also facing the same issue but they resolved his issue their staff is also supportive.
                                        I'm also thinking to close the bank account in icici other banks are far better. Icici wants to keep my old aadhar card details they are not ready to update.
                                        After reading this some icici guy will again send a email and say that bring gazette, and all # then only they will change the name.
                                        Only one question i want to ask to icici bank
                                        If i have updated information on my aadhar card that to spelling mistake then why are you keeping the old details.

                                        i am living out of india. My full name is Udayakumar Harigopal(in all documents). But in bank my name is UDAYAKUMAR H (i dont know how and why!!!). So i could not able to update my aadhar number. i wrote several time to ICICI CUSTOMER CARE. I am getting reply as we are sorry. Bank manger gae another horse ### answer when my father went to bank (mudichur branch)This ICICI bank never allow you to change your phone number through online. ICICI bank not recommended.
