I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 Months,
Now they have charged 177 under this category DCARDFEE3670OCT17-SEP20+GST
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
When i trying to contact helpline number, it ask to select English/Hindi.. what is this?
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
This is against the law, at least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

    They are looting people like us on the name of no cost emi. Icici along with flipkart has looted consumer money by showing no cost emi during the offer period. On the first month emi when i saw there is interest charged i spoke to them (Icici) they said it ll be credited again in 28 days. Nothing happened end up paying those charges. To my surprise they charged in the second month as well on asking for the explanation they gave me some stupid answer on type of interest on emi.
    Sir let me know if any such thing has been issued to the bank by reserve bank india. If so they i am wondering about the future of people living in india.

      I received a call from icici bank and rs.1899 was debited from my card for one assist plan. The information provided in the call was not clear and they have automatically debited rs.1899 from my credit card and i don't want one assist plan. So cancel the plan immediately. If this process is not not i'm willing to cancel my credit card and close my icici account.

      I just received a mail that my ICICI bank account was debited with rs 129 without my permission and any prior intimation. Kindly help me with this .
      Vis*Amazon stan is mentioned in the transaction but I am not aware of it at all

        Icici bank — dcard fee deduction

        I am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

        They have just mentioned this dcardfee1474 jul19-jun20+gst and deducted 588 rs against it. For 3 times means 2000 rs in last 2 days. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud

          Auto withdrawal of money by ICICi bank
          Dear Sir,

          A withdrawal of INR 1899 has happened from my account[protected] on 22nd Nov 2019 in the name of WPP-SR[protected] New Policy. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & I request the concerned authority look into this and release the money back to my account.

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 25th November, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              On monday 25th november 2019 at 2.56pm, i got a notification that my debit card has been charged with 1899/-. I had not used my debit card, nor had i given my debit card details to anyone. I checked my account and the message of deduction was towards “iin/i-debit/si oneast”. I checked online and this is icici’s one assist program.

              I have not subscribed to this program and have not given my consent to apply this program and deduct my amount.
              Icici has fraudulently charged my debit card with 1899/- for a service i have not subscribed to. How can they charge my debit card without my permission??
              Very unprofessional and lousy attitude from icici.

              I want an immediate refund of my money!

                My due for the credit card no. [protected] for 8th november 2019 is rs. 19, 671. During november i have changed the credit card to icici amazon pay credit card no. [protected]. Ana i have already paid the due amount of rs.19671/- thru neft on 07.11.19 against my new icici amazon pay credit card no. [protected].
                Please adjust the payment of rs.19671/- against my credit card no. [protected] to the dues of the credit card no. [protected].
                I had paid the due amount of rs.19671/ before due date (I. E. 07.11.19). But unfortunately paid the amount against my new credit card ending 1008. I instruct the authority to transfer the amount to the card ending 6001. So please waive me from any extra charges like late fee, interest etc.

                  I have using icici bank account as my salary account, i did'nt opened any demat account in this bank and after an year o[censored]sing this bank i have been charged with rs 725.96 as a in[protected] dp chgs till sep - 19 on 22nd november 2019, i have not opened any demat account with this bank still it deducted this amount as dp charges, prior to this an amount of 100 rs has also been deducted on 25th october 2019 without any notification.
                  I want a refund of these amounts. It is absolute fraud.

                    Icici bank kindly reply...

                    I had mistakenly transferred money from my account to unknown person acc (Wanted to transfer it to my friends account but mistakenly transferred to unknown person). On the same day i called icici cc (Customer care) and they asked me to go to my home branch and complain about it. On the next day i have submitted application in home brach with all details. The manager replied to me that he will send this request to the bank where the unknown person holds the account. On further query my bank says that there is no response from icici bank. It has been almost been three month but i have not received my money. Kindly help me.

                      credit card closed request still it is showing in active mode

                      Hi team,

                      I have blocked my credit card in july 06 2016, could you please close or cancel my credit card account.
                      When i had checked my cibil the icici credit card is still in active, please close my account and update in cibil.

