I am a current account holder Merchant, (MID/Tid :[protected]at your bank, We are fruit merchant. My Customer paid me online therefore I provided him payment gateway through EazyPay app, and he did payments of Rs. 99, 999/- twice, In all he paid Rs. 1, 99, 998/- I got payment successful acknowledgement from Eazypay app. I thought that through EazyPay and online payments there will be convenience in my Business but I am so much stressed with this much of delay that I am thinking to shift to some other options like cash, to proceed my business. I have called customer care number of times, and visited ICICI bank malegaon many times, and talked to Mr. Nannath, branch manager Mr, Anurag Sharma, Mr. Prashant Kulkarni, and many other guys, but still I haven't got a single rupee. Because of this worst customer service from icici my business is stopped because I haven't got this payment and my customer have proof that he has done the payment.
They told me reply on the email I got with id [protected]@firstdata, I did reply to that mail 10 times but I never gor a single reply from that email, not even a single call.

Complaint marked as Resolved Fund was on hold at Risk management, I proved them all the documents related to the payment from my customer Now it's released and settled to my account. Thanks for the support now
