    Hi, Can you please tell me this, what exactly this thing is.. View your demat account (with ICICI BANK LIMITED) online on IDeAS - internet based facility of NSDL. i got one mail like this so.. i didn't understand as it says i opened a Demat account in ICICi Bank Dear PRADEEP MISHRA, This is with reference to your demat account ( Client ID : xxxxxx90 ) with ICICI BANK LIMITED ( DP ID IN303028 ), a Depository Participant of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). NSDL is the first and largest depository in India promoted by institutions of national stature. More than 1.35 crore demat accountholders maintain their demat accounts with NSDL. NSDL provides a facility called IDeAS (Internet-based Demat Account Statement) which facilitates you to view your latest holdings & transactions and download monthly transaction statement of your demat account through internet. For your convenience, your demat account is registered for availing the IDeAS facility. This service is provided free of cost by NSDL. Login process to IDeAS website is given below: 1)Click on the attached .pdf file to open the file. 2)The password for opening the .pdf file will be your EIGHT digit Client ID allotted by your Depository Participant. The last two digits of your Client ID are shown above (refer para one above). 3)After you have opened the .pdf file, you will see a web link and a password. Click the web link 'Click here'.       My ATM card blocked .I have applied for salary A/C. on date 28th march andOn 6th apl a confirmation message received for A/C opening .But ATM card is not accessible for withdrawing cash it Shows that cash is not displayed & Your ATM blocked.I have cash In my salary Account so I want to withdraw cash. If card no .is required so pls call me .. [protected] .

        Dear sir, ICICI bank is deducting money from Jan 2015, It is my salary account and using since 2007. My customer ID[protected]. I do not know the mean of SMAB charges. Could anyone ICICI bank answer my question. Each month. do we need to pay this amount from my pocket. Thank you .

          Dear Team, I got a call from ICICI employees at icici bank and saying I am eligible for credit card. After, address verification and all other verification has no issues was the update i got later and suddenly they are declined the credit card and giving alternate option to take secure card making fixed deposit. Before submitting itself, I clearly told them and explained myself whatever I have and there is no salary account or any secured deposits with them. But, their team promised that is not an issue and for my documents, Ill definetly eligible person. Don't those people not aware on their bank policies well or not? or they thinked all us are simply sitting without any work. I told them clearly if no chance then tell me in advance i dont want waste my time and put efforts. They give fake promises and telling based on bank policy not eligible. This is completely a cheating. Anyhow, after such a bad experience, I don't need any of their offers or cards, but I need my documents whichever I have submitted back. I don't want to waste my time to communicating with this bank again so I need my documents back in courier to my residential address. Please help to get my documents back. I don't want to keep my personal details like address proof, slips, statements etc., Please do the needful. Thank you,

          They not solved it but because of my busy time and they marked my name and number to not to call or email. At least I will not receive fake offers and emails so that I am withdraw it.

          This above complaint is regarding my Credit card application # S[protected].
          Hi,
          I didn't showed any interest to apply a credit card with them. I have to mention one more thing is that the same day I applied a card, I receive a spam calls and while tracking that showed, it is someone from ICICI only. After a week started receive advertisements, when i check they shared my information. I complaint about it also through phone call but no response. Also, even though I didn't show any interest to apply a card, they have called first giving lots of offers and my salary, address proof everything is fine based on their policies and I am eligible first then with in a week policies changed???. At least they should have tell some logic reason instead of saying just a word "policy policy policy". Later on they are suggesting to make fixed deposit is kind of a joke. I think they are collecting data's to make them do deposits and savings with them but this is not a trustful way of treating customers!

          However, happened is happened, I got a call from them today and they said they cannot send the documents back based on their policy, what is such policy? I don't have time to fight for this? But, I need an email confirmation for sure like a wording says, "all my documents are safe and they removed all my records from their system so no one able to misuse it" and further I don't like to receive any of their emails fill my inbox. Can you please do the needful to get email confirmation ASAP. Thanks,

            Subject: Reversal of Transaction Charges Respected Sir, I, Asadullah C Sayyed hold a current account with your bank, account no.[protected] since Last Year 2014. At the time of opening the account, I had specifically mentioned to your executive Mr. Sachin about the inflow and outflow of money and the kind/amount of transactions that are expected daily. I wasn’t told anything about transaction charges that would be levied on certain amount of cash transactions. However, since 2014 to till date the transaction charges are being levied and a huge amount of money has been deducted from my account without any notice. This is totally shocking for me as there is no intimation to me that why this huge amount is automatically deducted from my A/c.I am totally shocked and very much annoyed for such a behaviour.I immediately want my money back or I have to look on some other alternative for it. Plz help to get my money back... Also, my online banking facility has been disabled without any intimation because of which I am facing huge difficulty in my day to day business functioning.               Dear sir, I opened Salary account in your Ichalkranji branch on 27/02/2015. Account is not activated yet. When we enquire about activation no one can give answer and other hand they communicate very badly with us. Specially Mr Amrish Chougale([protected]) who is manager of that branch.

