Hello there

I received sms from icic bank that rs-1899/- deducted from my bank account to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I also got a sms from one assist team. I dont even know the company and this kind o[censored]nsolicited charging of my bank account and use of my account by the company is really a criminal act and the co.

Please deactivate and refund my money asap

    My icici bank account has been charged for low balance... First in march - rs 125 and april - rs 325

    The amount of may has been reversed because i complained

    And after that i deposited amount to make it above 10000. But now again for june mab charge has been deducted from my account rs 213..

    I am a student.. And that i have mentioned even when i opened the account i was also unaware of this low balance policy.. This much amount that have been charged means a lot to me. Any how if this amount can be reversed, plz help me.

    I have applied for the Amazon Pay ICICI credit card on May 22nd and submitted my documents on May 25th and there hasn't been any progress on the application as of today July 12th. Repeated calls to the customer care have not helped.

      I have purchased children growth bond -062001-cgb bond holder no.[protected], certificate no. 2546.in name of my son - partha pratim kayal on 2002, you have send a letter for kyc, but unfortunately that letter has misplaced from my house. Please send me another copy of kyc form, so that i can submit the kyc for that bond.

      I have sent my application for change of address & also for giving me the present status of the above said bond but i have not received any reply so far even after complaining several times.

        I am a very old customer of icici bank since 5 years. I also have a locker in this branch of icici.
        I was never informed about maintainance of 10000 rs in my savings account. Till december 2018 i had balance in my account more than 10000. After that as i debited some money mab went below the required criteria and my money got deducted.
        But i wasn't informed about any such deduction and since than i am being charged with non maintainance of mab. If the bank would have informed me in any way, i would have surely maintained it. I want reversal of mab charges. Because there was no information on behalf of bank about deduction until i reported the bank in person.
        My friends have account in other banks and their money is reversed. I guess i happen to be a valuable customer of the bank as many members of my family are also customer of this bank.

        I am a customer of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK(S/B a/c-[[protected]]
        On 3-Jul-2019 ATM-BOLARAM MEDAK TSIN-N003284O-SACWJ268 Debit 4500.00 for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

        I didn't get the money but my IOB account was debited.

          I purchase bonds in March 1999 which were to be redeemed in March 2017 however I have not received any amount in my knowledge.
          Kindly help me to know the current status of the same and if the money is lying unpaid then what procedure has to be followed to initiate the credits into my account.

            I was fined for my credit card, which i never used. The icici fellow told me there is no annual charge for this card. I never used the card, didnt ever opened the secured pin.
            I had my salaried account in the same bank. After leaving the job i shifted a mew place and they started asking for late fine and money. Now i didnt even have any idea about it after 2years.

              There has been ecs return charges to my account number:[protected] of amount rs: 472. I kindly request you to please check why that much amount has been debited from my account. Because already rs:413 amount has been debited 2 times due to insufficient amount in my account for emi payment. I don't know why again amount of rs:472 has been debited.                     Approximately 2000 rupees debited from my account as ecsrtnchg[protected] to[protected] + gst charges. I called to customer care and they didn't tell any reason for that and asked me to go to nearest branch for solution as it will be debited for every month. I didn't understand why it will be debited every month without reason and it is very shameful icici is not have customer care for this issues.

                      My credit card is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 7 and it was supposed to be delivered as on 10july2019 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel to me and i did not call from blue dart. There is no customer service, if i try to customer service number there is no response, they may do fraud transation on my credit card please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis.

                      They have sent message saying that courier is delivered at 1.40 pmon 10thjul2019 to umpathi, but i dont no who is uma pathi and i did not recived credt card yet.

                      What kind of action is taking icic bank on this type of fraud courier services.
                      When i called bank customer care they told we will cancel the card, this not good option for customer. Why you people are sending with blue dart courier instead of indian post services.

                            since the time i have opened my account with ICICI in 2017, my account has shown the ECSHR charges being deducted from my account with mail or sms notification.

                            I want back all the consolidated amount of all such transactions back in my account.

                            what kind of bank deducts charges not known to the customer and not even notifies regarding the same.

                            are you thieves! when we miss payment of loans your reps call us 10 times a day.

                            stop this bullcrap and return my amount as well as stopping the deductions henceforth

                                I recently visited icici atm at vanmali junction, yogichowk, surat - 395010. So in that atm guard is very rude and behave inappropriate with me. Inside atm he sit up with 2 persons and talking with each other. When i told them about this he annoying me and told me you can do it as you can. Behaviour of that atm guard is very bad so please take action asap

Payment was successful bt my recharge has not done and money was deducted from my bank and i have contacted google pay even they have confirmed and told that payment has done and reached to indian [protected]@icici and amount was deducted from your bank too... And it's been one month am trying to reach out to you ppl and i hope you will be resolving it as soon as possible... Thank you

                                    I applied for icici bank credit card, after approval i got follwoing sms below from icici bank.

                                    Dear customer, thank you for choosing icici bank credit card. You will receive a call from [protected] to explain the features and benefits on your card within 2-3 working days. Kindly receive the call to help us serve you better.

                                    After few days i received this as well.

                                    Returned undelivered: credit card - fresh for acct xx0003 sent by blue dart courier, awb [protected] returned due to-incomplete or short address. Pls call customer care

                                    On 05/07/2019 when i checked status through itrack it was undelivered and returned to bank. When i called blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank. Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this.

                                    When i tried to contact icici bank customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know.

                                    When i called another time, one guy asked for my number and he said he will re dispatch it. But no emails or sms regarding this is received here.

                                    So please try to get solve this problem asap, redispatch the card or do something.

                                      Hi,
                                      I was paying my bills on time till april but after april i was paying late payment till july for which i checked the late charges its was showing 2-3% per month which my friend is also paying for late payment. But for me somehow it is showing 5400 total amount due which should not be more than 2000. And i accidentally paid the all due amount. Kindly check with this and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                        My name is kadapala ramya krishna. And it is wrongly spell as like kadapala ramykrishna. Please correct that as per in my aadhar card and pan card. If not means that will create a problem for me in a future. Please try to correct my name in my bank accounts. This will help in my future salary creditings.
