[Resolved] ICICI Bank — icici fraud deduction | |||
I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-19'---- INR 755.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by ICICI which is itself a fraud by ICICI, and I spoke to ICICI it was informed by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, I was never told about the DP charges also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and refund my money. My phone number is [protected]. If I don't get my money back into my account I will stop paying EMIs for Credit Card loan. Last year I shot an email complaining about the same deduction happened and I never got my money back. But this time I won't leave this issue at all. I will include social media and go to every legal platform to show this fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
