From 5th of december till now the icici bank is uncessarily charging me 29.50 rs, they have charged me upto 1000 rs in 5 days, i dont understand i have not used my debit card even i was having balance in my account still they have charged me this,
It is kind of fraud done by icici bank to theit customers.

    I am using icici swipe machine for last one year now they deducted (1000+180 GST, 1000+180 GST and 999+179 GST) 3538 rupees for some installation and AMC fees.
    I didn't placed any request they themself deducted the amount without informing me, After plenty of time i called to customer care then raised a case 51796819.
    now they closed and saying there is no mentioned TID available, but i have all details and will share if they want it clearly shows ICICI merchant services is cheating
    and doing big fraud with the customers.

    I am totally unhappy with icici merchant service and would not suggest anybody to go with it.

      I have bought icici fastag online on 3rd dec 2019. I got 2 messages saying my icici fastag account is activated and you will receive same in 5 working days. My icici fastag account no is 22217993. But there is no information on whether the tag is shipped or not the tracking id? I tried reaching the toll free but not routed to call center executive. Waited on the call for 10 mnts twice. Number called :[protected]

        I had purchased the fasttag for my vehicle PB02-BG-8658 last month and got the message on 29th Nov that it has got activated.

        On 3rd Dec I had again received a message that the tag would get delivered in 5 working days. No other info is available and I cant even trace it from somewhere. Also the helpline no is in waiting only and not getting connecting to Customer care executive

                I Rajat Panigrahi (mobile no. [protected]) bought ICICI Fastag online on 1st Dec 19. I got 2 messages saying my ICICI Fastag account is activated. My ICICI fastag account is 22179085 and 11734587.

                Till 11th Dec today I have not received my FASTag, I approached the Baddi Branch of ICICI and they are ignorant of this.

                I also tried customer care no which is not connecting, feeling frustrated. I don't know whether the tag is shipped or not.

                Can you please help as the deadline is approaching and not sure on what to do.

                  But have not received fastag yet in my communication address. Also not able to reach customer care over phone line.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have not received fastag yet and i have been calling customer care many times but never got connected and once i got connected and waited for 30 min but still auto messages were coming to wait and finally i cannot speak with customer care.                             My registered mobile number [protected].
                            1) wanted to transfer funds, so continued to register/add a beneficiary.
                            I logged on to my account thru internet banking facility, and i want to add a beneficiary to icici account and i started it at 5:30am on 11-dec-2019.

                            2) i had entered all the details successfully and i was taken to next page.
                            Where otp text box was seen and i read that, "a otp generated & would be sent to my registered mobile number". I waited, waited, waited for 5 minutes. Then i clicked the button "re-generate otp again". This also did not work and never got otp from icici bank. The session page asked me to continue or sign in. I "continued" still i did not get otp for adding a beneficiary, where i can transfer funds. I never got otp on my registered mobile number.

                            3) for adding a beneficiary, which is an automated process, do icici want to its online customers wait, till banking hours from 10am to 7pm.

                            4) before 10 am and after 7pm i cannot continue with formal registration of beneficiary process?

                              On 18th november 2019 i have wrongly deposited imps of rs.25, 000/- to a/c no.[protected] instead of a/c no.[protected]. Eventhough i my bank raised chargeback immediately, yet i have received the money bank. I have approached icici bank gorai branch to lodge compliant on 19th november, counter staff & asst manager are refused to accept the comapliants. I also send email through my bank to customer care and imps department on 19th november 2019. Still no money. Infact imps department replied saying they will entertain any mail. Are these people are responsible people. I want to know what steps they have taken to return moeny which lying in one of suspense a/c. Bank has no business to appropriate wrong amount to different a/c.

                              Kindly take up the issue. I will also write ncpi for creating blunder of making 35 days window period of settling wrong imps. Here iciic bank is missuing window period with wrong intentions.

                              I went to complain your branch in gorai they did not bother to take my complaint. My bank has sent mail to your customer care on 19th November 2019 and as per their instructions impsquery mailid. Your impsquery replied back saying they do not entertain any mails?. In such bank What kind of service anybody can expect!. My question is why did not processed charge back till now. What they are waiting for?. Window period. I already put complain to npci for misusing window period deliberately to take action against people responsible for deliberatel delay in returning the funds.

                                  I am yet to get Fastag delivery despite applying for it 2 weeks ago. No response in the toll free line,
                                  I have enrolled for the fastag delivery online through ICICI fastag website. fastag.icicibank.com.
                                  I am yet to get any intimation on when they will be delivered to me.
                                  The so-called 24x7 call center does not work.
                                  This is very frustrating.

                                    Since i have send several email regarding reverse of the charges and also requested you to close my card then too they are sending me statement every month adding late fee and charges
                                    I have send several request since may 2019
                                    So please close the card with null balance
                                    For further clarification please email

                                    This is with reference to your e-mail with respect to your credit card 4375 xxxx xxxx 7008.
                                    Please cancel my card number ending with 7008 and also reverse all the dispute charges and close and clear all the pending due to nil without any further charges and explanation
                                    This is the last and final call or else i will go the superior

                                    Inspite of getting this email from your end then too you are sending me statement with interest and late fee charges are you closing the amount with alll reversal or should proceed further

                                    Due to this issue i have stoped all my relationship with bank due to this i have been charged with charges for non maintained of AQB so that the bank to reverse all my charges related to all my relationship account so that i can operate the same

                                    Till now my problems have not been resolved may be bank doesn't care for customers
                                    I applied for ICICI fastag on 29 November, 2019 and have still not received it on my dispatch address. My Customer id/ account number is 11700426, maker is Hyundai motors. Please look into the matter.

                                      I have applied for ICICI Bank FASTag Reference #[protected] on Nov 30 2019 through their mobile app and had got a confirmation stating i will receive the fastag in 8 working days. I am a customer of ICICI bank for more than 15 years and am confident of their quality and dependency . This time however I am shocked that i have not yet received the FASTag even after the said days and I fail to understand how they of all could have delayed. I have tried all helpline nos. but none of them are reachable. There is no way I can check status of my FASTag and I don't know how to resolve this issue. Please help ASAP.
