I am using icici credit card for long time. I never enabled auto debit facility. Last month i noticed that my credit card is randomly charged with auto debit fee.

So what i did is enabled and disabled auto debit option on november 12, 2019. After this also i go t charged with auto debit fee this month.

I raised complaint for this on customer care email address. Now that complaint is in progress and agreed to initiate request for reversal of auto debit return charges without gst on my credit card.

After this i checked statements of last 6 months i realised that i have been charged with this auto debit return fee on 5 time out of 6.

In last five months i have been charged 12179.15 as auto debit return fee in total and 2192.25 as igst on it.

It's getting serious now let me know if need to visit branch to resolve this. I have been wrongly charged for 14371.4 in total.

Kindly reverse these charges as i never enrolled for auto debit facility.

    Paid for a bus ticket through red bus app using icici net banking but the ticket got cancelled while the amount got debited from my account. Got a message from red bus that refund will be done within 5-7 days, but there was none. So i contacted redbus and they told me to ask my bank. But no reply from icici regarding this refund, customer care put me for 20 minutes on hold and no reply at all. It's been 2 months now.

        My account number is[protected].
        Rs.1899 debited from my icici bank account on 29th november 2019 through debit card. Once i get notification sms i have blocked my debit card immediately.
        Then i have found the transaction message it written that "si oneast". I have just googled this keyword and i have found that lots o[censored]sers have the same issue.
        Icici bank has debited my money for the 'one assist' service (Insurance of debit card) without any prior written approval by me.
        And icici bank done this fraud to thousands of the customer.
        Please justify me and also that some strict action on icici bank because it is the scam of little money but impacted on the large number of customers.

            dmc charges from icici

            I am therese. 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-19) on 25-apr-2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

            They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

            When i open the account they told there is no any extra charges but now all of the sudden and without any notification they deducted amount from my account and i didn't even received any message such a fraud and cheep things done by icici bank. I want you to refund all my deducted amount and in future don't debit any amount from my account. And it is a such a cheap thing deducting cost from account without any notification its a fraud practice.

            Still my query is not solved really rediculas after I told instead of refund again amount is deducted from my account very pathetic service very very worst doing a fraud practice . Should feel shame of deducting amount without informing. Really shameless need ur explanation for all non sense activity.

              I understand your point. but i did not opened any demant account so why your team deduct my amount and right now i received one email your side and they tell me you go to the nearest demant able branch, and first close your demant account then they will provide my money but why i will go. i don't have time to go the branch.

                I am astha patni. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account against dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct-19 on 27/11/2019.

                I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                  I got fastag id, and trying it for activation but faced activation pending issue.

                    I am trying to activate my imobile but each time the message sending fails.
                    When i have analyzing, the application is trying to send messag to [protected] but on actual when i see the failed message which is sent to [protected].
                    I have emailed the same problem to [protected]@icicibank.com but seems that no response from the team.
                    I am able to send sms to other numbers and i was using the app in different mobile but when i have switched to other mobile i am started facing this issue and not able to login.

                      I am a current account holder Merchant, (MID/Tid :[protected]at your bank, We are fruit merchant. My Customer paid me online therefore I provided him payment gateway through EazyPay app, and he did payments of Rs. 99, 999/- twice, In all he paid Rs. 1, 99, 998/- I got payment successful acknowledgement from Eazypay app. I thought that through EazyPay and online payments there will be convenience in my Business but I am so much stressed with this much of delay that I am thinking to shift to some other options like cash, to proceed my business. I have called customer care number of times, and visited ICICI bank malegaon many times, and talked to Mr. Nannath, branch manager Mr, Anurag Sharma, Mr. Prashant Kulkarni, and many other guys, but still I haven't got a single rupee. Because of this worst customer service from icici my business is stopped because I haven't got this payment and my customer have proof that he has done the payment.
                      They told me reply on the email I got with id [protected]@firstdata, I did reply to that mail 10 times but I never gor a single reply from that email, not even a single call.

                          They say my application is kept on hold and an sms was sent on 19 november, but i never received it. Now i spoke to their call centre. Everytime they keep me on hold, the call is disconnected. The fifth time i called only to be told that the system is hanging. When they have my mail id, they could have informed me through mail. Now they say phone is the only route to reach them.

                            I am the a/c holder of icici bank (branch sigra, varnasi) from last 2 years.
                            Now they have charged RS 177 for DCARDFEE0004NOV19-OCT20+GST
                            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                ICICI is charged me Rs.753 without any notice and even the account has no activity from 1 year.
                                They are charging lot of other charges Rs.2700 etc along with it.. and may be they are related to the account.

                                  Address: Beri wala bagh,Azad market, New Delhi, Delhi, 110006

                                  I am the a/c holder of icici bank[protected] from last 2 months,
                                  Now they have charged 177 under this category dcardfee0118oct19-sep20+gst
                                  I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                  They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                                  Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                                  Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                                  There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    This is to inform you that I usually travel (Vehicle No. : HR20 Y0244, Fastag Barcode[protected] from Eastern Pheripheral Way (from Main Plaza Jakhauli to Duhai) on ‘Mondays & Saturdays, (Single travelling, not To & Fro). Toll charges for this much route is 70 INR which gets deducted from my fastag account. But I have noticed, since July 2019, extra 25 or 15 INR gets deducted from my Fastag account (usually on Mondays or any other day of week), even if I don’t travel on that route. Moreover, 15 or 25rs is not a toll amount on any of toll plaza.

                                    In this context, I spoke to the customer care executive of Fastag telephonically twice times (Complaints Reference No.: 844758 & 893730). Later on, they told me that issue has been resolved. But still the same amount is getting deducted every week, even if I don’t travel on that route.
                                    Once, Toll person extracted cash from me saying that Fastag was not working and later on, amount got debited from my fastag account also.
                                    In other instance, I travelled with my other car (Vehicle no.- HR26BJ4933, Fastag Barcode[protected] through the same route dated 01-11-19, Again it deducted 70rs and then 25rs.
                                    Kindly look into the matter on priority basis. Your department is not taking it seriously. Moreover, the fastag lane seems always full of non-fastag vehicles resulting in no benefits of fastag sticker except taking pain of extra money deducted than claimed.
                                    And further, I request you to resolve the matter positively and refund the extra money charged from me without travelling.

                                    2.No provision given in the FASTAG website to check the status of the application using application reference number.
                                    3. No message/ Mail received after applying for the FASTAG.
