I registered for fastag on 26 th november through icici fastag website. It was said within 8 days i will receive my fastag but no information about dispatch still. Tried calling to helpdedk number free toll number is invalid, chargeable toll call extends to long time no one attends. Kindly advice where to complaint or by what means i can get my money back. Or else we have file complaint in front of consumer forum?

Now i got sms from icici that fastag serial number assigned to one of my fastag cust id *****723. Still One more fastag id *****976 has to get fastag serial number assigned. And then my two fastag has to be dispatched.Kindly support

One more fastag acc. no. XX1982 with tag cust id XXXXX723 has to be dispatched. Kindly do the needful so that next fastag also gets dispatched. Thanks

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says as vsi/amazon stan. I didn't do any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I am not a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on december 05, 2019. Could you please resolve this issue?

      Icici employee pritee dave (Emp i'd: prme006), communicated with me by phone and taken my document by whatsapp on july month.
      But after that, on 8th apt, bill amount came with rupees 590.00 through msg.
      I communicated with pritee dave about thus issue.
      But still issue not resolve.
      Now, bill amount reaches to 2538.39.

      So, this is my complaint that, how without received any credit card bill came?
      Now icici employee pritee dave not resolve my problem.

        I have applied for fastag on online portal on 26th nov 2019 but still have not being delivered to me. I have tried checking with helpdesk but number do not work. I have been trying to escalate this since 3 days but no response from icici bank on the same. The amount is deducted and still the fastag is not being delivered to me yet. Pls share the escalation matrix to escalate this. I was suppose to get the fastag within 7 working days.

          Hi,

          Unfortunately i have applied fastag with icici bank on august 2019 since govt mulling to mandate fastag. Only thing happened fast with this request is have them debit amount from my account, however till now they haven't delivered fastag. Fastag which they attempted shipment had return due to incorrect address in the envelop. From 3rd september, i have received out to icici over 30 times to have deliver the fastag did not happen and they dont have any mail to raise complaint, only mode of raising this issue through their support team which never support and dont know how to talk and address customer issue, everytime they keep same thing like parrot, will be resolved in 2 days or 1 day or 1 week, finally decided to deactivate fastag account with icici, opened multiple tickets for cancellation, that to in progress for very longtime. Below are ticket opened for this issue and all in progress over 3 months. What is the procedure to get answers from icici bank to resolve this since they dont any escalation procedure or mail id to report with.

              I'm a current account holder at icici, my customer paid me Rs. 99, 999 two times, total amount Rs. 199998 /- online through payment gateway link I sent him, its 15 days now I haven't got the payment. Bank has unnecessarily hold my 2 lakhs rupees.

                    I booked a bus using 'red bus app' and paid online. I had to cancel the booking due to uncalled reasons. I was eligible for a refund of rs 326 which was supposed to be credited in my bank account within 7 working days which didn't happen. I contacted red bus. They have shared the details of refund being processed successfully. But icici bank hasn't credited the assured amount in my account. Following are the required details:

                      I travelled through kumbalam toll plaza on[protected].23.36 am but they are failed to scan my fastag, so i have to pay by cash including return of rs.55/-, but i got a message 8.32.32at from icici that debit of rs.35/- was been made from my account ref trip no;[protected], on my return i went to toll plaza office but they were reluctant to pay rs.55/- instead they offered rs.35/- for one way, on my return also rs.20/- debited from my account at 10.31.40 trip no:[protected] and on 2-12-19 at 11.57.11 am on the same plaza i was debited rs.35/- trip no;[protected] & rs.20/- at 19.28.22, but in next day again i went to the same plaza at 10.53.33 i was debited again rs.35/- instead of zero debit as it was before 24 hours and also debited rs.20 at 14.49.39. So i am having a total loss of rs.75/- altogether, do the needful to reimburse the same

                        Fastag customer id 11588033, registered on 25 Nov 2019, the delivery was guaranteed within 8 days, but until now no updates from them. The customer care is kept on waiting for more than 30 minutes.

                        Not able to speak to any ICICI customer care executive for delivery status.

                          I am being charged rs 199 per month since aug 7th, 2019 by vsi/amazon/stan.

                          It has been 5 months and i thought amazon is deducting some monthly fee. Amazon support team has also confirmed that they are not charging any fees.
                          I don't recognize this transaction.

                          Please help me get my money back. These are scammers out there and i can see multiple posts on the same issue.

Its been years that i have been waiting for the same, but more than 7 years passed and i didnt receive the noc also.                                 My money (Rs 1899) got deducted from my account without my consent. This is regarding vk assist of icici bank. I already requested cancellation of this service which i took in december 2018. It was under process. But the money got deducted. When i called vk assist support, they dont give a proper answer and informed me the service already got cancelled. They asked me to sent a mail and will look into it. Being a customer of the bank for last 4 years, i am really feel very down and out. Some one please help me with this.

                                  Kindly resolve the issue and credit the money back to the account else would have to take necessary action. We have multiple products with icici. We will close all the other business with the bank if this not resolved.

                                    Transaction happen today... I got call 2 day back but without my concern it get deducted. Today i don't need this plan for now. Please help to refund amount and make sure it should not auto deduct from my account please.

                                      I tried calling[protected] to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running stating this facility is shut temporarily.

                                      some how got connected one time to customer care for this but a pre recorded tape is running there asking for debit card number.

                                      I enter my debit card number (16 digits) it is telling me that it is invalid number .

                                      I am not getting how to unblock my card for online transaction?
                                      Please help me out
