Hello team,

I have been applied for fastag on icici portal on 29th november, however i am yet to waiting for delivery, i just received confirmation message that my fastag has been activated with acc no. I am trying to call support team from last 3 days however not able to reaching to them.

Please consider this on high priority.

    I had applied for a fastag from icici on 26th nov 2019. When i go to the online portal, it is said to be active. However, its been 12 days and i still have not received the tag in my communication address. Nor do i have a way to find the status whether it has been shipped/ in process or anything.. The customer care number is also useless. No body picks up and it get disconnected

      Dear team,

      Every month 4th ecs will be deducted from icici bank account towards personal loan (Hdb bank). Before 4th by miss (Provided icici upi id instead hdfc upi id) my money was put on investment and some amount was freezed.

      I have deposited amount on same day using imps transfer, but i can see 2 times i got charged rs.413 on each day (4th & 5th dec).

      Please provide the clarification on those charges?

        A transaction of 2000 was done via debit card linked to my icici bank account. I am sure i haven't made any transaction. Please take strict action and revert my money

          I am reseller and one army man approach to me for buying a product of value 3500.
          Via a shopping card.
          I dont know how the shopping card proceed to make payment but he said me that if he pays 5 rupees and send me qr code which i need to scan via phone pay and 5 rupees paid to him and there after total amount of 10 rupees will be credit to my account. As he said it happens to for 5 rupees but after that he send me the qr code of 1000 rupees as previous proceed i also pay 1000 rupees but thereafter it is not refunded (According to process of 5 rupees 2000 should be need to credit in my account, but it is not) so i need some guidance toward this i am the account holder of bank of baroda, but who do this transection with me is tha holder of icici bank. I am not sure that he does fraud with me or not. I am providing some details of both o[censored]s

            Sir,
            My icici bank fastag ac no. 21991229 has been activated on 22/11/19 and fastag no.[protected] for my vehicle no. Jk14e 2766 has assigned to my fastag ac. No. On 26/11/19. Fastag is sent from your end on 29/11/19 through professional courier (I'd. Kur[protected] but i didn't received till date. When i track the courier through professional courier, the fastag reached jammu station but didnt came to udhampur station where my address is, that courier returned back to departure station. I don't know what the reason is and why it happened. Today is 8th dec, 19 and i didn't received or have any clue abt it. As the mandatory date o[censored]sing fastag is near by i. E 15th, dec 19. I applied approx 16 days before.
            Please look into the matter and give me responsible reply as soon as possible.

              fast tag not yet delivered

              I had order the fasttag on 30th november from icici bank and it was supposed to be delivered within 7 days but still not received.

              I had received the sms of activation of account no. 22171xxx on the same day but have not received any other update after that.

              Additional, also the customer service number provided on the website are out of service....

              Igot msg from dear customer, your sbi fastag account ending with 154e0 vehicle number: ap27w5857 has been debited rs.425 for toll charges at tangatur toll plaza on 07-dec-2019 01:34:45 am available balance is rs.395
              But my vehicle did not go through this toll gate but my amount is deducted

                I registered for fastag on 27 th november through icici fastag website. It was said within 8 days i will receive my fastag but no information about dispatch still. Tried calling to helpdedk number free toll number is invalid, chargeable toll call extends to long time no one attends. Kindly advice where to complaint or by what means i can get my money back. Or else we have file complaint in front of consumer forum?

                  I ordered one fastag from icici bank for my car on 24th nov-19 and paid online. On last confirmation page, it was mentioned that it will be delivered to your dispatch address in next 8 days. But i did not received it after 15 days also. I tried to contact them over[protected] since last 2 days but not able to contact any service representative. Whenever i tried to contact, i always received either busy tone or all service representative are busy with other customers. Many times i hold call for 30-40 minutes but nothing happened. They don't email address on site to inquire about the card delivery.

                  My other friends, ordered same on paytm on same day and they received in one week.

                  Now i frusted and need to refund amount, so i can buy it locally.

                  Please help me getting refund of rs500 which i paid initially.

                      Last week i get my credit card. Today (06/dec/2019) morning i got a call from a icici agent, he told me that they are from icici lumbard and explained me the plan of health insurance and call me many times. He promised me that i will receive an email for icici related to insurance plan for cheking up the plans and if i will agree then only i can purchase the policy or i can decline the policy.

