Dear sir my phonepe upi payment was successful to [protected]@icici but not received to my bank account. So please refund my money back.

So please verify and charge back to my account early. Phonepe number is [protected]. And upi address is [protected]@ybl. And my sbi account number is [protected], ifsc code sbin0000976, u. Shankar babu, gooty branch.

My account was debited with Rs. 413 on 16th July'19 against ECS charges.
Wanted to know why the same has been deducted as there is no description of this deduction.
