There has been ecs return charges to my account number:[protected] of amount rs: 472. I kindly request you to please check why that much amount has been debited from my account. Because already rs:413 amount has been debited 2 times due to insufficient amount in my account for emi payment. I don't know why again amount of rs:472 has been debited. Please initiate the refund or let me know the reason for the same....

Bank staff Nikhil sir will not do my work,
Cashier will says that I have stock of currency note but Nikhil sir says to me then I will give but Nikhil sir directly says i will not give currency note to you . I have to maintained my wealth a/c but due to misbehave I will not continue my wealth a/c ....

I have made a payment on 1st june of 35500/- via icici bank debit card on go air airline website. Payment deducted from my account and credited to go air on 1st june -2019 but go air said that amount has been reversely charged by citrus pay on 20th june. Today after 21 days also i have not received money in my bank account. Bank said to contact citrus pay...

Approximately 2000 rupees debited from my account as ecsrtnchg[protected] to[protected] + gst charges. I called to customer care and they didn't tell any reason for that and asked me to go to nearest branch for solution as it will be debited for every month. My credit card is shipped from mumbai to bangalore on 7 and it was supposed to be delivered as on 10july2019 but the courier boy is denied to give parcel to me and i did not call from blue dart. There is no customer service, if i try to customer service number there is no response, they may do fraud transation on my credit card please take action against this is want my credit card on a urgent basis.

since the time i have opened my account with ICICI in 2017, my account has shown the ECSHR charges being deducted from my account with mail or sms notification.

I want back all the consolidated amount of all such transactions back in my account.

what kind of bank deducts charges not known to the customer and not even notifies regarding the same.

I went to withdraw a cash of rs.8000 in icici atm, i entered all the transaction details, then the started counting in machine, but i recieved only slip and did not recieve any cash, but the money was deducted from my account, and i did not recieve any cash, so please take action on this complaint, i want my money back in account.

I recently visited icici atm at vanmali junction, yogichowk, surat - 395010. So in that atm guard is very rude and behave inappropriate with me. Inside atm he sit up with 2 persons and talking with each other. When i told them about this he annoying me and told me you can do it as you can. Behaviour of that atm guard is very bad so please take action asap

I have done payment of 399 using upi to indian [protected]@icici to recharge my jio number... Payment was successful bt my recharge has not done and money was deducted from my bank and i have contacted google pay even they have confirmed and told that payment has done and reached to indian [protected]@icici and amount was deducted from your bank too... And it's been one month am trying to reach out to you ppl and i hope you will be resolving it as soon...

I was paying my bills on time till april but after april i was paying late payment till july for which i checked the late charges its was showing 2-3% per month which my friend is also paying for late payment. But for me somehow it is showing 5400 total amount due which should not be more than 2000. And i accidentally paid the all due amount. I have got this deduction details in my statement, posdec chg/[protected]/5563+gst of rs. 27.06 but i have not used my card in any manner during insufficient fund and i have faced this issue several times as posdec deduction in icici savings account, please resolve my issue and give the permanent solution that it may not repeat again and please refund my amount back....

My account lein due to some reason but the icici branch Bareilly not released my money.
I had talked to icici customer care they said your nearest branch will solve the problem but they didn't.
I visited three times but their reaction was same. My account balance shows negative balance.
My day to day transactions suffer due to their non co operative behavior....

I have a salary account in icici bank. They deducted rs.1899 from my account without my knowledge. They deducted it for a policy called as "one assist". But they never informed me or asked me regarding this. They just called me and said that they just need to map my details with them. The person who called me never told or asked me that he is asking all the details for any kind of policy. I want my money back....

My account no[protected] was charged rs 1899 on 8th july, 2019 as service charge of one assist plan by the bank without my authorization. They have been calling me over the week and i denied service everyday for one assist. This is harrassment and i would appreciate if the bank refund back my 1899 amount back to my account asap.
