I had already lodged a complaint regarding the multiple ecs return charges previously on may 16, 2019, again the same thing has happened on july 1st, 2019, image is attached. Already raised a complaint regarding this issue ingram: grievance no. 1420224, i want it resolved as soon as possible, i have already email the issue to icici to take action, waiting for a reply which i will post here.
