[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — icici fraud deduction

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-19'---- INR 755.78'. I was never told about the demat account when the salary account was created by ICICI which is itself a fraud by ICICI, and I spoke to ICICI it was informed by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost, it will never be charged, I was never told about the DP charges also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and refund my money. My phone number is [protected].

If I don't get my money back into my account I will stop paying EMIs for Credit Card loan. Last year I shot an email complaining about the same deduction happened and I never got my money back.
But this time I won't leave this issue at all.
I will include social media and go to every legal platform to show this fraud.

it has been more than two weeks but refunds have not been received so fer.

Your team is kind enough to be willing to do this refund as soon as possible.

if your would like to register a complaint please do write it to: [email protected] & [email protected] & [email protected]. please dont write to [email protected] your problems will not resolved. if you have not got any satisfactory response from bank within 30days of complaint you may approach banking ombudsman (RBI) definitely they will help you out. you cannot reach baking ombudsman directly without writing a compliant to bank first.