                  i got regularly call me and my office from Suman in ICICI Bank (Mobile : [protected]) against my father Personal Loan. i told them many time "do not call me and my office regarding this, call my father". But they regularly call me and make harassment to me. if a person working in pvt sector and getting those type of call in office. That was very very big problem to them. i told them that was against rule, its a personal loan and you need to call him Only not me, my family and never to my office. But they are not understand.

Ref : My ICICI credit card no : [protected] Dear Sir, I have given enough detail of why I didnt pay the late payment fee. Once again I remind you that I didnt get the statement of my card for the month of January 2015 by courier, I came to know of my outstanding though sms. Even then I dropped the cheque at the ICICI Head office in Ambattur Industrial Estate on 14th of January. Last month I have enclosed a letter with my cheque explaining all the details in it. But instead of deducting the late payment fee and interest amount you have included the same in the statement of March. I once again request you to deduct the late payment fee and interest amount mentioned in the statement of March 2015.                       Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the subject matter. I am Nikunj Shah, residence of Ahmedabad. I own a debit card of ICICI Bank. Today morning I got a fraud call saying that my account has been deactivated and to activate i need to give my OTP to them. They said they are from ICICI bank and so I did the needful and gave my OTP. Soon I realised that fund was tranfer from my account each time they asked for my OTP. In this process, I lost Rs. 45, 000 in a fraud. Please note the details as under : I received a phone call form this number : [protected]. I have registered a complain in ICICI Customer care and my complain Number is SR[protected]. Request you to please track the account details in which my funds have been transferred. and request you to please process further to refund my money from that fraud account.                           I have visited the ICICI bank (Bankura branch, West Bengal) on 4th april to open a FD account.But the bank representative showed me a plan, Saving Suraksha in which he said if you invest 50000 per year for 5 years then after 10 years you will get the return of 4.8Lakh aproximately.Also other benefits like tax free and acctidential death etc. At that moment I decided to open an Saving Suraksha account as I thought it is very good plan. But later on sunday I checked the plan from internet and found that after 10 years I will get the amount maturity benefit 3.4 Lakh maximum.Then I contact with the bank and they said that your capital 2.5 Lakh will be added with your maturity benefit and you will get more than 5 lakh.But later I got a call from ICICI head office mumbai and they said no you will not get your capital amount at the time of muturity and only 3.41Lakh will be provided to you.So I am confussed now who are telling the truth.Please help me and take the right action.

                                I have booked 2 railway tickets on 1st April 2015 . Ticket charge for each ticket was ( including IRCTC service charge) Rs 11504.94 . I got an SMS mentioning transaction of same amount also. But when I saw the credit card statement, the amount charged is 11700 +... When I called customer care, they told, 1.8% extra charge for ticket booking using IRCTC. But then why it is not giving separately in statement. How can they charge extra with out mentioning anything. I think t is an unfair practice from ICICI Bank. Is this case with all credit cards ? IS RBI is aware of such malpractices ??

                                    Dear Sir, My wife's icici bank account no.[protected] has been fraudulently debited with an amount 0f Rs.2300000 by 1.13pm on 4/4/14. The money was transfered from my icici salary account[protected] to my wife's account few days back by bank authorities . on 4/4/2014 received on cell phone that the account no.[protected] has been debited with INR 2300000 fraudulently. i tried to call bank authorities but of no avail and ultimately by night by 1.46 am got a message from bank manager is there anything urgent which i replied yes, want to talk but he did not pick up the phone. Please on urgent basis look in to this FRADULENT DEBIT is recovered and credited back to my wife's account. As this is a big fraud want authorities to act fast and save innocent clients. Pl. note that first transaction was done on 11.12.14 to VINPAYU after that I have closed my debit card on 11.12.14 on same day. After that I have received New card from Icici bank on 20.01.2015 again fraud transactions done with new card on dated 24.01.2015 & 26.01.2015. Pl. do needful, Thanks, Please note that there is Fraud transactions are being done to Zaakepayment service, PAYTMMOBILE and VINPAYU from my ICICI Bank account no[protected] and[protected] WITHOUT MY PERMISSION on dated 11 Dec 2014 24 Jan 15 27 Jan 15 OF AMOUNT RS 149891.00 There is no convincing response from Icici Bank Please look into this matter and take necessary action pl.