                      I have sent a many remainder mails but still no body has responded.

                      Recovery of toll with fastag and in cash both in between journey from udsipur to bhilwara.my car no rj06 cd 3289. time of toll recovery 16.18 minut..please refund me rs 60. and you may querry from the car no and time of toll recovered and can be verified from cctv footage.Why we are being cheated by toll recovery staff
                      if recoverd by on line it shows on youf computer.

                        I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 30th oct 2019. My fastag account no. Is 11445922. Vehicle registration no. Wb24au4873. Registered mobile no. [protected]. The tag was dispatched via blue dart courier to my registered address on 4th nov 2019 via awb [protected]. Blue dart returned the tag to icici mumbai office (Shipper) on 14th nov stated that address un locatable. However, blue dart never called me in my registered mobile number to confirm the direction to reach my address. Same blue dart gave me other deliveries in the same address without having any issues. Since then i kept calling icici customer care toll free number [protected] many times without having any positive outcome. Customer care executive keeps telling you will get your fastag within 2 days, 7 days etc. But till now all such promises are failed. I am unsure about what happened to my fastag and why it is getting delayed.

                        You are only delaying the whole matter by giving same response again and again . No one from icici bank called me today addressing the issue. Today I tried at least 10 times to call your toll free number but your line was busy all the time . Can you please confirm re dispatch of the tag or send me the detailed procedure how to cancel the tag and get the money refund so that I can apply from some other bank or collet it from near by toll plaza ?

                          I have been paying my home loan for last 4 years with no overdue till last month. This month i had financial difficulties in paying my loan on time delay it for 15 days i told them would pay before end of this month.
                          But the icici agent used below statements like,

                          * if you can't make a payment why did you take loan
                          * transfer your loan to a different bank.
                          * i will home to your home and make you feel bad by using bad words.

                          I don't thing this is how a professional bank people should conduct themself.

                            My account has been hacked and rs.50, 000 have been withdrawn cash from some non-icici atm in rs. 10, 000 in multiples of 5 times, i have not done this transaction as i am at home with my card and i dont understand hows that is possible.
                            I have called the customer care and raised a complaint sr[protected] and i will be filing an fir with the nearest police station and also the name of the are where the cash is withdrwan given to me by mazhar (Customer care agent) is bardhaman which is west bengal. I have never been out of maharashtra uptill now so howz it possible i am withdrawing money from west bengal so as this is a big fraud and i will take it to rbi and cyber crime.
                            I want help here as amount of rs.50, 000 has been debited and fraud and this is a serious crime as its my own hard money.

                              Sir above transaction not done by me and i didn't made registration into amazon so why that transaction has been made give me the reason and refund my money back. It was not good thing to do like this because without any information how do debit my account and it not fare to do so

                                I have sold my car, now the owner of that car is someone else, i do not want them to use my fast tag so my fast tag order can be canceled i have sold the car in another state, due to which i will have trouble in buying and carrying the car, please cancel my fast tag order!                                   I used my card and unfortunately submitted wrong pin only once however next time when tried with correct pin it said something like due to repeated wrong pin your online transaction has been blocked and contact customer care.

                                  I went to icici branch and informed them but they said to this problem can only be resolved by icici customer service through call.

                                  I talked to the customer service but they informed everything is perfect and asked exact message when i told them the exact message they just hanged the call.

                                  I again tried and next time no one picked.

                                  I am really frustrated with this kind of service.

                                    I got message that the transaction has happen in your account and my ₹400 got debited by vin. Google as i did not do any of transactions so please look into it and revert back my amount. As i have seen online that the same issue has been happening with most o[censored]r account holders so please go into roots of this fraudulents and wipe them out cause they are damaging your services.

                                      deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr648500471 renewal

                                      Two days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....
