Hi Sir, I am your consumer having credit card no.[protected]. There is a discrepancy in my latest bill as one entery of my repayment is missing.I have tried repeatedly to contact customer care executive, at least 20 times through different numbers & at different customer care numbers shown on your website, but none leads to your executive except phone banking & consumption of 10-15 minutes every time.I have RECORDED few calls which can ESTABLISH that it`s next to impossible to contact your executive in case any clarification is required to be done by any customer.Delay in repayment by me has occurred now due to want of clarification.Please email my last 3 bills along with repayment details to avoid any further delay & Please tell your recovery boys not to call, unless they have billing & payment details to explain your customers.It would be appreciable if you update your website with latest phone numbers to approach your executives.Levy of interest may also be waive off till clarification.     My complaint is related to the debiting of minimum account balance charges. I am holding saving account since last 10 years but ICICI bank did not inform me about such rule about MAB charge through telephone call or E-mail or flashing text on net-banking screen. Recently without notice ICICI Bank deduct an amount on12/03/2015 MABChgs-Feb15+STax 30.9 Dr. 280.90 I am not really happy with the service of bank and do needful to revert back my deducted amount ASAP.       ICICI Complaint No : SR[protected] My card information was given to fraudster and so called to ICICI bank to block my card and request for the new card on 10th of March 2015. The executive informed to upgrade my card to Coral debit card which will have many features and is chargeable of 200 rupees a year. I opted for the same and when I received the card they charged me 560 rupees. I called back to the ICICI bank on 18th March and escalated the same that I have been given wrong information for the card upgradation and I want to get the normal card and also my money back. They promised to get the solution in 3 working days. As they didnot get back I called them back on 23 March and they replied to hold for one day and issue will be resolved and they will call me back. Again as there is no information I called them back today on 25th March and now they told me to wait for 1 more day and also the maximum resolution time is 1 month. Every time I called them I have to talk for 15 to 20 minutes which charge me around 20 rupees each time. I am not sure if they are taking this seriously as they have given me wrong information for upgradation.

        Hi, I got call from ICICI bank for credit card and i rejected their offer for credit card then they spoken in very bad abusive language. Name of Employee:- Sunaina (call center person who used abusive language) bank name - ICICI I have also phone recording for that communication. Please suspend such kind of employee who don't know how to talk. Please do need full ASAP. Regards, Manish

          AS Stated my application no s[protected] had been collected by exe lady after an appointment had collected the application after that so many people again and again have called reg the application no i have given all the details to them still after 1 month verification is over i have not got the status of the application and even cus care dont know the status its very pathetic being well known bank they are not organized properly till date, i request them to call bak or update the status of my appliction on the moobile and mail i.d i have provided to them, s for new customers pls beware of giving documents to the fake calls and executives t icici people.

            This is Baswaraj and i m am ICICI customer from past 15 year or so. But recent incident with ICICI is unforgetable. ICICI bank is withdrawing my own money without any content or even any authority. Being i m Beneficiary to receive remitance from US person and due to unfortunate incident at US bank level. ICICI is penalizing and withdrawing amount from my Beneficiary account here in ICICI. Please let me know which law or amendments have rights to penalize Beneficiary.               Hi, From my ICICI bank credit card, a fraud payment of Rs. 2000, Rs 2000, & Rs 1000 has
              been made to Airtel PYMT-BIL on -23rd sept @ 12.00 pm, 12.01pm &
              12.03pm respectively 535002 is the transaction number provided to me by the ICICI bank. Could you please reverse
              out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on
              the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details.

                  Hello Icici Bank,

                  Escalate to highest level...

                  Do this all escalation level help customer as i escalated to all level and ICICI bank is failed to resolve my concern which is fault of ICICI bank as per RBI regulations.

                  I opened case on 16 Jan 2015 and every time i had been assured to resolve in few days but all were only telling lie.

                  I have seen some witness from ICICI bank (Rahul Mhalgi, Customer Service Manager on 12 Mar) during conference call with Rahul mehta (Branch manger, NFC, Delhi) who always told it is now resolved and just need few days to confirm you back in writing.

                  Now as ICICI bank failed to keep commitment So either call me to earliest on my cell to update me else i am going to file a case for huge penalty against ICICI bank.

                  Still icici bank is doing nothing even not called the customer to update who is waiting since 16 jan2015 to resolve the issue.

                  This is taking time because icici bank is not sure how to respond to query raised by customer because icici is on fault.
                  no call received yet.

                  i think icici bank is aware with issue but the problem is they failed to coordinate with each other. if icici is failed to get information in last 3 months then what level of responsibility we expect from icici bank

                    Hi, On 21st March-2015 I have done two IMPS Transaction of 1.5 and 1.1Lakhs having following transaction details to HDFC bank having IFC Code : HDFC0001030. Transaction details : [protected] [protected] I got Timedout message from ICIC baank but amount got debidated from account. When I checked with beneficiary bank i.e. HDFC after 48 hoours, HDFC bank has not received any amount and they are not aware of any such transaction details. As per HDFC bank ICICI bank has money. please help

The person said yes loan almost done than after 1 month he said yes file reject due to two brother 1 bhk we cant do. he wastage my 1 month and even my reference number or login number wen i check online status never seen any feedback. so please confirm the proper reason why my file reject or its a login in system or not.                         When i was open salary account in ICICI bank and bank offer free credit card for 1year, I was applied for card and got it to me. But when 1st credit card bill came, it is included 199 Rs. joining fees. I want to cancel my credit card. What is the process for that?

                              Sir I have applied icici credit card last four weeks ago in my company ( they said it is corporate offer). Verification also completed over phone, email and physical address but till date I did not receive any update on this card and tried contacting customer care over phone but asked to enter mobile number, no body contacted.                                   I have given a cheque to Mr. Ritesh & Vikas in your bank and due to their delay cheque got bounced and now they are not accepting their mistake and behaving rudly with us which is not acceptable at all, its current account and i am not getting proper response from your team side. I am really disappointed with your service and due to this i am going to close my account in your bank and it will be reopen in another bank. you need to look into this matter and need a proper resolution from your side without fail.

                                        Sir I have applied for dda flats scheme 2014.DDA has sent the refund money to ICICI BANK Green Park ext New Delhi on 18th December. But they didn't provide the refund money to customers. I have visited the branch Green park ext New Delhi on 15th January but staff said they have sent your cheque via currier. Now they have no responsibility. And don't provide me the address of currier. I have search on net and found that cheque has returned to bank on 12th January. I have filled a complaint to ICICI BANK. But they didn't provide me the refund money. I have made request them to give me the refund money via NEFT. As they have already My account no. IFSC code. Then they can easily give me the refund money via NEFT. But they didn't provide me the refund money. After repeated request they give me the refund money on 18th February 2015. Now I demand for Interest @ 24 percentage p.a of the time they retain my money. But they refused to give me the interest. Kindly help sir.
