I have already made many requests to issue n. O. C of pajero sports car dl-1cs-7500 but your bank has not yet issued no objection cirtificate even after 3 months of time for selling our car without any valid reasons. We already paid the following payments
As per court midiation no;-61/2019 and cs (Comm) no;-811/19 dated[protected].
1. Rs 2, 00, 000/- paid on[protected] — car loan reference no;-ladel[protected]
2. Rs 270818/- on[protected] — car loan reference no;-ladel[protected]
3. Rs 1552/- on[protected] — car loan reference no;-ladel[protected]
Total — rs 272370/ — car loan reference no;-ladel[protected]
Top up loan no;- spdel[protected]
1. Rs 352848/ — paid on dated[protected] — top up loan no;- spdel[protected]
2. Rs 704/- — cash paid on[protected] — top up loan no;- spdel[protected]
Total — 353552/- paid — top up loan no;- spdel[protected]
Total amount paid was rs 6, 25922/- towards car loan reference no;-ladel[protected] and top up loan no;- spdel[protected]
After these above payments my account was closed and on september 22nd received letter mentioning excess credit of rs 15527.94 (Copy of letter enclosed) and was credited to my saving account number [protected] o[censored]co bank in our loan account number;- ;- spdel[protected] only waiting for n. O. C from icici bank. Why it is delaying.
We request u to arrange n. O. C in 7 days otherwise will take legal action and other agencies such to banking ombudsman and r. B. I and other concerned all departments. All expenses than shall be borne by your bank.
