[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd — Online transaction successful, but not credited to beneficiary

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that, on 3rd March 2014, I made an online transaction to HDFC Account from My ICICI account. The details are as follows:

Name of my BANK: ICICI BANK PVT LTD.
MY account no. :[protected]
Amount transfer date: 3rd March 2014
Transfer amount: RS. 25000.00/-

Name of the bank to which amount was transferred: HDFC BANK PVT LTD.
Name of the beneficiary: Mr. Pranit. Gunaji. Gole
Account no. of beneficiary: [protected]
IFSC CODE: HDFC0CBMC10.

I would like to inform you that, the payment shows successful in my account. But is still not deposited in the beneficiary’s details.

I had been coordinating with ICICI bank for the same, they have send me the settlement copy for the same stating the amount is been transferred.

The same details were forwarded to HDFC but there is no response.
I don't know what to do now.