                      He also asked me the credit card details. I just told him my credit card number and expiry. So for i did not generated my pin for credit card and still they made the transaction of rs 24102 from my credit card with any otp, message, email. Even i did not share my cvv to that person.

                      It is totally a fraud. He misguided me and made the transaction without my permission.

                      I don't want to purchase any icici insurance policy and i need this transaction to be reversed.

                      Please also promise me not to deduct any money more from my credit card and any transaction charges.

                      Now that person is not picking up my phone.

                      Please do the needful and will look forward to hear from you.

                        Hi, I bought ICICI Fastag online on 27th Nov. I got 2 messages saying my ICICI Fastag account is activated. My ICICI fastag account is 22079039 and 11642016. I don't know which one is correct. And I didn't receive the fastag for any of them.
                        I further got a message on 6-Dec saying that Fastag serial no.[protected] is assigned to Tag Acc. No. 22079039. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not nor the tracking ID?

                        Can you please help as the deadline is approaching and not sure on what to do.

                        Hi me too. I am also waiting for it is been 15 days but still there is no information regarding the Fast Tag shipping details.
                        I have filled online application for two fast tags from ICICI bank before 20 Days. Still they are not delivered. Quite surprised as they committed that they will be delivered by 8 days only. Very disappointed with the service.

                        They have put two customer care numbers which are totally useless as none of them are connecting till 20 mins, I waited and then disconnect my phone.

                        Really Disappointed with this thing...
                        I had applied icici fasttag on 20/11/2019. My tag Account No is 21957318 Serial no is[protected].
                        But I didn't received my fasttag
                        I have also complain on web portal with Ticket No CMP[protected] and
                        it is long pending. Also customer care number is not connecting.
                        I have ordered ICICIfastag online on 5-6-2021. Still not delivered and also contacted customer care complaint raised CMP[protected]. its been a week and still no details found in NHAI website regarding my vehicle. My question is if they don't update my vehicle details to NHAI how will they activate my Fastag. Very irresponsible. Please don't buy ICICIFASTAG online.

                          I've applied for fastag on icici fastag portal on november-27, 2019.
                          In the portal i could see that customer id is xxxx is activated.
                          But have not received fastag yet in my communication address. Also we are unable to reach customer care over phone line/email.

                            A person by the name manveenderr singh sisodiya had approached my brother regarding an ad posted in olx for the purchase of an old tempo. He had requested my brother to scan qr code of amount ₹10000 for crediting the money in bank.. However, instead of crediting the amount, the said person debited ₹10000 from my bank account through fraudulent means. Therefore, i request you to kindly take the necessary action against the said person at the earliest. Thanking you.

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says as vsi/amazon stan. I didn't do any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I am not a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on december 05, 2019. Could you please resolve this issue?

                                  Icici employee pritee dave (Emp i'd: prme006), communicated with me by phone and taken my document by whatsapp on july month.
                                  But after that, on 8th apt, bill amount came with rupees 590.00 through msg.
                                  I communicated with pritee dave about thus issue.
                                  But still issue not resolve.
                                  Now, bill amount reaches to 2538.39.

                                  So, this is my complaint that, how without received any credit card bill came?
                                  Now icici employee pritee dave not resolve my problem.

                                  Card last four digit no : 6006.
                                  Name : dipak vishwakarma

                                  Plz resolve my issue.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I have applied for fastag on online portal on 26th nov 2019 but still have not being delivered to me. I have tried checking with helpdesk but number do not work. I have been trying to escalate this since 3 days but no response from icici bank on the same. The amount is deducted and still the fastag is not being delivered to me yet. Pls share the escalation matrix to escalate this. I was suppose to get the fastag within 7 working days.

                                      Hi,

                                      Unfortunately i have applied fastag with icici bank on august 2019 since govt mulling to mandate fastag. Only thing happened fast with this request is have them debit amount from my account, however till now they haven't delivered fastag. Fastag which they attempted shipment had return due to incorrect address in the envelop. From 3rd september, i have received out to icici over 30 times to have deliver the fastag did not happen and they dont have any mail to raise complaint, only mode of raising this issue through their support team which never support and dont know how to talk and address customer issue, everytime they keep same thing like parrot, will be resolved in 2 days or 1 day or 1 week, finally decided to deactivate fastag account with icici, opened multiple tickets for cancellation, that to in progress for very longtime. Below are ticket opened for this issue and all in progress over 3 months. What is the procedure to get answers from icici bank to resolve this since they dont any escalation procedure or mail id to report with.
